La ubicación es excelente hay de todo cerca y la estacion de metro que te conecta rápidamente. El desayuno fue uno de los mejores en toda mi estancia en Japon, y el personal super amable y simpatico. Con gusto volvería a alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

La limpieza de las habitaciones

Great location, really loved Mejiro and Ikebukuro is just around the corner at a 20min walk distance. They have mini toiletries at the reception, everything you can think of, even hair bands and hair clips, and the cosmetics are good quality actually. The rooms were spacious enough, and the beds were comfy.

Superb location in the very nice neighbourhood and on the JR Yamamote line. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room size is good, enough space to put and open and manipulate your baggage. The one-person room had a bit old and worn-off bathroom. The two-person room bathroom was nicer and more modern. Breakfast is good, enough of everything and is late enough so even jet-lagged guests can get more sleep and not rush for breakfast.

Hotel feels a bit old-fashioned and dated, but offers everything you need.

部屋が広く、トイレとバスルームが独立している点。 目白駅に近い点。

朝食場所がガスト。 ロビーにトイレはなく、ガストまで行かないと利用できない。 ガストへ上がるエレベーターの利用が面倒。 クラークから操作してもらう必要あり。

ロケーションが良かった。部屋が綺麗で素晴らしかった。お風呂も良かった。

柔軟な対応をしてくださって、スタッフの方々がとても感じが良い点です。すぐ隣にランドリーがあったり、周辺のドラッグストアやカフェも滞在中便利です。

清掃はされていますが、施設自体に古さがあります。

El desayuno es bastante bueno y la habitación también. Cerca de la estación para llegar a la zona turística en poco tiempo. Limpieza en el hotel y en las habitaciones. Lleno de cerca de conveniencia en las inmediaciones.

どのスタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。突然、大雨が降ったが、入口にタオルを用意してくれるなど機転の効いた対応をしてくれて感激した。

トイレの便座が古くガタつきがあったところが残念だった。

Das Hotel war einfach großartig. Bereits für die Anreise haben wir Tipps bekommen, wie wir am Besten vom Flughafen NRT nach Mejiro kommen. Auch im weiteren Verlauf hat einfach alles super gepasst und funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind schön und ausreichend groß, um Koffer und Co unterzubringen. Alles war stets sauber. Vom Bahnhof Mejiro (Yamanote Line!) zum Hotel waren es nur 200m, auf deren Weg sowohl ein 7-Eleven als auch ein Family Mart liegen, on Top noch zwei Drogerien. So war nicht nur der Weg ins Hotel nach langen Tagen zu Fuß angenehm kurz, man konnte sich auch noch verpflegen. Der Bahnhof Ikebukuro ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Hotel angebunden ist ein Restaurant. Hier gibt es auch das Hotel-Frühstück. Dieses ist typisch japanisch, „dennoch“ ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, sodass niemand aus der Reisegruppe hungrig in den Tag starten musste. Im Rahmen unserer Abreise wurden wir erneut tatkräftig durch das Hotelpersonal unterstützt. Wir wollten gerne ohne Koffer zum nächsten Hotel weiterreisen, also galt es, diese zu versenden. Der Kooperationspartner des Hotels war leider bereits ausgebucht. Auch hier wurde keinen Moment gezögert und der Kofferversand alternativ organisiert. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nettes und sehr bemühtes Personal. Lage in der Stadt sehr gut.

Zimmer hätte größer sein können, war allerdings auch nicht sehr teuer.

房間不大，卻硬加塞一張單人床變成3人房，完全沒有放行李箱空間。

目白駅から近く、コンビニや薬局がすぐそばにあるのは便利だった。

①チェックイン前に荷物を2個預け、片方は中の氷が溶けて少し水が出ていると伝えたにもかかわらず、その荷物をスーツケースの上に置いていたため、スーツケースの中にわずかだが水が入り込んででしまった。 ②廊下とエレベーター内のオリエンタルなアロマが気持ち悪かった。高級感の演出のためかもしれないが、香りの好みは人それぞれなので、それを不快に感じる人もいることを理解してほしい。 ③最上階のデラックスダブルだったが、トイレの水を流すレバーが独特で使いにくく、毎回ストレスを感じた。

