- Desconozco el motivo, pero al llegar al Hotel y de forma gratuita, nos pusieron una habitación más grande y con mejores vistas por el mismo precio. Con eso ya se ganaron mi amistad para siempre. - La cama era grande y muy cómoda, nada de ser súper blanda o súper dura, como sucede en otros hoteles. Por lo que dormimos muy bien. - La habitación era realmente grande, espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. Todas las mañanas, cambiaban las sábanas, las toallas y fregaban en el suelo por lo que el servicio de limpieza era diario. - Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón precioso que daba justo a la piscina y te daban ganas de tirarte desde ahí, pero esta prohibido 😅. - El personal del Hotel era muy agradable, encantador y servicial. Tuvimos todos los días alguna que otra conversación con ellos en el que nos recomendaban donde ir, que comer o cosas que hacer. Se interesaban por si realmente nos sentíamos cómodos en el lugar y que queríamos desayunar al día siguiente. Especialmente quiero mencionar tanto a Tracy como Yam que se portaron muy bien con nosotros. - Las instalaciones son iguales que en las fotos. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados, al igual que la piscina. Era encantador desayunar por la mañana junto a la piscina y los jardines. - El desayuno era variado, te daban a elegir entre 4 menús en los cuales tú podías combinarlos como tú quisieses. Para mí fue más que suficiente.

- Hay que tener en cuenta que el Hotel se encuentra un poco alejado del centro (cosa que yo también buscaba) por lo que para moverte vas a necesitar alquilar una moto o solicitar un taxi. Pero el propio Hotel tiene a tu disposición de forma gratuita bicicletas. Estas se encuentran un poco desvencijadas y necesitarían un mayor mantenimiento. En una ocasión a mí se me rompió la cadena de una de las bicis, pero como el personal es tan amable y tan servicial enseguida me pusieron a disposición de otra. Aun así como crítica constructiva, deben mejorar el servicio y el mantenimiento de las bicicletas.

Very nice stay at the Hoi An Riverside Apartments. Great very helpful, very ery friendly welcoming staff, large comfortable rooms with balcony and pool view. Good breakfast. Ideally located just a short Grab ride from town or a 20-30 minute walk almost all along the pretty riverside pathway. A couple of good, cheap restaurants nearby and a short Grab again to the beach. Perfect for a mix of town, beach and pool activities. Highly recommended

Het lag op goede afstand van het oude centrum. Fijn zwembad en goede service van het personeel. Ook de gratis fietsen vonden wij erg handig.

Het ligt redelijk dicht bij de weg. De buren hebben honden en de hele nacht door geblaf. Uiteindelijk sliepen we wel, maar wel vaak wakker.

We loved staying in Riverside Villa. The people here are super kind, helpful and very curious in the best way! The room is clean, modern and the breakfast is the best! It is buffet so you can choose from many food. The pool is also a nice touch after the humid day in Hoi An! +every day room cleaning and fresh towels🩷

We had some trouble with wifi connection, if you are coming here while working online, dont rely on the wifi, altough there are many cafes with fiber internet around!

Alcuni particolari di manutenzione della struttura sono un pó trascurati (una delle scalette per entrare in piscina è rotta, le bici sono un pó datate e spesso le ruote sono sgonfie). Tutte cose che non hanno rovinato il nostro soggiorno ma che sono facilmente risolvibili

Superfijne, ruime kamer net buiten het historische centrum van Hoi An. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het zwembad was fijn. Het ontbijt oké. Wij vonden het juist heerlijk dat we nét buiten het historische centrum zaten. Zowel de rust als de drukte waren eenvoudig op te zoeken. Het hotel stelt gratis fietsen ter beschikking, maar om het wat meer van de omgeving te zien hebben wij scooters gehuurd. Aanrader om door de rijstvelden en kokosplantages te rijden.

El trato familiar del personal y su amabilidad fue de lo mejor! Esta bien ubicado pero fuera del centro antiguo, tened en cuenta que hace falta scooter o grab. Nosotros era justamente lo que buscábamos, una zona mas tranquila. La piscina muy buena y las habitaciones son grandes y comodas.

