It was an ok stay. Called maintenance twice for a broken toilet upon checkin. They never managed to fix it despite thinking so. Resorted to using the main floor washroom only

Well situated and easy access to everything. The units are very well equipped, staff very friendly and accommodating.

We had a very good stay at the property. The hotel front desk was really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is close by to many attractions and dine in options.

Was there 2 days NO house keeping and all I seen was American Hilton members that we super annoying

The property was beautiful and close to the hill. The room was clean and nice that the bedroom was on the upper floor.

The fireplace wasn’t working and that was the only downfall. So nice having a fire after a day of skiing.

The management of the Club could not accommodate our simple request to avoid our multiple moving. This is - in spite of 18 years of our Club membership and we clearly declared in advance to be ready for taking any kind 1 BDR with only requirement to avoid the room changing! But... They pretend it was impossible to offer us continuously any style/kind of 1BDR for our long term (9 nights) stay; but in reality it looks like they simply does not want, or do not care it happens! After we book our last staying and wrote to Cub, 3 other members of Club (our friends) did their shopr-term booking in parallel. Unfortunately, it was impossible to book our 9 days in one shot (unavailability) and we were obliged to do it like 2+2+5 nights (all for specifically 1BDR staying)! In result, now Club obliges us to move 3 times with all our stuff and 2 small children because of 3 bookings... This convert our vacations into hard temptations and destroy all pleasure of staying. Especially - because every moving eats particle whole 1 day of vacation and gives so much stress... Honestly, to avoid that issue, we asked +/-2 weeks in advance to keep our family in the same room: we were OK to accept the cheapest or worst available room! Thereby we plead again the management or whoever overviews the comments, to hear us and make sure we do not move 3'd time tomorrow!!! We hope the long term members must have at least some chances to be accommodated or to expect more Club's cooperation in similar case! Until now, we had never so negative experience in Club before; event though some extraordinary situation happened also... Hope, this time it was a simple misunderstanding, our issue will be fixed properly tomorrow and let believe it will never reproduce again! Please work with the management of the Club and/or at the Reception Desk to avoid this type of issues in the future: some softness will serve for better for every side of this issue... It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

Steep stairs both outside and inside one bedroom, 2 bath unit. Difficult with arthritis.

This place is so good. To list them - it was super clean - easy check in great - bus to village great but we also walked each day 10 minutes - outdoor bbq that were super clean - great pool are - rooms had great air conditioning - kitchen were well equipment - beds great Nothing bad to be honest

Resort is in need of renovation. Kitchens are very old. Furniture is out of date. No bed skirts or style. Bathroom jacuzzi did not work and no maintenance on staff in the evening. Flag stone steps to access the room need repairs. Watch your step. Rooms are not for those in a wheelchair. Steps everywhere with no ramps. Huge ledge to get in the shower or to get from room to back deck. Old old appliances. Staff are friendly and try their best. Hot tub near room was not operational for May long weekend and we were not told until we got there.

Nature at its best all around you at Mont Tremblant. Great entertainment and great food. The music venues are very diverse. Sports and fun for every age and interest. I have enjoyed them all for over 50 years.

The studio was nice and cozy and the location was great!

The bed was described as a king size, however the bed consisted of two beds put together so the crack the middle made it uncomfortable to move around.

On site last week of September and had a great time. Colors of the trees were just starting so we were week or some too early to see full true colors. Great food available, mostly sunny and not yet to busy with visitors. Will definitely visit again. Traveled on the new gondola from the Casino to the Resort Village. It was free and expanded the assess to facilities and venues.

Carefree enjoyment for walkers of nearby trails There is an adjacent world class golf course and heated pool and hot tubs. Plus a variety of shops on Mt.Tremblant where there is an Activity Centre offering adventures for all ages. For nature lovers Park Tremblant offers scenic trails.

A very nice unit on the ground floor which was very handy to our vehicle & quiet. The window coverings which are ventian blinds were quite dusty & must be considerably time consuming to clean. Appreciated that the bathroom had been totally updated.

Basically a Club for members, but accepts guests as well. Lovely accommodations and grounds, well-kept and comfortable. Very good all times of the year, although skiing is a major attraction. Always something going on!!

