Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und immer optimal gesäubert. Ist aber sehr hellhörig Wenn der Nachbar duscht, weiß man auch wann!!! Die Preise im Restaurant sind sehr gehoben...dafür die Bedingungen nicht so auf Zack. Frühstück war super.Auch das Personal auf Zack und freundlich. Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Todo en especial la atención del personal. Nos quedamos en dos ocasiones diferentes y en la segunda ocasión nos dieron un upgrade a una habitación superior.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival. It was spacious and bright. The bathroom was large and had a tub and shower.

The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. Cappuccino from a machine just doesn't cut it in Italy.

Locatie was top! Zeer vriendelijk personeel , vooral aan de receptie , zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame dames die meer dan voldoende Engels verstaan en spreken. Mooie kamers , niet heel groot maar zeker voldoende ruim. Badkamer maar één lavabo maar dat stoort absoluut niet. Kleine tip : spot in de douche zou welkom zijn want is redelijk donker daar.

Ontbijt was eigenlijk het minste van het verblijf , zowel qua ontbijtruimte als het aanbod. Fruitsap is geen vers fruitsap , koffie van machine , pannekoekjes liggen er vanaf het begin en zijn dus koud, croissants zijn niet vers.. We hadden 4 dagen prachtig weer , maar konden geen enkel ochtend buiten zitten. Hotel heeft een gewoon terras en rooftop terras , maar geen van beide was 's ochtends voorzien als ontbijtruimte. We zaten dan binnen , op zich ook nog ok ware het niet dat de grote ramen dan eigenlijk bedekt werden door een dik plastic zeil wat het uitzicht niet ten goede kwam. Het was geen storende factor , maar het moet wel gezegd dat het ontbijt het minste was en wat tegenviel in vergelijking met de rest van dit prachtige hotel.

Vraiment tout était super ! Chambre bien équipée. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bon accueil. Salle de sport hyper bien ! Je recommande.

Die Dachterrasse war der Oberhammer:-) Service war richtig gut und die Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer groß,sauber und gut ausgestattet, sogar mit elektronischem Rollo am Fenster. Einfach nur zu empfehlen und wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen.

Ubicación en un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Se puede caminar de noche sin ningún temor. Desayuno muy bueno y abundante. Habitación muy cómoda para 3 pasajeros. Quiero destacar a Amantea en la recepción quien nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y simpatía. Muy cerca de Vaticano y Castello Saint Angelo. Se puede recorrer a pie todo el centro visitando muchas de las atracciones de Roma. Zona del Coliseo está lejos (aprox. 1 hora caminando)

Zeker voldoende keuze wat betreft het ontbijt. Alles werd goed aangevuld. Tafels werden onmiddellijk gereinigd en in orde gebracht nadat de gasten van tafel gingen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamers zijn zeer goed geïsoleerd. Wij hebben tijdens de nachtrust geen last gehad van andere gasten. Hotel ligt in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het Vaticaan en op half uurtje wandelen van het stadscentrum.

Stunning hotel, room (we stayed in Room 108) and breakfast area / rooftop bar - simply cannot fault the place at all. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning was a godsend in the 38°+ heat. Cleaned everyday and the whole hotel is kept spotless. Fantastic location (only a 10 min walk to the Piazza Navona) and loads of lovely little restaurants close by too. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Situation idéale : de nombreux sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied (Vatican, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna,...). Le Colisée avec le Forum sont, quant à eux, un peu plus loin. Accueil chaleureux : on se sent immédiatement les bienvenus. Le personnel international, serviable et disponible, peut réserver de nombreuses excursions. Nous recommandons particulièrement le tour de Rome by night en voiturette de golf, avec prise en charge directement devant l'hôtel. Chambres confortables et bien équipées : climatisation, volets, minibar et coffre-fort. Rooftop agréable avec une belle vue dégagée, particulièrement appréciable en fin de journée. Cuisine de qualité et raffinée.

Rien de négatif à signaler selon nous. Le rooftop est très ensoleillé l'après-midi et conviendra peut-être moins aux amateurs d'espaces ombragés, mais la magnifique vue sur le Vatican, le Château Saint-Ange et la Cour suprême en fin de journée fait vite oublier ce détail.

This hotel has great location, modern and very comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is excellent and breakfast very good. Attendants are very friendly and accommodating. Things I can recommend: 1) A large seating furniture; 2) A foldable table to place large luggage; 3) Agree with guests on a fixed AC setting. We liked 23°- 24°C. Roof top bar has good views.

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The staff on arrival were super friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options.

The drinks prices were on the expensive side.

It was a great hotel, in a central location with helpful, friendly staff and a wonderful rooftop restaurant.

Great location, very friendly staff. Smart rooms with great attentive facilities. Would recommend to stay here. I was a solo traveler and felt safe both in the hotel and also navigating my way to and from the popular city landmarks. I chose to stay closer to the Vatican and walk/metro to other areas, which was very easy to do.

I stayed 1 night and it was lovely/ A little jem. I was upgraded to a larger room than the one I had booked, and it was simply wonderful. I would especially like to mention the warm and welcoming service provided by the staff, and in particular by the receptionist, Jaida. It was such a pleasure communicating with them — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I had a truly lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Posizione ottima, tutti i monumenti principali di Roma sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi o si può usare anche la metro a pochi minuti dall’hotel. Vista dalla terrazza panoramica spettacolare con possibilità di aperitivi e cene. Camera arredata con gusto, colazione varia e abbondante. Una menzione particolare allo staff, di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica!

