Very nice hotel and big rooms. Clean pool.

Lots of bed bugs! Cold shower which they couldn’t fix. Staff no English whatsoever. Rented a bike from hotel with a flat tire which went completely flat on our drive which left us stranded. Could have been checked beforehand.

All good. Tuyet gave us mangoes for free. She was very kind. James was also nice. Good place, feels like a forest and relaxing with pool. Check if the room is ac or not, some people didn't check and booked it, later they were complaining and requesting to upgrade. So read before you book it. There is a beach close to it, best beach with resorts. Also can take bus to vin world etc and airport nearby in town.

Das Dach den Bungalows hatte ein Leck und bei Regen hat es reingeregnet.

Tolle Bungalows, schön eingerichtet sogar mit Moskitonetz. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber. Man konnte einen Roller leihen. Es war zwar nicht der Beste aber für die Strecken hat er gereicht

C'est un paradis . J'ai adoré. Jolie on vit un peu dans la savane 😉 avec une jolie piscine . Je conseille. Le personnel est sympa . Il y deux chiens qui se baladent ils sont super mignons . Puis dans la salle de bain j'ai eu de gros lézards inoffensifs qui partent ensuite ( je pense qu'ils ont plus peurs eux que moi ) . Le matelas est dur mais pour moi ce n' est pas un problème.

Salles d eau ouverte pleine de moisissures, pluie dans la chambre, insectes morts sur la moustiquaire, emplacement isolé et glauque, à fuir.

Le personnel est adorable. La piscine est incroyable et mes chambres aussi. L'emplacement est au calme mais il y a tout pas loin. Merciiiii je recommande.

Повелись на фотки, захотелось экзотики пожить в бунгало. По факту на территории встречает Бабка с поехавшей кукушкой и предлагает выпить зелье, в б. У. Пакете из под молока. Хорошо сотрудники вовремя остановили. Бассейн грязный, зашли в номер и окончательно поняли, надо бежать. Кровати простыни синтетических грязные, в душевой (тропический душ) огромные грязные пятна на стене. Сейфа нет, но нам сказали не беспокоится, (никто ничего не отберёт) москитки над кроватями не стирались никогда. Всё старое никаких реновацию с момента постройки. До моря 2км, аренда байки завышена по стоимости, а велосипед всего один. То есть по факту сидеть в бунгало, или зажигать с бабулей, если вы живёшь после приветственного коктейля от отеля. Много англо говорящих, хиппи, тех кому на условия вообще наплевать.

The manager and staff were so helpful and kind. The pool was wonderful and a great place to cool off! The bungalow was cute! Definitely bring bug spray - lots of mosquitoes but besides that had the perfect stay.

I loved how peaceful the room was. We had so much natural air and light. The pool was a good size and depth for some serious laps if you are inclined. Having many trees surrounding the location consistently gives cool shade and breeze.

The area was a bit far from the town and the bathroom had daily surprise from the natural residents. This is not a big deal to me, personally, but I am just letting you know to expect this. The staff kindly offers daily cleaning, which I did not avail of because I did not want to tax them too much.

Lovely bungalows around a beautiful garden and pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower.

Unfortunately it didn't have air con and the heat was pretty tough despite the 2 fans in the room.

Понравилось расположение отеля. Это место идеально подошло под мои ожидания. Да, возможно людям привыкшим к пакетным турам это место не понравится, но для истинного туриста это жемчужина. Расположение почти в центре, удобно добираться во все части острова. Персонал добрый и отзывчивый, всегда помогут и решат вопросы. Могут под ваши хотелки предоставить в аренду байк, подготовить тур. Вообщем я доволен всем.

I bungalow in mezzo alla natura hanno sempre un valore aggiunto, dovete tenere presente che nonostante sia pubblicizzato che fanno colazione pranzo e cena, può succedere come a noi di rimanere senza cena e senza alcun preavviso. Per la spiaggia c è una strada più o meno sterrata di circa 1,5 km, noi amiamo camminare e siamo andati a piedi, altrimenti noleggiano anche in struttura I motorini, abbiamo pernottato 4 notti e non sono mai state fatte le pulizie, abbiamo cercato di far cambiare i cestini (specie quello del bagno, visto che vi si getta la carta igienica.....) portando il sacchetto chiuso in reception e non capivano cosa volevamo. Altro handicap é la totale incapacità di capirsi anche con un inglese basico, tranne con un paio di ragazze, non sempre presenti. Abbiamo infatti usato Google translate. La piscina è discreta ma anche quella viene pulita poco. La colazione è varia e senza limiti. Considerate che siete in mezzo alla foresta e anche per raggiungere qualche negozietto la distanza è più o meno di un paio di km. La struttura avrebbe molte più potenzialità, è poco curata ma potrebbe essere un gioiellino, sembra che venga fatto proprio il minimo sindacale, almeno per noi occidentali

