Hotel was in a really great location close to subway. Room was very nice and quiet. Also enjoyed the heated pool and steam room. It was my son’s birthday the staff left a special note and chocolate in the room.
Good location, basic double rooms in attic space, need to bend to get into bed, draughty window, quite a small space. Room, bathroom very clean. For peace of mind booked a taxi back to the airport via hotel, 75 euros fixed price. Was charged 89euros. Contacted hotel to report as didn’t want others to be taken advantage of like we felt we were, to date they haven’t bothered to reply. Very disappointing!
Overall We were very satisfied with our stay. Nice friendly staff, fantastic pool where to relax after a long day strolling through the streets of Paris. Excellent breakfast unless you want the big buffet. Location excellent close to Metro, RER train and walking distance to Notre Dame and Ile de la Cité, and nice restaurants on Boulevard St. Michele and Rue St. Jaques. Quiet and no disturbing noises from street or other rooms. On the negative side, the standard rooms for two persons are extremely small and do not correspond to the price. Too expensive for a tiny room. There is not at regular closet, if you bring suits or robes there is hardly any place to hang them. No place to put two standard size suitcases. Hardly any place to hang your coats if you visit Paris in autumn or winter. Breakfast OK, but only one slow coffee machine. For sure I will consider staying again, but will research other alternatives with regards to room size/price
An incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly, especially Saba the bar manager. The hotel was spotless and is a great location, close walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
Amazing hotel, the service from front desk to bar to restaurant was top notch! They were able to take our luggage as we arrived at 8am while we searched for a place to nap... - The rooms were on the small side but very comfortable, and clean. - The spa area is amazing pool nice and clean. - There are many amazing restaurants, and the hotel is within walking distance of almost all attractions. - The atmosphere is relaxed and classy - We enjoyed out evenings sitting in the common area drinking wine and playing cards Highly recommend
Beautifully decorated, recently renovated hotel with a nice spa and cosy but comfortable rooms. Service was great and the location was ideal for evening dining out and bars. Close to some major attractions and public transport. I would stay at this hotel again!
My wife and I spent a week at this hotel, and we loved just about every minute. Our twin room was plenty comfortable, the entire hotel is impeccably clean and elegantly decorated. The bar in particular is fabulous, and the bartender friendly. The pool and steam room were relaxing, and a great reward for a day of sightseeing. With the exception of neighbors who allowed their doors to slam shut (perhaps a maintenance issue, our door closed with only a slight click), this is an exceedingly quiet hotel. The breakfast was typical of better Parisian hotels, but well maintained and worth the price, IMO. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, helpful, and patient with my very poor language skills. The few things that weren't right were quickly addressed: the TV's internet connection was inoperable, and the gentleman sent to fix it was genial and competent. We encountered him several other times during our stay -- he recognized us, always greeted us with a smile, and asked if everything was still working. I wish I had caught his name so I could call him out specifically. If you're a Left Bank person, the location can't be beat -- close to everything this side of Paris has to offer. Rue Cujas is currently (Oct 2025) being dug up for landscaping, and the finished product should be a great improvement. The lower end of Rue de Tournon may provide a preview of the finished product. Forty years ago I stayed next door in the Hotel Cujas (now French Theory). For less than $8/night I enjoyed a small room on the 4th floor, no elevator, no a/c, no private shower or toilet. Times have changed -- for the better! Our next visit to Paris will definitely include a stay at the Hotel Grand Coeur Latin.
Disappointed by level of hotel, logistics (keys not working again and again, mix up with my room number which took long too sort out), and rude staff. Not mandatory to be pleasant but sheer rudeness by two staff members is surprising.
Areas was great and the hotel was newly renovated. Rooms and property were clean, neat and well appointed. Good size for a room in paris
Excellent, lovely staff, helpful.
A nice, well-located hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. That said, we were disappointed that the staff communicated in a way that I view as dishonest about ongoing construction. We were told the construction would be completed by August and then staff chose not to follow up. They did offer free breakfast as compensation, but
Clean and new rooms, great location, friendly stuff
Great location except for some temporary road construction. Excellent staff.
