The fitness room was good. I made use of the adjoining golf driving range. The power shower was the best I’ve had. Breakfast was good.

You couldn’t walk anywhere from the hotel

Overall stay has been VERY GOOD especially due to the following : . 1. Front desk Mr RIRIN has been very HELPFUL, COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL making our stay very comfortable. 2. Special mention also to Banquet Manager REZA & Waitresses GIGI & NURUL who has been very HELPFUL & CARING due our breakfast time.

Pengalaman liburan yg tak terlupakan. Kami & anak2 nginap 4 malam di masa libur sekolah di kamar executive deluxe dg view kearah kota, laut & gunung ciremai yg gagah. Kamar ngat luas, bersih, lengkap dg ruang makan + meja makannya dan sofa. Staffnya sangat ramah & sigap bgt saat melayani setiap request. Di area taman jg ada 4 kolam renang besar, mini zoo, archery & golf. Anak2 happy bgt. Lokasinya jg deket ke resto2 yg makanannya enak2: cafe krucuk, ayam goreng bahagia, tepian rasa, etc. Keren bgt Aston Cirebon.

Petugas wanita yg melayani di hate masuk ke restaurant saat mau sarapan agak jutek ya. Beda bgt dengan yg laki, kl yg laki ramah & selalu tersenyum. Attitude bbrp staff perlu diperbaiki agar lebih ramah lg terhadap tamu.

Kamar dan toilet bersih, tempat tidur sangat nyaman

Sarapan pagi makanan banyak variasi tetapi rasa standar dan anak 6th keatas dikenakan biaya tambahan 100.000

Peralatan seperti kettle dan telephone tidak berfungsi. Memang segera diganti setelah saya komplain. Alangkah baiknya semua peralatan di cek sesbelum tamu check in.

Good hotel with kind staff. I lost my cable charger during my stay, after a couple week ahead the hotel inform that there’re found. They delivered to my home, appreciated!

Spacious, clean and good food

Nice place to stay in Cirebon. Service is very nice. Great food. Many food options during breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Anif duty Manager for his assistance n support during our stay.

We stayed here during the end-of-Ramadan holiday period and there were lots of families on holiday. It's a good family resort hotel and conference centre but not really suited for us. I do have to mention Nurin on the front desk who was incredibly helpful and she went out of her way several times to help us out - also Yusuf who picked us up and took us back to the train station was also very helpful.

Our room was very noisy and you could hear people in the rooms above and next to us and outside in the corridor - it was very noisy.

Very Good Location , comfort stay during my Business trip, good service and good food , enjoy staying there.

My suite room, while very comfortable… had a “musty odor” coming from the air-con units. I think a simple servicing of the air-con units would correct the musty odor.

Sehr große Poolanlage, Hotelbar, sehr gutes und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Roomservice sehr gründlich. Insgesamt weit überdurchschnittliche Freiteitangebote, besonders für Kinder.

Keine Handbrause in der Dusche. Wg. Ramadan nach Sonnenuntergang Menschenmassen am Buffet. In Hotelnähe befindet sich nichts Interessantes, was fußläufig zu erreichen wäre.

Aston Cirebon has always been my choice to stay here everytime I went to Cirebon. The room, restaurant and other facilities are excellent and clean. Outdoor activity has always been fun. Staffs are nice and kind. Really appreciate the excellent assist from Dina, Femy, Ali, and Wawan when I left my belonging (my son's bracelet) which I just noticed 5 days after checked out. Turns out the bracelet is found in lobby area and it has been kept nicely by the staffs. They packed it carefully and sent the bracelet to me in Jakarta. Thankyou for the honesty and excellent services.

The breakfast: always amazed us with its variety. The Hotel now has three swimming pools, horse riding, pool/billiard table and drive range for golfers. The Indomie was sold in the evening, best to accompany on raining season LOL

The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked properly, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. Wi-Fi was stable enough for work and streaming without issues. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and regularly refilled, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Hotel staff were polite, responsive, and professional from check-in to check-out. We had dinner at the Oasis and we were served by Lia. We asked her for suggestions and told her how we wanted our food.The service and food were outstanding. I would recommend Oasis as the best choice in Cirebon and if Lia gets to serve you it’s at another level.

Great hotel in Cirebon. It was good value and comfortable. Staff were great and helpfull, breakfast was good, facilities were quite complete for kids.

Had some issue with the room but they reacted promptly and handled it professionally.

The room is very clean and quite large, and the breakfast buffet is topnotch, but there's slight concern that theres no Infused water and Peanut Butter that is staples in any other hotel, but all and all is amazing, thanks to Miss Evi for her courteous and amazing service....
