Odalar biraz eskimiş küvete gelen su yavaş doluyor. Jakuzinin temizliği vasat

Normal clean. Sofa has cigarette holes. Table was also stained. Very convenient kitchen. The traffic on front road makes the rooms not peaceful

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Eşyalar kısmen eskimiş ve öyle pırıl pırıl olmasa da oldukça konforlu. Her türlü mutfak eşyası mevcut. Oldukça büyük süit odalar. Yakın çevrede her şey var.

Personal war sehr hilfsbereitschaft, aber sie haben immer versucht eine Ausrede zu finden, wenn man die Mängel erwähnt hat. Trotzdessen haben sie versucht besser Zimmer zurverfühgung zu stellen, was sie auch gemacht haben. Leider gab es auch da einige Mängel die beseitigt werden müssten.

Die Zimmer sind richtig abgenutzt und sehr viele gebrochene gefährliche Bereich für die Kinder. Im Bad war die Duschtrennwand nicht da, Tappenten fallen, Möbel sind kaputt und alt abgenutzt. Türen könnte man nicht schließen, Fenster waren undicht man könnte den ganzen Verkehr hören. Das ist mein 2 Besuch mein erster Besuch war es super leider ist es diesmal schlechter geworden.

كل شيء سيء باستثناء اطلالة البحر، النوافذ مكسورة وصوت السيارات مزعج جدا،الماء في الحمام ضعيف جدا،رائحة الحمام مقرفة،نحن عائلة 4 اشخاص لكن يوجد فقط 2 كرسي مع الطاولة وتم رفض طلبي للحصول على كرسي آخر

This hotel is Total disaster. Room was really dirty. I think you won't find a piece of wallpaper that would stick to the wall. And the carpet looks like a cat threw up. The shower cubicle is broken. Smelly water is coming out of the jacuzzi nozzle. The only thing you can smell under the sink is a musty smell. When I pointed this out to the manager, he said that I was right and that the hotel was being renovated. How can you rent rooms in such a state? If you think you'll rest, there's no way because you can always hear the renovation.

Lokasyon güzel, bina yeni. Alt veya üst katlardan yemek kokusu gelebilir vs.. bu gibi ufak detayları laf olsun diye sorun etmeye gerek görmüyorum.. geniş gayet geniş kullanım alanları, ulaşım kolay, otopark yok ama sokakta uygun bir yer bulunuyor, çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve kibar.. Tavsiye ederim.

King suitte kaldım. Terası olsun, odası olsun, jakuzisi olsun, her şey ama her şey çok iyiydi. Lakin jakuzinin giderleri kokuyor. Bundan dolayı ilk çalıştırdığınızda biraz koku oluyor. Biz bundan rahatsız ve temizlikten şüphelendiğimizden olduğumuzdan dolayı çamaşır suyu ile kendimiz temizledik ilk gün. Jakuziden denize bakan cam aşırı kirliydi. Jakuzi keyfi yaparken kirli bir cama bakmak zevki baya bir düşürüyor. Jaluzi perdeler bozuktu. Kanepede bir iki sigara yanığı vardı. Mini barın buzluğu dolmuştu buzluğa hiçbir şey koyamadik. Bizi karşılayan ekip arkadaşları çok nazik çok kibar ve bu sektöre yakışan insanlardi. Bahsettiğim bir kaç temizlik sorunundan başka hiçbir eksik yanı yok. Otelin konumu çok iyi yerde. Gerçekten güzel bir tatil planlıyorsaniz içiniz rahat şekilde tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otel çok şık, konumu çok iyi.. çevresinde yeme içme alanları yaygın … müthiş fiyat/performans oteli Çevresinde marketler (a101 bim Migros) var. Çamaşır makinesine kadar hersey var . Tavsiye edilir

Two rooms have no A/C Master bedroom door could not be closed at all Faucet of the toilet broken Sound proofing was not good as I could hear neighbors talking up tell 1 am as they were adjacent to me Too much noises coming from the Main Street and again sound proofing not good No Shower box glass doors and the water keep coming to the bathroom floor and everything was miss The staff were trying to convince me and cancel the booking and I reserve again so i get the penalty of cancellation and repaid again for the rent!!!! Then I paid for this service 190 euros 😤

Friendly and helpful staff, well-equipped clean apartment, and an excellent location with nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The location is perfect

The receptionist Abdullah has no experience he made us wait for 4 hours because he didn't understand the booking reservation and he want us to pay extra money for the children who we have already paid it but when the other receptionist came(fatih) he told us that our booking is correct and no extra payment needed .

I have booked 2 bedrooms which is more than enough for family as per booking terms and conditions and i was forced to book another two bedrooms to accommodate one more kid 12 years old which is totally disappointed and frustrating. The baby cottage request already made for free and receptionist maneuver to charge it unless he saw the confirmation in written

Good location, good people

Spacious apartment, with 24 hr front desk which was useful because we arrived on a late night flight. Our apartment also had a TV that rotated between the lounge and one of the bedrooms, which was quite a cool feature! Nice bathroom and shower as well. Plenty of wardrobe/storage facilities.

Wifi wasn't always great, and there was a bit of cigarette smell. Air-con was also only in the lounge, not in the bedrooms. And it was quite far along the beach front in Atakum to where most of the popular bars/restaurants were (even further to Samsun itself)

The suit is specious and very good for families. The hotel is in a central location within a walking distance to the beach walk and a great choice of restaurants. I want to point out the name of the outstanding receptionist Mr Abdallah Abass, a great individual who spoke Arabic, English, and Turkish fluently and was supportive at all times.