Las cortinas no se pueden cerrar bien por lo cual entra mucha luz en la habitación, nosotros no pudimos descansar del todo por eso ya que nos molesta mucho la luz. Hay también un perro y un gallo creo que los vecinos que molestaban a veces en la madrugada pero bueno, cosas de la naturaleza :)

La proximité immédiate avec la route rend l'hôtel très bruyant, qualité des repas très moyenne, soin à apporter à l'entretien durant la journée autour de la piscine (serviettes pas renouvelées, tables pas débarrassées) Dans la chambre équipements à revoir : tv bancale prête à tomber, pas de prise dans la SDB.

Everything! The staff were incredible and the most friendly place we’ve stayed. The pool was amazing and the location was so peaceful. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit everyday. We loved the bikes and the fast laundry service too

điểm trừ số 1 là không có thang máy, dù bảo vệ đã giúp đỡ mang hành lí lên xuống nhưng đi bộ cả ngày về leo lên cũng rất mệt vì tôi ở tầng 3. bữa sáng chưa thú vị lắm dù khá đầy đủ khách sạn khá gần phố nhưng không hiểu sao cực khó để bắt xe taxi vào phố hay đi bất cứ đâu. thường phải bắt 30 phút đến cả tiếng mới có xe nhận chuyến. có lẽ tháng thấp điểm thì sẽ đỡ hơn

We loved the room, the staff and the location. For us it was perfect, being out of the Old Town but close enough to ride in when we wanted to. Great pool too!

Nothing, really!

The staff were very accomodating and were always ready and willing to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The whole resort was beautiful and we would definitely visit this resort again. Location wise the property was close enough to the old town and was just a quick drive — it was also far enough that we were away from the hustle and bustle of the night life.

I stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it! My room was very large and spacious, with of the pool. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was also very spacious. I had the opportunity to enjoy two massages during my stay, and both were absolutely amazing! A real treat. The two therapists were also incredibly kind and welcoming. I also really liked the location. Although it’s about a 5–10 minute grab ride from the Old Town, I actually think that’s a big advantage because you get to enjoy a much quieter and more peaceful atmosphere. Last but not least, the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back!

One small downside was that there were a few stains on the towels. However, I noticed a sign in the bathroom explaining that guests are charged if they leave stains on the towels (from makeup for example), which I think is completely reasonable. That said, it’s a bit unfortunate for the next guests if stained towels are still being used.

Great location, great staff, Tracy was very welcoming and the accommodation was fantastic.

The feeling of home away from home. I love it when I get that feeling when I pick the places I stay at. Big or small hotels with no personal touch, is places I try to avoid with all cost. I enjoyed it so much I even added an extra day. The staff are superfriendly and they always had a smile no matter when or what I needed. I had several good conversation with them, and I like that they reach out and want to talk. But there is one person who goes far and beyond to make your stay perfect. Tracy is the kind of person, that if I was running a hotel, she would be the first person I would hire. The service she is providing is outstanding. She helped me fixing a big problem with a gift, and she didn’t ask for anything in return. Not even money for the repair because a friend helped her out. She even transported it back and forth for the repair. I can’t thank her enough for all her kindness. It means the world to me. All hotels should have a Tracy. The hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes bike ride from the Old Town, and its really nice to get away from all the noise and tourists. Someone complained about the bikes, that they are old, but that is a part of the charm. Would definitely come back for my next visit.

Nice and quiet location, close to the river and next to a bunch of rice fields. Staff was very friendly, facilities are good. The bath was great! Cleaning was always timed so that the room would be done by the time you got back from breakfast - very thoughtful and appreciated! Breakfast was alright, but you do want to be in time to have a good amount of choice. The bicycles provided are old, but either way they're free to use.

