- falsches zimmer (Suite gebucht - normales Zimmer erhalten) -hotel als solches teils noch im rohbau ( fuss hart an nicht fertiggestellten Stufe angeschlagen und Nagel abgerissen) - unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal - tv kaputt - komplettes Hotelgäste funktionierte nicht - Rückfragen wegen tv , wirde mit ist ihr Problem beantwortet - Managerin meinte ich solle eine Mail schreiben- bis heute keine Antwort -> Alles in allem ein Desaster

Hoe schoon de kamer was bij aankomst...

schönes Badezimmer, praktisch nah zum Parkhaus und mitten in der Stadt

bei Ankunft mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, dass nur sehr kleine Hunde (Größe Chihuahua) erlaubt sind - da standen wir dann blöd da- hätte man ja auch vorher mal kundtun können.! Wir durften dann großzügigerweise bleiben, aber die Mitarbeiterin war dermaßen unfreundlich, sowas habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Auch ohne Hund würde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder wählen.

Het was de kamer die ik geboekt had

Er wordt heel slecht gepoetst. Bepaalde oppervlakken liggen millimeters dik stof en dergelijke op. Dikke kalkaanslag op douchekop en kraan waardoor douche echt alle kanten op sproeit.

Bei den Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage goldwert. Das Bett ist super bequem und die Dusche war riesig dort hatte man genug Platz.

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf. De airconditioning werkte niet terwijl het buiten 35 graden was. Meerdere keren werd beloofd dat het probleem dezelfde avond opgelost zou worden, maar dat gebeurde niet. Hierdoor hebben wij als bruidspaar meerdere verschrikkelijke nachten gehad. Mijn man heeft zware astma en kreeg door de hitte en benauwde kamer ademhalingsproblemen. Daarnaast was de doucheslang kapot. Toen wij naar een manager vroegen, kregen wij te horen dat deze ontslag had genomen. Bij het uitchecken werd compensatie toegezegd, maar daarna hebben wij niets meer gehoord. Slechte service, slechte communicatie en geen oplossing voor ernstige problemen.

The place was so near to the train station just 10 minutes walk The receptionist man his name is Souki is so nice, if I came to this place again it will be for this super kind man Souki Room was fantastic, a little bit loud because of the pubs at weekend but I was tired anyway so I slept fast

The checkout at 11 am not 12, and they are not flexible in a late checkout at 12 they will charge you 5 Euros, I checked out at 11:05 and nothing happened, but 11 am is so early

De prijs

De suite was ruim, sfeervol ingericht en schoon. De jacuzzi op de kamer was een fijne toevoeging en zorgde voor een ontspannen verblijf. Ook de locatie is ideaal om Zaandam en Amsterdam te verkennen

Tijdens ons verblijf bleek er een fout te zijn gemaakt met de kamerkaart, waardoor een andere groep hotelgasten onze kamer kon betreden. Dit zorgde voor een onveilig en ongemakkelijk gevoel. Gelukkig waren wij op dat moment aangekleed, maar dit is een fout die niet zou mogen voorkomen. En er was in het weekend veel geluidsoverlast van feestende gasten buiten de kamer. Het hotel had wel oordopjes beschikbaar gesteld, wat ik waardeerde, maar als je vooral komt voor rust en ontspanning zou ik aanraden om doordeweeks te boeken in plaats van in het weekend.

Ik kon de temperatuur van de douche of bad niet bij stellen het wilde echt niet werken. En de locatie vinden was een drama heb 3 kwartier door de centrum gelopen om er achter te komen dat het eigenlijk een hele andere naam heeft

Wallpaper was coming of in one of the corners. Bathroom door was very heavily worn and scratched. The bathtub in the room had a broken drain plug meaning we had to hold the drain plug so it didn’t drain. Some areas could’ve been cleaned a bit better. The fridge in the room was marginally colder than the room

This was a great hotel! Very fancy and close by to the train station to go into the centre.

Second time booking Manzo’s suites. Very good location close to the train station into Centraal , staff were very friendly and accommodating , room was fabulous bed was very comfortable, all facilities worked perfect , had a great stay!

