Hotel Lapira Vigan

Parkplatz

Sehr wenig Wasser im Badezimmer

Good location

Very poor wifi, water leaks from the bathroom to the bedroom, there are unpleasant smells in some of the rooms, the staff are not very friendly

Price, location is good.

Room did not have windows. I think the rooms should have exit windows,.

It is in a nice location near the city center.

could they clean more the room specially the bathroom. In some of the booked rooms there was no water and the toilet was clogged.

I like the place

Water interuption in the morning

Location is ok.staff are ok.only concern was the toilet in quadro room.it doesn't flush .they have no time time to report since it was night already and the following morning will be our time to check out

Toilet doesn't flush.in quad room.

Employees are very accomodating, and very pleasant. Breakfast is Good.. Location is difficult to those who doesn't have their own transport.

The difficulty to avail public transport from late afternoon till night time. Own Transportation is a must.

The staff are friendly and attentive.

There is no bidet in the toilet.

I like the location

The staff at the reception is a bit rude

The staff are great. Clean and value for money

None

Close to restaurants, shopping stores, church and historical places. The staffs were amiable, courteous and accommodating.

Value for money. Friendly staff.

Great Stay!

The ac unit needs to be changed. It really takes some time before to reach the good room temp

Location and restaurant

The Entirety of the Hotel, I Genuinely appreciate the staffs who are very kind, the Room is Spacious, and it's in close proximity to the town center. 10/10 Experience

Nothing.

The staffs are very helpful since we have a toddler. The bed linens and bath towels are all fresh and clean plus amoy malinis. Value for money! It's also near the tourist spots. We are definitely reco this hotel. See you again, Hotel Lapira!

None at all.

very clean and affordable

The staff were super accommodating and friendly. I would love to go back. Plenty of parking spaces. Located in a less busy part of Vigan. Love it.

Staff was great

great for family

The hotel is close to the main attraction in Vigan. The staff was very accommodating.

Liked that there was a sea food restaurant in the hotel

Staff was accommodating, we arrived at around 1am and there was a staff at the front desk for our needs.

parking

Good breakfast. Close to Burgos Plaza.

close to center

no ref, no bidet, slow flow of water in the assigned room

Accesible to easy to loacte

some rooms very tight lavatory more options on breakfast choice

very accommodating and friendly staff. clean room

no wifi connection inside the room

the staff were so accomodating. we requested some boxes for our pasalubongs and they gave us packaging tape as well. the food at the restaurant was so good! it’s like we own the whole place since we are the only clients there haha.

All is well

I like the covenience of the breakfast meal and away from the traffic congestion of the center of the city. I did not like the unusually small room for a 2 bed format and the bathroom faucet is falling apart. Overall my stay is good since I was attending a bday event at the 5th floor function room. The front desk staff (arlene & crew) are well accommodating

Employees are nice. Good food in Angkong restaurant. Room is clean.

Staff are good, rooms are very small, cannot even fully open the bathroom door because it hits the bathroom sink counter, toilet is 12 inches from the wall, if you are a big guy or gal, you will be defecating outside. The connecting restaurant was horrible.

Facilities are oudated, WiFi is terrible, cannot connect most of the time, Hotel needs pest control regularly , saw a little mouse in the room and cockroaches. So disappointed with our stay.

Hotel is quite nice. Standard room is what it is . Excellent if you just need a comfy place to sleep then spend the rest of the day out. Breakfast buffet is sumptous & serves typical Filipino brekky. Hotel wifi is not the best .... it either drops out, you can't connect or you get connected to the network but there's no internet. You're better off bringing your own pocket wifi or making usre your smartphone has data. I'd recommend this place to friends for a stay but not a place to relax in ... that's what hotels are for.

Over-all it’s good. Just please have trash bins next time.

It was good and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good with lots of choices. Very clean sorroundings.

Excellent

Excellent

The hotel is nice but a little bit out of the way from the main attraction. The restaurant at the ground floor serves really good food.

普通

The experience was good. The location of the hotel was not that close to the heart of the city, it was a few minutes drive. When we got there they were going through some renovations so the place was not that clean and inviting. Our room was just fine, unfortunately they also had some renovations within the floor where we stayed (it was so noisy) so they transferred us to another room. The staff was OK, though at times they are not that attentive. The breakfast they offer was great!

It was perfect..

Had a lovely weekend at Vigan and our stay at Lapira was just great. Situated just on the outskirts of the old city, we strolled in one morning and used transport the others, not far at all. One absolute gem about the hotel is the fabulous Chinese restaurant, the food was fantastic, go at it hungry though, big portions. Finally the extremely helpful staff and the lovely owner who is there most mornings made the stay all the more pleasant. Look forward to returning. Our baby Isabelle will miss her morning cuddles from the staff :)

Very accomodating staff and clean hotel