As owner members, we appreciate this Club, despite the changes of management over the years (Intrawest to Embarc to Hilton Grand Vacation Club). Regardless, we enjoy our visits here.

I stayed in a studio suite for.two nights. I was busy during the day, so I did not use facilities like the pool or hot tub. But the settling was very peaceful and quiet — deer accompanied me on the path by the golf course on my way back to the property from the village after dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Embarc Tremblant. The location was excellent next to the golf course and close the center of the village. Everything was in walking distance. The amenities were quite sufficient and the staff were pleasant and courteous.

Embarc is a quiet resort within walking distance of the beach and the village and has access to the multi-purpose trail. There are plenty of outdoor activities, such as tennis, water craft, cycling, and walking, as well as pools and hot tubs. Pretty well something for everyone.

Spacious Rooms, Good Linens & Towels & Reasonably Priced. The location is very close to the harbor and the cruise. Short drive to the village. The vacation homes are like small townhomes and very private with a cottage feel.

Pretty good overall. Some suggestions for improvement: - Substantially reduce the brightness of the bathroom night lights. - Have the light switch by the bedroom door operate a light that is bright enough to see the whole room. - Provide power outlets for charging mobile devices at the bedside tables. - Provide instructions for operation of air conditioner remote. (1 control for several independent units.) - Ensure that Jacuzzi tub stays silent during sleeping hours (some sort of cycle happened at 6AM).

Staff was very friendly and professional. Good location, room was spacious and clean, lots of amenities. Also loved the movie theatre!

Everything is always perfect from the check in to the check out …always with smile 😊 The property location and the quality of the pool , tennis and spa is so fine tuned . The free bus shuttle to the mountain is a big PLUS ….

The property was very clean and the staff were super nice. We reached at 10AM even though the check-in was at 4. The staff allowed us to park our vehicle and use the shuttle to go to the festival in the town. They even offered us towels to enjoy the pool but were strict about the check in time. We really appreciated that. Our condo was really clean and nice. It felt like we were at home. We had two rooms with a King bed in one and two twins beds and two bathrooms. It was pure luxury. The only thing that we didn't realize was that we had to carry our luggage up which was tiring. No elevators. They even had tennis courts but we didn't have tennis shoes so couldn't use it. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few days. I would highly recommend this place for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property was like a beautiful condo. Staff were super nice. Just know (for people with kids) that you'll have to carry your luggage up stairs if your condo is on the first floor.

Nice place to spend a relaxing holiday with the family. Ideal for golfing and also ideal for the kids with all the amenities they offer. I would recommend . The personnel is very nice and devoted to their clients

Always a 5 star experience, very quiet and relaxing. Near by restaurants are excellent. The Geant golf course located on the property has not recovered from 2 years of being closed. $104 inc tax was way too high.

We had an amazing stay at Embarc this past Feb for our 25th anniversary! The location was beautiful and the customer service was seamless and excellent. Despite CoVid restrictions that included breakfast limitations the room made more than up for it. Lockers for snowboard and skiing were close by and the lift was truly minutes walk away. The only thing is if you have any dietary issues (like me) don't count on the breakfast options at the site.

As members of Embarc (Club Intrawest) for over 14 year and back in Tremblant for the 2nd time in 8 years, the service and cleanliness remains still the same high caliber. All facilities were available on the premises for all guests and members. Some of the amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis, putting green, etc.

Loved the ski shuttle to Tremblant. Loved the ski locker at Tremblant so we didn’t need to carry our skiis. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff were very friendly. Property was well maintained. Great hot tub.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I loved that the resort is on a golf course; I was lucky to see a deer and her baby. No restaurants at the resort but it’s only minutes walking to the Village, where you can easily find a cozy place for dining and drinks. I loved the place and will definitely come back soon.

