Connext Residence Phuket

Kindly staff, nice location, 9/10

Nice

The area was great nice and quiet, and having a washing machine was very useful😁

We had a really wonderful stay at Connext Residence Phuket and would definitely give it 5 stars. The location is excellent very convenient and close to Phuket Old Town, which made it easy for us to explore the area, enjoy the local cafes, restaurants, and night markets. The owner lady was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange a bike rental very easily, which made getting around Phuket much more convenient for us. We also really appreciated how flexible and understanding they were with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip stress-free and comfortable. Another great part of the stay was having access to the pool area. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending some quiet time after a long day outside. The overall atmosphere of the residence was peaceful, comfortable, and felt very homely. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket, especially if you want a good location, friendly hospitality, and a comfortable stay. We will definitely visit again for sure!

Modern, safe

Mattress too hard.

Cleanliness and hygiene

There is no hand wash and no bath soap or shower gel

There was almost everyday some kind of sewage smell through the hallways. We couldn’t use the pool and the gym because you need some kind of a special card for it and there was almost the whole time no one at the reception to assist you with that. The TV is pretty old so it doesn’t have netflix, youtube etc. The bathroom also looked different in the photos. And lastly our room was only cleaned the first day, i suppose the maids don’t enter without your presence in the room so if that’s the case then its not a negative thing.

Buenas instalaciones ubicación y tranquilidad. Instalaciones y equipamiento del alojamiento muy buenas.

El colchón estaba notablemente hundido hacia abajo y era incómodo.

We didn't take breakfast..

All we like

The hotel was very clean

The staff spoke very little English which was disappointing on arrival as we were unsure how to check in. Secondly, we booked a 3 person bedroom however, on arrival to the room there was only a double bed and a sleep set on the ground. This sleeping set meant that one person had to sleep on the ground with no mattress and just a thin sheet and blanket. This was not advertised correctly or shown in pictures what the sleeping set was. Completely unacceptable sleeping conditions

I am writing to formally complain about a recent hotel booking made through your platform, Connext Residence Phuket. I was due to stay here from the 8th-13th January. The property was significantly misrepresented in the online listing and did not meet the standards advertised. Upon arrival, we were immediately extremely disappointed and upset by the condition of the hotel, to the extent that we did not stay there at all. There was no one present at reception on arrival, and we were required to call a telephone number and wait approximately 10 minutes for a receptionist to attend. This was both inconvenient and unprofessional. Furthermore, the facilities advertised online were inaccurate. The hotel listing stated that there was a gym available; however, no gym exists at the property. The swimming pool was also in poor condition and not as presented in the photos or description. When we viewed the room, the bed was rock hard and clearly not of acceptable quality. Windows were built up with junk and the receptions put our bags in an old shopping trolley to wheel them to the room. Given that we paid £219.53 GBP for this stay, the overall experience was far below reasonable expectations and did not reflect the images or amenities advertised on your website. Due to the above issues and the misleading nature of the listing, we felt we had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for this booking as we did not want to start our holiday in Thailand this was. I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this matter and confirmation of the refund process. I have always trusted Booking.com when making reservations, and I hope this issue can be resolved fairly and swiftly.

Nothing

It was terrible

L’emplacement

Quite peaceful!

Beds where hard, and pillow option not so nice. Otherwise Ok. Stayed 11 nights.

The room service was real good. The ladies did a great job cleaing the room, on time a very respectful.

You had to pay to use the Gym. I wish I would've known prior.

Was a clean condo

Was confusing check in process with the reception not able to help, had to call a number which was difficult without an eSIM. The condo is quite far from the old town which we didn’t mind as we walked or got a taxi. The facilities to the pool were in another building round the side which the door was not open and we couldn’t work out how to get there and no one at reception to help. The outside of the building could do with modernising as the paint is damaged and does not look as clean and neat as the photos

Konum olarak uzak kalıyor. Grab üzerinden taksi cagirmaya calistigimda uzun sureler beklemek zorunda kaldim ve hatta 1-2 sefer daha merkezi yere yürüyüp öyle denediğim oldu.

Great apartment. Nice size and floor plan. The owners of the property are lovely. Very responsive and nice.

