The cleanliness is excellent over all are great but one thing I don’t like about the hotel is the noise from other people check in the other room. Hopefully they have designated place for long vacations and short term and drunk people.

Some of the furniture is already showing signs of wear and tear, which is understandable and expected over time, particularly the wooden tables and cabinets. However, this does not affect their functionality or the overall quality of the stay. The issue is mostly cosmetic.

Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Even though I placed the “Room Service Please” tag on the door, the room was not serviced. Basic amenities were not provided unless requested. The kettle provided was very dirty, so I couldn’t even use it to warm water despite asking for one. The upper floor rooms were extremely hot during the daytime, almost like an oven, and the air conditioner seemed very old and made loud noise throughout the stay.

Cleanliness of the bathroom, the mirror has stain and quite cloudy. Also, the bathroom needs an extra towel for the floor. Needs upgrade for the basics like rust on sink.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2025Liked the location, its near with convenience stores. Shopwise and food stores is also walking distance. Theres timpla 3in1 coffee downstairs to buy. Satisfied how clean the bathroom and bed is. Plus the room is very wide with tables. Wifi is very good. Complete toiletries also 👍 Maybe it can do more on AC, little noisy. The TV can upgrade to smart tv with Netflix. The heater wasn't working and shower is just right pump. But overall its okay for us.
