Our room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very good, and there was an ample supply of hot water. Wifi connection was excellent. This motel is located on the main road into town and was easy to find.

Great location, very comfortable bed, and a spacious room. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

The pool was very small, more like a kitty pool, which was disappointing as it was difficult to use when someone else was there. There was also a wasp nest right by the door, which was quite unpleasant, especially with a dog.

Was clean, pool nice and clean, nice area but hot tub, not really a hot tub, water very cold, was disappointing not to swim. Staff were accommodating. Room smaller than expected but bed was comfortable. Location good.

Although as stated, clean just too bad no heat in the pool. Why have a whirlpool without heat or jets? For what we received, very expensive.

Took too long to find my on line reservation. I was glad that I had a copy of it. The bed was too high.

Location is good. Just few minutes drive to lakes and stores.

During our stay, we chose the further back room instead of room he assigned to us. The room is not so clean and there are flies inside. Towels, cups and other things are for two people only though they have two queen beds in that room. In my opinion its for family. The air conditioner is noisy when blowing.

For the price it’s a great little place. Comfortable beds and very good location in goderich

Pool and hot tub could be updated or heated

The motel did not in 'Any Way'' reflect the pictures posted on Booking.com. The area around the hotel was disgusting. We didn't stay at the hotel and I have requested a refund for the money owed me for this reservation.

We have come here many times in August. Clean quiet rooms with good air conditioning. Pet friendly helped us make the choice. Would recommend this motel.

This was an exceptional stay. A great room for the price. Clean. The air conditioner/fan quiet — things I usually expect to be horrible and noisy but not here! My hosts were so accommodating and nice. Looking forward to next year.

We had a very good experience at the Harmony Inn. It was clean and quiet. The front desk people and the room cleaners were helpful, courteous and ffriendly. We recommend this Inn wholeheartedly.

I love everything about this place. I loved that they have chairs and tables outside.

Absolutely nothing. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

This hotel feels like something out of a horror movie. From the moment we walked into the reception, there was a disgusting smell and the entire property looked dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. The front desk staff handed us the room key without even asking for ID or a driver's licence. The room smelled awful, the bedding looked filthy, and there were insects in the bathroom, including inside the toilet. We were travelling with our 10-year-old daughter, returned the key almost immediately, and booked another hotel because we refused to spend the night there.

L'emplacement du motel est assez central. À quelques minutes du vieux centre-ville et des commerces. La chambre était de bonne taille et les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons apprécié les extérieurs avec la piscine et ses transats.

L'accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux... Lors de notre départ, la personne m'a parlé depuis l'étage de l'accueil sans même se présenter devant moi. Plus d'attention pourrait être faite au ménage ( évier et douche bouchés, cheveux un peu partout sur les murs et au sol, vitres avec plein de traces...) Les draps et les serviettes pourraient être remplacés par des neufs ( serviettes jaunies et draps ajourés )

It’s colourful!

The beds are the highest I’ve ever seen, they didn’t feel all that comfortable. We ended up not staying overnight, we decided to head home instead. I’m sure some people would find the motel adequate but we are pretty fussy and it was all that was available on that particular day.

Decent room

Dirty, cobwebs in the shower and ripped comforter. Had to wait 25+ minutes for staff to meet at from desk because he was taking a shower. AC unit was so loud couldn’t sleep at night.

Pet charge was $15. When asked about it, was told "it's 40 in NYC". Irrelevant comment. Stayed in room 124. Door jam was broken safety Lach not functioning - appeared to have been forced open and not repaired. Felt like I was given the poorest room for asking about the dog charges. It will be my last visit. I don't think I was appreciated.

This is the dirtiest motel ever. Owner is the rudest and unprofessional.i got a video im posting of him acting in the rudest manner ever when confronted about health concerns..

There’s lots of flying insects when I get inside the room. Toilet paper not even changed. I had runny nose when I woke up next day might because ac hasn’t been cleaned for years.

Our room was around the back, away from any others in a badly lit location. Was a little worried about safety, car theft etc. but all went well. Obviously renovations were underway at the site which in the end will be good but for now created a lot of debris.

Your outside common space was amazing. Chair picnic tables, kids area. Even if I didn't have kids.

The bed was too high, and the plug in bathtub didn't work, so no bath. Something i was looking forward to. TV only worked if you had Netflix no cable.

The only thing I found was that the beds were very very high and it was difficult for me to get up on it.

Cheerful front counter staff. The cleaning woman was very helpful, friendly and assisted us immediately for an issue. Needs more of a deep cleaning and general repairs.

Positives: 1. Parking in front of my room 125. All rooms seem to have the same situation. 2. 100% Blackout curtains that hung properly! 3. The Surfaces and drawers were very clean as was the sink, toilet, and tub I think, although the lighting was not that bright in there. 4. The refrigerator has a freezer. I liked that so I could keep my ice packs frozen. 5. The window air conditioner worked well. 6. No carpet. 7. The woman owner was very nice. Negatives: 1. This, for me is big, the floors were black! Before I walk into a room, even in socked feet, I take a wet wipe to the bathroom floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't know if the cleaner is not using a clean mop. But it's more like she is not mopping at all. My feet didn't touch the floor at all. When I say that I had to bleach my white sandals I am not kidding. 2. The mattress seemed a little lumpy. I took the sheet off to see. It had 4 or 5 protectors on it not including the one that totally encased the mattress. Hmmm 3. The reason I will not return... I had misplaced a thumb drive. I called the day after I checked out. The gentleman answered and I asked him and I barely had it out of my mouth and he said a one-word, resounding, NO! I said are you sure? Its blue. He said nothing else but NO. Nothing else. No niceties. Just hung up. I know there is a language barrier, but that was rude. I am not hard to please. Be nice, clean, and comfortable bed, clean floors and toilet and sinks ... basic stuff. If you want me to treat your property, which I do, with respect, then hold up your end.

Location okay. Room cleaned daily. Comfy bed. Good sheets. Nice bathtub/shower with good water pressure. God wifi.

Room very tiny. Nowhere to put luggage. Paper thin walls. The neighbour’s tv was on to 1 am, keeping us awake. Tiny bathroom with barely enough room to dry off. Vanity is outside bathroom.

I liked that the little fridge had a freezer in it for my ice packs! All surfaces were very clean! The bathroom too. The blackout curtains actually hung properly and kept the light out! Tub clothesline in the room!

The floors were very dirty. I wiped the bathroom floor with a wet wipe and it was bad. I washed the floor with a towel. I never was without my shoes on after that. I expect dirty floors, but this was a little over the top. Also, the night AFTER I checked out I noticed that I had misplaced a thumb drive that I thought I had brought with me. I decided to call just to see if it had been found. The gentleman, whom I had only dealt with the lovely woman before, answered. I told him who I was and what it was I was calling about and asked if it had been found or turned in. All I got was NO. And so for clarification, I asked him again if it had been turned in or seen as I may have lost it in my room, and I received the same resounding NO. Not even a nicety or a good-bye! I was considering staying again, but that just put me right off. I know there's a language barrier, quite a strong one actually, but that's no reason to be rude. So, if it wasn't for his wife this property would get zero for customer service. She was so nice she made up some... but I won't be staying again thanks to that phone call.

Office was not manned. You had to wait a long time for someone to come see you, if they came at all. The pool had a hot tub attached however there was no heat. When we asked they said its a pool and there is no heat. The pool seating area was full of grass and weeds between the bricks. If you need a place to sleep for a night and need no bells and whistles, this place will work.
