Reviewed Aug 31, 2026很乾淨，有捷運接駁車，溫泉品質很棒，皮膚變好好，CP值好。附近很安靜沒有車聲。
門口停好車要爬坡，練腿力，附近沒有吃的，也沒有超商，都要在捷運站附近才有，還好接駁車時段內隨叫隨到。

早餐--因為空間很小及座位很少,還有其他的住宿人(鳳凰閣...)來用餐,結果要排隊,加上用餐時間很短,雖然早餐菜色已經夠少了,吃起來又沒東西吃,又很趕...早知道就不要吃,去新北投捷運站附近吃就好.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026We loved the inroom onsen bath tub and the spacious bedroom. It was perfect for family vacation. While the hotel is a short walk from Xinbeitou station, they provided free shuttle bus to and from the station to the hotel. If not, we either walked or took a Uber (85-100NDT). Breakfast was excellent, though slightly too much for us but I like that the staff were very thoughtful.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Het hotel is heel rustig gelegen en de kamers zijn ruim, schoon en goed verzorgd. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor mooie belevenissen in de natuur. En een verfrissende douche of bad met water uit de hot-springs deed ons goed. De winkels, restaurantjes en bushaltes zijn dichtbij.

房間整潔度ok,但未入住房間前,對房門為全開狀態感到意外.＆被牆上莫名冒出的高腳蜘蛛.(趕出房門還從門縫爬回)一晚驚嚇了三次...睡不安心..😮💨

可惜沒有電梯（但是工作人員可以幫忙拿行李到房間，很讚！） 房間榻榻米區域的坐墊如果厚一點會更好坐～

早餐是超低成本製作. 每人限一碗粥,一個饅頭,還要是專人負責, 旅客不能自取. 10種配粥小菜, 素菜為主. 肉類只有2種: 碎肉或是碎雞肉, 都是混合疏菜式烹調, 裡面加入金針或菜圃. 飲品只有茶, 水, 咖啡. 而用在斟咖啡紙杯, 還要比平常少. 更甚是每次沖咖啡,份量只有紙杯的一半. 住房在樓上, 都是爬樓梯, 沒有電梯. 不適合帶行李箱又或腿部不方便嘅旅客及老人家. 旅館位置偏高, 附近沒有商店,便利店. 房內只有水存在冰箱裡. 所以最好先自行在市內購買好所需物品才好到旅館.

無料のシャトルサービスがあるが 16時に新北投駅の所定の場所に迎えに来てくれると約束したのに 来てくれなかった 待ってますとメッセージしたら 45分遅れてシャトル車（バン）が来た 謝罪 一切 無し 悲しい 約束したのに 昼頃、心北投駅からホテルに荷物だけは運んでくれたので助かった ホテル周辺に飲食店が無い 部屋が暗いジメジメしている ゴキブリが出た 日本の部屋風呂とは全く違う トイレと狭い浴槽が洗面所の中にあるのでちょっとどうかな でも値段を考えればコ・ス・パは良い 宿泊はせず台北駅から日帰りにすれば良かった 後悔 新北投駅から皇池♨️温泉にバスですぐに行けるのは良い

Nothing. But this stay is only suitable for elderly who are still physically fit. Even though there is a free shutter, it is recommended to walk to the area. You will feel more appreciated in the environment provided there. Real Get away to relax your mind and body.

設備老舊，溫泉水的水龍頭銹穿了，洗手台的水龍頭轉動把手，結果底座跟著轉動。 隔音效果不佳，在和室可以聽到走廊上及隔壁房客的聲音；在浴室會聽到隔壁房客聊天的聲音。