O Hotel entrega mais do que promete. Confortável, tudo muito limpo, muito agradável e a equipe muito atenciosa Muito próximo a estação de trem de Mejiro e de um 7-eleven. Gostaria de deixar uma nota especial ao recepcionista Kurabe. Precisei de um apoio médico para minha esposa e ele sem pensar duas vezes se dispôs a ajudar e auxiliou na comunicação com os paramédicos. Uma pessoa que tratou a situação não só como profissional mas com cuidado pessoal. Muito obrigado pelo apoio

Posizione molto buona, raggiunge in 10 minuti il centro. Quartiere calmo con tanti ristorantini. Staff molto gentile. Alla reception ci si può rifornire di prodotti per la cura del viso.

Abbiamo rinunciato al welcome drink perché bar affollato. Locali un po freddi come dappertutto in Giappone in questo periodo a causa dell'aria condizionata.

目白駅から近く、金額も都内では安い方だった。 朝食のバイキングのメニューも、ちょこっとラーメンやとろろ等もあり、品数は満足。

ユニットバス内の換気量が足りないせいか、シャワー後の湿気がなかなか取れなかった。ユニットバスの床排水トラップも封水が切れていた気がする。

我們是加床，床不會太軟，床中間不會像其他間的沙發床會塌陷。

The breakfast was amazing since there was a restaurant inside the hotel itself. Their coin washer also doubles as a dryer so everything was so easy

Nothing everything weas so great. I don't think I could say that I have any notes. They were so amazing

Amenities provided, cleanliness of the room and hotel policies were absolutely according to my high standards.

As i was on holidays a couple of times the cleaning staff was entering my room while i was asleep. It would be nicer to have also some later pm cleaning times.

Ottimo staff, servizi top e posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla metro. Sono davvero felice di aver alloggiato qui!

Has 4 beds for 4 of us and the room was very spacious. It was very quiet and our room was very close to the laundry room. Staff was very helpful. It’s very closed to the train station.

No view from this room but it didn’t bother us at all.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ausstattung etwas älter, jedoch gut in Schuss gehalten. Perfekte Lage 2 min von der JR Station und Yamanote Line entfernt. Zimmer groß genug, um 2 große Koffer zu öffnen.

Frühstück im angrenzenden Gusto Café. Zwar vieles vorhanden, würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen, da man die Produkte vom Gusto Cafe bekommt. Entspricht nicht unbedingt unserem Geschmack.

Het restaurant bij het hotel was enorm lekker! Kamer was ruim. Het station was amper 5 minuten lopen. Ruime badkamer

De matras was aan de harde kant en de gordijnen verduisteren niet veel. Er lag een nogal dik laagje stof op de vensterbank.

Joli hôtel, un peu désuet cependant. Quartier animé la journée et calme le soir, parfait. Bonne localisation, proche de la station de métro. Excellent petit déjeuner et surtout un personnel adorable et aux petits soins.

Notre chambre était vraiment très petite. Une fois nos deux valises ouvertes nous ne pouvions plus bouger dans la chambre.

Apesar de não ser em uma região muito central, tem uma estação JR muito perto. Gostamos por ser um local tranquilo com facilidade de acesso à cidade inteira. O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom para três pessoas.

Konumu çok iyiydi, metro durağına 4 dakika uzaklıktaydı. Kaldığımız dönemde oda sıcaklığı güzeldi. Yataklar rahattı, yatak çarşaf temizliği güzeldi. Katlardaki su sebilleri çok güzel bir ayrıntıydı. Çocuklar için sunulmuş küçük hediyeler çok ince düşünülmüştü.

Yer döşemeleri ve tuvalet temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi.

