温泉もお部屋も最高だった 5人で宿泊したが、恐らく8人部屋に案内され最高すぎた

老舗のホテルという感じ お食事は見た目も味もとても良かった お部屋も広くて快適に過ごせた。 お風呂も綺麗でお湯もよく、３箇所を回って入る楽しみもあった。

部屋にポットにお湯が沸いていて、売店で販売してるお菓子もあり、急須や湯呑み、お茶筒まであるのに、茶葉がなくお茶が飲めなかったのは残念でした。

朝、お風呂に行く時スタッフさん達何人かと行き合いましたが、おはようございます！と挨拶があるともっと良いのに、と思いました。

施設の歴史に裏付けられた接客、配慮、清潔感、満足感に加えて、泉質が過去一レベルで、是非また訪れたいと思わせる素晴らしさです。

Conveniently located near the train station, and with free car parking. We stayed at the Japanese-style room with tatami floors and futons to sleep, and it was huge and comfortable. It has a nice windowed seating area with mountain views. The hotel is divided in 3 large interconnected buildings, each with its own distinct public bath, which for us was the best part of the experience. We didn't even touch the shower in our room! Be sure to check the cleaning schedule of the baths in advance. The Japanese style breakfast buffet is spectacular. Delicious, plenty of options, great way to start the day. We didn't try the hotel restaurants for lunch or dinner.

Only thing I didn't like was, when checking out at 11:00, I asked them to store our luggage, so we could spend some time exploring the town before leaving to our next destination, and they only offered to keep it until 12:00. That was weird and a bit of a letdown.

המלון מאוד גדול ומרשים ועושה רושם שבעבר היה מאוד יוקרתי , אך היום החדרים קצת יותר מיושנים. ישנו בחדר יפני, היה באגף הזה ריח של ישן. עם זאת הנוף היה מדהים והחדר היה חוויה יפנית נעימה

The hotel is near to the train station, but the hotel still provided us with shuttle bus to and fro the Gero train station. The room is big with nice views. Included was the Kaiseki dinner with Hida beef and breakfast buffet. There are 3 onsen to choose, so I tried all 3.

ロケーション、ベットの寝心地、部屋からの景観、朝食は量質ともに良い。

全体的に施設が古く、大浴場など特に古さを感じた、夕食は量は充分ではあったがクオリティはそれほど良くない。

아침식사가 아주 맛있었어요! 온천도 넓고 온천수도 좋아서 여유롭게 잘 즐겼습니다. 주변에 맥주를 간단하게 마실 수 있는 식당들도 많아서, 들르시면 숙소 주변도 돌아보시면 더 만족하면서 지내실 수 있을 것 같아요~

방 화장실이 살짝 좁았던 게 아쉬웠는데, 예약한 방이 작은 사이즈였어서 만족합니다. 다만 오래된 방이라 그런지, 방에 밴 담배 냄새가 잘 빠지지 않았던 점이 아쉬웠던 것 같아요.. 말고는 잠자리, 방 컨디션 모두 좋았습니다!

Excellent stay at Suimeikan. We were wowed and felt like royalty when we were greeted at the entrance on arrival by a lineup of staff and when we departed from the hotel after 1N stay. The personalised concierge on arrival to explain the 3 buildings, different Onsen, the place for dinner and breakfast, and escorting us to the right building was a nice added touch. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable futons, and we enjoyed the complimentary Japanese snacks and tea while overlooking the calming view of the fish pond from the window. The Japanese dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we enjoyed the experience at the various Onsen as well. All the staff we interacted with from front desk, concierge, and dining hall were friendly, professional and polite. Thank you for Suimeikan’s attentiveness to details. We left with happy memories.

とても清潔で空調もよく快適に過ごせました

女性2名での宿泊でしたが、浴衣が男女一着ずつ分のが置いてあり、またバスタオルを部屋から持っていくのかどうか、もう少し最初に説明が欲しかった。 朝食中に布団がしまわれていてびっくりした。こういうパターンは初めてだったので。

ホテルには本当にがっかりしました。210号室に通されたのですが、部屋の入り口から改装工事が始まっていました。エアコンの効きも悪く、朝食も観光客向けとは到底言えません。妻と娘はグルテンアレルギーなので、朝食にオムレツをお願いしたのですが、断られてしまいました。要するに、がっかりです😏

The property is beautiful and filled with art. The Onsen baths are great.

The Japanese meals served in the in the main dining room were pretty bad. The food was beautiful to look at but they lacked flavor , or sometimes just tasted bad. The Hida beef was tasty, but only a tiny amount was served. The food was very disappointing.

服務十分完美、優秀，溫泉很棒。自有品牌的果汁超美味，非常值得品嚐。早餐很好吃。

泉質はとても良かったです。 トロトロのお湯で肌がスベスベになります。 スタッフの方々親切丁寧でした。

山水閣へ宿泊しましたがやはり古さが気になるところです。壁が剥がれたり、気になるところが多々見受けられました。安い金額ではなかったので、そこが残念でした。 次回はグレードの高い部屋を選択して宿泊したいと思いました。

老舗旅館だと再認識しました。お部屋もとても綺麗で、お風呂も大満足でした。

敷地が広く、駐車場所が遠かった。行きは送迎車があり良かったが帰りはなかった。帰りの方が荷物が多いため、送迎車が欲しかった。

Un sitio maravilloso para vivir la experiencia de un Ryokan, está un poquito antiguo pero eso también le da su esencia. Cogimos media pensión y disfrutamos de su cena. La experiencia de dormir en tatami también tuvo su gracia.