The location is not great if you don’t have transportation. You have a 20-30min walk to get to the closest 7-11. The photos of the gym at not a part of the residence. They are next door and you have to pay and extremely high day rate to workout. The photos of the gym and very misleading.

It's conveniently located near 7-11 and 20 mins walk to supermarket

Nothing everything was good

Praticidade da cozinha

Cama … Dura

A really lovely apartment! It was beautifully clean when we arrived, and the cleaning crew came once a week to replace linen and clean the apartment. The area and apartment building is nice and quiet. The hosts were friendly over WhatsApp and quick to respond to our messages. The gym facility next door is fantastic. Overall, it was a really great stay - thank you very much.

pool was included and a decent size, kitchen included

the shower hose did not stay up so had to hold it, the gym you have to pay extra and photos make it seem bigger than it is, have to get a taxi to get anywhere really

Clean, swimming pool, quiet

Far from town center

Erg goedkoop! Nette kamer.

Clean room, nice and quiet area. Full of equipment,, love kitchen and bed rooms.

Nice room and facilities.

Its design was good

Price and has kitchen

Why no detergent and where to hang clothes inside ( outside never dry) and water pressure is low, water in shower is luke warm)

Maalesef

spacious and clean, staff were helpful and friendly

slightly more outside of old town (which we knew when booking) however it was still a walkable distance

Bed

Location, small tv, no toiletries, no one at reception

Through there were not physical staff presence in the lobby, they are much quicker in response into our text messages and we can get it done whatever need through that All residency apartment facilities are included and operated nicely without hassles

Very clean modern building in a quiet clean area.

Shortage of utensils in the kitchen. Parking the car in outside carpark or street sometimes very difficult because too busy.

Room is very clean

No indication for check in, lobby is always empty

All was cool, without insects. Room clean.

Very clean, amazing pool, beautiful and comfortable apartment

It was a bit hard to access the pool

Location, cleansing, staff.

First three days, I booked a family room, but unfortunately was given to someone else, so I had to separate my family into two rooms. But later on, I was given my family room for the rest of my booking.

Friendly person checked us in. That's it.

There was a very strong artificial scent in the room that was noticed on arrival. It made me very sick (extremely sore throat, nauseous and stinging eyes). Although we were booked in for 4 days, we needed to leave after 1 day due to the scent making me sick. I advised the issue of the scent in the room and was told 'sorry'. It was only after we had moved and I asked for a refund for the remaining time, was I offered another room. The refund was refused. Really poor customer service. I do not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the residence was very clean.

For us the location was a bit isolated and in the beginning taxis/transportation was a bit of a problem. I feel that the staff can be more helpful in this regard. Grab for example didn't work so we had to figure out how to get around. Bolt worked for us

very clean, helpful staff, very nice gym with steamroom and swimming pool

the staff takes very good care of this property. it’s so clean especially the floor. the staff is very responsive to our needs too.

maybe the swimming pool usage can be alittle more flexible currently one key card can only allow one person to swim.

Very easy to write this review - excellent -- the nice little apartment is perfect - new - glass walls over looking the surrounding mountains -- very nice little apartment -- and Ms. Nat and her staff - were - superior ! ... not only are the apartments nice - but this place is connected to a very nice gym and pool facility - that comes with the room! -- excellent !

nothing to say here -- great place - great service - any issues or problems - Nat will take care of!--

2 adults + 13 age & 10 age kids with two separate rooms with a big bed size good, just the bed is not soft enough, my quiet room was on the top floor 8th at the corridor end, with a new washing machine free to use inside our room as photo shown. Only suggest if you rent car or motor bike, because not a walking distance to the town center, hotel staff is hard to find, we already lucky on check-in date, one staff is sitting on the reception politely bring us to the room, worst case was not easy to find the staff when check-out, we need to get the security in car park to call the staff come to lobby getting my room key return, even I whatsap the staff saying we need to check-out, no body response.

As a hotel guest, you can't even use the gym there? What's the point of staying? Who would be stupid enough to pay 500 Baht extra a day for the stupid gym? Nobodyyyyyyy!!!!!
