aircon unit in the other room is not that cold. TV is not working as well.

I like the small.location but amenities are complete. Pool is until 10pm. Breakfast is affordable.

The bathrooms are a little outdated but clean. The aircon couldn't make our room cold easily. It took some time. The restaurant offers little choices for breakfast.

The staff were really nice. Tub was fun.

No elevator, but thats okay.

A very nice hotel for the price. A nice bar and restaurant where you can watch the sunset in the sea, and the sunrise over the mountains. The location is out of town, and quiet, but it's only a 10 minute trike ride. Lovely swimming pool and garden area

A little quiet because of the location, but this is a very minor issue.

Accueil très chaleureux. L'hôtel est éloigné de Vigan city mais reste accessible en voiture ou en tricycle. Il suffit de demander à l'accueil. Les chambres donnant sur la mer offrent une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil. Notre chambre était équipée d'un balcon. Elle était simple mais bien équipée, avec bouilloire, chaises et table. Les bâtiments sont un peu vieillissants mais très propres et les jardins bien entretenus. La piscine est sympa. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parasol. La Seule cabanne pouvant protéger du soleil était monopolisée par un groupe toute la journée. La terrasse au 3eme étage est un espace très agréable pour boire un verre avec vue sur la mer. L'hôtel dispose de zones fumeurs et d'un grand parking gratuit. Le wifi est très bon dans le couloir mais pas accessible dans la chambre. La restauration proposée est très bonne et bienvenue vu l'isolement de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel. Néanmoins, un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Staff were accomodating.The beds were comfy, the blankets feel nice on the body. Food was ok. Hotel is clean.It is walking distance to the beach. If you like beach outing this hotel is for you.

Booked this hotel for a vigan trip. You need a car or a public transpo to go to vigan. We aŕrived really late and had to take a tricycle. Tricycles charge different everytime we take one 150 to 200.

Location is perfect, near the beach.

They dont provide extra towels.

I really like the place for it has a pool and nearby the beach.

The toilet smells really bad, looks like the drain had no p trap to stop the smell.

Frühstück war lecker wenn auch überschaubar an Auswahl.. Was vorhanden war lecker. Aussicht war sehr cool.. Den Pool konnten wir leider aus Zeitgründen nicht testen.. Wäre aber sicher cool gewesen.

Kaffee nachschenken wäre toll.. mit so einer kleinen Tasse kommt man nicht weit.. Auch wäre es schön wenn man neben Kaffee auch noch Saft z.b. Orangensaft bekommt.. Man musste sich aber entscheiden ein oder andere .. nicht beides... bißchen schade.. Wasserkocher und Kaffee im Zimmer wäre cool.. Ich finde das gehört in einem Hotel einfach implementiert.. Kein Aufzug... Ich habe die Koffer auch grad mal noch selber die doch eher enge kriminelle Treppe raufgeschleppt... Beim Auschecken wars dann noch enger.. hat die Weihnachts deko Zwerge 1/5 der Treppenbreite verschlungen und auch auf Außenseite wo die Stufen ja breiter wären also sicherer als Innenseite in Kurve wo es ja schnell unfallgefährlich ist... Nicht ganz optimal .. so schön die Deko auch war.. gehört die nicht auf die Treppe wo eh schon kein Platz ist...

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beach was about 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel.

I was excited to book the hotel knowing that there was a pool. I was disappointed and disgusted that the pool was filthy. The water was cloudy and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. There were stains or dirt on the bottom of the pool. We didn’t risk getting sick so we didn’t end up using the pool. Maybe a mini fridge would be nice.

Breakfast is decent but very small serving some in the menu not available, Limited choice of food in the restaurant we need to go out to eat, Serving is too small for the price.

A lot of mosquitoes inside the room, Kettle not working and swimming pool has lots of insects.

Quite nice pool. The owner is very friendly .Restaurant in the property, so there is no need to worry about going out to find food.free shuttle bus to terminal and puppy's are so cute my daughter loves it.Also easy access to the beach, only walking distance.

There was road construction in front of the property, no easy way in n out of the property. The whole needs some major TLC, rooms were poor, lots of mold in bathrooms, not very clean, towels the hotel provided was shredded, like old dirty rugs, not a very clean, very poor, bedsheets, pillow cases not clean. Food was cold.

Big chess pieces are in the garden, a swimming pool used mainly by us only, and a nearby beach to watch the sunset. There is a wide parking area. The place is a 15-minute ride to Vigan City, so they did not mind us buying "pasalubong" and leaving them inside the room. The restaurant on the third floor has a fantastic view of the beach and the sea.

The location is a little bit tricky, but we managed to get there somehow with the help of the local citizens who were managing, AKA drying their "palay" on the road. They also do not have a refrigerator inside the room. The facilities, including the shower heater, show signs of old age, but the room is clean.

Away from the noise of the beautiful but busy Vigan City. Very close to the beach. The foods in their restaurant are delectable and reasonably priced. The staff and owner are friendly.

Not an easy access to public transport (if you don’t have your own), but the staff was great on sorting it out anyway so not that a big deal.

Bed wasn't comfortable, bathroom drain didn't work well, called desk for help and no one ever showed up, swimming pool was a fish pond, the beach/ocean advertised to be 150m away didn't exist

The pool coz my kids and their cousin enjoyed having fun especially there is a ball free to use which added to their enjoyable moment. The bedroom are clean and the Aircon is not too cold.

Take long time to contact room service, need to call receptionist and ask to have a room service for food. They didn't even pick up the plates after we eat even if I contacted them to pick them up. The smell of food inside the room till we check out is still there. I know when I booked the hotel that it is far yet I didn't realize that it was that far and not easy access for public transpo to go to places whenever you want. Lastly, hot shower is not working.

The staff is amazing and helpfull, room was clean and smelled really good. Location of this resort is close to the black beach which I would recommend anyone to visit.

the staff were kind and served well. Very helpful with knowledge of where to park in Vigan so that we could walk the sights.

I like the location of our room, nice view outside the window. Food is nice and room and linen is clean and theres a pool. The resto is very nice.too! Even if its not in vigan city, we enjoyed the place..its only 15 minutes by trike or.shuttle going to.vigan city. Thank.you ovemar! We had a nice time!

The noise in the hallway or when someone is talking loud in the reception, it can be heard in our room. But over all, its a nice place! its a resort not just a hotel. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Ovemar!

very accomodating staff. They agreed to let us check-in early which is super nice. Room is spot on clean and great value for money. Location is near to Vigan but not too close which make it peaceful and comfortable. They have swimming pool and near the beach! just perfect for a family getaway.

my family stayed at this hotel for 4 days and we had so much fun. staff is very nice and friendly, kids really enjoy the swimming pool.. love this place! it was relaxing. and very affordable hotel.

rooms need some renovations, bathroom shower is very old.

the property is very nice for its price.clean and located close to the main tourist places.

we like it a lot except that it is a little bit uncomfortable in the toilet because the water from the shower goes to the floor