I've stayed at Embarc many times and I would like to return. The amenities are great and the staff lovely. However, before making a reservation, I would like to know whether my unit has a view to the mountain or not. The whole point of paying this much money is to be able to wake up in the morning and look at beautiful Mont-Trembalnt in the fall, winter, or summer. In my previous trips, I've always had an amazing view from my window. This time was different. My windows faced the path to the other units. If I had known that I wouldn't have a view, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Clean, suites well equipped, personnel helpful

This property is exactly as described. Well kept and clean. Used the grill which was clean and well lit. You can pick herbs from the garden for your food! The toaster in the junior suite was really nice to have, kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is great. Adirondack chairs on porch or balcony. Village is idyllic. Definitely Insta worthy =). Grounds are nice, just don't expect to see the deer in the advert unless you golf early or face the golf course. We faced the mountain; it was very pretty. I definitely would recommend if you want to stay outside the village like we did.

Very clean and quiet. Situated in a forested area, but relatively close to the Mont Tremblant village. Used the pool and the jacuzzi. Totally not related to the quality of the hotel, we left a day early due to the severe labor shortage, which means a lot of restaurants were closed. We may go back once Covid situation improves.

Wifi was great, air conditioning was great. Bed was horrible feels like it haven’t changed in 20 yrs. Room was woefully out dated. Coffee maker , ya thing they could have upgraded to an Nespresso! Terrace as stated was in front of the common entrance for the two units!

Beautiful property! Lovely accommodations. Enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on Lake Tremblant. Cleanliness and all Covid protocols well adhered to on the property. Tremblant Village was very busy and did not visit much. Long lineups at the restaurants as most places were short on service. Visited during an extreme heat wave so AC unit was much appreciated in our 1 bedroom accommodation. Struggling to regulate the temperature was our only issue but overall a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to visit again someday!

Great location, clay tennis courts were great, bike paths on site lead to many places, staff were very helpful

The property itself is excellent. The only reason I didn't give it full marks is our room was lower level and it smelled like an old basement. When I told the front desk, they sent an ionizer machine, which only worked for a couple hours. Other than that, e loved the resort!

This was our first time staying here and we will certainly come back. The chalets are roomy, fully equipped, and extra comfortable. Location is great next to the beach and marina, and just minutes away from the village. Amenities (pool, tennis and jacuzzis) are fun and well maintained. The showers, bedding, and giant bath tubs in the chalets are great fun too. We just loved it all! A great place to stay with friends and loved ones!

Our family loves this resort and we have come to stay many times over the years! We love the amenities (pool, movie theatre, games room), the beautiful grounds, the great options for the rooms, and the wonderful customer service. It’s a very well cared for place.

The ambience of fhe vacation homes ia very nice. The staff is polite and very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and all basic amenities related to kitchen,laundry and bathrooms are provided

Very spacious condo, large patio with a beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet, and close proximity to walking and biking trails.

It is close to the beach and the apartment is very family friendly.

No hassle checking in or checking out. Resort people and especially Eugenie at the reception was amazing.

Next time dont screw up peoples reservations especially when they prepaid .. you can find them a room instead of shipping them off to no where at 12am when they have nowhere else to go and you have other rooms available... its nice to offer customer service especially to customers who prepaid for a room.. Other than that the hotel property was decent and the pool and saunas were enjoyable Room cleanliness 4/5

We stayed there for a ski weekend. The place was very cozy and close to the mountain. There is a shuttle thats takes you in front of your condo and brings you directly to the mountain. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Embarc is a beautiful place Decor could use some updates but all the amenities are fantastic !!

The door never locked. Fire alarm went off two nights. Spoke to the manager and she asked me if I had any other complains instead of apologizing

The hotel was really nice and really spacious, it’s not the first time that we’re coming here and is not going to be the last. The place was really clean and the service excellent.

I liked the spaciousness of our room and the fact that we had a full kitchen.

It was good, the place is nice, the rooms are huge, beautiful place. My only surprise was that when we checked in they asked if we were "members" without stating that they sold timeshares. When we asked about what members were... we got offered a 2 hour "presentation" which we decided to wait on. This was fine, but it wasn't clear what was being offered until I looked it up on the internet. I think if it was clearly stated -- we sell timeshares, then I'd feel better about it.

Overall we had a good experience. The best thing about this property is the location, the convenience of the shuttles. The rooms are very clean and well kept although not super modern, they do have a cozy feel. Wish there were a few more amenities- maybe even a self serve coffee bar. It would be nice to be able to grab a snack or drink without leaving property.
