Be aware that reception hours are quite short (until 4pm) so if arriving after this, you have to checkin online, including your passport. We are conservative and so didn’t really like this, the staff are helpful, but it still is online checkin after reception hours.

A stunning location by the Forza Castle within easy reach of bars, restaurants, the Duomo and the Brera area. The access is simple and the staff always helpful. It's a beautiful little boutique place to stay if you are happy to not have any in house bar/cafe or restaurant.

The residents of the apartment above were a little noisy at times, but that was mainly dur to the creakiness of the beautiful parquet flooring. The rooms would also benefit from a blackout blind in addition the to the curtains.

I lovedddddd how big the room and bathroom were. The amenities provided were amazing and they further provided multiple free drinks and snacks for my stay. The lady at reception was so lovely and accomodating. Even though it was next to a tram line it was still relatively quiet which was great

It was lowkey hard to find based on their guide of where the hotel was. The elevator was quiet run down and you had to manually close the door or it would not move off from where it started.

Great hotel in amazing location

Castello House location, excellent. Easy walk to the historic old city and looks out to the castle. Super clean, comfortable. Very quiet. I like that our room had two chairs.

The check-in process can be a bit confusing, but the manager was there when we arrived. I am picky about pillows, and I found them hard. However, they were fine for my husband. A little more room in the bathroom for personal items would have been nice.

Tolle Ausstattung. Tolle Lage. Mir wurde bei allen Anliegen schnell geholfen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Castello Guest House. L’emplacement est excellent, idéal pour découvrir Milan à pied, et le personnel est particulièrement gentil et accueillant. La chambre était très propre et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions offertes. Un vrai plus.

Les seuls petits points à améliorer seraient le confort du matelas et des oreillers, ainsi qu’un tarif que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé par rapport à la prestation globale. Malgré cela, une très bonne adresse à Milan, principalement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et la qualité de l’accueil.

The bedroom and bathroom are both big and very comfortable. It was easy to get to from Milano Centrale and conveniently close to Linate. I only stayed one evening but I was warmly welcomed by staff and it was easy to access the facility with the codes.

When I booked it said there was a view of the castle. I did not have this view and could only see trees as I was on the first floor. So that was a bit disappointing. There was a mosquito in my room while I was sleeping I could hear it buzzing around so I didn't get much sleep. There were no gluten free snacks available. It was a little noisy from the floor above.

Everything was great, but I didn’t see any staff! No one there for 10:30am checkout as well. When I arrived there 5pm, no one was there. Their text worked, some made me let me think what/how to do? At least they must be there 9am-12pm or so. No one welcome or thanks to us in person could interpret; There is no warm welcome to any guests! It’s Airbnb guest house wsy of welcome. They are asking me to pay city tax after I left, I remember that they wrote me about it, but noone was there and no instruction while I was staying there regarding this matter.

Firstly, we appreciated the greeting on arrival. We would send extremely impressed with the cleanliness of our room and facilities as this is very important to us. The Location was absolutely perfect. The generosity of having some cool beverages in the fridge and little snacks on the side were also very thoughtful.

Nice clean room with a good bath and a comfortable bed.

There was no staff when we arrived (11:00 pm). Without adequate light, it took several tries to unlock the street entrance door. The next door was also somewhat challenging. On exiting the elevator, I was surprised to find 3 doors to various enterprises, with one marked for the Guest House. On entering the Guest House, we found no instructions as to which room was ours. So, we tried 10 doors until one opened with our code. The room was clean, with nice accommodations. However, the room was very warm. The thermostat had no obvious controls or instructions. Eventually, we found the thermostat serial number and downloaded the directions for setting the temp. These hassles made for an even later night after a long day traveling. Eventually, we slept well and comfortably. The signage emphasized "Privacy," making me wonder what guests required their comings and goings to be kept confidential.

The property was very well located and the instructions were very good. I will mention that the code allows you entry to the guesthouse and after that, the room entry. The room was clean, the staff kindly allowed early entry and we were close to the metro. Location allowed walking to many of the main tourist areas and close to food options. When in Milan - we will make this guesthouse our choice of stay.

מיקום החדר היה פשוט מושלם. מול המצודה המרכזית של מילאנו. 10 דקות הליכה מהדואומו. סמוך למטרו. מיקום מושלם. ניקיון החדר, כולל המקלחת והשירותים, היה מושלם. המקלחת מצוינת. למרות שהמדובר בחדר בקומה של חדרים דומים (ולא במלון שיגרתי), כל פנייה אל הצוות בטלפון או בווטסאפ נענתה מיד. הקוד שנמסר לנו לפתיחת דלתות הבניין, הקומה והחדר פעל מצוין ללא תקלות, כך שלא היינו צריכים עזרה.

1. צריך להתרגל לרעיון שבאים לחדר ולא למלון. 2. לוקח קצת זמן (כמה דקות) למצוא את הכניסה של הבניין כשבאים בפעם הראשונה. 3. החדר לא גדול וצריך להיות מוכנים לכך. הוא מתאים לשהייה של ימים בודדים ולא לתקופה ארוכה.

Based in a grand house next to Castello Sforzesco, the rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. High ceiling, spacious room and modern bathroom with shower all maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The rooms are on the first floor accessed by a quaint old lift from a different era! The staff are unobtrusive but easily contactable and ready to help in any way. The location is perfect for exploring Milano - directly opposite Castello Sforzesco, less than 5 minutes to the nearest metro and tram stops, 10 minutes to the heart of Brera and a casual 20 minute stroll down Via Dante to the Duomo.

Nothing - we had a fantastic few days in Milano. You need a the door code to enter through the large outside door, then into the Guest House and again finally into the room but you very quickly get used to it.

Me and my mom stayed for three nights and it was such a nice hotel/ apartment. The staff were so kind and helpful and the apartment was very nice. Very clean and quite modern. Also very nice location close to everything.

It was right on a canal with easy access to everything around San Marco Square. The building itself was classic! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Vanessa greeted us and was extremely helpful and a joy to see every day.
