Location was really convenient Close to public transport and all the attractions

Rooms were quite small and humid. We loved the amenities (pj especially), but o don’t know why our housekeeper were taking those out of our rooms…. That was super wierd

De onsen is geweldig

Hot in the room as the automatic fan for cooling was switched to the condition of the weather outside.

L’emplacement était parfait pour aller au parc Fuji Q Highland, et après une bonne journée au parc, l’onsen de l’hôtel offre un moment de détente exceptionnel. Le matériel de douche était de la marque Refa, une superbe marque. Le service était soigneux et le personnel très agréable. Je retournerai à cet hôtel.

Il manquait un vrai coin assez spacieux pour s’asseoir et se relaxer.

La habitación muy espaciosa, baño grande y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El Onsen muy bien, con exterior y sauna. Amenities de todo tipo y dos piezas para moverte por el Hotel incluido, tipo pijama.

La ubicación, está bastante lejos del pueblo. Únicamente tienes cerca un parque de atracciones. También hay combinis y alguna tienda más.

We will definitely go back to this property! The view is good and something that our children really likes

天候が悪いとは言え、富士山が全く見れなかった。 『富士山展望温泉』と謳うくらいなら富士山か見られなかったら何か違うサービスまたは一部返金、値引きなどがある方が納得できる。

富士急ハイランドから近くてよかった。朝ごはんもなかなかよい。

お風呂の混雑具合がわかればもっと良かった。

Having a room with the opportunity to see Mt Fuji. The weather wasn’t good but we managed to see it early one morning from our room.

Booking ahead of time for the shuttle as we were delayed in getting to the hotel so couldn’t pre plan our stay.

泡澡的地方，吹風機數量較少，如果人很多時需要排隊。

ビュッフェが美味しかった！ 何より店員さんの対応も良くとても快適に過ごしやすかったです！

特にありませんが、強いていうならランドリーの両替機があったらなお良かったと思います！

Belle vue, magnifique hôtel, personnel accueillant, chambre assez spacieuse, bains publics dans l'hôtel. La fontaine à haut à tous les étages et la machine à café gratuite à la réception sont un réel plus. Proche des bus pour des déplacements efficaces.

The room was pretty spacious, the view from the Onsen was beautiful, looking at mount fuji and fuji q highland. Walking distance to the train station, convenience store and a grocery store.

衛生性に問題はないと見受けられました。

清掃員は挨拶してくれるし、事前の電話応答も良かったが、朝食案内は掲示だけではなく、チェックイン時に案内して欲しかった。（スタッフにもよると思うが） 展望温泉というからには温泉のガラスはもう少し外が見やすい物に変更するといいと思います。（室内温泉に浸かりながら見ることは出来ない）

急に　一人追加になったのですが　すぐに対応していただきました　景感の　良い部屋を用意していただいたけど　雨で　富士山🗻見えませんでした😅

食事付いてないのに　宿泊代が高すぎかなと思いました　三人で6万越えだとちょっと高いですね 素泊まりなのに　でも帰るわけには行かないので 仕方ないなと　諦めました　土日だからかなー？

The Mt. Fuji view is perfect.

There is room for improvement on cleanliness. Especially the washroom. Beside, I found the wall outside the onsen was dusty while I was reading notice on it.

Slightly pricey.

L'amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Ils font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour répondre à vos questions et vos besoins. Ils cherchent des solutions. C'est le plus grand atout de cet hotel. La vue quand dégagée est asses incroyable et le onsen relève forcément la note. Le petit déjeuner est également génial, pour tous les goûts, sucré/salé, chaud/froid, spécialités japonaise et d'autres plus internationales.

Onsen ouvert très tôt,, le calme, la vue, la sympathie du personnel

朝食のフレンチトーストが非常に美味しかった

浴場、喫煙所、食事場所でもアジア系（中国人？）のモラルが気になる。（大声、咳、撮影）

Quality in every aspect. It is a very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. Relaxing. Easy to get about if you walk or cycle but it is much better accessed from the station just before Kawaguchiko St. There are loads of restaurants on the Honcho St side. You can easily walk to the pagoda, Honcho St and Kawaguchiko St as well as the cable car and lake. Interesting climate, plenty of forest out back.

I couldn’t find fault. A trivial point would be the amusement park in front, degrading the view of Mt Fuji. Be careful with the season though as you see more when its clear and there must be months where it is better visibility. Late autumn might be nicer, less humid. No bar unless you eat dinner so big drinkers might need to find somewhere nearby.

Location was wonderful. Hotel was clean.

