Vicinissima al Malelane gate per il kruger park. L’alloggio molto bello, vista fiume. Si arriva in 5 minuti al ristorante vicino, camminando in un vialetto condiviso con il kruger view chalets.

Non aiutano molto se hai bisogno di organizzare un safari o altre attività

Location was lovely. Very clean and tidy. Big bedrooms and good showers.

We stayed in a 3 bed chalet. It was very nice but you couldnt access the bedrooms from inside the chalet, they could only be accessed individually from outside. This isn't ideal if you have young children.

Everything was available, clean, and all in all, very good.

Chalet très sombre, cela mérite vraiment une rénovation . Je pense que le cadre extérieur fait qu’on oublie mais il y a un vrai besoin de moderniser.

The mattress one of the single beds had a slope and was rather uncomfortable

Bat droppings on bed everyday and in kitchen. Has braai facility but no braai dish or bowls for salad etc. No mirror for dressing . No plugs next to bed.

The river view chalets are lovely for see animals

The pool deck is raised. Uncleaned and too much bish below. A black mamba slithered in amd cannot be seen. Better to block up the bottom ofnthe pool deck for safety

Showers were not clean. One unit had plates but no cutlery, when I phoned the reception, I was told that it's not self catering, I saw what the rooms looked like when I booked. When I asked about the cutlery I was told you need to ask for it.

Excelente ubicación para acceder al Parque Kruger por Malelane Gate. Facilidad para hacer el chek in. Puedes cocinar y hacer barbacoa. Bonitas zonas comunes y vistas al río ( se ven cocodrilos e hipopotamos). Hay un buen restaurante al lado.

El baño necesitaría una pequeña renovación.

Un chalet très grand, propre et très bien équipé. Une cuisine particulièrement accueillante équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner en autonomie. Nous avons apprécié la vue sans vis à vis sur le parc et sur la rivière. La vue sur la rivière et sa faune est spectaculaire au coucher du soleil. Le chalet proposait également espace terrasse ombragé et équipé (table, chaises et relax, coussins, barbecue. Le site est situé à proximité du centre ville avec un supermarché (SPAR) moderne, propre et très bien achalandé et une zone commerciale. Il est calme et reposant. Chaque chalet est équipé de sa propre place de stationnement juste devant. Il est proche de Malenane Gate.

The view is beautiful and the gardens and property clean and stunning, especially if you have little kids who need to run around.

The family chalet need air vent in bathrooms or at least a window you can open. And New towels are needed. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Blinkend schoon, prachtige tuin met uitzichten op de crocodile river d.m.v. steigers met zitbanken. Olifanten, nijlpaarden waterblokken etc. Langdurig kunnen bekijken. Was fantastisch!

Perfect location to see animals along the river. Chalet was comfortable, clean and neat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views, especially sunsets!

Il villino era pulito, spazioso, con stanze e bagni comodi, e un patio godibilissimo. La posizione vista fiume era spettacolare, con giardino curato. Il check in immediato e tanta cortesia nell'aiutarci a trovare un safari. Esperienza positiva al 100%.

The unit was not cleaned. Cobwebs aound the curtain rails and ceiling. Poor lighting in the room and kitchen.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the grounds were lovely. The view from our 2 room chalet was gorgeous overlooking the river where we spotted a few crocodiles and hippos in the morning. There were two pools which looked great but we didn't have time for a dip. There was also an outdoor gym which was a nice touch.

We relied on google maps to get us to the hotel after leaving Malelane Gate, but google maps tries to direct you through a gated and locked industrial facility to get to the hotel which was an unpleasant surprise to encounter in the dark, after a tiring full day in the park, while caravaning with another car. Thankfully, we had walkie talkies and could communicate with our friends, but we had to ask a police officer (luckily there was one nearby) to figure out how to get onto HWY 4 going in the correct direction as it was rather tricky. It would have been helpful for the hotel to have either let us know that this was an issue (I'm sure we are not the first, or the last, people to have this issue with google maps) or given us good directions. The same happened in the morning as we were leaving for the park, google maps tried to take us through the the same industrial facility.

The View from the restaurant was OUT OF THIS WORLD, as was the service.

Stunning location right alongside Crocodile River. Lovely braai area with view of river as well. Elephant alongside boundary fence in evening made it even more memorable.

Its on the crocodile river, overlooking the Kruger, it is an amazing experience.

The restaurant and bar has been closed, no notice given on Booking.com, only found this out upon arrival, after paying. It meant that my usual favourite ritual and meal was not available and I had to go into town for dinner. The room is getting dated, furniture is dirty, I'm sure they could expand the viewing package on their tv's (not smart either).

