The view of the Matterhorn was beautiful. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful.

The rooms are a little outdated.

The service is very good. Their new room is very cosy and stylish. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. And the last, the view worth the money paid. We could enjoy Matterhorn just from the balcony.

May a door or cover at the shower place with prevent the whole shower from getting wet.

觀景位置極佳，陽台可直接看到馬特洪峰，服務人員親切且服務周到，早餐很棒。

離策馬特火車站有一段距離，且飯店沒有提供旅客接駁服務，由火車站前往的話要注意路線。

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding and they had a little bar on site if you wanted a drink in the evening. The view of the Matterhorn was stunning!!

My room wasn't that clean. There were two dirty glasses in the bathroom and the carpet seemed like it needed a cleaning

It was very nice, comfortable & clean. They staff was wonderful. Lovely breakfast with a view of the mountain.

It was a bit of a hike from the train station. I would recommend getting a taxi to get there, especially with luggage. It was doable, but the day we’re there it was hot & it’s mostly uphill.

Staff was very sweet. Sauna was awesome and never crowded. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was some of the best I had in town. A little bit of a walk from the train station but still reasonable.

The best view of Matterhorn , cosy and comfortable room , great breakfast and easy access to the city center via the local bus ( which is free since you pay the local tax when you checkin). Alpina has all that you r looking for .

Surprisingly, the room that was advertised as having a Matterhorn view actually had an awesome Matterhorn view. The breakfast buffet was good and had everything that we wanted.

The room decor was dated (probably 40 years old) and there was a surprising lack of power outlets. The room had only 1 open outlet on one side of the bed, plus more in the bathroom. The shower was cumbersome to get into and out of. We got a room on the 5th floor, which had no direct elevator access (tiny elevator to 4th floor, then hauling up suitcases via a staircase to the 5th floor).

While clean, it's a bit past its prime. It's also a fair bit of walk from the station.

The view from the balcony was just amazing. The place has an old world charm and has most of the amenities one might need. Breakfast was nice. Do book a room with 'Matterhorn view from Balcony'

The place is a little run down but not a big issue. Can be a bit of a walk from the station but the Matterhorn view makes up for it.

Das Hotel mit einem vom Zimmer aus hervorragenden Blick auf das Matterhorn liegt nur ca. 80 Meter entfernt von der Talstation der Seilbahn. Es ist nicht das neuste Hotel - besitzt aber sehr viel Charme.

L emplacement un peu en dehors de l agitation du centre Le buffet de petit déjeuner était super, ainsi que le vue sur le Cervin. Personnel très sympathique

Nous avons adoré profiter du spa après notre randonnée. Nous avions même la chance d’y être seul !

Charming! Helpful, friendly staff. Incomparable views of the Matterhorn - very close to lift and busses to town (short walk, actually) and just a few steps to the wonderful gondolas to mountain viewing platform. Great Italian restaurant across way.

Everything was perfect for us!

Beautiful spot just on the outside the town, but super close to the gondola to go for hikes. Hotel has beautiful views and the rooms were very comfy. The wellness centre was the ultimate surprise and best part! The staff could not have been more helpful as well. Another bonus was the breakfast that was included. Great selection and phenomenal seating area.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, am Ende des Dorfes, sehr ruhig und mit bestem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr frisch und sehr grosse Auswahl.

Die Lage war top.

Wenig. Eingangsbereich und Frühstücksraum waren okay. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Personal nett.

Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Kastentüren liessen sich nicht richtig schliessen, Fenster hatte keine Kurbel für den Rollladen, somit konnte man nicht abdunkeln in der Nacht. Einzig die Balkontüre hatte einen Rollladen der funktionierte. Vorhänge waren ebenfalls keine Nachtvorhänge, Teppich im Zimmer uralt. Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Lift ohne Alarmsystem….

Hotel ligt vlakbij lift naar Schwarzsee etc. We genoten ook nog van de ligstoelen in zonnige terras met uitzicht op de Matterhorn. Ketel om water te koken en thee te zetten op kamer.

Central view of the Matterhorn and nice spa that allowed for relaxation. Very nice breakfast too. The location was perfect for us as we were using the gondolas to go up to Furi and Schwarzsee with our bikes.

Was missing a bike room for our bikes overnight, but the staff said they'd be safe locked up outside overnight.

The new room was lovely with exceptional Views. The breakfast was great and the facilities were very good. The wellness room had a great variety of ways to relax at the end of the day.

New room was fantastic. However you may need to add a shower screen on the front of the shower as a lot of water splashed out and made the bathroom floor very wet. Didn’t bother us but just something we noticed!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja względem kolejki na Kleine Matternhorn. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa obsługa. Duży czysty i wygodny pokój z dość dużą łazienką. Cicha i spokojna okolica. W pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. W części ogólnodostępnej znajduje się mikrofalówka. Piękny widok z okna na Matternhorn (304).

Zimmer Suite mit Matterhornblick war sensationel. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war lecker, vielseitig und mit Matterhornblick.

Zimmer mit Teppich, Flecken überall und leicht muffig. Badewanne niedrig (wegen Dachschräge) und kein Vorhang.

The room we were in had just been renovated and it was a perfect blend of modern and rustic. The views of the matterhorn were genuinly exceptional. Quite a few other hotels had views with cranes in the way and blocking the view. The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was well situated and given how beautiful the room was and how good the views were it felt like good value.

We had a beautiful view on the Matternhorn. The hotel is a bit old fashioned, but comfortable and well equipped. It is just few meters walk from the Valley Station to Glacier Paradise cabin lift. It has also easy access by bus to Zermatt Central station.

Although there was a kettle in the room but could not plug in to elektricity as it was not fit to Swiss plug-in. It is strange that a swiss hotel provides equipment with non Swiss comply elektricity plug.

The location is amazing, view of the Matterhorn on our balcony, an easy stroll into town, and right next to the gondola. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is quite dated, rooms haven’t been refurbished in at least a decade, the spa had a bit of a smell, and the staff was often absent and seemed to take things for granted.

Die Mitarbeiterin beim Checkin war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig - es fehlte nichts.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Reinvestition würde helfen.

The location was perfect. The view from our patio was awesome. Great breakfast. Awesome staff.

The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. There was a wood shelf, even with the mattress, where a headboard should’ve been. There was no way to keep the pillows from ending up on the shelf. we had a board in the back of our heads all night. The ceiling was also very low. we both hit our heads several times.

Great breakfast, excellent location - just 2 mins walk to the Matterhorn Express. Also staff is so friendly and always ready to help. Very good experience! I'll definitely come back once in Zermatt.

打開窗就能看見馬特洪峰，入住兩晚都成功看到日出，日照金山非常美麗，早餐也很美味，旁邊有一個纜車站（步行一分鐘），遊覽Gornergrat後，步行到Riffelberg可以乘纜車回到酒店，非常方便

設備老舊，地毯有味道，需要開窗通風，距離車站有一大段距離，步行最少15分鐘

Lage in der 1.Reihe zum Matterhorn. Junges, bemühtes Personal.

Unterschied zwischen Inserat und Wirklichkeit. Es ist vielleicht das abgewrackteste Hotel von Zermatt. Wegen der außergewöhnlichen Lage ist das unverständlich. Balkongeländer morsch, sichtbare Wasserschäden im Haus, unhygienische alte Auslegware. Ungepflegter Gesamteindruck. Nicht exemplarisch für die Schweiz.
