Riad Irhalne

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Riad. Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel, qui était accueillant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Un petit-déjeuner copieux nous a été servi chaque matin, ainsi qu'un très bon dîner à notre arrivée au Riad. Mention spéciale à la jeune personne qui a été avenante avec nous chaque jour, qui nous a offert des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours et qui s'est même levée aux aurores ce matin pour nous accompagner en taxi vers l'aéroport pour notre départ. La chambre typique était très belle. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé par rapport à la place centrale. Nous avons pu facilement faire les visites le matin et venir nous poser l'après-midi au Riad, à la piscine, pour ressortir en fin de soirée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech.

Die Ruhe im Riad und der tolle Flair. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück hat auch gepasst.

Das Bad war etwas klein, aber bei einem Altbau ist das nun mal so, das hat nicht weiter gestört.

Riad calme, propre avec toutes les commodités. Proche de la place principale, des souks, des restaurants, des musées...

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto buona e ambiente bellissimo!

Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Jemaa el Fna. Colazione super. Camere comode e spaziose.

Everything! The staff attended to everything - transfer from the airport, met at square to deliver luggage to Riad. Always a warm welcome, smile, hello.

It rained really hard and some water came under my door and window. To be expected in a very old building with a room to the outside upper courtyard, plus the amount and intensity of the downpour was unbelievable.

We were made very welcome by big Muhammed and little Muhammad. They were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Riad was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Thankyou....we really enjoyed our stay with you at your riad. Lynette. Mandi. Andrea. Jane and Beth.

L'emplacement du riad est idéal pour visiter les souks à pieds et les restaurants sont aussi à proximité. Le riad est très silencieux malgré la proximité de l'agitation de la place Jema à El fna. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'accueil chaleureux marocain.

La literie est à revoir, oreillers beaucoup trop durs, le matelas est trop dur et la couette pèse 2 tonnes donc non nous n'avons pas très bien dormi.. La suite est plus que sombre. Je veux bien le côté typique, intime dépaysement du riad mais là c'est beaucoup trop sombre.

Super personnel et accueil. Très bon emplacement. Et super petit déjeuner. L’endroit en chaleureux.

Les chambres très sombres. La salle de bain est pas très optimisée. Pas bien insonorisé. Douche fonctionne tres mal. Matelas pas confortable.

Tradycyjny hotel z bardzo dobry sniadaniem, przemiła obsługa wieczorem po przyjściu można było napić się harbaty miętowej. Lokalizacja perfekcyjna polecam.

The location was exceptional, central but also hidden down a little side street so it’s still very quiet at night. The riad is beautiful and the staff members are what made our stay so perfect - both Mohammad’s were the best hosts, so friendly and always on hand to help! Breakfast was also delicious!

El personal muy atento y agradable, encantadores. Nos ofrecieron transfer ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, muy cómodo. La habitación bonita. La única pega que la cama y las almohadas eran duras... el resto fenomenal... el Riad muy bonito y muy bien ubicado.

La camera era pulita ma in camera c erano molte cose che non andavano bene, tavoletta del wc rotta e traballante, il miscelatore del lavandino traballante, la piletta della doccia non poteva essere attaccata al muro perché non c’era niente per tenerla fissa in alto

Emplacement central et au top car à 2 min de la place jemma el fna. Riad ou l'on s'y sent bien. Calme et reposant loin de l'agitation de la place jemma. Le personnel est adorable et prend le temps d'échanger avec les voyageurs et en plus très arrangeant. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et joliment décorées. La propreté est irréprochable. je recommande à 100%

El Riad nos gustó mucho por su atención, amabilidad. Es un Riad de pocos habitaciones y por ello es muy tranquilo. ,

Las calles muy estrechas, tan llenas de gente, motos a derecha e izquierda sin normas ni preferencias. Lo malo es que ahora están de reformas en muchos lugares que deseas visitar.

La struttura è molto bella e tranquilla, la posizione è ottima centrale strategica per raggiungere a piedi i punti turistici più famosi della medina.

Faceva freddo e l’aria condizionata non funzionava bene ed il prezzo della stanza era caro rispetto ad altri Riad

Abbiamo soggiornato con il mio ragazzo 4 notti in questo Riad, atmosfera suggestiva, appena arrivati ci hanno subito accolto con un the marocchino. Colazione ottima, pulizia della camera giornaliera, personale accogliente e disponibile. Servizio taxi a disposizione e comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Avevamo un problema con l’aria condizionata che in pochissimo tempo è stato risolto e una mattina che avevamo la partenza presto per una gita ci hanno fornito la colazione take away. Altra qualità per niente scontata era la temperatura della doccia subito calda! Veramente contenti di aver soggiornato qui!

Hyper cher pour la prestation (au moins 50 euros de trop la nuit). Pas de commodités dans chambre (frigo, bouilloire, etc). Booking prévoyait un paiement par prélèvement mais à l'arrivée on nous a imposé un paiement sur place avec une grosse commission carte bancaire. Première nuit blanche : les lumières ne s'éteignent pas à cause d'un court circuit. 2ème nuit la clim (chauffage) fait un boucan de dingue. Troisième nuit, du coup, on dort sans chauffage et on a froid. Petit Déjeuner trop répétitif et imposé. Très très décevant. Les photos sont jolies sir Booking mais il y a beaucoup... beaucoup mieux ailleurs....

Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile, la stanza molto bella e pulita. Posizione centrale, pur essendo nel cuore della rumorosa Medina all'interno del Riad vi è un'assoluta pace. La chicca è la loro colazione marocchina, abbondante e molto buona.

El Riad se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta y los chicos que nos atendieron fueron muy amables en todo momento. Un día nos levantamos muy pronto para hacer una excursión y nos dieron un desayuno para poder llevarnos. Son todo facilidades. El desayuno perfecto.