Their facilities are in the right place, built right the famous Crocodile River. Even if you had a disturbing dream, or moody morning, a step right outsode the door, your soul is fed with an incredible view of the elephants, hippos, and kinds of birds quenching their thirst at the river. Lovely and friendly staff too. Definitely coming back

Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders in der küche, tolle anlage, tolle lage direkt am fluss, Housekeeping hat einen exzellenten job gemacht.

Bad (dusche) ein wenig erneuerungsbedürftig, sofa im wohnzimmer auch schon etwas abgenutzt Pool müsste etwas sauberer gehalten werden.

Porque estávamos num chalet com cozinha, não tivemos direito ao pequeno-almoço. Isso eu achei injusto.

Não gostei do facto do pequeno-almoço estar reservado apenas aos hóspedes em chalets sem cozinha. O check-out é muito cedo. Nós chegamos lá, por volta das 17 horas e às 10 horas do dia seguinte já tinhamos que sair. Aproveitamos muito pouco. Mas, em suma, é um lugar agradável, sobretudo quando é uma viagem em grupo.

We were able to drop off our luggage before going into Kruger (before booking in time).

Dishes were never packed away, No plugs in the bathroom basins, Outdoor furniture was not sturdy or cleaned, Rooms need a refurbishment. Crockery and cutlery were mismatched, No oven was available,

The location.

The property was undergoing maintenance during our stay, and the workers’ activities infringed upon our privacy. The pool was not properly maintained and appeared to have an excessive level of chlorine. Additionally, access to the property is shared, and the “security” gate is operated by a simple push button, which raises significant security concerns. While daily maintenance of the unit was carried out promptly, it was often done in such haste that the staff occasionally failed to lock the unit afterward. This, combined with the issues mentioned above, represents a serious lapse in both security and guest privacy.

La vue sur la parc Kruger est magnifique. On a pu voir des hippopotames et des crocodiles dans la rivière. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine après les safaris. Le chalet est grand, 1 salle de bain pour chaque chambre...Le restaurant peut préparer les petits déjeuners à emporter si on leur demande. Seulement à 15 min de la porte Malenane. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

For a self-catering unit it was very under stocked in kitchen utensils, plates and accessories etc

The view from the room was nice considering the location at the river across from the Kruger Park. The property has great potential if managed better.

The bathroom walls were dirty and the floor tiles are very slippery when wet - very dangerous when getting out the shower. The beds are very hard, although some people may prefer that, it was not a pleasant nights sleep. The swimming pool was not clean and the water was green - you could not see the floor, even in the shallow end.

We stayed in the superior chalet right on the river. Highly recommended. Seperate from the rest, awesome view accross the river and more than enough space for two people. The deck wapecially is huge for 2 people, we spent almost all our time on it reading, braaing and just relxing.

Perhaps put up a dropdown canvass on the open side of the deck. The one night it was raining quite heavily with a side wind and the deck furniture all got wet. Not a biggy as we just quickly put it away, but its all thats needed to be able to still sit outside and relax or eat, even if it rains.

The place is very beautiful,clean and so peaceful,I also liked the garden and the riverview,A good place for families and kids have play areas

The Bed at Room 18 was horrible, the room was super clean though.

The location is spot on, only a 10min drive to the Malelane Kruger Gate and about 45min to the Crocodile Bridge Kruger Gate.

The beds were outdated in the cabins, and the restaurant and pool area were also closed over the festive season. Only leaving one small pool in the facility, which was also not clean.

It has an excellent view. The beds are comfortable and it has everything me needed.

The rooms could have mosquito or insect mesh to prevent insects from getting into the rooms and allowing us to let a breeze in instead of using the ac.

The facility was nice and the staff was friendly

I was given false information by the staff from Booking.com. I was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and I was made to book 2 chalets thinking that it was a 2 bedroom. I wasted money on the 2nd chalet because there was no way my 5 year old will sleep alone in a whole chalet.

Limpeza da casa de banho está a ser extremamente deslexada...deviam contratar uma empresa especializada e ou fazer uma inspecção sempre que as senhoras da Limpeza terminam esta ser negligenciada para um local como este.

The surroundings and the way we feel close to nature!

The location is conveniently close to the Malalane gate at Kruger. The property was nice and comfortable with nice views of the river. We got to see some animals from the property. The property was also very peaceful.

1.The pools were not as clean as we would have liked. 2. The roofing in the cabins can be improved sound proof wise, as it sounded like there are bats or rats running up the ceiling and might come into the cabin from the ceiling. 3. Add blinds or darker curtains in the bedroom as the sunlight when the sun rose was blinding/irritating.

Shower not having a door, water went everywhere.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't blue. It was greenish n not clear I didn't feel like swimming in it. And I was really looking forward to the blue pool I saw in the pictures.
