I would definitely say that all the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and valued. Jannat and Suhani, in particular, have excellent customer service skills and were very polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my experience. Their friendly attitude really made a positive difference. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend the place!

It was a dirty property, the washrooms in the check in lobby was so dirty, the rooms are extremely small. There is a a very tiny tub and in that only you can shower it was just so bad after paying 7k for one night it was a terrible experience, we ordered dinner and the breads were cold, the paneer was tasty but portion was so bad and they are charging 700₹ for that after complaining they did change our food but it wasn’t any better, sandwiches which were priced at 700 was basically four breads actually 4 cold breads

Our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow, presented a dichotomy of experiences, characterized by exceptional culinary service juxtaposed with significant operational deficiencies. The culinary team, particularly Chef Lakshman, delivered an outstanding dining experience. Chef Lakshman's proactive approach in accommodating my child's specific dietary requests, including the preparation of fresh pizza and pasta, was highly commendable. His attentive and courteous service, coupled with the diverse food offerings, significantly enhanced our dining pleasure. However, several operational aspects require immediate attention. The swimming pool area exhibited a lack of proper management. The unavailability of functional shower facilities, due to locked shower rooms, and the absence of on-site attendants or clear communication channels for assistance, detracted from the amenity's utility. Our interaction with the Duty Manager regarding the pool concerns was met with an unsatisfactory response. The explanation that the facility would be closed for maintenance the following day did not address our immediate need for functional access to advertised amenities as paying guests. Furthermore, the process for handling third-party deliveries proved problematic. While we understand the need for security restrictions on external delivery personnel, the absence of a structured and supervised handover protocol at the reception led to the loss of a prepaid order valued at approximately ₹1,000. This lack of a clear tracking or receiving system poses a considerable inconvenience and potential financial burden for guests. In conclusion, while Chef Lakshman and the kitchen staff exemplify excellence, the overall guest experience necessitates improvements in amenity maintenance, secure delivery management, and a more proactive and responsive management approach to address guest concerns.

We had a wonderful experience at the conference held yesterday at Hilton. The event was professionally managed and executed with great efficiency. A special appreciation to Ms. Raushani, who coordinated the event exceptionally well and ensured that everything was well organized and handled smoothly. The Banquet Team, especially Mr.Ankit and Mr.Mohit Bhatt also deserves appreciation for their prompt service, attention to detail, and seamless management throughout the event. Overall, it was a very well-executed conference, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the entire Hilton team in making it a successful and pleasant experience.

Well located. Whilst we did have a bit of issue with the room like the DnD/ Make my room not working . The service at restaurant by Utkarsh, Aakash & the manager Gaurav was excellent and very warm. Chef Rohit was also very helpful. Sanjeevni at the reception and security Rishab, Fahad and the team were helpful & warm too. Breakfast was always good and lots of variety too. Will definitely stay here when we are back.

The heat in Lucknow

I would say it is a perfect hotel for events and business traveller's, with good maintenance overall, and sanjeevani at front desk was great too

Our Four night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you've checked out. Even before our arrival, Mr. Rajnesh Yadav personally reached out to ensure everything was in place, including confirming that our suite would be ready when we arrived. Walking into the hotel and being welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers was a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel valued and at home. What impressed me most, however, was not one individual but the collective spirit of the entire hotel team. Every department worked seamlessly to make our stay memorable. The breakfast team thoughtfully reserved a table for us each morning, allowing us to begin every day feeling like honored guests rather than just another room number. The chefs deserve special recognition for preparing delicious meals with remarkable consistency, and every dish from the in-room dining menu was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
