Liked the location and staff were very courteous and friendly.

A bit of a wander to find reception from where we had parked but saw the error of our ways and parked nearer and better. Went to an event in the adjoining Arena so it was nice not to have to drive home afterwards.

Service in the main restaurant was rather haphazard in comparison with O'Ds.

The location of the property was perfect! Being on the edge of the National Park provides lovely views from the room as well as quiet, serene surroundings. It’s only a short walk into town and there’s a bicycle rental shop on the way. The rooms were fully equipped , spotless and comfortable. There were many small alcoves in the lobby area where you could sit and read a book, converse with friends or enjoy a glass of wine together. Lovely place!

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal in the Fiadh restaurant. Our balcony room had a fabulous view of the mountains and had plenty of seating to enjoy the view from inside or on the balcony.

Wait over coaches for breafast think as a guest we should be accomodeted as much as. Coaches and we arent a tour but private guests Also tea pots sitting when i got tea was cold had to get a replcement would like tea pot fresh and hot

Bathroom a little dated. Shuttle bus to town only runs during the day. 20 mins brisk walk into town although taxis are around.

Loved the hotel, so much on site, bars, shop and fabulous food. Staff were one nicer then the next. Entertainment was great fun in the ballroom and the Michael Jackson tribute in the INEC was magical. Our room was so comfy and we swam both mornings before a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👌

We were in a rush really as we were attending a wedding next door at the Brehon the following day so I could not comment really it was all a rush really

Had a glass of red wine accidentally poured over me by a staff member. Went back to my room and spent a long time washing it out managed to get it out of my top and cardigan There was a few spots left on my white pants. I told the staff member it was alright not to worry about it. But I was a bit disappointed the next day when I met him he ignored me. I am returning next week for five days with my son. Other than that the staff were wonderful . Really looking forward to it. Kind regards Betty Power

We had one of the balcony rooms facing the mountains view, the room was lovely and the hotel was spotless and the room, The pool was a grand size and the jacuzzi was so relaxing after a long day I would defo stay here again well worth the money

They ask you to fill out a survey after you leave to get promotional discount but after going to the bother of doing it , it’s only certain rooms , midweek. Not at all applicable to a family stay

The parking, the convenience of walking in for dinner without booking, the staff were very friendly, very approachable and helpful. The shuttle was bus was an added bonus even though we didn’t get to use it. The room was clean and the changing rooms at the swimming pool. Reception staff were friendly on checking in. Good services in the room, tv with Netflix, nice shower, fan, not a bad bed, good selection of teas coffee ect

I didn’t like the check in and check out times. 4pm is too late and 11am was too early for us. Trying to battle through the breakfast rush, even thought we went early it was chaos. The sausages were not nice. The kids wanted to go swimming, after breakfast we went but it felt rushed trying to get out of our room for 11am. The pool was very cramped, uncomfortable. We were having fun as a family in one of the lanes we had been using for races with the kids. We were told it’s for swimming only!! Does that mean no fun aloud!! We weren’t even doing anything that was causing any harm. Just having fun! We also ate dinner. Adult starters were nice. I had the Adults chicken and thought it was tasteless. The presentation was unnecessary and I would have enjoyed just a normal piece of chicken much more rather than 4 rolled and stuffed individual piece I got. The kids dinners were not great. Hard rice, obviously had been sitting there at the buffet for ages, hardly any chicken in the curry. The wait for chicken goujans and chips was also a little silly! They should be on tap! It’s a buffet for kids! Other stuff was missing too, people were being told to come back or their food would be dropped down. Whats the point of having a buffet if it’s not well catered for. We had a drink in the bar and at 9.45 the piano man had tuned his piano but hadn’t started playing any music. The atmosphere was flat. I just expected more for a hotel that has such a well known name. It very much felt like a rotation belt. We paid €235 for our stay, maybe you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll spend more for a better experience.

Family room had 3 full single beds as well as a double bed.

The room was close to the bar and it was noisy around 1am with bottles being emptied into a bin.

Good location and plenty of parking available.Rooms are a good size and we had a nice view.

Great for families with young kids but if you want a quiet stay then this probably isn’t for you. Restaurant was quite noisy which is understandable when there are so many families but not really conducive to a peaceful dining experience. We found that it was very expensive and the photos of the rooms show a much more modern and luxurious look .

Hotel was very nice with lots of entertainment for both kids and adults - breakfast was the best too

The location is perfect, the staff is very kind, the room was very big and clean, the pool is big.

ROOMS ARE DATED IN THE SECTION I WAS IN ROOM 222 THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING EITHER WINDOW WOULD ONLY OPEN HALF WAY DUE TO THE CURTAIN PELMET IN THE WAY THEY ALSO NEED TO CHANGE THE MATTRESS ON THE BEDS AS THEY ARE NOT COMFORTABLE PILLOWS WERE FINE OVERALL THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND TIDY
