Mandy and Mark were fabulous hosts. This is our new place to stay in Cowes. We highly recommend Holly Tree House to visitors to the island wether on holiday or business. Already looking forward to staying here again.

Es war alles sehr herzlich. Die Räume sauber und mit allen möglichen Ausgestattet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Hatten das Dachzimmer mit riesen grossen Badezimmer. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Mandy hat uns sogar nicht zur Floosbrücke gebracht. Extra Service 😃 die Lage ist ebenfalls Top. Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt.

The room a little cold when we arrived back don't like heating on when in bed but sitting before bedtime with a drink a little too cold for comfort,as the weather was unusually cool for time of year.

Mandy and Mark were wonderful hosts. The beds were comfy, the bathroom immaculate and the breakfast beyond delicious! They also had a perfect place for us to store our bikes.

The breakfast was excellent, beds comfy, hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The property was within walking distance of the town centre. The room was very clean, light and airy and even had a small fridge. The en-suite was lovely with plenty of space and an excellent shower. Also an excellent choice of hot or cold breakfast and all delicious.

I had a lovely stay. It was convenient for me as the place has a bike shed easily accessible at any time. Room was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The owners had plenty of helpful advice for things to do.

Lovey hosts, great breakfast, lovely room.

Mike & Mandy are the perfect hosts. An incredibly nice couple. We had the room at the top of the house which meant having the whole floor including a 5 star bathroom. Be warned, this room only suitable if you're OK with steep stairs, but hugely worth the climb if you can. Every detail is taken care of. An excellent stay and we will be returning.

This was the best B&B I've ever been to. It was so homely and comfy and Mandy and Mark were just fabulous! So funny and I can fully see why they are in this industry; they're funny, friendly, charming and very attentive to all details in their B&B. Would absolutely stay again.

We had the loveliest time staying with Mandy and Marc. All the little details were perfect - from the cosy, well equipped bedroom and the spacious, clean bathroom to the delicious breakfast and friendly, homely feeling throughout. They offered us lifts to and from the ferry, which was so kind and also accommodated our slightly later breakfast time. We will 100% stay here again next time we’re on the Isle of Wight.

A lovely stay. The room was very nice with a large comfy bed and a great shower in the bathroom. Well located within walking distance of Cowes town centre and with room to park. The hosts were very friendly and cooked a great breakfast with plenty of options. Very accommodating with our check in time.

Everything was great, even a bus stop near by so you don't have walk up the hill.

Everything we wanted and more. An easy walk into Cowes and a quick bus back if we didn't fancy the hill. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious every day and we just had such a lovely stay all round.

We absolutely loved our stay in holly tree b&b! Mandy was amazing host and she insisted to pick us up from the station too. She also recommended us with lots of options to visit and have great food. Not to forget loved her home made fresh breakfasts! A must stay.

Quite a hilly walk up from town and waterfront. Steep stairs in house. No problem if you are fit - just warning if you have limited disability.

Owner was really welcoming, warm and friendly. She absolutely made our stay, and her breakfast was one of the best we've had. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Access to Cowes super easy, a walk downhill and bus back up if you didn't feel like the hill. Owner was generous sharing her tips for local places to eat. Thank you.

Bedroom was quite dark and felt small for a twin share. We struggled for space for our luggage. We found ourselves reluctant to come back to the B&B other than for sleeping.

Mandy is a fantastic host--she went over and above to make our stay comfortable (including lifts to and from the ferry port and letting us meet her two gorgeous dogs). The breakfast was absolutely cracking and the BnB is really well located, comfortable and clean. Our room was beautiful and cosy, we would definitely stay here again!!

Holly tree house was amazing! The room was fitted with everything you need & very homely. The bed was to die for! Mandy was the perfect host, also serving us a delicious breakfast!

The choice for breakfast was excellent & easy to complete the form sent by Mandy, nothing was too much trouble. Our twin bedroom was wonderful, beds really comfortable. Everything you needed was to hand & nothing had been overlooked. The bathroom was spacious & clean.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay at Holly Tree House. Mandy is such a lovely and warm host, she kindly gave us a lift from floating bridge to her place when we arrived and made delicious breakfast (after I messed up filling online breakfast form LOL)... I really recommend Holly Tree House :)

Wonderful little B&B about 10mins from Cowes centre. Extremely welcome hosts. Also very helpful (lent me cufflinks for a black tie event as I forgot mine). Excellent quality breakfast. Ideal for a short break.

Mark and Mandy were excellent hosts and could not have been more accommodating. Room was spacious and comfortable and bed was great. Cool app for ordering breakfast and booking a time.

10-15 min walk into town but we didn't mind that at all. Overall, a lovely stay.

Mandy and Mark could not have been lovelier hosts. The breakfasts were wonderful, the room was really lovely, well decorated and smart yet it also felt cosy and homely, and a lovely clean and modern bathroom, with a big walk in shower.

Excellent hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Beautiful breakfast every morning. Great location, short walk from the main town and never drove more than half an hour to an attraction. Would absolutely stay again.

From the moment I booked Holly Tree House Mandy the owner could not have been more helpful. She emailed me with lots of information including about booking the ferry, where to eat and what to see. When we arrived I can honestly say that this was the best B&B that we have ever stayed in, the room (Yacht Haven) was absolutely beautiful and the bathroom was stunning. Every detail had been thought of to make our stay comfortable such as excellent tea and coffee making facilities and lovely soaps and hand cream and the choice at breakfast was excellent. I cannot recommend more highly.