Brand new. Clean, quiet. Great location. Not plush fancy but very nice. Sidewalk in front of hotel still under construction so you have to carry your bags from the curb a street away across rock stubble (not horrible but you can't drive us (yet) to the door. Staff amazingly kind. We had a suite which was lovely and plenty big - huge (only room left so we took it). The street is very quiet now obviously as no traffic can pass in front given the construction and it's wedged in between other quiet enough streets. I liked the full doors on the shower so the water doesn't go all over the floor. There were water bottles in the room to use and refill easily. I would stay here again absolutely. Only con was that the nightstand tables are metal and small - a bit too brutalist modern but okay. Also, there are metal bedside lamps over the nightstand (which jut out from the wall if I recall) that I hit my head on a few times. So if you need a lot of room to get in and out of bed, this may not be the hotel for you.
Beautiful hotel
Hotel staff were really friendly! Breakfast was great — not a large selection, but everything was delicate and well-prepared. We stayed in a superior twin room. We thought it would be larger than the standard twin, but the extra space turned out to be just a long hallway between the beds and the bathroom. The bedding area itself looked no different from the standard twin room. We had a great time staying there.
This was a very nice and updated hotel. The road outside the property is currently torn up and closed. It might be months before it is fully restored to function
There was construction out in front of the hotel, but the inside of the hotel was super, and I loved the staff! Very friendly and nice!
Clean and newly refurbished modern hotel and bedroom, super comfortable bed, good size room & bathroom. Air conditioning good. Great area 15 minute walk from Notre Dame & 45 min walk from Eiffel Tower. Hotel is situated in Latin Quarter with many lovely shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Great location. Rooms and hotel were very clean, updated, very nice. Honestly the best bathroom showers in all of Italy and France!
I was told that the hotel has very recently been fully renovated, and in every aspect it was in excellent condition, located in the Latin Quarter a 100 metres from the Sorbonne - one of the most vibrant and central locations in Paris, surrounded by countless cafes, bars, pubs and creperies. The staff service was exceptional. All were consistently warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful with every and all queries. I could not recommend this charming, boutique hotel more highly. It will certainly be my go-to in Paris
This is a well located and appointed property. I stayed here mainly so I could get to Notre-Dame early before the crowds and I did — it is about 15 mins walk. Staff helped me get a taxi and looked after my baggage for the day. Only surprise was there is no onsite restaurant and the breakfast was not great for the price — I recommend eating nearby. Lovely street view from my window.
Very friendly. Close to many attractions.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Walking distance to the RER and Metro, easy to get around to all of Paris. The staff is also lovely!!!
Very good all in all
The pool and Hamman were wonderful addition after long days of exploring Paris....
Great pool and beautiful quiet property...beautiful decor...
Good location in safe area. Newly renovated hotel with very well appointed rooms. All reception staff were very helpful. The restaurants they recommended were excellent. Lovely new spa & pool.
A negative is that you get ONLY 1 bottle water when u arrive and then not replenished again. At the room rate price charged I find this wrong and would except the hotel to supply this basic necessity ..
Conviently located boutique hotel with lovely staff and great ameneties. Has a restaurant, bar, and spa swimming pool. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. If you are an Emily in Paris fan, there are at least 5 filming locaations within walking distance including the Pathenon, Luxemberg Gardens, Notre Dame, Cafe Terra. Nera/Chef Gustav, and more. This hotel is kinda pricey.
The hotel is perfect! Clean, new, great design taste! The staff is great, especially Luana! She was amazing during our stay and made it really special. We’ll definitely come back!
Stayed here for 4 nights in the junior suite as a family of 4. Arrived late an le check in was very easy. Room was lovely and had a terrace which was a nice surprise. Hotel was spotless and pool was very nice and kid friendly. Only minor issue was that the coffee in the room was instant coffee and no milk supplied, that being said it’s not worth marking the hotel down in any way.
Amazing amazing amazing! Saba is my most favorite employee in the world! Never been catered to more. He is kind and the massage by Eloise was amazing. The pool and the rooms and location were amazing!
Apart from the road works outside the hotel, everything was fine.
This hotel was beautiful and clean and super comfortable.
Great pool
Excellent hotel. Close to major landmarks. Lot of food options. Hotel amenities and pool were excellent room was very nice and clean
Very cold and inhospitable at front desk throughout our stay. Never a smile, never a welcome. We called for several items and they
Amazing hotel and excellent staff! Given it was our first time visiting Paris we had lots questions and needed advice on where to eat, shop and explore! The staff would take as long as needed to help. All spoke English and would go above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered. Calls were answered immediately and housekeeping would get us anything we needed within minutes!!! This is way above 5 star service and can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!!