The hotel is located on a Main Street so it’s a bit noisy at night when you are trying to sleep or in the mornings when people head out to work.

It was very clean. Breakfast is very good.

The staff are not cooperative, I came with my family and with my loggig and they didn't help, they said help yourself!! Apartment has one AC in living room and the 2 bedrooms don't have, you have to keep doors open to cool down the rooms! (I stay there in July which is warm climate) Rooms are not sound proof and located by the highway so the noise is really high, if you need quit room to sleep this is not the right place for you.. Windows curtains are not sealed for light..

Good Location, Near restaurants & supermarkets also near to the Sea, I recommend it.

Only problem I faced was the parking, because there were few for the Hotel.

TV channels all in turkey , non in English or other languages, there are water leaks in sink of bathroom so the floor always wet.., i had relative with us show us the city so when he get with us to the suite the staff call us after 10 minute he must leave or he shoud pay 200 turkesh lera to stay few hour with us , so you can not get your guests in the suite. Finally the park are in the front street so some time at night it will be full and you should park far away from the hotel.

Main road location was good but some traffic noise, even though there was double glazed windows. Not a major problem.

Clean, quiet, value for money, and friendly staff

We stay during July one night, and it was hot weather somehow and the apartment has only one AC. It took 3 to 4 hours till the the apartment get cooler.

from when we checked in we were met by Furkan, all expectations we’re met from the start, from service to helpfulness to overall mannerisms. Furkan, Fatih and Eren were extremely helpful throughout. a massive thank you to all three of them

I would most definitely say a deep clean on the furniture was required (it wasn’t dirty, just a few old stains(on bottom on opposite side of mattress) along with perhaps getting rid of the cigarette burns on the sides, floor and furniture. there was other thing which we mention to Furkan who spoke with house keeling but it was dealt with. we did have to put the mattresses in the living room as there were no air conditioning in the rooms. when we’re we’re asleep the cars from the road were quite load as there is a window vent so noise was coming through but I can imagine if we were to have slept in the rooms it would have been fine 😀

first, it was trouble experience from all aspects :( night shift reception charged me 450 LT addition and didn’t allow me to checkin without paying even we I requested him to give me money back to find better hotel, he refused. I asked them to help me with luggage but they informed me it is not hotel responsibility to carry luggage to room? the noise from main road was annoying during night. there is no AC in the room. only in main dinning room. Furnture requested innovation since it is old. bed is not comfortable and creates back pain. I complained to day shift team without any positive response. I will never stay in such bad hotel

Öncelikle otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımsever. Odalar geniş ve bütün imkanlar mevcut. Otel denize çok yakın ve merkezi sayılabilecek bir konumda. Ben iki çocuk üç yetişkin konakladım. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Eksik olarak şunları söyleyebilirim; odada bulaşık makinesi ve çamaşır makinesi var ama yanınızda deterjanınızı götürmelisiniz. Odalarda sandalye sayısı yetersiz, bizim odada 2 tane vardı.

2 odalı aile odasında konakladim ortak kullanım alanı dışında odalar klima yok yataklar çok rahatsiz ve oda temiz değildi otele ait otopark yok yol kenarına park ediyorsunuz birdaha düşünmeniz dileğiyle

Çalışanlar ve otel çok iyiydi. Gayet keyifli ve güzel vakit geçirdik. Teşekkürler

Otel odasının imkanları çok iyi, konumu harika, mutfak ekipmanları yetersiz, tesisatların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Sadece ev konseptinde. Otelde deniz manzarali rezervasyon yaptirmistim. Yola bakan karanlik bir daire verildi. Ocak, firin var diye yaziyordu. Hicbiri yoktu. Otel hakkinda yeterli bilgi yok maalesef. Odada nem ve rutubet kokusu vardi. Oteldeki esyalar eskimeye baslamis. Bakim yapilmiyor gibiydi. Kırık esyalar mevcut.

King suit odada konakladım temizlik, ortam gayet güzeldi, konum olarakda fena sayılmaz benim gördüğüm eksik tvlerde kasma problemi oluyor nete bağlanınca ve kumanda sanırım bozulmuş uzaktan çekmiyor TV nin yanına kadar girmem gerekiyordu.

This is not a hotel room and services pack but one of the best room with household equipment around the vicinity..

Balayı çifti olduğumuzdan süsleme ve içecek sunmaları gerekirken ekstra ücret(75tl) istendi. Ücret ödendi ancak sadece süsleme yapılmıştı odaya ve diğer kaldığımız otellerde(butik dahil) böyle bir problem maddi talep olmadığından otelin işletme kültürünün zayıf olduğuna kanaat getirdik. Otel muazzam ancak balayı konsepti vs uygun değil.

Otel farklı bir otel bizde tadını cıkarmak için geldik ama personel ilgisiz donuk valizler elimizde.bize bakıyor otoparkı yok bunlar 1 günde karsılasılan sıkıntılar

الموقع اكثر من رائع قريب من البحر ومكان مريح وكان الأخ أنس من الجنسية العراقية أكثر من رائع وهو كان المساعد لنا في سامسون وأكثر من محترم أنصح السكن فيه بقوة

Mükemmeldi

It is so good to look for apart hotel. It is clean, big, fresh and chic. But there is no house keeping after you checked in. However, if I am happen to go there again, I can book there again.
