Belle établissement, chambre' haut de gamme. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque. Le restaurant est également très bon.

Excellent hotel with outstanding hospitality! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cenneys Gateway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making the entire experience pleasant. The food was delicious, with a great variety at breakfast, and the hotel's ambience was elegant and relaxing. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Hotel Cenneys Gateway to anyone visiting Salem. Looking forward to staying here again!

Sehr gutes Hotel, großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Abendessen im Restaurant war auch noch um 22:30 möglich, war lecker, Frühstück ebenfalls. Lage war für uns gut als Zwischenstopp.

Very expensive. Food cost is very high for 2 adults and 1 kid.

Convenient Location and no traffic noise were the 2 likeable aspects. The staff were friendly and courteous.

There were no room slippers despite being a star hotel and charging a hefty room rate. Secondly the restaurant table mats had food stains which were not cleaned and despite pointing out and changing almost many mats were all having stains, which showed poor hygiene standards being maintained.

Central location, spacious rooms, good food & friendly staff make this an excellent choice for stay in Salem. They have a lot of parking and vehicles are on a paved surface.

Clean and neat rooms and toilet. Biggest problem is reaching out to front desk or room service. They hardly pick the phone.Staying tip: order your coffee at least 2 hrs before you need in your room. Friendly staff but poor service.

The bed was cozier; the ambience was pleasant; breakfast was sumptuous; got a room upgraded; a very pleasant and memorable stay; the hospitality and care from front desk was superb!! Mr. Sherin Kurien, GM took personal care of our stay from check-in to check-out and enquired the quality of the dishes in the complementary breakfast. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Cenneys, next week.

Food is good ,staff is especially Sherin is extremely helpful. But their gym timings and it's ventilation can be improved. And their restaurant closes at 11 so it can pose a problem if you wish to have a late night dinner. But overall a real good and comfy stay.

Hotel is very good but need to be little professional. Food is good but need more chef's touch while presenting it on the dinning table.

Decent place to stay in Salem. Rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. Overall maintenance could be better. Kettles in the room were damaged, towels were old and smelly. Restaurant offers a decent buffet breakfast and dinner. Rooms can get noisy if there is an event happening downstairs. Definitely needs improvement.

Housecleaning needs to step up a notch. They did not clean used glasses properly.

In my booking i had mentioned single occupancy. The moment i settled in my room call from reception..saying he saw one another accompanying me. Rather rude. The other person was the one who picked me up at the station. Untrained staff

Few things I really didn't like 1) when I booked through booking.com first time it shown an amount and when I try to do the payment it failed. Again, When I retried, the payment it shown additional 2000 plus amount. Booking com could not reach property and finally I was told due to tax. Not sure why it didn't show at the first time 2) I booked club room and high floor non smoking room. I also called the property twice I was told it will be given. When I checked in, they gave standard room and low level floor. I have to call them and shout to get club room later. No professionalism in this hotel

We paid 6 k per room but nothing was complimentary, even tea or breakfast. Everything was charged at high level even for a 6k room. It was disappointing.

Room alloyed for three but was not given proper mattress. For three people the space is not at all adequate and cramped.

After a long drive arrived at the hotel at 6pm and after check in , called room. Service for some coffee and snacks. They said they couldn't serve snacks at 6pm since dinner was at 7pm!