Room is very small even for Japan standard. Stayed in 3 hotels in 3 different city. Surprising this was smaller than hotel in Tokyo. Staff were helpful but didn’t understand when I explained my daughter was autistic. Kept telling us to keep her quiet. May be autism & disability knowledge is different in Japan

I think is t 4 stars bed room very small For family . There is t view from the bedroom for the Mount Fuji like the picture. The picture from the pool isn’t the same as the web site. Also the pool is for nudism what I don’t like.

The dinner there is expensive and not worthy. I didn’t like the food. The location is great and staff weee nice . They ain’t have lift for the entrance so a lot stairs

Gute Lage nahe am Bahnhof, Fahrradverleih in der Nähe, schöner hoteleigener Onsen, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück

Zimmer viel zu klein, 2 Personen mit Gepäck passen kaum ins Zimmer, Koffer lassen sich aufgrund des wenigen Platzes nicht aufklappen, für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet..

Séjour très agréable au MyStays Fuji Onsen Resort. La chambre dispose de tout le nécessaire pour voyager léger, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel d’accueil est vraiment professionnel et chaleureux, et le changement de chambre a été géré rapidement et avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner et le repas du soir sont très bons et suffisamment variés pour convenir à tous. L’onsen intérieur est agréable, et l’onsen extérieur, ouvert le lendemain matin, offre une expérience beaucoup plus aérée et relaxante.

Un petit couac à l’arrivée : la première chambre présentait un souci de propreté, mais cela a été immédiatement résolu par un changement de chambre. L’onsen extérieur fermé le jour de l’arrivée était également un peu décevant, même si son ouverture le lendemain a largement compensé.

Sensational breakfast that kept varying, onsen with a view of Mount Fuji, helpful staff, easy to access.

Bit out of the way if you mean to spend more of your time in the center.

Même si on est pas du cote du mont-fudji, l’hôtel a une belle vue, grande vitre pour admirer le paysage. Chambre confortable, un peu petite mais ça va. A 7min de la gare ce qui était bien, et à 30’ de marche pour voir le mont-fudji

入住了2晚但第一晚沒有足夠酒店館內浴衣, 很多住客只能穿自己衣服出入浴場和酒店其他範圍.

Fantastic location. Great facility with an Onsen and incredible views of Mt Fuji. Close to all major attractions in the city. My grandson left his glasses there and the hotel was kind enough to courier them to our next hotel. Special thank tou to Kendel for organizing that.

I have nothing negative to say. All great.

L’emplacement est très bien entré Kawaguchiko et Fujiyoshida avec un arrêt de bus en bas de l’hôtel, à 6 minutes à pied du parc d’attraction et de sa station de train. Un Lawson a 3 minutes à pied. La vue sur le Mont Fuji depuis le Onsen au dernier niveau, de nuit côté femme on voit les lumières des refuges et des gens qui font l’ascension. La literie est très bien !

מלון נעים עם אווירה מכבדת ומרגיעה. חדר מרווח - מיטה נוחה, כריות קצת קטנות. פינת ישיבה נעימה. מקלחת שירותים נוחים וטובים. ארוחת בוקר - נקי, מבחר נאה של אפשרויות, אווירה מאוד נוחה. שירות - מכבד ויעיל. צ׳ק אין וצ׳ק אאוט מהירים ומכבדים. מיקום מעולה - 7 דק (בערך) לפארק Fuji q ולתחנת הרכבת. חצי שעה הליכה / 10 דק נסיעה ממסוף האוטובוסים הבין עירוני. מהחדר שלי היה נוף מהמם ונפלא להר פוג׳י ולפארק Fuji q

כריות היו פחות נוחות כנראה בגלל שהיו קטנות יחסית לכריות השכיחות

Struttura nuova molto bella. La camera è piccolina, in linea con gli standard giapponesi. La vetrata sul monte Fuji è molto bella, anche se non siamo stati fortunati nel vederlo bene. Colazione ottima, vasta scelta tra cose occidentali e giapponesi. Onsen nuovo bellissimo e molto grande

無料駐車場も広さに余裕があり、目的の富士急ハイランドからも徒歩圏内で近く、見晴らしもよく清潔感もあり、ビュッフェもバラエティーに富んでいて美味しく、なにより受付のスタッフの方がどの方も親切でとても良い旅になりました。

とても清潔で、富士急ハイランドのアクセスに最適でした。温泉も広々として清潔で、朝御飯のビュッフェも種類が豊富です。

El onsen maravilloso

最喜歡飯店的地點.離富士急樂園及富士急站超近.還車子也是很方便.走路十幾分鐘還好.房間窗外能看到樂園及富士山超棒!!晚上還能泡溫泉.超舒服.

