Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The pool is great, the rooms and amenities are clean and well kept. Room itself is nice and roomy for a couple.
Guest experience and service levels were sub par. No explanation of the hotel, grounds or services on check in. Told the restaraunt was closed the day we arrived (fine, but would have expected prior notice of this since it is outside of town). Breakfast is fine, also barista coffee is a nice touch. We missed out on fresh cooked eggs/bacon option on morning 1 because nobody spoke to us about having to order them or made us aware they were an option (and after ordering 2 x eggs and bacon on the second day only eggs arrived). Dinner the second night was also fine, but service was very poor and slow. Had to cancel desert after a 30 minute wait for one tiramisu. You are very reliant on staff for a good experience on the hotel grounds considering how remote the place is- instead the staff were very reluctant to engage with us and overall disinterested.

The bedroom was a very warm at night despite having the aircon set as low as possible. Wasps were annoying but expected given the location.

Byliśmy w sierpniu więc ze względu na wysokie temp spędzaliśmy dzień nad basenem a koło 18 wyjeżdżaliśmy zwiedzać okolice. Do Ostuni 15 min samochodem. Śniadania były niezłe jak na Włochy. Można było zjeść nie tylko na słodko ale też do wyboru była foccacia czy jajecznica na życzenie. Restauracja hotelowa bardzo dobra. Przy basenie bar gdzie można zamówić napoje czy przekąski. Pokoje czyste. Mieliśmy rodzinny z Darłowa sypialnia. W pokoju lodówka i mała kuchenka Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. W masserii można też kupić świetną oliwę i wina. Ręczniki na basen dostępne ale wypożyczenie kosztuje 5e (bezzwrotne ). Tutaj czas płynie wolno i naprawdę można odpocząć.

Hotel grounds are immaculate, beautiful clean pool, plenty of loungers. Missed breakfast and when we asked for coffees later in the morning we received them for free, nice gesture :)
The room is outdated, bathroom and kitchen could be modernised however it had all the essentials.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Le séjour s’est très bien passé, le personnel est accueillant et discret. La Masseria est très agréable, la piscine est un vrai plus. Mention toute particulière à l’équipe de nettoyage, la chambre est remise propre chaque jour et le nettoyage est parfait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour ! Et s’il vous plait, prenez soin des petits chats qui sont présents dans la Masseria, ça fait plaisir de les voir.
Tout s’est très bien passé. Quelques petits axes d’amélioration : Permettre une ouverture et une fermeture de la piscine plus tardive (8h-22h par exemple) Et permettre l’ouverture du petit déjeuner un peu plus tôt (8h par exemple), car le petit déjeuner est compris (ce qui est super) mais si nous voulons partir visiter tôt, 9h n’est pas l’idéal.

Delicious fresh breakfast buffet with local produce and fresh pastries. Onsite olive oil tasting and olive trees tour was amazing. Highly recommend.
Location is only accessible via car, some 10 minutes drive off the main road.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Proprietà stupende nel mezzo degli ulivi pugliesi. Piscina grande con tante sdraio, senza problemi per trovare un posto a sedere. La conformazione della piscina è adatta sia a famiglie con bambini piccoli, con una parte bassa che per adulti nella parte più alta. Staff gentilissimo e pazientissimo a tutte le nostre richieste. Stanza molto grande e comoda, grande letto che ci ha accolto comodamente in tre. Colazione molto buona e ottimo ristorante (sia snack che cena)
Il bagno della stanza è troppo piccolo e non funzionale. La doccia minuscola. Un solo appendiaccappatoio (in una stanza che può accogliere fino a 4 persone) Nessuno spazio per mettere i propri prodotti. Lo sciacquone che funziona ad alternanza. Da ristrutturare.

Prima kamer maar wat donker door de dikke muren en klein raampje. Het was het ook wat warm (badkamer en vloer) en de aircon in de slaapkamer kregen we niet uit. Desondanks een geweldige Masseria waar we vast nog naar terugkomen.

The breakfast was the best we have had in Italy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. A big highlight was the pool area, with plenty of sun loungers available. The on-site restaurant served outstanding food. A truly exceptional place that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026This was a great place to stay as a base to explore Puglia, within a short drive from Ostuni. It was clean, quiet and peaceful based in an Olive grove. The facilities exellent, Breakfast was really good, the resturant excellent, and the pool area clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly, helpful and eager to help with any questions.
The kitchen/dining area in the rooms is very useful, but basic. Great for a snack or drink, but probably not suitable for preparing big meals.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Ambiente bellissimo, molto caratteristico compreso il loro frantoio ipogeo. Questa masseria è un'oasi di pace, immersa negli ulivi e lontano dal caos del mare o della città. La cucina e la colazione sono molto buone. La piscina è molto pulita, confortevole e tranquilla perfetta per un momento di relax.
Abbiamo scelto la soluzione "casa vacanze" ma sinceramente non era uno spazio funzionale in questo senso: la cucina è piccolissima con solo due fornelli ed un lavandino, il frigorifero è quelli super piccoli per le camere di albergo (infatti si trova nell'armadio). Nulla toglie che il posto è bellissimo e siamo stati benissimo però è più una camera spaziosa che una casa vacanza.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto cenare con il menu completo ma purtroppo la sera che eravamo ospiti il ristorante era “ limitato “ a pochi piatti perche era giorno di chiusura del ristorante

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Wirklich eine super Unterkunft, wir waren als Familie dort und hatten zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstür, wirklich super. Lage top, komplett ruhig und doch gleich beim Strand oder in schönen Orten. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch gerichtet genauso wie das Abendessen. Dadurch dass sie nicht so viele Zimmer haben, war es auch beim Pool sehr ruhig und angenehm.