Great location. Polite and helpful staff.
We adored our stay at the Grand Coeur Latin. I’m the kind of person that obsesses over choosing the best possible hotel for my family’s needs and I absolutely scored with this one. Comfort, cleanliness, the ROBES, friendly and helpful staff, location, walkability…this hotel has it all. The shining star is their pool. It’s huge, clean, spa-like. I will never stay anywhere else in Paris. One thing to note is size of room. Other reviews mention they are tight and it’s true. My teen daughter and I stayed in the Superior Double Room (194 sq ft) which didn’t have a lot of space to spread out but it was fine for us for two nights. There is limited storage if you want to unpack so we left our suitcases out. If we were there for longer, I’d have tried to figure out a way to unpack and settle in. I’d also look into a Jr Suite if we were staying longer.
What a beautiful hotel! From the lobby, to the bar, breakfast, rooms & pool : everything looks stunning. The designers seem to have taken a lot of time to think about the decorations, colours and fabrics. The staff is super friendly (we even benefited a complimentary upgrade ) and happy to help. We had a cocktail in the bar, which was empty , but the bartender was very kind and we had a lovely conversation. The pool is large, comfortable and very quiet the 2 times we went. Great way to decompress after a day in the city with our 2 small daughters. The location is perfect: walking distance to Luxembourg, la Sorbonne, Pantheon, La Seine and la Notre Dame. Plenty of food options in the area too. 2 Small notes: the mattress liner felt very plastic, and was therefore not comfortable and the breakfast value for money seemed a bit off. We hope to be back soon!
Extremely clean and modern hotel, everything up to date during our stay, with excellent service. Bathrooms are very nice with towel warming racks, plenty of towels, toiletries smell great. Beds very comfortable. The pool is wonderful! We were so happy to have a pool with such a generous length to be able to swim laps, and the pool features were fun. The hotel sits right in the Latin Quarter with an abundance of shops and restaurants, with scenic parks right around you and is conveniently close to 2 metro stations. Absolutely would stay here again without any hesitation or even bothering to look for different hotels, we loved it.
You will not regret staying at this hotel. It’s perfection all around: - amazing friendly helpful staff - super clean and updated facilities - location does not get any better. Walkable and close to metro. Places to eat everywhere. - the pool is the shining star. So well kept and rejuvenating. We will never stay anywhere else in Paris! My only tip is about the room size. Tight by Canadian/US standards. We had a larger Superior Double room and it was just right for my daughter and I but certainly tight with a couple suitcases.
This was a great hotel and a great location. We had the family suite and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Rooms are small but that’s to be expected. My only complaint is the rooms are warm - they’re air conditioned but you can’t lower it past 22°C …. Other than that, I’d highly recommend!
Great hotel lovely location but difficult for the taxi driver to drop us off due to the roadworks along the street but it made it a lot more quiet, staff were excellent always greeting us and very polite on arrival ams departure very handy to lots of places and lovely clean tidy hotel. Rooms are pretty small but they seems to be a very French thing. Very much enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was clean and bedding was so comfortable. Will stay again!
Amazing hotel - lovely decor and the pool is wonderful! Location was the best, close to so many restaurants and the Pantheon!
Remarkably charming hotel with endless style and amenities, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It’s staffed by the most fantastic humans in the hospitality industry (Nasir & Christophe were exceptionally wonderful). Can’t recommend enough! 11/10
We stayed 1 night at Hotel Grand Coeur Latin in Paris. We are a family of three and had suite 114, which certainly had the wow factor. From the moment we arrived (very early), the staff were friendly, stored our luggage and called us when the room was ready. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the pool/spa area is a must! We didn’t have breakfast there as found a Prêt A Manager around the corner. The room was airy, large and we slept extremely well. The only negative was the lack of good coffee maker in our room, and for the price point would be nice. However, overall our stay was great and in a pleasant neighbourhood .