Never thought i'd mention this in a hotel review but... the music! During our stay the same +- 5 dance songs from the nineties were playing on loop in the common areas (pool, restaurant), all day - everyday. Funny at first, but after a while it gets quite annoying. The pool, while nice, has the filters and circulation turned off for most of the day. It's only turned on 1 or 2 hours a day. While you're allowed to go into the pool after sunset, they don't turn on the lights so it's not very inviting. One small remark on staff: I guess it might depend a bit on cultures, but it can be perceived as slightly intrusive by some guests when you're regularly asked what you're up to and where you're going when they see you leaving.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La chambre est spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable et la literie est top. Énorme coup de cœur pour la salle de bain, elle aussi très spacieuse, et sa douche en extérieur super agréable qui offre une vue directe sur les rizières. Les équipements de la chambre sont parfaits, le coffre-fort et la climatisation fonctionnent très bien. L'espace extérieur est propice à la détente avec une piscine super propre, calme et bien ombragée, bordée de chaises longues très agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement excellent. Les œufs sont à la carte et faits minute (mention spéciale pour les œufs pochés avec la soupe !), accompagnés de spécialités salées locales délicieuses et renouvelées chaque jour, en plus des classiques lard et saucisses. Les fruits sont délicieux et le café extra. Mais par-dessus tout, nous retiendrons l'extrême gentillesse du personnel, avec une mention toute spéciale pour Tracy et Katy qui ont été extra avec nous du début à la fin. Nous avons reçu un accueil 5 étoiles, à la fois chaleureux et très pro. Elles nous ont donné de super conseils (notamment pour le Memories Show et un excellent resto) et ont assuré un super suivi pour savoir si nous avions apprécié nos soirées et si tout allait bien. Ce sont des hôtes ultra réactives et attentionnées qui ont fait de notre séjour un super moment. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

La route parfois un peu bruyante

What a beautiful and well-decorated place! Our room had the biggest best I’ve ever slept on and probably the most comfortable as well. We had a balcony with a view towards the pool and the sunset. The room was very spacious and felt luxurious - we actually even got a free upgrade of the room! The staff were very kind and helpful, arranged our taxi to the airport for a good price, and were always available to help out with taking the free bikes available on the property. We liked the location as well, as it is more peaceful than the busy old town, and yet it is close enough - about 15 mins bike ride along the river path.

Only downsides were that the air conditioner was a bit old and not working too well, but there was also a fan available in the room, so no problem for us. Also while the location is absolutely beautiful, it is right next to the main road which means you can hear quite a lot of traffic.

A very nice property with a beautiful pool area. But three best part, by far, we’re the people running the hotel, especially the manager Tracey (Uyen), who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special, as well as the rest of the staff who were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly (with a special appreciation to—and I hope I have her name right—Suong at the front desk.

Minor quibbles: lots of steps and street noise.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Tracey was our main point of contact and made our stay in Hoi An smooth and easy so we were able to relax. The breakfast was delicious and our room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. Thank you Tracey as well as all the other staff at riverside!

Personel był bardzo miły i zawsze chętnie pomagał w każdej sytuacji. Pokoje były czyste, przestronne i wygodne, dzięki czemu pobyt był naprawdę przyjemny. Hotel jest położony w świetnym miejscu, co bardzo ułatwiało zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po okolicy. Dużym plusem były dostępne dla gości rowery – świetnie sprawdzały się na dojazdy do pól ryżowych oraz do starego miasta. Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne, więc każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Z basenu można było korzystać codziennie do godziny 21:00, a każdego ranka był dokładnie czyszczony przez bardzo miłego pana. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z czystym sumieniem polecamy ten hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und interessiert. Die Einführung in die Stadt war super. Die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet und haben im Vergleich zu unseren bisherigen Unterkünften in Vietnam angenehm weiche Betten. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und bietet einen Rückzugsort von sehr heißen und lauten Hoi An.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Es war aber okay.

We really loved our whole stay, the pool is great and the bath is awesome. Katy at reception was excellent. She helped us so much at the start and end of our trip. She had great recommendations fitted to what we like and made the most of our stay. Breakfast was also a great range for a small hotel, with fresh noodle soup and eggs however you like. Loved it! The restaurant Katy recommended ‘little flower’ 2 min walk away was also amazing! We went back twice and the price was great.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Tracey was always quick responding, take care well all the guest. Room is big enough, so comfortable bed and very clean. I love the bath. Ride bicycles to go to everywhere and not so far old town. There are few nice restaurants around hotel. We will go back one day again.

The room was so clean and spacious. The staff was amazing they helped me with everything a lot! The room is actually like an apartment you have qhole like a blacony, living room space, the bed is soo big 5 person can fit in for real and their bath tub was fantastic! The pool and the common areas are also very usefull. I do reccomend you staying in this hotel!! The price and quality was awesome:)

Loved our stay - a peaceful spot away from the busy old quarter but only a 30 minute walk to the main area and only a 10 min Grab to An Bang beach. All needs were never too much and were met with kindness. All the team (Tracy & Katie) were always smiling and happy!

