Мы приехали в 22:00, сразу заселили, девушка на ресепшн очень приятная. Мы приехали в Диснейлэнд, от отеля был трансфер туда и обратно, очень удобно. Завтраки неплохие.

Постельное белье так Насти рано и наглажено, что создает шум при каждом движении, что мешает заснуть. В остальном всё было нормально.

The rooms had a smell which made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel rooms need updating. It is in an isolated location with no shops around.

The rooms were really comfy and clean and quiet. Our flight was massively delayed and we didn’t arrive until the morning of check out. But staff gave us a late checkout which enabled us to go and sleep for a few hours before we caught the shuttle to Disney. The hotel is amazing for kids. Little tables for them at breakfast. Kids areas and play equipment all over and on each balcony. Breakfast selection was huge.

Great for Disney which is what we wanted. Not sure it’s near much else

Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Voor ieder wat wils. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes, schoon en groot. De badkamer was OK echter de verlichting wat aan de donkere kant, wat lastig was bij het scheren.

Amazing breakfast, the restaurant is great, staff is very nice and friendly. The room is clean and spacious.

Eles colocaram que tinha transfer, mas tem que ter um mínimo de pessoas, ao final, tivemos que pegar carro de aplicativo para ir e voltar, na volta para o aeroporto, com horário, o funcionário do hotel, ao colocar as malas, fez um pequeno risco no carro, o motorista pediu para que nós pagássemos, e não saia, até pagar, o funcionário do hotel disse que não podia fazer nada, e como estava próximo eu voo, não tivemos como pedir outro, pagamos, e ela nos levou no aeroporto, horrível, não recomendo

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone for one night in July 2025 as a family of four. We chose the hotel mainly as an overnight stop before flying from Shanghai Pudong Airport the following day. The room was spacious enough for our family and generally comfortable. It had a child-friendly theme with a small tent, which our children enjoyed. The room itself was perfectly acceptable for a short stay, although the location did not offer much for us beyond being relatively convenient for our onward journey. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The process already took some time, but the most serious issue was that the front desk failed to return my passport. I only noticed after reaching the room and immediately went back downstairs. At first, the reception staff denied having it, and I had to insist that it had not been returned. After some time, they eventually found and gave it back to me. This was a significant and stressful service failure, and the way the situation was initially handled showed very little care or accountability. We had dinner at the hotel, which was perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided much better service than we experienced at reception. I did not sleep particularly well, although I cannot say with certainty whether this was related to the room, jet lag or another reason. The room was adequately clean and offered very good value, especially considering how inexpensive the rate was. The child-friendly setup, including the small tent, was a thoughtful in-room amenity that our children appreciated. There appeared to be some mechanical or air-conditioning noise from a neighbouring building, but it was faint and did not cause any significant disturbance during our stay. Overall, the hotel served its basic purpose and the family room had some thoughtful features. However, the passport incident overshadowed the stay, and we would choose a different hotel the next time we need accommodation before a flight from PVG.

Perfect for visiting Disneyland, they have a convenient free shuttle to the park. They have an amazing laundry room, a playground and offer entertainment for kids

We hadn’t realised we could not use VPN on hotel network. We didn’t find Chinese Google very easy to use. We did have 4G with our own provider.

It was local to the Disney resort. It had VIP facilities to accommodate all passengers to and fro the park

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Kinder hatten Spass im Kinder Paradise. Der Bus vom Hotel hat uns früh zum Disneyland gefahren. Das 2.40 m Bett war gross genug, wie vom Personal vorab bestätigt. Kein Zustellbett nötig. Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren vielfältig.

The hotel is located close to Disneyland and provides a complimentary shuttle service, which takes only about 5-7 mins. The standard bedroom is huge - we pushed the double beds together and it was comfortable for us as a family of 3. Could fit 4 easy if you request for an extra rollaway bed. Clean and modern bedrooms as well. Very good value

Assigned room (family studio 58m2) was perfect for family of 3. Hotel going extra miles by providing kids toys and tents, toilet seat for toddler, and characterized towels. Room and bathroom was huge, spacious, comfortable. Duty Manager swiftly responded my pre-arrival email, Mr. Charles and his front office team (sorry forgot the name of the lady) assisted me during check-in; and concierge team (Alice and Lucas) were providing their excellent service too.

