The door kept making a noise like the wind kept coming in room 7. No extra towels. I asked for a room with a door that separated the shower and bathroom from the room . Didn’t get that and it was uncomfortable because I needed privacy which I explained to Anita

Obey and Qiniso are really great at what they do! We appreciate the effort they put into their work! We are so impressed with everything, the aesthetics and the staff, the cleanliness of the space!

When we arrived the receptionists was friendly

Very disappointing — not remotely luxury The room was definitely not luxury as described. There was no internet, which meant the TV was unusable. The bath was cracked and leaked, allowing all the hot water to escape. The shower head sprayed water everywhere, and the taps were leaking as well. Overall, the room showed a serious lack of maintenance. We reported the internet problem to reception, and we were told that maintenance would be sent to fix it. Nobody ever came. The air conditioning also failed to keep the room warm, making the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when we checked out, we were told that the room had to be inspected first. Given the condition of the room and the lack of maintenance during our stay, this was particularly disappointing.

The receptionist was so rude from the point of arrival they didn’t want to open the gate, upon check in he was shouting that we want people in-house to get robbed. And rushed us.When we got to the room there was no hot water and the smell of smoke. Upon departure I was leaving for work I left the room key in the house. When I got to the gate they couldn’t open prior to checking the room. I felt like a thief especially for someone who is also in the same industry. I wouldn’t recommend this.

The gardens and exteriors were in pristine maintenance and it was so nice to look at. The houses themselves were really comfortable and nice. We loved the bathtubs and the overall look and feel of the place.

On the morning of my sister's wedding, the power went out. There was power to the main building, and we saw solar panels from the street, but NONE of the rooms had power. This was fine at the start, yes. It was hard to get the equipment on, but the worst part was that the water flow was affected by the electricity. In my opinion, if your water is dictated by electricity, your place should ensure that redundant power is also supplied to the flats. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Please ensure you lay your additional power source to the rooms before you make sure your main building has power. Guests come first; they bring in the money. Without them you kitchen does not need power.

Beautiful property .We luckily stayed in the honeymoon suite which was a gorgeous room . I asked for a bath tub and the tub was the feature in the room and we absolutely enjoyed bathing time.The linen was white warm and felt soft and enjoyable. Ample toiletries and warm fluffy clean towels.Enough closet space for both myself and partners luggage for the night but could be tiny if you intend on staying longer or dont travel light. It was a really lovely romantic space.

The front desk is vacant after 10 pm so you are abandoned till the morning which can be daunting in emergencies or in my case if both phones die at midnight and there are no charging points in your room. There were no room instruction manuals for the aircon ,tv etc. No phone or intercom to call the front desk from. No phone charging ports, multi pin plugs or even 2 pin plugs at all in the room as I brought a charging plug and charger and both our phone batteries died making it rather inconvenient at midnight with nobody at reception to help and so had to get the receptionist to call an uber for me at checkout the next morning.Deeming my phone useless all day till i got to a charging port after midday. No cutlery or tspoons in the coffee bar , no sweetner , no milk only creamer sachets . This is minor but attention to such detail is paramount within the hospitality industry and are generally expected by guests. Despite stunningly beautiful, high-end rooms, the stay felt surprisingly uncomfortable due to frustrating oversights like a total lack of accessible contact with staff,multiplugs & charging ports and especially an absent front desk staff during the night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean, including the blankets, sheets, and pillows, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a peaceful night’s sleep with no noise at all. The place is well maintained, neat, and spotless. Highly recommended. Please keep up the high standard.

I loved the whole look of the boutique,it’s gorgeous worth every cent,it’s very vintage and spacious,I loved our room,it was spacious,clean and everything worked well.. the location is easy to find and security seems good. It’s not noisy at all. I loved the bathtub in our room,and the double basins,it’s very convenient. The TV is huge,the bed and pillows are comfy and everything was clean. There was a staff lady that we saw while checking out and she was so sweet,greeted us with the biggest smile and I appreciated it.

1. I’m not sure if the establishment is aware but my Husband and I were awake around midnight and there were sounds in the ceiling that sounded like rats and cockroaches,it was extremely disturbing and I don’t think anyone would appreciate it 2. There was some noise from the room next to ours,it sounded very clear and I don’t think the people were loud,the walls are just thin 3. Both receptionists we experienced weren’t friendly at all,they barely interacted with us or even made eye contact,it was disappointing considering how beautiful this boutique is but there was a staff member that greeted us with a smile in the morning and I appreciated it ,wish we got the same energy from the receptionists.

I loved everything about this place. It's so clean and absolutely stunning. I honestly feel it should receive 5stars. It's so peaceful and everything from the entrance, garden and rooms are so well kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Safety at the gate is a challenge, you can get robbed while waiting for the gate to opened, remote must be provided so that one can open himself
