FOX Hotel Pekanbaru

Location is good. Staff lovely. Hotel has all the basics required.

Facilities need updating.

Gute Lage, viele Warungs, Beer Bintang Karaoke Bar gleich ums Eck.

房間整潔，服務態度很好，早餐種類多且好吃

隔音有點不太好

Semuanya ok!! Excellent!! Clean!!

View from the room was good.

I was given smooking room while 4 days 3 nighta staying there. The inside room door's lock was broken. Only 1 unit door key was given. Extra key will given if extra payment is made. Request for extra towel is not being entertained by the cleaner.

the room was clean and getting food around were easy

always be my favorite hotel, really comfort, smells good

- location is good in terms of the destination we needed - - supermarkets, cafes are nearby - mattress is comfortable - open view - early check-in - staff is trying to make the stay as good as possible

- room was with faults (dripping faucet in the bathroom, loose handles, cracked paint, dirty window) - smoking smell in the bathroom - general tear and wear is quite hard - monotonous sound of the generator or a/c unit, difficult to sleep - breakfast is weak and the area could be cleaned better (sticky floor, stains on chairs/sofas

From check in until check out all smooth

I didn't like to leave this hotel

Rooms are good.15th floor is good because of pool and city veiw

Lift is pathetic and painful. Check in service is very slow and poor

We stay in this hotel every time we visit family in Pekanbaru. The service is fantastic, all staff are very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed like it was home. We had a few issues at first, but they quickly fixed without question. The facility’s are great gym, spa centre and infinity swimming pool located on the top floor. Great view of the city. If there was a suggestion that I could make would be to mark the food cards for breakfast identifying potential food allergies. “Photo of suggestion added to this review. I would highly recommend this hotel for family, couples and business traveler’s.

Clean, staff very good, near the mall..

Room not bad

Check in level and time taken to check in

A beautiful big room and spacious bathroom. Great views from room and infinity pool on the roof. Very helpful staff and good restaurant.

Letak lokasinya

Jalan masuk yg agak susah ditemukan serta lobby hotel yang berada dilantai 2

Location is good. Connecting room available is good and convenient

The bathroom has urine smell due to pipe choking? Room 920, there is ongoing water 💧 puddle of water out from the tiles which is in front of the basin. Dangerous as guests may slip and fall. No floor mat to clean the puddle if waters. No hand towels. Pillow cases are old. My first stay in Feb 2025 was good but not the second time stay in July as the room is smelly at the bathroom. After feedback on 3rd night stay, then the urine smell is gone but the floor tiles that have water flowing out needs hacking and maintenance ultimately

Only the location, close to mall and cafes

The hotel is just ok. Nothing great. Check out takes more than 15 mins.

Don’t stay here . Hotel is quite run down

Nice pool and great location

The car park attendant kept trying to charge our taxi driver for parking when they were simply picking us up. It’s a bit hard to register the drivers information if you don’t know it.

Stayed a night during a work trip. Not too bad a hotel in a small town, and part of the ASR group. Room is clean, service was good, breakfast spread was ok, with fruits being kept chilled. My only complaint is that the pillows are very flat and the towels are fraying. Otherwise it is a pleasant stay.

Location was good, opposite a shopping mall. The staff at the reception was very helpful and gave us the rooms we requested.

There was a smell in our toilet coming from the pipes when we turned on the tap. The lifts took a long time to arrive.

Big room, comfortable bed, great utensils. All complete and make our stay really convenient. Location in front of Mall. Easy for eatery and simple shopping. It was a great stay.

None

Friendly and helpful staff! Appreciate the water dispenser to reduce plastic use (bottled water). However, my room is stuffy, air-con seemed not functioning well as temperature never reach what we set, shower room is slippery and bed lights not working.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was adjacent to the mall, but the mall was "dead". Only 3 active restaurant on the first floor, and the rest (1st floor until the highest floor) has no open store. The hotel itself is located in the city center. It is strategically located and should be convenient for tourist. The food is so-so. Mostly was infonesian food. I stayed during Ramadhan month, and their sahur food is so-so. The room is okay, however the wi-fi signal is not stable. Please improve. I hope my review can assist the hotel for making a significant improvement.

Good. Everything meets my expectations.

Staff very attentive Room was clean and well equipped

Room had a slight smell of cigarettes. Pekanbaru doesn’t offer much

Fox haris hotel is one of most recommended hotel. The rooms are good, the service is also good, the hotel is clean, the staff are good, basically recommended for visiting again with family and friends.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great location.

The view is fascinating, the very nice place at fox hotel pekanbaru. I think this hotel is very good for bisnis dan family, near, love this hotel , clean and staff very friendly and nice, with nice with maria and vani

It was a great experience! The facilities, the hospitality, all was great. The internet is good, I had no problem with it. The cleaniness is good too. I got my water inside a pot, I prefer in just water bottle though but that's fine. Thank you!

Walking distance to shopping mall and eatery, very courteous staff. Excellent !

Great location in front of Ciputra mall ..

Maintenance of washing facility can be better .. sign of mold on the shower head

Location & friendly staff

Breakfast was only average by standards

The room is spacious and super comfortable.. Breakfast buffet was great.. Friendly staff.. Value for money....

i would like all of the property.

bathroom smells bad

Love the variety of food during breakfast. Love seeing the staffs dancing/exercising in the morning. It gives happy vibes to all the guests.

Nothing

There is dancing during breakfast which is a surprise. Overall the hotel is neat and clean.

All is good. Nothing wrong.

It was good. Quality stay.

Clean and nice hotel. Near to amenities, shopping and food eatery. Service is good and staff friendly

- The Facility is Beautiful, Nice View! - People Services is poor, # Asking for single items like Tissues and toilet paper take almost one hour to deliver. # Calling front desk and they ignore your call, when you call manager on Duty phone the response is same lady at front desk. # the Cleaning boy do not clean the WC, and the waste was collected in plastic bag and leave near to the bedroom. (Provably is a give away or souvenir for us, I don't know) - Restaurant: The first day during breakfast, I hair was find in the Omelet, Provably another Give away???? # The variety of meal was limited and not many options for breakfast (We didn't try any other meal after nasty moment with the hair)