Good hotel close to Disney with shuttle service to park and city centre. Friendly staff.

Отличный отель по цене качеству в близости от Диснейленда ! Но самое ценной это люди, которые там работают. Приятнейшие консьержи с хорошим владением Английского. И просто чудесный портье Джой Лу ( если я точно не помню) был очень внимателен к гостям возвращавшимся из парка и дарил деткам милые подарки . Когда узнала что моей дочери день рождения, то подарил ей милую мягкую игрушку-это очень обрадовало ребёнка

A great place to stay. It is a gorgeous facility. Has a bus to get you to Disney. Did not have breakfast here but a late dinner was very good. Staff was very friendly even with the language difference. Would recommend this hotel.

The check in staff were rude and unhelpful. I arrived quite early after a long haul flight and was treated with hostility instead of compassion. I got the impression they do not like non-Chinese tourists. The room was not to the Marriott standard I have had before. For a hotel that is not very old it is dingy and needs some upgrades. The buffet breakfast did not cater to westerners and was not good value for money. There is nothing near the hotel for tourists to visit and the shuttle buss to Disneyland was not often enough. The shuttle to the hotel had strange times and did not match flight times.

We had the best sleep. Air con was cold, bed was comfortable and pillows were better than our home pillows

Loved the location and shuttle bus service. Room was great except the small window, but maybe it was just our room. Breakfast is also great with 50/50 western and chinese cuisine. If you want to go out in the evening, there's really not many options since it's located at shanghai's touristic zone and need to get a cab. Very close to disneyland like 5 mins by shuttle bus and close to two big outlets

Absolutely horrendous service. I had a pair of shoes sent to the hotel. The hotel accepted no responsibility, made zero attempt to make amends or make me whole, understood that I was a foreigner but refused to help me contact the courier, and continues to ignore my messages. The worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. It’s as if all concierge staff were hired off the street that morning.

the in room fridge did not work, breakfast room was not managed well in that tables were not cleared quickly and cups ran out throughout breakfast. It would have been great to have had a pool - this was a missed opportunity

Absolutely the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. I had informed the hotel ahead of time that I had sent a package for them to hold for me. They acknowledged at my time of check in that they had received it. They had, in fact, lost my entire package (shoes that I had hoped to wear to Disneyland). They then requested that I, myself, search for my shoes in their warehouse. Astonished, I nevertheless went with them to have a look. Nothing. I told them very clearly in my limited Chinese that I am not from China, so calls with my American number (plus my limited Chinese) would make it nigh impossible for me to contact the courier), The concierge promised to find them or figure something out. It was very late at this point. There was no attempt to make amends. No upgrades. No apologies. And the next day? Broken promises. They ushered me out with a quick contact the merchant. Of course, I did just that. Obviously, as the product had been delivered, neither the courier nor the merchant accept responsibility. The hotel went back and forth with me for a few days, again refusing to make me whole or even compensate me a little. They have now ignored my last email for five days. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. If you are expecting service offered at any other respectable hotel, look elsewhere.

one of the staff Alice not very helpful. Making face when i ask for help. She should not be in front office if she has discrimination towards the guest. She has ruined the experience.

The location is very near to disneyland and airport and hotel provides free shuttle bus.

The duty manager at the concierge on 15 April did not show professionalim in answering. When we enquiry about the details of waiting point of the shuttle at the bund, her answer was unexpected "I tell you, you also don't know." When i pressed on for details, then she reluctantly tell me the details. However, another hotel staff was nicer to add me in the wechat and shared with me map and photo of the pick up point. There is a smell in the hotel room when enter, the hair conditioner was empty, the toilet floor has puddle of water near to the WC.

Shuttle zum Park - alter Bus und oft ein unangenehmer Geruch Das Personal an der Rezeption muss dringend trainiert werden . Die Dame beim Check in war super desinteressiert . Und wurde nicht mal gesagt wo das Frühstück stattfindet.
