因为有亲人在肿瘤医院看病，特地选了这家距离最近的一家酒店。没想到房价特别宽敞，特别是卫生间空间很大，而且打扫的非常干净。房间也是非常宽敞，还有两个靠窗的卧榻，非常贴心的设计。特别满意的一次住宿体验！

Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. The room was huge, very luxurious and with many nice design elements. I especially liked the lighting plan in the room that is usually just an afterthought, here is was clearly part of the design of the room. The bathroom had every you could wish for and the bed was super comfortable! I liked having a good table and two additional couches with also plenty of electric connections.

It was perfect! The only thing if you stay at this property is to consider that the connection to the subway in more than 4 km away, but I thing a good connection to this area is now being constructed. But in fact I used Didi and that was fine and not expensive at all.

They have free shuttle to and from disneyland. They have time schedule for free shuttle to disneyland and during the pickup from disney to the hotel, the driver kindly sent us a message thru wechat on where he was parked at disney, so we can easily find the shuttle bus. Spacious breakfast buffet area. They also offers wide variety of food choices from english breakfast to local chinese breakfast.

The entire hotel, from lobby to common area smelt like fish and seafood. A word of caution, be prepared to take a shower post breakfast as the ventilation was so poor you will end up smelling like food. Likewise, location is very poor and there are no other amenities nor malls nearby.

Cleanliness, service, facilities. Shuttle to and from Disneyland was very good and efficient

Everything is nice, however on the 4th day, the room smells cigarettes. We don’t smoke so we are puzzled where is the smell coming from. I reported to the reception and gave us air purifier for the whole night.

On the booking information, check-in starts from 3pm, so we arrived over 4PM hoping to check in straight away and rest, only to be told the rooms are still uncleaned and not yet ready(will take at least 1hr at the soonest). We were told to sit it out (were not offered a lounge) or drop our bags and go somewhere. The check in process itself took a while because they had trouble figuring out the reservation through booking.com. We came back around 11pm, got our keys and entered our rooms. However, while the hotel states the room is a non smoking room, 1 of the room we got reeks of cigarette smell, even the bedding. Called front desk to switch room and the process took a while. We had to call multiple times before they give us a new room. With all this issues, front desk’s attitude was really not great.

This hotel is perfect for family going Disneyland as they provide hotel shuttle service . Timing as follows pickup 7/8/9/10am . The breakfast spread is nice and price is discounted if you book 1 day in advance. Overall my family like it!

Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

We have recently stayed 3 nights at Marriott Hotel Kangqiao. We have impressed with the facility and service of the hotel, and enjoyed our stay at the facility. The Marriott Hotel Kangqiao is located about 1km from subway Kangqiao station, which is co-located with the new Costco store at shanghai pudong. To reach the subway Kangqiao station, you may need to take bus route 1159 for 3 stops. Though the location of Marriott Hotel Kangqiao is less than ideal, I was impressed by the service and the top-notch facility. I arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule at around 8am, and got checked-in. The early check-in is very much appreciated, especially for guests arriving from airport. As a Bonvoy Titanium elite, I had access to the executive lounge. The lounge provides a light dinner from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and provides desert and fruit from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The breakfast is complimentary for Bonvoy Platinum elite and up, and it is a nice spread offering a noddle/wonton station, an omelet station (also offering fried eggs, boiled eggs), a Chinese fried pancake station (next to pancake and waffle station), various breakfast offerings (sausages, bacons, etc..), a congee station, and a soft tofu station. I find the staffs to be courtesy. Marriott Kangqiao has an indoor pool, which is enjoyable to use. It also offers free shuttle bus to and from shanghai Disneyland. The shuttle bus is large with ample seat, it is parked at Donald duck parking lot, with the parking space texted to you by the hotel staffs.

location is great if you're visiting Disneyland. But typically at least 30mins drive (no traffic) away from city centre.

housekeeping threw our stuffs. used cups were not replaced nor washed. amenities were not topped up too. requested for laundry service but laundry bag was not picked up.

My non smoking room was smelling cold cigarette an awful way. Rug and sof had stains. food at the restaurant was not great

Everything about the hotel is great - except the location. The rooms are nice, spacious, and the showers are great water pressure. The internet speeds are fast which are good for VPNs. But if you need to buy food, shop for toiletries, or just want to walk somewhere - it is out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by only large highways going to and from the city.

Very clean and helpful stuff

Staff, breakfast, rooms, quietness, all was excellent. At double the price it would still be excellent. As long as the location suits you there is literally nothing I can or would complain about. Rarely have I ever been pleased with a hotel. This is a huge exception. I will absolutely stay again if the location suits me.