El hotel estaba limpio, cuidado y bien ubicado. Las habitaciones eran amplias, con camas comodas y un aire acondicionado que funcionaba a la perfección. Una muy buena opción de alojamiento para quien quiera visitar el Vaticano ya que esta a pocos minutos andando. El barrio es agradable, tranquilo y con variedad de restaurantes para comer.

El hotel no dispone de parking, pero ofrecen la posibilidad de aparcar en un aparcamiento que se encuentra justo al lado. El personal del parking es poco transparente a la hora de facilitar las tarifas, te apuntan un precio a mano en un papelito y no facilitan ticket de pago o factura, prefiriendo el pago en efectivo. El parking cierra a las 23 horas, y los domingos abre solo un par de horas por la mañana y por la tarde lo cual puede resultar incomodo. El hotel afirma no estar afiliado con el parking, por lo que es importante saber que no se responsabilizan de ningún incidente que pueda surgir.

Clean rooms, clean and modern bathroom with amazing rain showerhead, air conditioning that worked well, great restaurant and concierge, and to top it all off, the roof-top restaurant with 360 views is incredible.

My family stayed 3 night here post cruise. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean and modern. Loved the location since it was on a side street but still close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was a great perk. We would have liked to have tried the restaurant at the hotel but for 75 Euros per person, we didn't want to risk it when there was a wonderful restaurant directly across the street from the hotel. There is a grocery store a block away to grab snacks. I would give this hotel 5 stars if they would fix the AC!!! There was a thermostat in our room that did absolutely nothing except control fan speed which there was difference between low or high. The front desk would tell us they would adjust the temperature and to give it 30 minutes. We waited 3 days and it never cooled off. My husband asked if there was a fan we could buy or use. They said they had 1 fan for the entire hotel and they gave it to us. Once we worked up a massive sweat and had the fan blowing directly on us, we could doze off for a couple of hours. I still do not understand why there is a thermostat in the room if you have no ability to control the temperature.

Die Klimaanlage geht automatisch wieder an, auch wenn man sie im Zimmer ausschaltet. Der Raum, wo das Frühstück serviert wird, passt überhaupt nicht zum gesamten Hotel. Rooftop lieblos, ohne Sonnenschirme, somit nicht nutzbar.

A atenção dos funcionários. Excelente café da manhã, otima localização, da pra ir a pé a Praça Del Papolo, ao Vaticano e o metrô é bem pertinho. O quarto tem um tamanho ideal e esta sempre muito arrumado.

A Internet é fraca demais. Tive que trabalhar alguns dias e foi bem ruim. O elevador tambem apresenta problemas.

The location was good, with plenty of food options and amenities such pharmacy, bank, coffee and groceries. In general, the staff was fine.

We understand culturally air conditioning is not a thing in Italy; but Rome was in the middle of a heat wave with temps 85-90. Our a/c did not work and when it was reset it would blow warm air. This lasted the entire 3 nights we were there and when we called we could sense some condescension. By contrast other family members were icy cold and we would go to cool off in their room.

Great location and nice accommodations. Quieter part of Rome relative to the Roman Forum and Colosseum area. Closer to Vatican City than Roman Forum and Colosseum. Staff were professional, considerate, helpful, and reasonably accommodating to request.

We absolutely loved our stay at Orazio Palace Hotel! We were in Rome for our wedding, and many of our family members and guests also stayed there after traveling all the way to celebrate with us. The hotel team was incredibly kind and attentive to everyone, including family members who did not speak English, which made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. The rooms are modern, very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the bathroom was wonderful, with a great shower. The location is also perfect: close to everything, but still away from the chaos, in a very elegant, quiet and pleasant area of Rome. The staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.. always warm, helpful and thoughtful. We also loved the generous and varied breakfast, and the hotel restaurant was delicious. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end.

Room was great, clean and roomy. Staff was very helpful, providing recommendations for close dining and shopping. Some of the traditional sights were a little further away, however there were plenty of sights everywhere you went. Only issue we had was a power outage which was not the hotel’s fault.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for my 40th birthday weekend getaway. The hotel is a short walk to the bus and metro stops, which is good when you’re sightseeing. Overall the hotel is very good, staff friendly and helpful when we had questions. The room was a good size and the beds very comfortable along with a great shower. The only small point is breakfast, it is a little basic and could have better options. If I stayed again I would book as room only as there are plenty of coffee shops located within 10 mins walk that do breakfast items.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great, peaceful location. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked excellently. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was good, but I would have loved a bit more variety.

Not enough space to put toiletries in bathroom… . Nowhere to hang towel or robes in bathroom. Bathtub gel not provided . Breakfast area was smelly. Sofa and chairs were dusty

My husband and I stayed here for three nights on our mini-moon following our wedding, as we had always wanted to visit Rome and explore its sights. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is well maintained—clean, modern, and very well presented. Our room was slightly on the smaller side, but still very comfortable and pleasant. One small point to note is that the wet room shower can flood into the rest of the bathroom if the doors aren’t positioned correctly. The location is fantastic, set in a lovely area and ideal for sightseeing—particularly for visiting the Vatican. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We dined in the hotel’s restaurant one evening and both had pasta, which was tasty. The views from the rooftop are also lovely, especially at sunset. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great selection of pastries, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A slightly wider variety of fruit would make it even better. Thank you again to the staff at Orazio Palace - we would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting Rome.

Modern clean and friendly staff

Lovely hotel. Great roof terrace and restaurant area. Only had breakfast there, but had a few drinks and the bartender and waiters were so friendly and polite. Room was small but clean. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