3 puntjes: * Er waren geen badlakens meer voor het zwembad. Maar de accommodatie was maar half gevuld… * Af en toe een lach / interesse bij mensen van de receptie zou fijn zijn. Meer een tip: laat bijvoorbeeld 2x een pendelbusje rijden naar de stad. Je hebt anders echt een auto nodig.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026De locatie is erg mooi en rustgevend. De kamer is ruim en schoon. Fijn ook dat ieder een terras heeft om lekker buiten te kunnen zitten. Het zwembad is heerlijk verkoelend en er zijn altijd genoeg bedjes. Je kan 's middags bij het zwembad ook drankjes bestellen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gaf het verblijf een persoonlijke touch. Doordat de masseria niet al te groot, leren ze je ook al snel kennen. Het ontbijt is erg goed, voor ieder wat wils. Wij hebben er ook 2x 'savonds gegeten. Lekker eten voor een goede prijs!
Kleine dingentjes, heeft zeker geen negatieve invloed gehad op ons verblijf. De douche was klein (voor ons lange Nederlanders), vooral met haren wassen (lange haren) was dit soms wel wat lastiger. Het koelkastje had ook wat groter gemogen.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026El alojamiento es precioso y muy tranquilo. La piscina es espaciosa, con más profundidad de la que parece y tiene un chiringuito para tomar algo. Las camas son súper cómodas, y aunque la ducha es algo pequeña es suficiente para darte una ducha. Es recomendable al 100%.

Am Pool nur drei Sonnenschirme intakt. Alle andere kaputt bzw. nicht vorhanden . Badezimmer sehr klein, Dusche mini. Beim Frühstücken und Abendessen Katzenbesuch.

Excellent restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Welcoming, helpful & accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend.

בפרטים של המלון הובטחו מכונת קפה וגם!!! קומקום לקפה/תה. רק אחרי שביקשנו והתווכחו איתנו קיבלנו ללילה השני מתוך שניים קומקום לחימום מים. בנוסף בגל חום שהיה באירופה לא היו בקבוקי מים בחדר.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Sehr ruhige Lage mitten in Olivenhainen. Nach Ostuni Katzensprung, die Orte der näheren Umgebung gut erreichbar. Die letzten paar km bis zum Hof sind schon mal was zum entspannen...Das Ristorante ist eine Empfehlung.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Ontzettend mooie locatie, ver afgelegen van de drukte van de stad. De boekten een studio, deze was super netjes, lekker ruim (de hoogte in) en modern. Voor ons erg groot pluspunt dat de kamer goed donker was. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar als je wat nodig hebt. Vanuit het restaurant kan je de gehele dag drinken halen voor bij het zwembad. De locatie biedt zowel lunch- als diner. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk! Op 15 minuutjes van het populaire Ostuni. Wij zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen op deze heerlijke plek!
De lunch- en diner kaart zijn hetzelfde.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Le cadre de l'hôtel est très joli et dépaysant, de même pour la piscine. La chambre était spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Situation géographique idéale pour visiter la région et à 10-15 minutes d'Ostuni. La piscine aurait pu être un rien plus chaude mais je pense qu'à partir de fin mai - début juin c'est parfait.
Nous avons eu pas mal de fourmis dans la chambre mais sinon c'était très propre. Par contre petit déjeuner assez rudimentaire et les chats errants au petit déjeuner pourraient être mieux traités par l'hôtel car ils font mal au coeur ce n'est pas très agréable de les voir comme ça

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Excellent masseria with relaxing atmosphare in the middle of 1000 years old olive oil yards. Thank you for your hospitality, we will have nice memories to take home. Tour with olive oil tasting was cherry on the top. Highly recommend this place.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Beautiful property nestled in the valley of olive trees near Ostuni. A little oasis away from it all. The staff were all very friendly and happy to assist with any needs. Parking is easy. It has a wonderfully provided breakfast & a great restaurant for dinner. There is a beautiful, large pool that is relaxing and inviting where staff will bring requested refreshments. The rooms are comfortable, simply but well decorated equipped with a mini cooktop, sink and mini refrigerator. Perfect for a couple to stay and unwind and close enough to spend an afternoon in Ostuni. Amazing property with amazing staff. Definitely top on my list of experiences and stays. Relaxing!

Doccia piccola e stretta. Materasso del letto per me personalmente troppo molle. Avrei desiderato avere una scelta più vasta di pane per colazione e miele e marmellata nostrani della regione.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft inmitten von Olivenanlagen. Wir hatten in einem Nebenbau ein wunderbar grosses, freundliches Zimmer. Das Frühstück ein Traum und das Nachtessen im Restaurant einfach göttlich. Wunderbare Ambiente in einem Garten im Innenhof.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception dürften etwas aufmerksamer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein. Das Personal der Reinigung und Restaurant waren hingegen sehr freundlich.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026A masseria é linda e fizemos um tour muito legal com uma degustação de azeites feitos no local. A piscina é maravilhosa, muito confortável e toda a propriedade é linda. Os quartos são amplos, silenciosos e o chuveiro é muito acima da média da região, o banho é excelente! O café da manhã é farto e com opções de ovos feitos na hora, além de ser servido em um delicioso terraço.
A cozinha estava fechado quando estivemos hospedados. Apesar dos funcionários terem sido muito gentis em nos preparar alguns pratos mais básicos, nosso objetivo era comer por lá, o aviso poderia ter sido dado com mais antecedência.