L’hôtel était très bien situé pour visiter le côté ouest de Tokyo, car a 2 min à pied de la Yamanote Line. L’hôtel est très calme. La chambre était propre, rien ne manquait. Les chambres étaient assez grandes par rapport au standard de Tokyo (25m2) mais restent petites pour 2 grandes valises (il faut réorganiser un peu le mobilier). Matelas et coussins sont très bien et confortables. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien. Le personnel était accueillant et à l’écoute, ça fait du bien d’être accueillis pas des vrais gens et non des machines pour un auto check-in ou check-out. Il y a un petit resto de dépannage à l’étage de l’hôtel, bien mais clairement pas la meilleure adresse en terme de restauration. Je recommande volontiers cet hôtel.

Excellent location so close to train station and easy to get around

The room layout was not like the pictures the fourth bed was put in the middle of the room. I tried to discuss with the staff but no luck in the end we ended up rearranging the room ourselves to make it more user friendly. The beds were super hard and the pillows very flat but seems to be the norm in all the hotels we stayed in.

Proximité des moyens de transport. Magasins aux alentours. Déjeuner moyen, bon si vous aimez déjeuner japonais. Pas de chocolat chaud, pas de croissants ni pains an chocolat. Salle de bain un peu petite. Personnel agréable.

อยู่ใกล้สถานี JR ที่เป็นสถานีเล็ก ทำให้การเดินทางไม่ยุ่งยาก โรงแรงดีโดยเฉพาะที่เป็นวิลล่ากว้างขวาง แต่ห้องปกติก็ยังเล็กตามสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น

สำหรับคนที่ชอบการช้อปปิ้งอาจจะไม่มีตัวเลือกมากอย่างเช่นดองกี้ แต่มีร้านขายยาอยู่ใกล้โรงแรม 2 ร้านถ้าซึ่งเครื่องสำอางทั่วไปคือมีครบครันแต่ถ้าพวกขนมของฝากจะมีตัวเลือกน้อย

Really close to the station. Staff were lovely and you can help yourself to tea, coffee and bathroom accessories.

The room was tiny and our view was of a brick wall. It is fine for one person but we struggled with two of us and our luggage.

バスの栓が緩すぎて、常にお湯が漏れている状態。空気清浄機の給水がされていない状態。

La posizione molto comoda e il quartiere tranquillo. La camera molto spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi.

I cuscini erano davvero terribili e il letto per due persone era attaccato al muro quindi uno dei due doveva passare sopra l'altro.

Molt confortable, silenciós i amb tot tipus de comoditats.

No ens vam entendre amb la neteja de l'habitació, però va ser un mal entès. Hi ha detalls que podrien estar més nets, com parets i cadires. Però tot bé, res negatiu a valorar.

Quiet neighborhood. Hotel is dated but clean and very well maintained.

The rooms were too warm. We asked the front desk to rectify it on our fist day but the room aircon remained on heating mode for the duration of our stay. We would air the room by keeping the (small) window open.

Les lits étaient super rebondissants et spacieux. Les salles d'eau étaient excellantes. La chambre était plus spacieuse qu'imaginée.

Muy buena ubicación. El personal muy amable, pero hay que tener paciencia y tranquilidad, se toman su tiempo para gestionar las cosas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas por ser Tokio.

Habitaciones sucias en general. Solo limpian por encima, no hay limpieza profunda. Las esquinas están llenas de polvo y moví la nevera para desenchufarla y creo que nunca se han limpiado los rincones más "escondidos". No tenían las habitaciones preparadas en el check-in (entre las 14-15h).

Location

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Great location, very close to Mejiro Station on the Yamanote line which connects to all the important places in Toyko. Next door there are lots of shops including Lawson, 711, coffee shops and restaurants. We used the coin laundry, easy and convenient and you can track the laundry time on the room tv. Room was small but had everything we needed to have, including tv with casting option so we could cast from our phones. Kettle and mini fridge also provided in the room. Really liked the pyjamas provided too! Downstairs at the front desk you can collect lots of extra bits for free: tea, coffee, toothbrushes and toothpaste, bath salt and many others. Hairdryer was provided in the bathroom. There is AC and it works. Overall a great stay, I'd recommend this hotel! The staff was also very helpful with the Yamato delivery service, sending our bags to our next accommodation.

It seems the window didn't close properly and the room was very cold from the draft coming in but it didn't spoil our stay as we were out most of the time!
