Reviewed Aug 9, 2026I checked in the property, and I did a mistake while booking and booked 2 separate single beds as opposed to a queen bed, as my requirement. This was however was resolved at the front desk itself. The overall stay was cozy and comfortable. The room was clean but few things which I noticed were : one bed side lamp was not working and the door stopper in the bathroom was broken. Apart from this the overall stay was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent and the daily housekeeping left the room feeling fresh as day one.
The in house restaurant Kava, left a lot to be desired. I opted the half spread i.e. Breakfast and Dinner (buffet) included. The breakfast was good with ample choices in cuisines but the dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was okay in taste and didn't justified the price tag. The restaurant staff although were very courteous and accommodating and hats off to them.

The staff could have been a bit more proactive in knowing the details of the folks checking in. The booking involved premium rooms higher than 9th floor, however, the rooms provided were on the 5th floor. The booking also involved some complementary drinks but they were never offered.

My daughter got sick at night. We requested that a doctor sees her at the hotel. But they did not take the initiative to call a doctor and asked us to go to hospital. Instead of providing us a hotel car to go to hospital, they book a Uber. To return to hotel we had to look for a cab. As a resident of the hotel, I believed that somehow they could have showed some compassion.

We checked in on 16th April .On the very first day ,we received dirty towels and malfunctioning AC.When we raised our concern ,towels were changed but AC was not rectified. We came to understand this at night....but it was late and we decided to adjust.Today,we went out at 6am in the morning and requested for room cleanup.Upon arrival at the hotel at 3pm we saw that the room was still not clean!!Reply of the Manager was a kind of mechanised one'I totally understand your concern and we are very sorry'. I have stayed in Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience ever!Total and complete indifference towards customer comfort!!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026I am Marriot Bonvoy member and have been to few Marriot properties in India and abroad. Chose Fairfield by Marriot, Lucknow to experience convenience and comfort. However the experience was anything but good. Though I preferred a smoking room, the conditions of the room from previous was pathetic. The room was stinking of smoke due to improper ventilation and non usage of any room fresheners. The room lacked hygiene and had a cockroach inside. The floors were unclean and littered with snacks and dust. Housekeeping was taken for granted in it. Morever communication about complimentary breakfast was insufficient. A prior stay at the property, the front desk staff had informed us to avail complimentary breakfast. This time however we were informed that it is chargeable after finishing our breakfast, even though the room information card mentioned about complimentary breakfast. Front desk offered us an extended stay for the lack in hygiene and mentioned issues which is vague and illogical considering we have travel plans and flight in the afternoon.
