CJ Pallazzio,Salem

The location and the staffs and the room. We booked twin room while booking mistakenly and they staffs are very kind and they provide a king size bed room.

There is no amenities and the bathroom exahast is not working properly. Restaurant menus needs to improve in night.

The property was at good location. Rooms were good.

Multiple power cuts during the stay.

Very good

Nothing much to dislike , I liked it very much

Easy to get to

I have stayed here twice b4 that’s why I booked this but I will not do it again. The service was poor when they cleaned the room they didn’t leave any towels or toilet rolls. The front desk staff specifically Snegha was very rude. I’ll never stay

Prime location

Treating the customer coming car like a king and those coming in bike as bigger is not right. We travel in bikes as a hobby not by status. Especially when in super bikes we look for a safe place for parking not in a congested place. I had to fight to get a decent parking for my bike. If you are reading I suggest you change your policy for super bikes, and provide same space as cars- dedicated space.

Rooms were spacious and clean

Room service never turned up on time, even on few instances dint show up. Unpleasant and unwelcoming receptionists, coffee shop, rooftop restaurant and other facilities were not functional. Misleading pictures of the bathroom.

Staff was very good, check in was fast. Parking good even with limited space. Room was clean. Refrigerator was missing. Front say it is on maintenance. But presented it well. Good people.

Breakfast is too poor compared to similar hotels nearby. Now the reason is LPG crisis. However it was the same years before. Even with LPG issue nearby hotels have fabulous Breakfast. E.g., Here they don't have a bread toaster!

Reception staff is not responding the customer.... Too much of time waiting...

Location

Probably more breakfast options.

The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping was very good. Peacefule stay and good location as well

Nothing in particular comes to mind

Location, clean

Room was big in size with a nice work table also which helped me. Breakfast was amazing with a big spread and variety of options. Overall a good stay

I really like if hotels keep handwashes instead of soaps. Wish that one change here

Breakfast was Excellent

All was fine

Great room comfort stay and friendly staff assistance… made my stay was outstanding…we also enjoyed my family stay time

The experience was awesome 😎 the service and breakfast was good .the suggest we have a shuttle for the travellers.....

Spacious room with comfortable bed. The bathroom set up was good, nice shower, instantly responsive hot and cold water settings. Samuel in front office, Devi and Sakthivel in housekeeping, Logesh and Iyyappan in room service even the trainees are good too. Housekeeping staff Devi was very attentive to provide bathroom amenities, laundry service and cleanliness. Samuel made the room booking process easier and Ravi from the room service was prompt in delivering food. Food was above average even I can say good. A gentle genuine and calm smile is missing with most of the staffs which is only the regret, rest of all went well with this 1 week stay.

The staff's attention to detail and professional, attentive service was unmatched." "World-class service from a truly dedicated and friendly team."
