Por la noche se fue la luz de la calle ( eso no es culpa del alojamiento ) pero al dejar de funcionar el ventilador no se podía estar dentro de la habitación del calor que hacía El agua de la ducha se sale La habitación y el baño son pequeños

とにかく宿のご主人が親切で、何をすれば私達が快適に過ごせるか、常に気を配ってくれていたのが本当にありがたかった。 あとFortに入ってすぐの場所に宿があるので、城壁を出てゴール駅周辺のスーパーや食堂に買い出しに行く時に非常に便利なロケーションでした。 今回はスリランカ周遊旅行で2泊のみと慌しかったけど、今度ゴールにまた行く機会があったら、のんびり一週間ぐらい滞在してみたいです。

ティッシュなどがあると、ありがたかったかも。

Family is friendly and kind. Room and bed comfortable, with private patio/seating area. Great location, easy to walk around Galle Fort. Rooms are one floor up and they helped us with our bags. Good value stay.

Water sometimes spills out from shower to the floor, aircon not very cold during the day.

The room had all facilities needed for short stays. I spent a night at this guest house and relaxed well. The host was friendly and welcoming. The room I stayed in didn't get too hot at night. I just used the ceiling fan, without keeping the AC on at night.

1. As other guests have noticed, the AC is noisy. But the ceiling fan is powerful enough: you can then turn off the AC. 2. It would be helpful to place a sign at the entrance of the building. 3. The room I stayed in had no access to outside views, although it has a “balcony".

Very nice and clean rooms in a house located directly in Galle Fort. Many restaurants very close to the accommodation. Kind and helpful hosts. Definitely recommend!

Location was great. Family were welcoming and were quick to help us with any questions. Room was small but clean. Bed was comfy.

Nice homestay. Very clean, comfortable bed, with mosquito net. Air conditioning worked well. Good host, who provided us with water in the room every day, lent us an umbrella, and allowed us to leave our luggage.

The only downside was not being provided with breakfast

The location is ideal, within walking distance of everything and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hosts have a beautiful family, are friendly and welcoming.

The room is a bit small so I was glad I booked a twin for a single person so I could use the second bed to unpack things.

Super great location inside the fort, exceptionally clean room and hosts were kind and even let me keep luggage there after check out.

The first floor is more of the host's house so there isn't much space to hang out outside of the rooms which are upstairs.

Perfect location & very friendly hosts. They were so good about allowing us to leave our luggage there for most of the day after we had checked out.

Mukava pieni majatalo Gallen linnoituksen sisällä. Rauhallinen sijainti. Huone oli melko pieni, mutta oikein siisti ja mukava. Kiva että huoneessa oli jääkaappi, vedenkeitin ja hiustenkuivain. Sänky oli mukava, hyvät tyynyt. Omistajat olivat oikein mukavia ja puhuivat hyvin englantia.

Ideal gelegen und ruhig. Etwas versteckt, beim Eingang ins Fort. Man bekommt etwas vom Leben der Familie mit.

Der gedeckte Balkon war ohne Sicht und könnte gemütlicher sein. Wenig Tageslicht.

Very good location in a quiet lane near the town entrance. The room was clean but a bit smallish for two people. For single occupancy it is fine. Many shops, a tuktuk stand and a bank (for money exchange) nearby. The AC and the wifi were ok.

Geen ontbijtmogelijkheden. Maar dat was geen probleem, want er was een heel goede otbijtrestaurant om de hoek.

No hot water and no water pressure told the owners first day they didn’t care didn’t offer to move us to another room when it came to check out only want money no apology either. Small room had to ask for wifi so please read what the room offers as balcony is a little room not open aired.

Excellent location for ease of walking. We were able to walk everywhere and nothing seemed “too far”. We caught the train to Galle and walked there and it was super easy to get to. The room was as described, bed, bathroom, and tea and water. Air con worked great. Very clean. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Good value for money, the owners were very accomodating - allowed early check in and took care of a load of washing for me with nothing but a smile. Great location in the entrance to fort to access everything and be able to go easily outside the fort. Aircon, fan and water all worked well and clean. Large bottles of water in fridge - winning!

The bed was too hard for us, we know we're unusual in liking a softer bed, but this was super hard.

Our flight had been delayed and then cancelled. We arrived at very antisocial hours, but the hotel owner was there to assist with locating the hotel, and helped us settle in. The location was also amazing. The host helped us secure transport the next day, and was on hand to help us with bag storage and late checkout.

The lovely hosts were very warm and welcoming and not intrusive. Beds very comfortable and our room had a small outdoor enclosed balcony/seating area. Bathroom very modern. Spotlessly clean. Unbeatable location and value for price. There's no breakfast but nearby are many choices of eateries. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Booking.com shouldn't use the words "total price" but then in the pricing information (you have to click on) show that actually you have to add tax. It should not be hidden but include "total price plus taxes".

Great location in the Galle fort. The property was great and you could see small details from the colonial era. The room was of a decent size and clean. The bathroom was nice but the shower leaks a small amount of water. The rooom had all the amenities we needed and it was nice and cool during the heat. The property had a nice balcony in the common area Very comfy bed wirh a nice fan and ac to beat the heat. The hosts are great - they were always ready to help us and it was nice to see it was a family owned place with their kids playing around. One thing to note - the street to the property is narrow so if you're coming with a car remember to stop on the main road.

the location was 10/10. It was very clean and comfortable. I was working remotely and the desk was decent. Kettle with tea available helped. WiFi was stable

I was staying on the ground floor and the kids were always playing just outside my door basically and as I was working this wasn't helpful.

Away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Air conditioning is good, storage and stowage facilities in the room, everything very clean. Friendly owner.

The rooms are generally really good, but surprisingly dark. The advertised balcony offers no view whatsoever. Our bathroom door didn't close. No breakfast option in the guest house but cafes and restaurants are nearby.

The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Everything worked as it should. It was quiet and close to everything in the fort.

The immediate lane is a bit narrow so cars can’t really drop you off directly at the guest house but it wasn’t a big issue for me. It’s a pity there are no English speaking staff available most of the time. communication is difficult.

Spotlessly clean, perfectly located family owned guesthouse just inside the entrance to the Fort. 200m from the cricket ground and a short walk to restaurants. I arrived at 2am and Ravi met me without complaint.

The room was small and dark with poor water pressure … not that that spoilt our stay. Note that there is no name on the outside of the building, so a little hard to find.

Comfortable, clean room. One of a few rooms above the owners' own accommodation. Friendly welcome. Very handy for Galle train station and the cricket ground. Easy to access everything within Galle Fort too.

It is a little hard to find, even for local tuk tuk drivers. However, it is easy once you know. It's behind the art cafe in Lighthouse Street, just a few meters from the mini roundabout as you enter the fort area.

A lovely family run Guest house. My room was a good size and very clean and well maintained. It’s in a great location, handy for everything. The family are all very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The location is excellent, you can walk easy around the Fort and hosts were polite and helpful. they gave us free water for each day and also changed room because we requested higher floor. in general we would book it again!
