The breakfast was poor. Part buffet, part fixed meal, neither was to a great standard. Some milk in the minibar would be nice. The gym should operate 06:00 - 22:30. The rooftop is essentially a car park with a couple of unmaintained picnic benches. Not suitable to sit outside on.

It was a first-time our visit at Seoul .We were so happy to make reservations in hotel 28 Myeongdong.It exceeded all our expectations. Room facilities, cleen service and especially stuff advice in any points.Our profound gratitude to concierge Matthew,with a tireless desire in unpredictability situations of all traffic blocks,help us not miss our train.Grade hotel!Grade stuff!Grade service.

ES un hotel moderno, con un servicio muy bueno y amable por parte de todo el personal del hotel, las habitaciones son grandes, la cama muy cómoda y el desayuno muy completo y bueno. Buena calidad de productos

Si hay algo que no nos gustó fue el ruido de la calle, a pesar de que se supone que no se puede hacer ruido a partir de las 22h habia ruido de la calle. El hotel muy amablemente nos dijo que se lo dijéramos para que avisaran a la policía.

部屋が綺麗で立地的に明洞の街を散策したあと気軽に帰って来れる点。屋台が夜は近くにたくさん出るので、夜遅くまで楽しめる。

景観は街中なので、そこまで良くは無かったです。

Perfect location, right next to famous Myeongdong night market. The staff were great and attentive. The breakfast was good with some dishes that can be ordered. The amenities were all same as advertised. The washine machine and dryer within the premise was a bonus. Walking distance to subway and bus stops. Overall, it was a fantastic property in terms of location, food, service and staff.

Interior is tad too dark. Room is cozy but small, will be squeezy if more than 2 pax.

La amplitud de la habituación, la limpieza, el detalle de las cervezas, colas y aguas cada día, las esponjas para la ducha de usar y tirar, la ubicación inmejorable a 1 minuto del mercado nocturno, y el personal un 10.

Nada, pero por poner una pega, nos sorprendió que las cuchillas de afeitar y los cepillos de dientes sean amenities de pago, pocos wuanes, pero no ne había pasado núnca.

Location of this hotel is unbeatable for sightseeing and shopping as well as eating and socialising. In the heart of of quarter Myongdong it is an oasis for relaxation and rest. Breakfast had just enough of with traditional Korean and modern western breakfast. The staff prepared us beautiful boxes instead of breakfast in hotel when we had to go on a trip early! Toilet is also very high tech with lots of functions for washing private parts ;) There is a fridge that is filled every day with drinks. Would come again if I ever manage to aford it again!

It would be nice to have some soft drinks other than Coca Cola and Water. I would like that breakfast lasts some half an hour longer to enjoy both in seeping and breakfasts! Bit even without all that I loved to stay in this comfortable place!

It was a cinema theatre themed, though it was very interesting, it was always dark inside, but not much to complain I would say

Really nice hotel. The location is great, there are lots of nice touches (a free mini bar). Excellent pressure in the shower, nice fluffy towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's also a café right next to the concierge with amazing cakes and good coffee.

Location, cleanliness, there was a bath , very clean , staff were friendly. Specially the French concierge. Also the discount vouchers that they gave us were very useful.

The breakfast said 7-10 but it was 7-9.30 ( last order was at 9.30. They had the same breakfast menue everyday. Outside cafes open around 10-10.30 am. We stay at the hotel for 12-14 days having the same breakfast every day was not good.

My experience at Hotel28 was very positive. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent service and was very satisfied with the room. I stayed with my daughter and we were both really happy with the way we were welcomed. Wonderful staff, so happy and accommodating. Nice surprise that the mini bar was free and restocked every day with water and beer. The location was also very good, right in the center of things. Overall, I had a great stay and felt very comfortable throughout. I would certainly consider staying there again if I ever come back to S-Korea, and I recommend Hotel28 to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located option with exceptional service.

L’hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement. L’ensemble du personnel a été accueillant, sympathique et chaleureux, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins (déplacements, restos, etc.). Les petits déjeuners sont qualitatifs, et nous avons d’ailleurs eu un super petit déjeuner à emporter le jour de notre départ très matinal (une boite très bien confectionnée et délicieuse, merci 🙏).

Hotel particolarmente curato ed affascinante che si trova proprio nell'area della movida di Myeondong. La posizione risulta strategica per visitare il quartiere ma anche per raggiungere tutte le altre destinazioni di interessa nella città. Per una prima visita a Seul trovo sia la soluzione ideale. L'intera struttura e le camere sono particolarmente curate ed affascinanti.

Está justo en la calle del centro de Myeongdong, tiene parking en la ultima planta que accedes directamente con el coche en el ascensor, y en la misma planta una zona con lavadoras. La habitación espaciosa super cómoda y con todo tipo de detalles.El desayuno está muy correcto

Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Uns hat es so gut dort gefallen, die Lage ist perfekt, die Mitarbeiter unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen dort ist ebenfalls super. Das Zimmer war toll aufgeteilt und man hatte sehr viel Platz. Ausstattung top, Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Das Bett war so gemütlich, die Matratze nicht zu weich. Wollen definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder kommen 😍

Alles war perfekt.

