Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Very good hotel, central location, very clean, not far from the beach , 10-15 minutes on foot to the beach. Nice breakfast.
A bit too long wait for the lifts , but probably its because of high season, and very crowded area around as the hotel is located in the middle of the busiest Central street. Also, it would be better to prolong breakfast time at least until 11:00 or 11:30, especially in the summer season!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The views from the balcony were very good. We could see parts of the beach and had a great view of Benidorm rock.
The room was small and we did not realise when we booked that all the beds would be in the same room. This meant that the children (some teens) and the adults had no privacy at all. It was my husbands birthday the second day and the fact there were 4 people all crammed into a little room was a major let down. The breakfast was also poor, the selection of meats were basic and are not English. I understand its a hotel in Spain but I imagine they get a lot of British guests. It would have been nice to have a choice of English/Irish bacon and sausages.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Na minha experiência no hotel madeira!
