The pillows were quite firm/hard, and didn’t know the Onsen didn’t allow tattoos but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026De onsen was super fijn en schoon. De receptie was ondanks ze niet Engels spraken wel behulpzaam.
Het hotel is erg oud en niet zoals op de foto. Veel kapot en er hangt een erg muffe geur. De locatie ligt net overal tussenin wat wij als niet prettig ervaarde. Personeel sprak geen Engels waardoor communicatie niet ideaal was. Ontbijt kon je alleen heel vroeg kiezen.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Heel leuk hotel vlakbij het Kawaguchiko meer. Je staat binnen enkele minuten in het centrum maar je hebt toch de rust van een woonwijk. Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Mooie en verzorgde onsen. Bus en trein zijn op enkele minuten wandelen.
Het gebouw en de kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026La ubicación geográfica brinda unas vistas del Fuji maravillosas, la habitación fue muy cómoda y la yucata que prestan es comodísima. Lo que rebasó mis expectativas fue el restaurante a donde pudimos ir a cenar, sencillamente DELICIOSO y en YUCATA, la señora que nos atendió fue muy linda y amable! Su jardín y onsen es ooootro plus digno de mencionar.
Para llegar desde nuestra bajada del Fuji tuvimos que tomar un taxi para recortar los tiempos que haríamos en transporte público, pero lo valió!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Établissement incroyable, le restaurant à l’intérieur était super bon et le onsen très agréable. L’équipe de l’hôtel aussi était hyper agréable. Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu de la saison du typhon, donc nous avons dû quand même adapter nos activités. Et être dans cet hôtel a rendu les choses quand même beaucoup plus sympathique.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026És un hotel molt bonic i molt cuidat a nivell estètic en una molt bona ubicació. L'habitació és gran i els llits són molt còmodes. El lavabo també està molt bé. L'hotel disposa d'onsen exterior, molt confortable, espaiós i estèticament molt bonic. A destacar també l'esmorzar de l'hotel! Molt bo! El personal de recepció molt amable en tot moment, un d'ells parlava una mica d'espanyol i tot :)

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Ottima posizione per raggiungere il monte fuji (a 19 minuti dalla stazione di MT fuji station da cui prendere il bus). Onsen incantevole, ampio e separato per uomo/donna. Camera con vista monte fuji, pulita quotidianamente con bagno spazioso, mini-frigorifero e TV. Ristorante dell'hotel eccellente, sia come qualità che per il prezzo.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Solo travel-The values that highlighted my stay were: 1)cleanliness (room was always clean/even if slightly aged), 2)communication (english was not really an issue- I used google translate if needed), 3)location- solid spot by the nearby train station, laundromat, and grocery stores. I like how you can see Fuji Q (the nearby prominent attraction/amusement park), without being inside it with crowded tourists. It was pretty quiet at night. Almost no traffic all times of day since its a little tucked away. 4)Final day checkout- smooth and they were very helpful in connecting me to the local taxi to get to the train station. They were able to accomodate me a few extra nights during earthquakes else where and it was so simple and took a lot of planning stress off.
It's a little aged, but in a charming/cozy way. They really take care of the building.

Le personnel ne nous a pas prévenu à l’avance que les bains à dispositions dans l’hôtel n’était pas ouvert aux porteurs de tatouages nous l’avons appris au moment où nous avons souhaité nous y rendre

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Het hotel is niet nieuw maar dat valt niet heel erg op in de kamers. Lobby en trappen zijn een beetje toe aan een upgrade maar prima hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk met kaarten in alle talen om alles duidelijk te maken. Mooie tuin eromheen en een goed koreaans restaurant aan het hotel vast. Vanuit de kamer uitzicht op Mt Fuji. Wat een traktatie was dat! Wij hadden een auto dus ik weet niet precies of het makkelijk te bereiken is met bus/ trein. Grote supermarkt vlakbij. Hotel ligt vlakbij de grote attracties rond Mt Fuji die wij hebben bezocht in de buurt.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel est correct. On a une vue partiel sur le Mont fuji. Le personnel est sympathique même s'il ne parle pas anglais. Le jardin devant l'hôtel est très joli. Nous n'avons pas testé le Onsen et le resto
la chambre n'était pas super propre. les murs sont sales. Des prestations loin des attentes pour un 4 étoiles. Peu de prises, pas de prise USB dans la chambre ou d'adaptateur, Pas d'eau mis a disposition comme dans les autres hotel fait précédemment. La chambre a été faite mais pas le lit. Chambre très petite ou on ne peut pas se croiser a 2. Bref un peu déçu. L'hôtel est correct mais ce n'est pas ce que j'attendais.

