Położenie apartamentu w sercu Alfamy. Obok przystanek tramwajowy i dwie kawiarnie, gdzie można zjeść pyszne śniadanie. Do dworca Santa Apolonia pieszo ok. 10 min. Apartament pomieści 5-6 osób. Na plus dwie łazienki. Jedna duża, gdzie swobodnie zmieściłaby się pralka. Brak pralki to minus apartamentu. Niedaleko mieści się pralnia, co ratuje sytuację. Apartament bardzo czysty. Łóżka wygodne. Okna nowe, co izoluje hałas z zewnątrz. Aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony we wszystko, co potrzeba. Klucze przekazał nam João, który służy pomocą i radą. Apartament położony jest w takim miejscu, gdzie trudno o parking. Polecam osobom, które nastawione są na transport publiczny.

Jedyny minus to brak pralki, co w przypadku dłuższego pobytu jest niezbędne. Ratunkiem tutaj jest pralnia, dosłownie kilka kroków dalej.

De ligging van deze accommodatie betekent veel heuvels en trappen beklimmen. Bij een langer verblijf is dit wel een dingetje.

Molto pulita e abbastanza ben equipaggiata. Doccia molto grande. È in pieno quartiere Alfama quindi se si cerca quel tipo di posto è molto comodo (secondo me è un quartiere proprio brutto, ma questa è una mia personale opinione e non c’entra con la struttura)

Sembra di stare in una caverna. Si accede da una porta posteriore che dà su un corridoio interno, e le uniche aperture sono due finestrelle che non si possono aprire e una porta che è meglio non aprire perché dà su una strada piuttosto brutta. Quindi zero aerazione e zero luce. Va bene per passarci un paio di notti ma poi diventa veramente orribile L’appartamento è attrezzato con cucina, ma ovviamente è impensabile cucinare in questa situazione

Studio en Rdc qui manque un peu d'isolation phonique sur les plafonds. Des décorations absorbeuses de bruit pourraient être une bonne idée.

You get to ride the tram 28 literally a stone's throw distance away. It's quite quiet compared to the tourist area. There are nearby restaurants, cafes and shops. We got the warm welcome from our host Antonio and had some recommendations. The apartment is clean and equipped with facilities you need.

Posizione centrale, vicino a caffetterie e locali e con la fermata del tram 28 davanti all'ingresso. Patio (condiviso con gli altri appartamenti). Appartamento pulito e ben arredato. Molto chiare e precise le indicazioni di Joao che ci ha accolti. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie anche dopo il checkout.

The staff were very helpful. This review is based on the room we were moved to rather than the one that was booked. Couldn’t be closer to tram stop.

Die Lage in Alfama, freundlicher Empfang, flexibler Check-In und gute Kommunikation. Schöner Innenhof. Bequemes Bett. Shampoo, Bodylotion usw. und viele Handtücher vorhanden.

Souterrain-Wohnung, dunkel, laut (besonders durch die Obermieter, auch Müllabfuhr und Straßenbahn). Handtuchhaken fehlen. Lappen und Spülmittel zum Abwaschen des Geschirrs nicht vorhanden.

C'était parfait

Ładny duży przestronny apartament. Dobra klimatyzacja. Dobre wyposażenie, ekspres do kawy i świeża kawka oraz powitalne wino to warte polecenia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z uprzejmym gospodarzem. Apartament bardzo czyściutki. Tuż obok przystanek legndarnego tramwaju i blisko do centrum Alfamy, punktów widokowych, metra i stacji kolejowych do 10 minut pieszo.

Niestety wejście do patio, odstrasza. Brudno, dużo śmieci i niestety smród. Łóżko - kanapa średnio wygodne.

Camera comoda, molto spaziosa, in posizione centrale e comoda a tutti i servizi della città. Joao è stato molto disponibile e gentile, anche nel darci preziosi consigli sulla città. Dovessi tornare a Lisbona sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura!

Camera pulita e spaziosa situata in zona Alfama,quindi la parte più vecchia di Lisbona. Ci sono locali vicini sia per la colazione che per pranzare e cenare.

Per alloggiare qui non bisogna avere problemi nella deambulazione perché non è comodo muoversi. Anche la stazione metro/ treni è scomoda da raggiungere dista a circa 15 minuti di sali e scendi di stradine coi ciotoli.