Van het begin tot het eind van het verblijf werd er geholpen waar kon. Onwijs aardig personeel! De kamer die wij hadden geboekt mochten we bij aankomt al eerder in, men deed zo hun best om het voor ons zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Lekkere bedden en voldoende ruimte voor 3 personen. We komen zeker terug!

Everything was really nice, especially the staff

The riad is very beautiful, well maintained and when you step in it is immediately calm and relaxing, a nice contrast from the craziness of Jemaa el Fnaa. We stayed in a lovely ground floor room, which was well sized, and always beautifully cleaned by the housekeepers. All the staff were friendly, very polite and the door was always answered promptly. There are two cats which hang out on the motorbikes just by the doors which is also lovely. We sat up for a few afternoons on the terrace, and were brought mint tea which was lovely. Breakfast was always fantastic, and very generous. The location is also excellent, you can walk to every central tourist attraction easily, and pop back in and out of the riad during the day with only a minutes diversion.

The only difficulty with the room was that the lighting was very dim, which is excellent for vibes and more difficult for makeup, but we managed fine! We had dinner at the riad, which was fine, but nothing particularly amazing or special. We had one bad experience coming into the riad from the street with some particularly bad catcalling etc. and decided if it happened again we would have to ask to be walked in/out, but actually it seemed to be a one off and not a regular occurrence and we just got unlucky (we are also two young female travellers together which makes this much more likely).

The drainage system both in the sink and the shower must be repaired as it doesn't drain fast. Nothing serious, but good to keep it clean.

Beautiful place in an excellent location in the medina. Easy short walk to the main square. The Riad is really well decorated with lovely ambience all-around. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries. Ahmed even helped me to carry my bags after checkout to the taxi. Delicious breakfast and cookies with tea upon arrival! Location is spot on, few mins walk from the main square. Probably the best wifi I've had in Morocco.

My bedroom was a bit dark due to lack of lights but was manageable. Pressure of the tap in the sink a bit low.

Las instalaciones son preciosas, limpio y bonito, buen desayuno, la atención es muy buena, siempre dispuestos, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca al soco, a la plaza central, a restaurantes, el punto es súper estratégico.

This Riad is more than just a place to sleep. Mohammad was very nice and helpful. He meet our driver and assisted us through the market to the riad. Would have been difficult to find it on our own the first time. He gave us great recommendations and a quick orientation of Marrakech old town. The Riad itself is very peaceful and beautiful. Conveniently located in the old town area. Mostly accessible by foot. The rooftop seating area is lovely. Had a nice light breakfast with tea. The room was pristine. Anything we needed, staff was more than happy to help! Would stay here again!

-El riad es precioso, muy bonito para fotos. -El personal muy amable y servicial. -El desayuno estaba bien. -La ubicación muy buena cerca de la plaza aunque está en un callejón (no es problema llegar)

-La cama muy incómoda, el colchón blando y resbaladizo que parecía que me iba deslizando hacia abajo y al centro toda la noche. -Las almohadas demasiado altas como si fuera a dormir un gigante, es imposible dormir cómodo así. -La iluminación de la habitacion, demasiado oscura.No ves por la noche y por el día muy poco aunque abras la ventana.Complicado maquillarse.

Accueil super chaleureux de la part de l'équipe du Riad. Très à l'écoute et compréhensif. Toujours le sourire. Emplacement idéal au coeur de la Médina.

Deuxième séjour au Riad Irlane en 8 ans. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dans un cadre authentique et raffiné. Le riad est magnifiquement décoré, mêlant parfaitement tradition marocaine et confort moderne. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Le lieu est très calme et idéal pour se reposer après une journée dans l’effervescence de la médina. Le personnel est attentionné, toujours souriant et disponible pour donner de bons conseils ou organiser des activités. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La localisation est parfaite : à quelques minutes des souks et des principaux sites touristiques, tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Le Wifi dans les chambres aux étages a été amélioré mais manque de stabilité

A perfect stay! I recommend to anyone planning a trip to Marrakesh. Staff are very helpful and friendly and made us feel at ease. The hotel arranged a transfer service from the airport. We felt very welcomed with mint tea and biscuits on our arrival. Location is ideal, tucked away down a small side street but close to the main square and all the sights in Marrakesh. Room was fantastic and very traditional. Breakfast was great too - a selection of breads/pancakes with jam, honey, olives, cheese and yoghurt. There is also the rooftop terrace perfect for watching the sunset with a drink at the end of a busy day.

Nothing it was great! Only issue was the a/c unit leaked so we had to place a cup underneath it to catch the drips

The location was perfect - right around the corner from the main square, Jemaa El Fnaa, yet far enough from the bustling streets that it was silent and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, offering a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan dishes and familiar Western options. The room was great - large, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our host was also very accommodating and made the best mint teas we had anywhere in Morocco.

The staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and even woke up early to provide breakfast for us when we had to leave early. Couldn’t recommend more

The property was well located close to the main square and right in the old city center. The hosts were very nice and helpful, providing important advice. The breakfast was delicious and it had a variety of options. The riad was nicely decorated in a traditional Moroccan style.

The cleaning of the bathroom should definitely be improved. The facilities in the bathroom were outdated: the tap at the sink and shower would block, usually on the hot water and it was almost impossible to close them; the toilet was moving when sitting on it; there was no shelf in the shower to place the shampoo and shower gel. The bedsheets with the pillows, duvet, and the towels were outdated and should definitely be replaced. Although the bedsheets were clean, under them the pillows and duvet were stained and dirty. Although the internet in the reception was working well, we barely had any signal in our room and most of the time it would not work.

Lovely courtyard and outside spaces. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is very close to lots of interesting sites. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was beautiful and very peaceful. The staff absolutely made the experience.