Había mucha gente en el desayuno a pesar de tener turnos. Nada de otro mundo pero nos llamó la atención siendo un sitio tan tranquilo.

Onsens. Hot spring water was good quality, high quality, especially the public bath on 1st floor, with outdoor onsen. Big room, though old, was well maintained.

Some staff attitude. But could be too crowded as we were there on a sat and hotel was full. Tour groups and many tourists.

Firstly, the staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel as though you were truly on holiday from the moment you arrived.

夕食込みの宿泊でしたが、期待しすぎたのか？食事はイマイチでした。あまり美味しく無かったです。受付のスタッフにチェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらう事や部屋に座椅子が欲しいとお願いした時の態度がイマイチ怠そうに内線電話で伝えてたので印象が悪かったです。

ロケーションやスタッフの対応の良さ。 温泉も朝食も文句なし。

しいて言えば場所によってトイレが和式しかなかった点だが（大半は洋式だったので）不便を感じる程ではなかった。

Los onsen de aguas termales son maravillosos, la atención impecable, con personal de habla inglesa. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Habitaciones grandes, espaciosas y que cubren todo tipo de necesidades.

每一個角落都有藝術，非常細膩。溫泉沒有話說，泉質很好，不管你住哪一棟，最佳的就是臨川閣的溫泉，一定要去。

Wifi竟然不是全館都通？這點有點兒難以想像。早餐太過擁擠，品項雖然很多，但是口味略嫌普通。

It was a very nice and well-maintained hotel, and the overall atmosphere felt very calming and relaxing throughout our stay. We used both the onsen at the Hisen building and the open-air bath onsen at the Sansui building, and both were incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. A feature we really appreciated was that the hotel allowed guests to check the crowd level of the onsen directly from the room and at the lift lobby, making it easier to visit during quieter timings. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They remembered our special request that one of our companions could not eat beef, and thoughtfully provided pork instead, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also very conveniently located, only about a 2-minute walk from Gero Station. The cake at the café was surprisingly delicious, and dinner was enjoyable as well. Breakfast was buffet style, but it felt slightly underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience. Some of the dishes, such as the pasta, curry, and miso soup, could have been served warmer, especially for breakfast. Overall, it was still a very comfortable and memorable stay with excellent onsen facilities, thoughtful service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

There was also an unfortunate incident during breakfast where a staff member accidentally dropped a glass containing leftover milk, and the milk splashed onto me, though thankfully the glass shards themselves did not hit me. Luckily, I was wearing the hotel yukata, so my clothes did not get dirty. While one staff member quickly cleaned up the floor, the supervisor was mainly standing nearby directing the staff on where to clean. I felt the supervisor could have first apologized and immediately checked whether I or the nearby customers were okay or injured before directing the staff to clean the floor, instead of only asking after I had already stood up to allow the cleanup.

les chambres étaient assez confortables et suffisamment grandes pour 4 personnes. pas mal de services proposés par l'hôtel comme un karaoke, des bars et restaurant, etc... mais ils deviennent assez onéreux.

bain pas accessible pour les personnes tatouer, ils ont du utiliser les bains privé mais ils sont petits et ça glisse.

Nära tågstationen. Tre olika badanläggningar vilket var trevligt, inklusive kallbad och bastu. Väldigt hjälpsam personal vid incheckningen.

Det är lite slitet och bedagat. Mycket folk vid frukosten så det blev lite rörigt. Själva staden Gero kan man egentligen hoppa över helt.

셔틀버스가 있다. 방이 넓다. 대욕장이 여러군데라 재미 있다. 조식이 맛있다. 단지 조식시간에 단체여행객이 많아 같은 시간에 몰리는 경우가 있다.

Alles, behalve de Panorama onsen (aan een update toe) overige twee waren prima. Heerlijk ouwbollig verblijf, heel ontspannend en goede kwaliteit eten!

Excellent location — just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Main Station. The room facilities were great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious.

The buffet breakfast, featuring a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, was excellent in both variety and quality.

施設は最高でしたが 街の土産店を含め早く 終わるのが、残念でした。 以前（25年前位）はもっと 街がにぎわっていた感じに思いました。

搭JR抵達後，有飯店派中型巴士載房客（無預約）；訂房時飯店有詢問是否有特殊飲食習慣，因此有告知不吃肉與生食，飯店就做了晚餐的調整，非常感謝；早餐是自助式，菜色豐富好吃；此次訂雙床房有榻榻米，房間很大也舒適

Schönes Hotel , Lage sehr gut. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig von allem etwas.

Der Badebereich im 9 Stock sehr veraltet, aber es gibt Alternativen in den anderen Bereichen des Hauses.