Le changement immédiat de notre télévision, tombée en panne. En plus remplacée par une Smart TV qui nous a permis de voir YouTube en français. L'emplacement de l'hôtel qui permet des balades à pied dans les rizières voisines et de rejoindre la vieille ville par la voie de halage. Sa piscine est aussi bien agréable, et les petits déjeuners sont très bien.

Trop peu de lumière dans la salle de bain qui est très vaste.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They recommended us the outside restaurant as well. We were lucky to get the room upgraded to bigger rooms. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep in quiet environment.

Not the walking distance from old town. But it’s quite cheap and easy to get there using Grab. It’s worth staying here.

Le vrai plus de cet établissement est le personnel : Tracy et son équipe sont au petit soin pour vous , elle vous proposera des services tel que laverie ou prêt de vélo , mais surtout prendra le temps d'organiser avec vous différentes activités proches et services taillés sur mesure par rapport à vos besoins , Vous pouvez lui faire confiance ! L’hôtel se situe au bord d’une route fréquentée, ce qui génère un peu de bruit au niveau de la piscine, mais on entend rien dans les chambres.

Staff especially Tracey who was excellent were helpful and courteous. Good breakfast, comfortable room, spacious and as described. Well situated, a little away from the busy town, but walkable or 5-10 minutes in a cab.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in February this year. The hotel is well decorated and has a boutique vibe about it. The room is spacious, clean, and styled to a very high standard. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, and nothing is too big an ask! They offer advise for the time in Hoi An, as well as helping to organise a transfer to the airport (it was around 350.000 to Denang airport with the hotel driver, which is cheaper than grab!). The hotel has free bikes to use, and gives great ideas of places to go and things to do. The breakfast is great, and as we have an early departure they even organised a takeaway breakfast for us. The only potential downside is being a little further from town, but for us that wasn’t an issue at all as a grab to the centre is around 30.000 and it’s super close to an amazing restaurant called Firefly.

Overall a good homestyle hotel. Rooms and bathrooms (with both shower and tub separate) are spacious. Water pressure is very good. Breakfast is tasty, changes daily, and has enough options. Restaurants and shops nearby too (Sky Beer restaurant is my favorite). Front desk staff (Ms Tracey, Ms Katie and team) are the stars of this hotel. From the moment of booking, to assisting with activities during the stay, they are very sincere and helpful.

No lifts, only stairs and steps within the floors, so maybe not suited for those with mobility issues. But the staff was kind enough to give our senior citizens the first floor (minimal steps down and up). Cleaning staff was a bit short due to Tet holiday. Restaurant waitress needs to pay more attention and has to be requested to refill items regularly.

We had an amazing stay! The place is absolutely beautiful, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We loved this property everything was super clean, organised, the stuff is very welcoming, helpful they gave us suggestions where to go, activities to do etc, they helped us with our luggages, kept our luggage’s after the check out. They dont have escalators. Thats a bit of inconvenient if you have big heavy bags. Even though the bell boy helps in the luggage

We had the most incredible stay at Hoi An Riverside Villas and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, relaxed, and thoughtfully looked after. A special mention must go to Tracey, who truly made our experience unforgettable. She was beyond helpful, kind, and attentive, going above and beyond in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth and care genuinely made our stay feel personal and special. Thanks to Tracey, our time here was easily one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The team were also incredibly generous and accommodating, especially as one of our group celebrated a birthday during our stay. The effort they put in to make it feel special was so thoughtful and unexpected, and it made the celebration even more memorable. It’s rare to find a place that shows such genuine generosity and attention to detail. The villas themselves are beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located along the river — a true oasis while still being close to everything Hoi An has to offer. I když bylo zařízení hotelu starší, tak mělo své kouzlo. Obzvláště pak pokoj s výhledem na bazén byl kouzelný. K pokoji patřila i jedna z nejhezčích koupelen kterou jsem na ubytování kdy měl. A servis byl výborný, slečna na recepci nám byla nápomocná od momentu zajištění transferu z/na letiště až po zorganizování výletu, masáže, atd.

Vzhledem k opotřebení vybavení, některé věci nefungovaly úplně na 100%. Ale nic co by se nedalo zvládnout.