I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. The staff are insanely friendly. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, and the air conditioning works perfectly. You can also open up the windows to the courtyard where you will be met with quiet and an occasional pigeon cooing! It was so quiet, the beds were comfortable, the shower was warm with great water pressure, the pillows were great. Honestly, everything about this hotel was amazing. I was kind of hesitant initially because it was a little cheaper price than other hotels in the area. But it was well worth this day. Totally recommend.
Superb boutique hotel!Staff are so lovely and it is so beautifully appointed and styled.Such a relaxing stay with the beautiful pool to top it off. Can't recommend highly enough!!!
Property was exactly as advertised, great staff, room and location. The only item keeping it from 5 stars was the AC. Coming from the states, we were used to a little cooler temp in the room. We had 4 rooms, 8 people. 5 of us had issues sleeping in low 70 degree temp.
Good room size, clean and good location
Awesome location and great staff!!
Beautiful property, friendly staff, great rooms and great location.
Amazing
Pool, great breakfast, personable staff, super clean, very cool design of this new hotel in the Latin quarter. Close to Sorbonne and Notre Dane de Paris
Amazing project
Hotel has great decor, the pool and steam room was my favorite area, those amenities alone sold me. Rooms were small but modern, The last 3 nights the bathroom door stayed open because we could not close it, it’s a pocket door with an groove that only someone without fingernails could work, but then again, my mother doesn’t have nails and couldn’t close it either. There is no kitchen but breakfast is served for an extra fee, they partner with a nearby establishment. Mostly pastries, but I did not have it during my stay. The bar is very nice, photo worthy but closes way too early, never had a drink bc of that. Hotel is extremely quiet, so if peace is what you’re looking for, this is it. Oh and there’s a spa I guess, or a massage room, I spoke to the aesthetician who was knowledgeable, sorry I didn’t have time to get a facial.
Highly recommend this fabulous hotel, great location and nearby lots of fantastic restaurants and the beautiful Luxembourg gardens. We had a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Mini fridge in room. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. Exceptional service from hotel staff. Many thanks to Luana at check out when our uber failed to show. Definitely return if coming back to Paris
Nice location although a lot of homeless and drug users around the vicinity (for those not accustomed to seeing it on the daily, I recommend a different arrondisement or area of the Latin Quarter; a few blocks make a big difference). Bathroom was open concept shower so the entire bathroom floor soaked after each shower. Plumbing smells emanated from the shower pipe, perhaps due to heat wave. Rooms are small as promised by any hotel in quartier Latin. Hotel clearly well maintained and modernized. Exceptionally clean. The spa was a nice touch (after hot day pool dip was great). Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive.
I would return to this hotel 1000%. It was really lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked VERY well. The shower, bathroom, and size of my room were all excellent. Elevators were great, fast, and quiet. The pool was outstanding. The bar was quiet and a nice respite at the end of the day. The lobby was comfortable. I can't say enough good things! I will be back!
The hotel is very new with a stunning swimming pool.
Great hotel in a wonderful area of Paris!
Wow--great last minute choice when I suddenly needed a hotel in central Paris. It was a heat wave, the rooms were SO cool--which I have rarely found in France... The other thing I LOVED was the pool. When I saw "piscine," I thought, "Well we'll see," because I have been to several European hotels advertising indoor pools that turned out to be neither plunge pool nor hot tub nor pool--in effect, just a decorative water feature. But the Hotel Grand Coeur Latin has a real pool. It's narrow, and there are stairs on one side, so you can't have more than 2 or 3 people swim laps at the same time, but it is a fine length for actual swimming. In the heart of Paris, at a reasonable price, starting a hot day with a leisurely swim was a huge win. (The changing room is odd though, with a single lockable shower room, off a room with one women's toilet and one men's.)
Loved this hotel! I would definitely stay here again! Beautiful, clean rooms and very nice staff. Centrally located and steps away to Luxembourg gardens.
Very beautiful and modern hotel in the Latin quarters. Easy to reach from the airport with the RER-B train. Very close to the Panthéon, Jardin du Luxembourg and also a walking distance from Notre Dame and Louvre. The rooms are very nice and also the pool area was wonderful. The staff was nice. 5/5, would totally stay in this hotel the next time I visit Paris ⭐️
Perfect location, amazing staff, spacious room for Paris standard, newly renovated hotel, nice spa area with indoor pool with hydrotherapy jets and neck showers. We celebrated a birthday and received vip welcome at reception and written personal message in room. Clean and comfortable room, space to unpack clothes, large minibar, cleaned every day. Attentive service before and during stay. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean , nice hotel good size of room , Great location .