Un cenno anche per la spiaggia, dove il mare è discreto ma pieno di rifiuti, tra l altro, visto con I nostri occhi, persone del posto lasciare rifiuti come dalle foto che allego. Hanno un patrimonio naturale che non sanno o non vogliono assolutamente proteggere, ed è davvero un peccato. Se dedicassero la stessa cura che usano per esporre e decorare tutte le strade con le loro bandiere, forse preserverebbero tutta quella meravigliosa natura che hanno

Le principal atout de ce logement est la piscine qui est grande, propre et avec plein de transats pour se poser. Le lieu est assez isolé donc au calme. La "ville" est à 10 minutes à pied et la plage à 15 minutes.

Le cadre paisible et typique, les bungalows de luxe sont superbes.

Les autres chambres classique sont très rudimentaire et pas de clim.

Emplacement à 15 mn de la plage de Ong Lang à pied, grande piscine propre, accueil familial très sympathique, contact facile avec les autres touristes, bon et copieux petit déjeuner à 120k. Quelques petits restos à proximité sur la grande route, grande chambre calme dans un bungalow avec clim et frigo. Location de scooter et le propriétaire organise les visites à la demande. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable pour Phu Quoc. 4 jours parfaits, je recommande totalement.

J'ai juste arrêté la clim et le frigo qui faisaient du bruit la nuit. C'est un détail.

I was here 10y ago and loved the open bathroom with plants and bungalow decor. It’s now in real need of some tlc. Rooves,Garden & bathrooms plus they really need to clean the pool more. I didn’t see once in 5 days there’s a lot of stuff in the water.

L'hôtel est un havre de paix a l'écart de la foule. Situé a seulement 10minutes a pied des commerces plus proches. La piscine est exceptionnelle. Le personnel est tres gentil. Le logement est dun bon rapport qualité prix Nous avions le bungalow familial (toit ouvert sur le dehors) donc pas mal de petits insectes la nuit mais grâce aux moustiquaire pas de soucis. Literie tres correcte nous avons bien dormi. Location de scooter est en gros plus. Si nous revenons a phu quoc nous reviendrons sans hésiter ici !

Juste petit détail : la douche met longtemps a chauffer mais cest pas tres dérangeant.

Emplacement parfait avec une jolie piscine dans son écrin de verdure ! Le resto est excellent! Les cocktails également. Le complexe de bungalow est À 10 min à pied des 2 rues qui mènent à la plage , bordées de resto ,de petites épiceries et salons de massage le top 🔝

Very nice accommodation with food options,(breakfast, lunch, dinner), very nice and helpful staff, quiet and nice environment, 15 minutes to the beach and also close to shops. Swimming pool and sun loungers available. The accommodation provides motorbike rentals and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean with the option of cleaning as needed. I recommend it.

Very nice and relax atmosphere. Pool was always clean and warm water. Bungalows are simple but everything you need. Bedsheets were white and clean. Very good restuarant 5min walk away.

Kitchen and bar system there. There is lunch and dinner time caps. Once we arrived to lunch 5min before closing and everything was already closed and kitchen cleaned. Next day we went to dinner but kitchen were closed. Other guest sayd that they had massage about that but nobody messaged to us. But luckily we wound good restuarant in walking distance.

The favorite for my kids and me was the pool with temperated kid's pool and great cooking inside the location.

Ce petit coin de paradis propose des bungalows charmants autour d'une superbe piscine. Le personnel est attentionné et l'emplacement idéal.

Très belle piscine avec des bungalows sympas et avec une moustiquaire très efficace. Location de scooter à un prix correct. Bref un bel endroit.

Staff was very welcoming. Short distance to the beach, 20 minutes walking. Very nice exotic place. Very clean. Got a welcome drink for waiting until room was cleaned.

The best stay of the entire trip to Vietnam. Accommodation simply furnished, but very clean. Comfortable beds, sitting area in front of the room. In a quiet location, in the countryside, not burdened by noise. Absolutely great pool, which we loved. Breakfasts are very good. What I have to highlight is the family that hosts you here, as well as all the staff. They take care of you with immense care, give advice, arrange transport, trips, and all this always with a nice smile. It is clear that they care about their guests. We will definitely come back. And we will be very happy to. Thank you 🌺

Eigentlich hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Ich verstehe überhaupt nicht, wie diese guten Bewertungen zustande kommen. Einzig das Essen fand ich gut. Vielleicht hatte ich auch nur Pech mit meinem Bungalow.

