First, I ordered the room with one queen bed. When I came, stuff told me that there are no empty rooms with one bed and gave me the room with two beds. Second, the WiFi in the room didn't work. I asked the stuff three times, because it was one of my main requirements in all the hotels and it was in the list of facilities. Only after my third visit to the reception, they asked me to move to another room.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. This is a very expensive hotel, yet the air conditioning was completely unacceptable. The AC units were old, dirty, and barely provided any cooling. If a hotel cannot provide properly functioning air conditioning, especially at this price, how can it claim to offer quality accommodation? I had to change my room twice because of AC problems, and even the third room had the same issue. This was not my first stay here—I have faced the same problem on previous visits as well. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. This hotel is not worth the money. I paid for comfort and quality but received neither. The owner and management should pay much more attention to maintenance and guest comfort instead of charging premium prices while neglecting basic facilities. Until these issues are properly resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Pengalaman yang sangat mengecewakan. Jika sebuah hotel tidak mampu menyediakan AC yang berfungsi dengan baik, terutama dengan harga yang begitu mahal, bagaimana bisa mengklaim sebagai hotel yang berkualitas? Selama menginap, saya harus pindah kamar sebanyak dua kali karena masalah AC. Namun, bahkan di kamar ketiga, AC masih bermasalah. Ini bukan pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini—setiap kali saya datang, saya selalu mengalami masalah yang sama. Sayangnya, tidak ada perbaikan sama sekali. Hotel ini sama sekali tidak sebanding dengan uang yang saya keluarkan. Saya membayar untuk kenyamanan dan kualitas, tetapi tidak mendapatkan keduanya. Pemilik dan pihak manajemen seharusnya lebih serius memperhatikan perawatan hotel dan kenyamanan tamu, daripada mematok harga tinggi tetapi mengabaikan fasilitas dasar.

Location and the beds

The air-conditioning was broken and didn't work very well

Clean room, very soft pillows and lots of them, clean blankets, delicious and suitable food, comfortable room with cold AC, fast flowing tap water and enough hot water. All of this makes a vacation at the Verse Hotel a pleasant and unforgettable experience for us to vacation with our family. You should try and enjoy the exciting experience with your partner and family.

1. I booked 2 rooms but when I arrived around 16.00, only 1 room ready. I order 1 twin bed and 1 double bed. But they gave both twin bed. 2. AC condition in the 1st room needs to be serviced by an engineer prior ready to be occupied. 3. The second room condition was dirty. There was dust, fallen hair from a previous guest. I asked the sweep and mop by the housekeeping first 4. AC in the lobby was out of service and the condition was very hot. I asked to resepsionist, but they didn't respond on time 5. I called for room service and it took time to pick up and response 6. AC indoor unit poor condition 7. The toothbrush was hard and made me bleed while using it 8. The insulation of the room was very poor. The noise of the next room sounded disturbing.

The room was actually nice for the price point

- I asked to borrow a bowl and cutlery but they said that the hotel's restaurant is managed by a vendor so they couldn't provide it. Like the most ridiculous experience ever in my history staying in a hotel. They can only offer solution of me purchasing a plastic bowl for Rp10.000 - the receptionist forgot to do the payment processing when I checked in, while I thought my payment was already done via OTA. In the evening the receptionist called my room and asked me to settle the payment. Since I was still occupied in a meeting, I asked to pay when I checked out, but she insisted that I had to pay that very night.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. This hotel is highly not recommended. You should look for another hotel that is much better. Every time you enter or exit the hotel you have to pay for parking many times. The hotel lobby is hot and stuffy because there is no AC. The hotel corridor is also stuffy and dusty. The bedroom feels stuffy, the floor is dirty, and feels damp. The hotel yard is dark and quiet in the middle of an empty shopping complex. There is no welcome or assistance from the hotel staff to carry a lot of heavy luggage from the car park up to the hotel lobby to the room. The restaurant room is also very hot like a sauna because there is no AC. The breakfast menu is also very bad, there is only cold white rice, cold vegetables, a few pieces of chicken nuggets and a lump of dry and cold noodles. The quality of food at roadside stalls is much better.

Check in process took so long. Sorry to say the room seem clean but the smell of bed sheet and pillows are disgusting not to mention the ceiling has lots of leaking stain. The tea cup in room cant be used cause so sticky dirty and has stain 😪 Paid more than 700k IDR one night for a room like that and Breakfast also 😑😑

First time stayed at verse hotel Cirebon. Room are clean and comfort, humble staff and quick services. Strategic location. Many street food nearby hotel. Water heater so hot, clean towel and nice ambience. Thanks verse hotel Cirebon... Keep it up

The room is actually spacious (family room) and the staffs are nice.

I don't know where to start, but here we go: 1. AC remote is busted, needed to call the maintenance just to lower the temp (despite the fact that they said it was a centralized AC when we called to ask about the remote) 2. Bed sheet is full of stain 😓 3. Towels aren't ready when we got there at 4.30 pm, and when they came, there were not looking so clean. 4. TV remote has no battery and impossible to watch something when the remote is not even working 5. There isn't many choice of food for breakfast buffet 6. The public toilet on the 1st and 9th floor are just so very dirty. Bidet note working, sink is full of water, just really bad. 7. Parking is not free!!! Had to pay 8 thousand each time we left the hotel. I had to make a deposit upon arrival, I really dont think it is necessary to put a deposit considering the condition facilities. We have been in several budget hotels but so far, this one is the one we will probably not be coming back.

Stayed here for 6 nights, check in 2 pm but the room wasn't ready yet, even after 20 mins of waiting. The ac wasnt working, I didn't have a chance to adjust the temperature or turn it off, because the remote control was broken and it was pouring ac water onto the floor. And they dont have even a window for a view. I am serious, i couldnt look at the outside, it was like a prison. And that was a suite room.. The TV couldn't connect to the wifi, whats the point of Android tv there then? One more, the water isn't hot in the last 2 days, they couldn't fix it. What a terrible days and experience.

The water. I have an unpleasent experience while taking a shower the water turn from clear to muddy water. That the worst experience ever.

Accomodating and feel luxurious. Accept check in the night. Has no bellboy to receive your bag. You have to speak louder. Has a nice vibe. Havent tried the breakfast yet. Overall it's nice but still unknown.