Perfect calm spot in the middle of old town

There are different types of room - we got one with no option to open the window - please ask owners before you book. But after discussion all problems were solved and we were more than happy with all service, flexibility and standard.

The apartment was simply great for 2 couples. It was clean, cool and convenient. The patio is a big plus point for a chilled coffee in the morning while waiting for the city to wake up. It's a quiet neighborhood close to so many cafes and restaurants.

Die Zimmergröße war gut und der Duschbereich sehr groß. Auch die Dusche war hervorragend. Der Gartenbereich der Unterkunft wirkte einladend. Wie eine kleine Oase inmitten der Stadt. Der Empfang, die Kommunikation und die Einweisung durch den Gastgeber war sehr nett und professionell. Die Lage, um sofort mitten in der Altstadt zu sein, war hervorragend. Direkt um die Ecke auch zwei klasse Cafés mit super Frühstücksangebot.

Auf der anderen Seite war die Lage aber auch entsprechend laut: Die alte Straßenbahn war zu hören, nachts Leute, die teilweise betrunken direkt an der Unterkunft vorbei laufen und deutlich zu hören sind. Wände sind relativ dünn. Auch laute Gespräche, Getrampel und Türen knallen der anderen Bewohner in der Unterkunft waren sehr deutlich zu hören. Auf jeden Fall gute Ohropax mit nehmen. Der Gastgeber stellt sogar welche zur Verfügung. Unser Appartement lag leider Souterrain und war eher dunkel.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto appartamento in una sorta di semi interrato. Non c'erano finestre e non era possibile cambiare aria. Peccato non aver avuto gli appuntamenti ai piani superiori che sembrano essere molto graziosi

Super lokalizacja, chociaż na początku nie spodziewaliśmy się tak wąskich uliczek, a obok wejścia śmietników. Ale po wejściu do apartamentu wszystko ok. Czysto, obok 2 fajne miejscówki na pyszne śniadania i kawę , restauracja i tawerna, gdzie można posłuchać fado I pysznie zjeść. Za rogiem przystanek tramwaju 28, jak dla nas strzał w dziesiątkę. Ideal location in old town, spacious and clean. Unsure why others feel the need to complain about a bin which is located out the garden and patio area and up the street.

Excellent location, within walking distance to Castelo Sao Jorge. Many amenities that made you feel right at home.

The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance, and the famous Tram 28 route is right outside. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. If you are a light sleeper, it can get a bit noisy, but the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs.

The only downside is that there are only two very small windows. However, since we didn't spend much time indoors, it didn’t bother us too much

Leuke locatie, de ouderwetse tram komt vlak langs het straatje en is leuk om te zien, leuke restaurantjes, pleintjes en uitzichtpunten op loopafstand. Ontbijten kan om de hoek, lekker en toffe plek, dit is leuke wijk van Lissabon.

Ik kan het niet bedenken.

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at 1:30am and were greeted by Antonio (we did have to pay 35€ cash due to the late arrival - our flight was delayed so out of our control). He explained how to use the facilities and a brief overview of the local area. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, it is quite hilly but we didn’t mind the walk. There are some lovely coffee shops on the doorstep and the tram passes by which is great to see! We were in the basement studio room which was nicely decorated and a good size. As some previous reviews have stated, it was noisy on a night both from the street and other apartments in the block. There were also quite a few flies in the apartment although we kept all the windows closed. There were some bins and rubbish on the street outside and they didn’t seem to be cleared while we were there. I’d recommend pre booking an uber when you land in Lisbon. The prices are really reasonable from the airport to the apartment. Overall I would recommend these apartments and we really enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t expect a basement suite. Found it damp for March. Loud street noise filtering through at night from the door behind the bed. Was loud during shoulder season would be intense during busy season.

La ubicación es excelente. Además está todo muy nuevo y la cama es muy cómoda. Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje allí hasta nuestra salida.

Se escucha mucho a la gente de la calle y al tranvía. Es un problema de todos los alojamientos de ese área que están bien comunicados. Aún así hemos descansado y repetiríamos.

Abbiamo affittato un monolocale con giardino invece era una cantina senza finestre ben arredato, pulito ma senza una finestra che si potesse aprire per arieggiare. Ci sono due scuretti che fanno passare la luce ma i vetri sono sigillati. Inoltre per raggiungere il monolocale devi scendere delle scale. Il letto duro che sembrava di dormire sopra del legno, i cuscini pieno di nodi.