This was a really lovely small hotel and fabulously located. Being just off St. Michele, it was near a lot of trains, both the RER and the Metro. The staff made the place so welcoming. Everyone was ready to help and answer questions, or service your needs. Their pool was like a mini Ritz" Hotel vibe and I loved it. Being an avid swimmer, it was important to have a pool and this one didn't disappoint me. The room was quiet even though we faced the front, becaueof the heavy drapes and the fact that it was on a smaller side street, it was quiet but sunny. I think the only thing I could object togas that the refrigerator wasn't cold. I'm sure had I asked for assistance they would've found the problem.
The location is the BEST! Within walking distance of many sites, cafes, etc. The rooms are modern and decent size (for Europe). The staff are very nice and professional. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great hotel and great service.
A bit of a tired interior.
Great location. Close to the Metro and several landmarks in Paris. Staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Steps away from Luxembourg Garden, the Pantheon, and close proximity to Notre-Dame Cathedral. We were spoiled for choice with all the restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel’s indoor pool and sauna were welcomed amenities. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly. Will definitely stay here again my next trip to Paris.
Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location (20/25 minute walk to Notre Dame/Louvre). Super friendly staff and stunning rooms - would absolutely stay here again!!
Excellent
Good location. Clean rooms. Nice customer service.
The Hotel was very nice. The location was great however finding it initially was difficult and you are unable to pull up to the front of the hotel to unload your bags. Parking in the area is impossible.
Highly recommend - plenty of space and very fresh and clean hotel. Great area in Paris too.
We had a really grand time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and warm. The room was ready and clean when we got there. It feels luxurious compared to the other hotels we’ve had in Europe. The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is just a few steps away from the Pantheon and Luxembourg garden. We also walked to the Notre Dame and Louvre. If I ever go back to Paris, I would still stay at this hotel.
Everything. Staff, rooms, lobby, bar ... but the pool was amazing! Will be our 'place in Paris' from now on!
Thanksgiving 2024 with a group of 11 family members ranging in age from 9-75! Everyone adored this lovely hotel. Quiet, modern, fabulous staff, grand indoor pool for the kids, location, location, location. Just PERFECT! We felt like we owned the place with a lovely lobby to gather, play games and relax. Breakfast was perfect but several restaurants in easy walking distance. Don’t miss the crepe shop on the corner.
Overall absolutely beautiful experience. Had some issues with reception staff, thought they was a little rude. Think one of the females was Moroccan and she wasn’t as understanding or polite. However apart from this I enjoyed my stay and the spa facilities.
Recently renovated hotel, great design and good size rooms for Paris. Great location, close to the park. One note- it is that is located on a street with a barrier so it may be hard to spot right away.
Quiet Comfortable Friendly
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable room.
Very nice, helpful people working. Always gave us directions to where we needed to be, bus stops, etc.
This newly refurbished hotel was stunning. Our room was well appointed, the lobby and cafe/bar areas were beautiful, and the pool/sauna/spa were an amazing bonus. Conveniently located near Luxembourg Gardens, a close walk to multiple metro stations, Notre Dame, Panthéon and a ton of eateries/bars. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
I wish I had better things to say about our recent stay at Grand Coeur Latin.. I would warn Canadians that they somehow add extra money to your invoice when converting from euro to Canadian dollars I was over charged versus the quoted amount from Expedia. After going back and forth with the hotel in length about this, nothing was done. I also want to mention during our 5 night stay the bed sheets weren’t changed once which is odd for the price we paid per night. The rooms are super small, which I suppose is to be expected but even the iron and ironing board was miniature and don’t expect to be able to unpack your clothes to keep them organized, no space. We found the location to be the best part of this hotel, but there are hundreds of other options with the same location so I would do your research! Wouldn’t stay again and a warning to Canadians - they will overcharge you on the conversion.
The hotel team made my trip special it was a birthday and they really made it wonderful
room was very odd shape and not enough room to stand up by the bed . staff was not very friendly .

This hotel was top tier. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good for what it was. The place was very clean and well kept. We slept comfortably in our room. The hotel was also walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and landmarks. I will be returning again.
