Very quiet, beautiful staff, great location.

Central Legian. Everything is close and walkable. Even the beach

All was good.

Very clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Close to shopping. Enjoyed having a roon next to pool with a lovely large bathtub.

Pool got little sun so was very cold.

This is a small older hotel in a great location 10 min from beach lots off bars .restaurants. I had a main floor.room at the pool great size with big.washroom it has.a bath with shower .my only negative I prefer stand up shower but no big deal .the staff are all young but are amazing and can't do enough for you.the hotel has a sports bar attached to it called w sports bar food is good and inexpensive and great staff.i was there froom December to end off.march.and definitely going back this December 2026.

The goings on. Lots a female visitors coming & going if you know what I mean. Loud music late at night & early in the morning. Not the place if you want quiet!!!!

The rooms are large as is the bathroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are extremely accommodating - nothing is a problem. The location is great and very close to all entertainment.

Right in the heart of Kuta end of legian easy walk everywhere good breakfast in sports bar (extra charge but guest discount) be mindful this place is better suited to single men or Kuta hardened older aussie couples! Also when a pool in Bali is deep both end it means they discourage children staying, so basically an adults hotel.

If in the upper level the guest seating area is aways taken up which can be awkward if you want a coffee or smoke outside your room . Choose the Deluxe room they are on the ground floor with a verandah outside next to pool.

die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, die Betten bequem. Das Bad liess sich nicht verschließen, war nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Im Zimmer gab es leider keinen Safe, jedoch Schließfächer an der Rezeption. Frühstück haben wir außerhalb der Hotelanlage eingenommen. Die Lage in Kuta war zentral.

es kam hin und wieder vor, dass es doch etwas lauter war, Kuta ist halt ein Touristen / Partyspot. Das Badezimmer sollte von außen verschlossen werden können (ohne Vorhang). Etwas mehr Steckdosen oder Steckdosen mit USB wären toll gewesen.

Property and staff were very nice. I certainly felt I got value for my money.

Very friendly Staff. Very well positioned. Ground floor rooms available were nice, much better than carrying stuff upstairs. Has a Restaurant/bar right out front, which did not make noise.

If you want quiet, steer clear of rooms 909/910, there's a lounge and smoking area where folks hang out drinking and talking all night and morning 😅

Big comfy bed, clean room in general, complimentary water, and a welcome alcohol free drink, nice touch. A tv set with English speaking channels 37 inch. The pool is small but nice. Small but useful refrigerator. Soap and shampoo in the shower, no bathroom door just a curtain, not an issue for a solo traveller and in either case there are chairs and a table outside the room. One rack to hang a towel in the shower room. Good working aircondition. They can keep your key in the reception. The girl in the reception knew to smile, I always feel that a welcoming smile, helps setting the mood. Location is great for this area, don't forget to check their black handbook of drinks and food, for the restaurant.

Manage your expectations, and you'll probably might come back here if you are coming back to kuta. The wardrobe could use a good paint job. The mirror in the bathroom seems to be on the side or it was made for Bilbo Baggins or Tyrion Lannister?? I used the mirror in the room instead. At first glance the sink and space around it seems a bit rough, but at this price point that is ok. It's unfortunate that the concrete building facade above the pool isn't painted, just a small annoying detail

I absolutely loved everything!!!! the staff was amazing people, i don’t know why there are bad reviews about this place bc this place is amazing especially if you don’t mind loud music during certain hours!!!! It was clean, and overall just a great experience and place to be!!!! i also LOVE mia! (i think that was her name) but she was always greeting me with such a warm personality! i loved it!

Very very noisy 24/7. You can't relax or sleep. Not good specially for Family.

Just stayed 30 nights, all the staff are really beautiful and always smiling and welcoming, beautiful swimming pool area, foods awesome and cheap ate there the 30 days, highly recommend this place, awesome sports bar and huge pool room area upstairs, just booked 30 nights again next year