In the bathroom there were many many black mold. As a person who has allergy this was a huge black point for the place. Also what the f is that you have only 2 options for breakfast and only at 7, 7:30, 8. So this was nonsense.

Per a dir alguna cosa… el passadís no té aire acondicionat i feia molta calor. A les habitacions i espais comuns funcionava perfectament i s’estava genial!

朝食も品数も多く美味しかったのですが、ご飯に合うおかずが多かったので、私は丁度良かったけど男の人にはご飯がもう少し欲しかったようです。可能ならおかわりが出来たり、大盛りにするか聞いていただけたらもっと良かったと思います。

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, if you go to Fuji-Q Highland and want to spend a bit more time around Mount Fuji and check out rural Japan this hotel is a great option ! I recommend walking around Fujiyoshida if you have the time because I feel like many people overlook this city, it's so beautiful and peaceful, I even got a very clear view of Mount Fuji, it felt like I was living in an anime episode. Also the local restaurants had amazing food, much better than in Tokyo, but you need to have cash on you.

An der Wand ist etwas Farbe abgeblättert, am Fenster hat es etwas gezogen und das Zimmer war recht klein. Wir hatten nur 1 Hangepäckskoffer, das ging.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Freundliches Hotel mit sauberen aber etwas kleinen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es gab entweder japanisches oder kontinentales Frühstück (kein Buffet). Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Onsen und ein sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus. Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wohl erreichbar, eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.

La localisation. C’est vraiment loin de l’autre préfecture pour les activités. Donc on est resté juste à côté, on a pas trop visité le coin car c’est loin et on était pas motorisé.

The location is really good walking distance to the convenience store. There is parking and restaurant next to the hotel. They also have a breakfast option.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Nice hotel with friendly staff. There’s an onsen my partner enjoyed (I was sick). Daily fresh towels. Yakiniku restaurant attached. Nice deep bath you can fit in.
No complaints with room or anything but there are some grotty carpets which need throwing out around the place. Didn’t affect our stay though.

Reviewed May 20, 2026We loved the view of fuji we were given and the onsen, we really appreciated that my brother could use the baths even when he had a tattoo. He really wanted to have that experience! Happy that there was a smoking room as well.
The room would creak quite a bit, which woke us up a few times during our stay. And the pillows were a bit hard, softer options would have been great. Also a bit disappointing there was no meat free options at the restaurant.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Absolutely loved it! We stayed for two nights for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing to be able to see Mt Fuji from our room (we had lovely clear skies so great visibility) and we enjoyed the onsen (first time trying an onsen). The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel has a warm welcoming feel. We had housekeeping of the room which was made up nicely with fresh towels etc while we were out. We had a rental car so parked on site, it was easy to drive around to attractions. I think the hotel is slightly far away from the train station though but I liked that it was away from busier areas. The hotel is walking distance from a grocery store which was convenient as well as some restaurants. The on-site yakiniku restaurant was great though we had dinner there one night. We wish we could have stayed longer than two nights. The room size was decent enough size for Japan hotel room standards :)
It was perfect. One tiny tiny thing would be the key is on a big heavy thing that you need to carry but at least it's not easy to lose it!

Reviewed May 17, 2026Hôtel pratique car à 20 mn à pied de la gare de fujiyoshida et à 30 mn à pied du début de la randonnée pour la Pagode de chureito. Restaurant sympa de grillade de viande collé à l’hôtel. 7 eleven a 10 mn à pieds. Onsen gratuit dans l’hôtel. 1 pour les hommes et 1 pour les femmes avec de larges amplitudes horaires, ce qui est pratique. Je recommande.
La décoration de l’hôtel est vraiment désuète, bloquée dans les années 90. Un petit coup de neuf ne ferait pas de mal. Pour une nuit ou deux ça fait l’affaire mais ne pas y rester plus longtemps. Insonorisation des fenêtres inexistante. Pas de cartes mais des clefs très lourdes à se trimbaler toute la journée pour ouvrir la chambre, pas super pour les randonnées.

El hotel necesita un renovación.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The hotel private onsen was the highlight of the stay. Such a nice experience. Plus afterwards you can get a massage on the massage chair, after 20k+ of steps it felt so good! Plus i got an amazing full view of mount fuji from our room. The hotel is calm great for unwinding.
The staff are friendly but some of them don’t speak english so it’s hard to communicate. And the hotel is quite far from the main attraction like kawaguchiko and a bus is quite rare. We ended up walking 30+ minutes everywhere. I recommend renting a car or a bike if you stay here.

The room seemed old, and the location was far from the bus station. From our room, we were not able to see Fuji-san.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Die Unterkunft war toll. Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Onsen haben mir sehr gut gefallen.
Die Onsen waren ein bisschen zu heiß. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen zu klein. Aber wir hatten auch zwei sehr große Koffer dabei.