ウォーターサーバーがありがたかった。 部屋も清潔感があってよかったけど、壁紙が破れたままなのは気になった。

外国人がレストランのジュースをペットボトルに入れていたのはいかがなものかと…

外観はきれいで、富士急ハイランド徒歩5分ほどで、富士山も見えて良い思い出が出来ました。 スタッフさんも話しやすく、清潔感がありました。

部屋のどこも清潔感がありましたが、洗面台がヒビが入っているのだけ気になってしまいました。

Das Onsen war sehr schön

Zimmer waren sehr klein. Waren sehr veraltet und zeigten viele Gebrauchspuren. Es roch nicht sehr gut. Es war nicht sauber. Wurde nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten etwas ausgebessert. Frühstücksraum relativ klein für alle Gäste. Preis/Leistung. War überteuert !!

Que no pudimos reservar el desayuno ni la cena en el hotel porque estaba completo. Sinceramente, no me había pasado nunca y me pareció muy mal que no avisaran de que podía suceder. Con dos niños pequeños se complica mucho la cosa porque no hay sitios cercanos para desayunar

Bathroom was very small and the room was very hot. We couldn’t get the AC to work..

Very cosy and nice hotel. We paid for a Fuji view, and it was good. Although in front of the mountain, you'll see the attraction park. Oncen is small, but nice. You can use bathrobes and special clothes for it.

I expected to lie in bed in the morning and enjoy Fuji, but you really can see it only while sitting in front of the window directly. Othereall its a bit expensive for its facilities.

Lokalita je fajn, ale nutný autobus či vlak (zastávky kousek) nebo taxi (hotel nabízí shuttle, ale nutná rezervace, tj. neflexibilní), absence odkládácích míst (ale to v JPN standard), TV bez streamovacích služeb.

タオル、トイレットペーパーはフロントにわざわざ言わないともらえない 売店がない サウナがない 廊下が冷房効きすぎて寒い 基本朝と夜の食事内容は毎日同じ 外国の方が多いせいか、共用トイレが汚れていることが多かった 連泊にはあまり適さないが、立地はとても良いので、ただ泊まるだけの拠点としてはよいと思う

Great Onsen and comfortable beds

Over crowded, regular Qs for breakfast Rooms are a little “tired” and could do with freshening up. Mt Fuji views are extra but obscured by a msssive rollercoaster/theme park

It’s clean and staffs are friendly! If you drive it sure is a good location. Since we didn’t rent a car, walked with the luggage to the hotel is a bit of distance. Also the streets are not all smooth made it even more difficult. We booked the Fuji view room and we saw the mountain!! We were so lucky! Overall it’s a good place if you RENT a vehicle!

Basically just have one restaurant there, it seems got booked up pretty fast.

הנוף לפוג'י מחדר האוכל דרך מבוך של חוטי חשמל, ומהאונסן לא ניתן לראות בגלל אדים על החלון. ארוחת בוקר טובה אבל המתנה ארוכה בכניסה, 20 דקות זה יותר מדי.. הוילון בחלון החדר לא מחשיך את החדר ולכן התעוררנו מאור השמש כבר ב 6 בבוקר. האונסן מאוד מינימלי. ובלי שום נוף או ייחוד.

I dont like adding extra price on top of visible price shown online. Should be included in price. Also im not a big fan of the pillows.

Staffs are really accommodating and nice! This would be my 3rd stay with them and the standards are always top notch! Really nice Onsen resort, really accessible to a connivence store, gotemba station, and its 10 mins to a Fuji Bus shuttle if you are trying to climb Mt. Fuji during hiking season.

Wir haben das Hotel rein für zwei Nächte gebucht, um den Mt Fuji zu besteigen. Es liegt knapp über einen Kilometer von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, die einen zum Fuji-Einstieg bringt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr bequem, mit einer gut funktionierenden Dusche und das Onsen ist auch super. Das Frühstück ist völlig ok.

Wir haben am ersten Morgen den ersten Bus Richtung Mt Fuji genommen und konnten daher nicht zum Frühstücksbuffet, da es zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht geöffnet hatte. Das Frühstück hatten wir aber im Vorfeld schon gebucht, als uns die ganze Zeitplanung noch nicht bekannt war. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass dies auch schon andere Gäste erlebt haben, daher wäre hier ein kleines Verpflegungspaket eine Option für glückliche Gäste :)

冷蔵庫にピッチャーをいれると水が凍ってしまい、帰ってきたタイミングで冷えた水をのめなかった

スタッフの方々が丁寧でしたし、キレイな館内、最高のけしきとても良かったです。 朝食も満足度が高かったです。

個人的にですが、サウナがあったら最高だな〜って思いました。

Great location, excellent onsen, good food, beautiful view and spacious rooms, stayed one night, submitted Fuji and stayed one more night after, they held our luggage was perfect.

Small gym would have been nice but seems like not a thing in Japan.