У отеля отличная локация, все рядом, отель очень чистый и уютный, клиентам отеля 15% скидка в трех ресторанах которые рядом с отелем, персонал вежливый и улыбчивый! И вообще Корея очень понравилась нам!

立地がとにかく便利。明洞の大通りにすぐ出れて、周辺にはカフェ、お土産屋さん、コンビニなんでもある。買い物途中に一旦ホテルに戻ったりできるのが、とても良かった。 スタッフがみんなが笑顔で丁寧。 部屋が綺麗で電気系統なども使い勝手が良い。

若干値段が高めなところぐらいですが、それ以上のクオリティと思えます。

Staff were very courteous and friendly! Can't ask for a better location than this. Wasn't noisy and walking distance to everything. Superb for people who shop and eat. Daily complimentary mini bar was unexpected but incredibly well received 😄 Room was impeccably clean too.

Room size was a little small, perhaps a common thing in Seoul. We need rooms with natural light, therefore had to pay extra for rooms with windows.

Es la segunda vez que estamos en este hotel y nos han dado una habitación con vistas a un muro… si llego a estar en esta habitación la primera vez, os aseguro que no repetimos. La limpieza esta vez la vimos un poco deficiente, había pelos en todos los lados.

The staff is so kind and helpful. We started our trip here and had a couple of days at the end of the trip and decided tor return to this hotel because we enjoyed it so much. The location is awesome! Smack in the lively streets of Myeongdong near tons of cafes and restaurants. A minute or two walk from subways and central to Seoul's many many areas to explore. The free mini-bar elements and discounts on other businesses in the building (including Din Tai Fung) were also deeply appreciated.

Nothing. We could have taken advantage of the free accessories the hotel offers to make the bed softer but my bed mate was not a soft bed person.

Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel28 Myeongdong. Central location within walking distance to more than one subway line, plenty of restaurants and best of all the food carts at the evening street market. Staff were amazing, extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the discounts on nearby shops, restaurants and spa for hotel guests. Official 3-star hotel rating but it feels like 4-star on the brink of 5-star hotel. I have stayed in 5-star hotels who offer much less than this hotel does. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Seoul.

De toda minha experiência em Seul, sem dúvidas, ficou melhor ainda com a escolha desse hotel. Espaçoso, tinha uma escova Dyson à disposição, fora a Limpeza e organização

The staff is so nice and helpful, location is great and convenient. It has a really good breakfast, the rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The location was very central and the staff was so helpful.

The shower water kept coming out and running in the floor. Perhaps thinking if a way to stop or fix the shower doors would help.

Loved how modern and clean the room was. Had a Dyson hair dryer and monitor by the bed to control the rooms functions. Staff were very accomodating. Concierge staff helped me with directions and taxi’s each morning without hesitation. Staff at reception happily heated up my food (dietary restrictions) in their microwave and made me feel comfortable.

In een woord: geweldig! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en de locatie is perfect. Alles in de buurt; winkels, taxi plekken, restaurants (ook een prima restaurant in het hotel), etc. Er is ook echt een heerlijke geur. Het hoofdonderwerp van het hotel is films. Je ziet leuke onderdelen in de filmwereld. Na het uitchecken probeerde we een taxi te krijgen. Dit lukte niet en we moesten een trein halen. Gezien ik een lichamelijk beperking heb heeft het personeel tot de laatste minuut ons geholpen om in een taxi te komen om onze trein op tijd te halen. Ze hadden ons zelfs naar de grote weg gebracht met al onze koffers. Wij zouden zeker nogmaals terug willen komen!

Wij hebben dit hotel toevallig kunnen boeken met een extra goede korting. Nu willen we heel graag terug, maar de prijs is toch wel bovemgemiddeld; wat het zeker wel waard was, laten we dat duidelijk hebben!

The breakfast was good, but we arrived around 9:30 a.m. and asked at the entrance if there was still enough time to eat. We were told that breakfast was served until 10:00 a.m. and that we could still order, so we went ahead. Unfortunately, at exactly 10:00 a.m., a waiter came to our table, took away my cutlery and plate; even though I was still eating and had only just buttered my bread roll, and informed us that breakfast was over. I just managed to hold on to my coffee before it disappeared as well! It felt a bit unnecessary and left a poor impression. That said, this seemed to be the exception rather than the rule, as the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We had booked a room with a window, but our view was simply the brick wall of the building next door. As someone who really values a nice view, this was disappointing. I could have requested a different room, but after arriving late following a 14-hour flight, I didn't feel it was worth the hassle. Had I known in advance, I would have happily paid for an upgrade to a room with a view of Seoul and the morning sky.