Love the property and the staff, especially the housekeeping lady, she was very nice and attentive.

Stayed here one night for a transit through Shanghai. Although the hotel itself is quite nice, its location had little to offer. It was not all that close to the Pudong airport (30-minute drive), and it had nothing around it but an oncology hospital. The room is spacious, clean, and modern, but unless you have reasons to be in this area, I don't see the attraction.

Nice hotel and good rooms. Location useful for business and it seems popular with family visiting Disneyland nearby. Usual good Marriott standard and staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was OK, if a little busy with families. Not much in the local area, so had to drive a bit to find decent food options. Good stay for work, but that's about it.

Was amazing stay. Wanted a slight better cleaning for the room such as the bath tub but still great experience it was. There were shuttles to and from Disneyland which made our trip nicer:) Definitely will come back next time.

Breakfast was amazing, staffs are all friendly. The room is very spacious. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the room is spacious, with good breakfast and shuttle service to Disney Park. Although there were some cleaning issues that can be improved, the rate for the room is quite reasonable compare to those in Shanghai CBD.

The bathroom's floor is absolutely disgusting. There were stains and unknown marks everywhere in the bathroom floor. It is obvious that the cleaners have not mope the hard floor area in the room for a very long time. The ledge where you can sit on in the shower is also very mouldy, and the wash basin smells awful from the water pipe - I have to hold my breath to use it. The above cleanliness issues applies to 2 of the rooms that we have booked this time. (1115 and 1101) Location is ok if you are going to Disney as they provide shuttles to the park, but apart from that it's quite inconvenient to go to anywhere unless you are willing to walk far or pay for taxi to get the nearest subway station. Also there are very limited restaurants within the walking distance.

Such a great stay! Super friendly staff, especially Luis who helped with getting set up on apps to make travel in China so easy! The pool looked amazing although ran out of time to enjoy it.

Fantastic hotel near Shanghai Disney. The hotel is very modern with the rooms being very spacious and new. The hotel gym was decent and the breakfast buffet has a great range of food on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. Would recommend to others

The hotel information staff were friendly and helpful. He gave us detailed information on recommended sightseeing spots in Shanghai. Even after checking out, we were treated with courtesy and follow-up until we left the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I wasn't able to take the shuttle bus to Disneyland, but you can easily get there by taxi. This hotel is convenient for going to Disneyland. It is far away to explore the city of Shanghai. thank you very much.

Too normal to believe it’s Marriott.

During my first visit to China, it was very hard to survive without Google Apps, no google app are working in China region. But I was fortunate nadi find Mr. Luis, he helped me a lot. He gave me some help full apps working in China. He is gentle and very kind. His friendly approach is appreciable. I wish him good luck as he is having golden heart. Mr. Luis extended his great help and support to make me comfortable at far from my country.

On more than one occasion waiting staff at breakfast were clearing guests breakfasts before completion. This happened to me twice. Then I observed it happen to another guest, which left her very confused!

Unless you aboslutely need to stay in this hotel for reason of close proximity to your business meetings, I would chose another property. Extremely busy with business travelers, the attention to details as expected from a Marriott is not there. Check-in at times is busy even though with 3 people at the front desk. Quality of food is a below other BonVoy properties in the area. You constantly need to call to the attention of the employees to replenish food at the buffet, pick up dirty plates from the table, etc. Water pressure is low. Some of the furnishings show the heavy occupancy. Executive lounge, as if there is nobody staying at the hotel.... At least for me, the upgrade (Elite Member) was to be at a higher floor not a real upgrade. I wish I could give a better rating...

I arrive in this hotel after having spent some days in Marriot Wuhan and I got a big disappointment: this property is not at the level of the other hotels in China of the Group: I was on executive floor but room looked "tired" and forniture needed a refurbishment; the room was not large enough and with a small cabinet. Bathroom ok; working area just enough but what made me disappointed is the cleanness since I found hairs on the shower wall and on the bed sheet. despite being in Shanghai personnel had difficulties with English and less friendly than usual for being in China. regarding the lounge generally you paid premium price to have a lounge with a view at top floor....here is located on 2nd floor, it is small and poor equipped. last but not least price are not cheap for the quality you get.

There is a excellent western style restaurant. The hotel itself is easily accessible from both airports/high speed rail. Staff was very friendly and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport at 6:00AM.

I recently stayed at the Shanghai Marriot for a business trip to China. My stay was extremely pleasant and I cannot find any fault with the accomodation, staff or food during my stay. I had a great breakfast every morning with lots of options and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and courteous to me. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