La amabilidad de Joao explicando y recomendaciones es genial. Me gustó mucho la personalidad. El tranvía 28 pasa justo al lado, por lo tanto, estás en Lisboa pura, además que para volver al hotel tarde está genial. La habitación está muy bien, la cama es cómoda y está todo perfecto, modernito pero sencillo.

Quizás al viajar sola, ir por la tarde-noche hacia el hotel, daba sensación de inseguridad (en ningún momento ocurrió nada), pero son calles con poca iluminación.

Szuper kis szállás, szuper helyen. Kényelmes ágy, klassz fürdőszoba. Konyha is van, akár főzni is lehet. Nagyon jó központi helyen van, mégis tényleg jó csendes. A kommunikáció végig nagyon gördülékeny volt, megérkezésünkkor egy fiatalember várt minket, pár perc alatt mindent elmondott. Szerencsénkre jóval hamarabb el is tudtuk foglalni a szállást. Szívesen ajánlom másoknak is.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de uno de los barrios más famosos de Lisboa, donde te permitía ir andando a prácticamente cualquier lugar de interés. Excelente trato del personal tanto de limpieza como del alojamiento, brindaban facilidades para cualquier situación, no dudando en aconsejar sobre lugares para visitar, restaurantes, comida típica del país.

Great location, although bins at the top of pathway could put people off. Likes layout of apartment, bedrooms separated by bathroom. Kitchen well equipped and all very clean. New year Fizz, chocolates and present of a diary left which was a lovely touch.

Handles on kitchen units were very small and difficult to open.

Great location, close to the tram for hop on and excellent amenities for self catering.

Just make sure to take a taxi there and not walk up all the steps with luggage. We had conflicting messages about early check-in which resulted in us waiting for hours outside to get the key.

The team facilitated a late check in (for the pre stated fee) but check in was really easy and informative. Beds were made up ready (including the sofabed) and both were really comfy. Mini toiletries were handy as was tea and coffee. I like that there were enough plates and cutlery to not have to wash up constantly. Beautiful apartment, lovely balconies, and right in alfama - on the 28 tram route.

Our host was amazing with accommodating us in a difficult situation. The place was very well equipped and presented nicely. The location was very central and what we were looking for.

We were not aware our apartment was below ground level on one side, it felt a little closed in. Not all the apartments are like this, to be aware of this before booking would be good.

Nice cosy part of Alfama. Would have been great for a washing machine and drying facilities to be available - we made do, with a laundromat about 2 min walk down the hill. Copenhagen Coffee Lab was just outside, which was nice stop for breakfast. Aircon in the lounge and individual bedrooms made the stay very comfortable, as did having our rooms cleaned once during our stay.

You can hear the tram from the room, lucky it ends at midnight but starts again the next morning at 6. So we kept the windows closed a majority of the time. Since the tram network and road was narrow, getting to and from the airport by car took much longer. As they had to wait for the roads to clear. The front gate also needs to be replaced. We came back sometimes and other patrons of the rooms hadn’t closed the door properly, but it was held by a flimsy bolt which could have been easily broken apart if someone leaned into it. The living space was also small for 5 adults and a baby.

Spacious. Clean. Great shower. Good cooking facilities. Very nice, private outside sitting area.

Nothing really. There are several, overfill garbage bins in ally outside. But they cannot be seen once you are inside the gated walls. Also, both nights someone stood knocking on our outside door in the alleyway quite late into the night. Strange, but the doors and windows were very secure.

Very lovely, clean and comfortable stay in the heart of old town. Felt a great energy and convenient in all respects. Thanks to the hosts.

NON PRENOTATE IL PIANO TERRA!!! Situato sotto terra, umido e con infissi non apribili, la porta d’ingresso deve stare chiusa perché dà su una strada diciamo non molto sicura Abbiamo chiesto la variazione della sistemazione, ottenuta con il raddoppio dell’affitto, ma ormai eravamo là!!! I due water perdevano, causando un gocciolio notturno fastidioso, anche perché le porte dei bagni non si chiudevano. La pulizia e sostituzione delle lenzuola era prevista dopo il terzo giorno, ma non si è visto nessuno.
