L’emplacement et la propreté

Le fait d’arrivé à 22h30 qu’on me dise que la chambre et pas prête qu’ont m’en propose une autre et qu’il faut payer 2000 peso en supplément je trouve ça absolument pas correct. Dans la salle de bain uniquement des petits échantillons de gel douche et shampooing pour un 5 étoiles je trouve cela incorrecte

The room was big, and comfortable. The bed was supremely good. The pool surprised us to the best and the option to have beer there just made it perfect. Staff is very professional and the over all, this stay was nearly perfect.

The walls are thin, so you clearly hear other guests at night, what woke me at 2 am because of drunk guests shouting.

Always an amazing place to stay!

Stunning hotel right in the heart of Makati. The on site onsen a huge highlight, just like they have in Japan (just missing a cold pool). The massage at the hotel perhaps the best I had in the Phillipines. Very little to complain about.

In hotel restaurant a bit expensive, but you pay for convenience.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I requested late checkout and they gave me until 4pm free of charge - something no other hotel has ever done for me. It was also just a very nice hotel in a great location.

Good location. They provide coupons for a complimentary treat and 10 minute massage, which was nice.

The hotel is not very flexible when it comes to late check-outs. I arrived the morning after my booked date, meaning I didn’t even use the room for the full night I had paid for. Despite this, they were only willing to offer a 30-minute late check-out the next day and even called to make sure I had vacated the room. I found the approach rather inflexible and would have appreciated a little more consideration given the circumstances.

It is very dark every where ,elevators rooms etc .breakfast not that great it is cold for hot dishes little choice especially fruit .Only poor quality melon . Desserts almost non existent the Japanese selection is terrible The Indian dishes were tasty but cold the Paratha/ Nan was too hard and cold . The cappuccino was nice ..

Nice hotel in a central location. Great swimming pool and lounge facilities. Onsen/wellness centre was a nice addition. Roof top bar had breathtaking views and cocktails reasonably priced.

Check in staff member was a bit dismissive and not courteous as you would expect.

ممرات كانت متسخه ، ولا يوفرون قوارير الماء وواضعين برادة ماء بين الممرات ، ولما عطونا كوبون مساج 10 دقائق ، وكوبون كيك ، طلبوا منا التقييم عبر قوقل ماب حتى يمنحونا الكيكة ، ووجدنا الاريكة متسخة وكلمناهم وغيروها اتمنى يتم تطوير الاثاث وزيادة الإنارة لانها خافته

The whole hotel smells bad. Including the rooms. Musty, old, damp, wet smell in your room and throughout the hotel. Water in the bathroom doesn't actually get hot...just.... very warm. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and not very good. A lot of the dishes were just sitting there, cold, room temperature. The orange juice was made from artificial powder. The yogurt they served had literally gone bad and was lumpy, smelled and tasted rancid. I showed a staff member who fully agreed with me, only to later take that statement back claiming that's how Greek yogurt is supposed to be 😂.... It was literally curdling and lumpy. I didn't know at first and nearly puked when it touched my tongue. Not acceptable to be serving your guests rancid yogurt.

Location is convenient. Rooms are fine. Breakfast was good. Gym was good.

Water access was bad. I understand the ecological approach is not to use plastic bottles due to the plastic garbage. But the one decrepit-looking water filter in the hallway was NOT appealing and we ended up just going out and buying our own water, navigating the streets to the nearest 7-11. The policy of inspecting a room before you can leave at checkout was weird. I guess they have had some bad experiences with guests, given the location.

The staff and the room were amazing. Drinks at the rooftop bar are a must when you stay here.

They were always ready to assist with a smile, responded quickly to every request, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their dedication and hard work truly deserve recognition, and they made my experience unforgettable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The hotel’s amenities were outstanding, including the excellent facilities, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped fitness center, and relaxing pool.