Der Bungalow ist oben komplett offen, man hört also alle Geräusche der Nachbarn. Und diese haben sich lautstark bis Mitternacht unterhalten. Der ganze Bungalow ist runtergerockt, im Badezimmer ist eine größere Ecke mit Sand, da waren wohl mal Pflanzen drin. Ich fand den Bungalow auch nicht sehr sauber, es ging so. Die Anlage mit dem Garten war lieblos, die Rezeption öfter nicht besetzt. Die Dusche im Bad funktionierte nicht, bzw. die Umschaltung. Allerdings hat man sich sofort darum gekümmert, als ich mich beschwerte. Irgendwie machte alles einen unprofessionellen Eindruck. Auf das Frühstück habe ich verzichtet, alles so ungemütlich. Zum Glück war ich nur eine Nacht da (es war eh nicht geplant), ich wäre ausgezogen, hätte ich dort mehrere Tage gebucht. Für mich die ungemütlichste Unterkunft auf meiner siebenwöchigen Reise.

Chambre sale… Nous sommes restés 1 semaine et aucun ménage n’a été réalisé Au vu des autres commentaires, il est décevant de voir que le personnel ne prend pas en compte les remarques des clients… Il est urgent de rénover un minimum les chambres. Pas de climatisation dans notre chambre, seulement un ventilateur… Le personnel est peu agréable, à peine un sourire. C’est décevant

Famille au top, j'ai tout adoré et de surcroît les meilleurs cocktails depuis 3 semaines et en + pas chers, super nouriture également et tout fait maison, je recommande très fortement. C'est vrai qu'il n'y avait pas la clim mais le ventilateur a bien suffit. Piscine super également, très calmé et três mignons petits bungalows ❤️.

A little bit expensive, and the room could have be clean a least one time.

It smelled very nice at all times as there are a lovely bunch of trees and plants growing all around. The room was clean and the pool was a perfect addition too. We also found that this was a family run business and we truly appreciated how welcoming & friendly everyone was!

Outside the hotel, it's not the most walkable. But it's okay because we were able to find Grab every single time!

Место. Удобно дойти до остановки автобуса и до кафе. Зеленая территория. Бассейн.

Отсутствие звукоизоляции. Домики близко к друг други и прекрасно слышно всех соседей. Матрацы и подушки поролоновые. Сильно жесткие и синтетическое постельное белье. Под таким пододеяльником с вечера жарко и потный весь. Нету термообмена.

Отзывчивость персонала, бассейн на территории. Когда мы решили поменять жилье, нам любезно вернули деньги за непрожитые дни.

Далеко от всей инфраструктуры. Без байка, не вариант. Даже покушать и на пляж пешком далеко. Очень медленный интернет.

Очень чисто в ванной садик, там у меня лягушка жила))) для всех кто любит уединенин и природу отличное место. Бунгало простороное, все чисто. Хозяин, мистер Джеймс очень милый человек, сильно помог мне, прислал за мной водителя без подсказок, так как мой рейс задержали, а я была без саязи на пересадке в Китае. Может чуть не хватает розеток, но у меня длинный провод мне хватало до кровати.

The property is in a quite nice place . If you have a scooter everything is available near by . It’s in the central Phu Quoc so reaching any location north or south is easy . The owner James was really nice . He even gave us a big discount in renting bikes . The pool is amazing . The breakfasts is amazing

Obwohl wir die Zusage hatten, mussten wir den Bungalow räumen. Es war uberbucht. Für die restlichen 2 Nächte haben wir doch noch was gefunden. Der Besitzer war aber nicht behilflich. Er war nicht sehr freundlich. Die Anlage könnte an sich gepfegter sein.

Endroit super calme et digne de ce qu on attend du vietnam loin de tout ses grand hotel et leurs bétons.Je recommande a 100%.

Ca mériterait un peu d entretien sur les extérieurs mais sa n enlevé rien au charme de cet établissement.

unglaublich gemütlich hier. Der Pool und die Außenlage ist traumhaft. Wolte hier eigentlich noch länger bleiben, weils so schön war, aber war dann alles schon voll

- The actual place outside all of the huts is beautifull. - The pool is well maintained and very clean. - 2 adorable dogs running around

- The room was not cleaned single time in 2 weeks -The trash was never taken out, I started doing it on my own. - The bed mattress is literally hard as a rock, impossible to sleep, it feels like plywood with a 2 layer blanket on the top. The worst bed I have ever seen. - The hut is simply dirty. - The breakfast is 120k - this is the border line rude.
