Clean and well equipped kitchen

Apartment is located above a gas station so it can get noisy with people talking and motor cycles rumbling

The location was great, close to the city center and the gondola. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Tout est très bien, de l'accueil au départ, appartement confortable, propre avec une belle vue du balcon.

Le plan d'accès n'était pas clair, il fallait juste se rendre à l'accueil de l'hôtel (encore fallait-il savoir qu'il y avait un hôtel associé!), de la un tunnel permettait d'accéder à un ascenseur qui nous envoyait directement au logement.

Location, design, helpfulness of the staff.

L'emplacement au calme, un peu loin de la gare et des commerces mais près des remontées mécaniques. Le logement était spacieux et bien équiper avec lave vaisselle. Lits confortables.

Čistota pokojů, velmi dobře vybavená kuchyň. Skvělá, klidná lokalita, blízko v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra města a na přilehlé lanovky. Výtah v tunelu přímo z ulice bez jakýchkoliv schodů.

We loved everything. Great location - easy to get to both town and all methods of transportation. Great kitchen amenities. It was very clean and comfy. Our party of 3 had plenty of room! We LOVED the balcony space

My teen wished there was a smart tv.

Well appointed and in a convenient location. The bus stop was very nearby. The view from our room was fabulous.

The bed was quite hard. The lift was useful when I became unwell but it was difficult to climb up and down the ladder.

We fell in love when we walked in. Lovely little apartment. Spotless modern bathroom. Separate bedroom with plenty of room for luggage and great mattress. Compact but well equipped kitchen. Views of the matterhorn.

The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen area was well equipped. Great location for walking and close to the village centre for shops and other attractions.

Velmi příjemný personál, výborné snídaně, pokoje velni příjemně zařízené. V noci ticho a tma, výborně se spalo. Za velmi solidní peníze odvoz na nádraží od hotelu proti ceně běžného taxi. Klidné okolí na okraji města jen kousek od lanovky a s perfektním výhledem na Matterhorn

měkké matrace, z toho časem bolí záda. rusky hovořící taxikář si řekl o 38 CHF z nádraží na hotel. Hotel za svůj servis chtěl jen 15 CHF. Takže na to pozor a nenechat se natáhnout.

Excelent place.

The posibility to ventilate heat out through Windows could be better. We used to let the balcony door be open throgh the night to compensate for this. Wifi connection strength was poor. Better with use of own mobile data.

Cozy apartment in a good location. It had everything we needed, the staff was friendly, and the views from the balcony were great. Not the Matterhorn, but still spectacular.

It's a bit challenging to get in/out of the apartment if you are looking to avoid elevators, as I was.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Views of the Matterhorn from multiple windows.

Było bardzo czysto, blisko do stoku.

Tolle Lage. Skilift direkt vor der Tür.

Es gibt in der Zwischensaison leider kein Frühstück. Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Die italienischsprachigen Gäste auf derselben Etage waren abends lange laut (Türenknallen, gegenseitiges Klopfen). Das Zimmer war dieses Mal nicht so schön (hangseitig gelegen) wie beim letzten Mal, als wir zuoberst über das Dorf blickend sein konnten.

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Taxi Transfer vom Bahnhof Zermatt hat super geklappt, das Appartement mit drei gemütlichen Schlafzimmern war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Lage zur Skigondel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The apartment is lovely with a balcony. Very clean place with a nice view to the mountains. About 10-12 mins walk to the town center which is good, close enough but in a quiet area. Staff are very friendly, always there to help.

The apartments were comfortable and well designed. And the location was perfect with close access to the gondola.

We liked everything. We do wish that the breakfast had more cooked food options especially for the price.

Black leather sofas were not very comfortable (angular arms and very shiny so you literally slide off), and the kitchen stocks were not great (only two mugs in a three bed apartment, and minimal cooking utensils). TV would be better if you could login to apps (e.g Netflix)

I agree with all the other people who left reviews in that having a microwave would be nice. Having the front desk person mention that there is not coffee in the apartment when checking in would make for a better morning (with coffee)

Lage etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes, trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden.

Schade, dass das Hotel saisonhalber geschlossen war und der Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Situé un peu plus loin de Zermatt donc plus tranquille Le logement avec vue sur Cervin( 320) était parfait et tranquille avec belle terrasse Joli bar au rez de chaussée et extérieur et personnel très gentil et professionnel Logement propre et très bien équipé pour cuisiner et relaxer!

Top Frühstück. Sehr nette Bedienung und der Empfang war sehr herzlich.

Schade das wir die Nordseite hatten, meinte das ich Blick auf das Matterhorn habe oder gebucht hatte. Egal war trotzdem sehr schön und das Apero haben wir auf der sonnige Terrasse genossen :-)

從小陽台上可以看到馬特洪峰，公寓外面稍微往下走的公園也能完整看到！洗衣機有兩台是共用的， 使用頻率滿高的，住在旁邊的房間不曉得隔音效果是否OK。

公寓式住宿櫃檯幾乎沒有服務人員，若有疑問都要前往旁邊飯店的櫃檯，如果想要使用飯店的設施，包含早餐、接駁服務、桑拿都需另外付費。

酒店位置很安静，周围景色不错👍

预订的顶层440房间，但酒店出了点小问题，没有成功入驻。酒店人员给换成了340房间，房间整体也不错。