Absolument rien

Very disappointing experience for a so-called 4-star hotel. During the night, there was absolutely no hot water in our Deluxe room. We could not use the bathtub we paid for and could not even take a simple shower. What is even more concerning is that there was no night assistance at all. Reception only starts at 10:00 AM, and despite calling all available numbers during the night, no one answered. For a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, having zero night staff or reachable emergency assistance is unacceptable. When we reported the issue the next morning, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of showing understanding, we were told they would “check with the manager,” with no concrete solution offered. We were not taken seriously. More than one month later, we are still waiting for a response to our email and for the promised refund. The lack of professionalism and follow-up is shocking. This experience happened on my birthday, which made it even more disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel if you expect proper service, basic facilities, or professional customer care.

Nette kamer en schoon

Wij hebben hier op zaterdag geslapen en hadden niet verwacht dat het een ‘feest’ centrum is. We konden niet slapen totdat de kroegen dicht gingen omdat de bas zo erg naar binnen drong. Toen we na een dag Amsterdam terug kwamen en wilde douchen hadden we water dat net van koud af is.

De ligging is goed , ontvangst en personeel was zeer vriendelijk

Ik had de suite , er zijn teveel mankementen , zoals een loszittende douche paal, niet afsluitbare bad en wasbak, tv die met twee afstand bedieningen bediend dienen te worden , erg omslagtig , grote gleuven tussen laminaat , raam kon niet open , wel badslippers , geen badjas , geen safe , en zo nog wel een paar dingen die echt beter moeten .

Nous avons adoré la suite, les lumières tamisées pour créer une ambiance chaleureuse. Le lit est très confortable et le jacuzzi est top.

La douche est très grande mais l’espace n’est pas assez chauffé et on ne peut pas régler la température de l’eau. Nous avons retrouvé un cafard le lendemain devant la douche. Le déjeuné n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. De plus, les pancakes étaient surgelés. Le personnel est assez froid.

Alors j’ai aimé l’emplacement,la chambre globalement

Alors le chromecast de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et le personnel ne nous a pas trouvé de solution à ce problème.Le soir même j’ai trouvé un cafard dans les toilettes

Vriendelijk personeel, top locatie, mooie accommodatie.

Een aantal punten in de afwerking van de kamer waren niet 100%. zo was er een stukje plafond beschadigd en bij het bad een stuk tegel los.

Chromecast werkt niet

Geweldige suite, mooie ruime kamer. Grote ronde bad. Mooi ingericht. Heerlijk overal dichtbij om heerlijk te kunnen eten of in de stad te vertoeven. Kamer was keurig schoon. Ik kom hier zeker ook terug!

Bubbelbad deed het helaas niet. Heb ik wel aangegeven zodat dit hopelijk snel gemaakt word.

De jacuzzi

De douchkop werkt niet zo goed, badjassen waren er niet in de suit en er was geen tandenborstels en tandenpoetsen.

Er zat een rode streep in het bad geen idee van wat en mijn kamer was pas om 15:40 klaar terwijl er staat dat je vanaf 15:00 kon inchecken

the hotel itself is very pretty and modern, it has the restaurant and cafe downstairs which is nice. zaandam on weekdays is a bit empty and don’t expect to be able to eat out late.

we got to our suite (even after our supposed arrival hour) and it wasn’t cleaned at all. the employee working on the reception told us she would clean it herself and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. it was okay but it’s not what i would expect with the price we payed. also, we didn’t get any bathrobes and the place itself, outside the room, was a sauna!!! our “jacuzzi” was just a big bathtub with lights.

Die Nutzung des Whirlpool war nicht möglich da dieser defekt war und leider konnten wir es dann nur als Badewanne mit lauwarmen Wasser nutzen, als wir das Personal darauf hingewiesen haben wurde uns gesagt das der Fehler bei booking liegt und wir die Funktionen an der Wanne nicht beachten sollen … Das Bett also das Kopfteil war auch Mega schmutzig, die Heizung funktionierte auch erst ab 3. Tag im Zimmer…

Hôtel loin du centre mais situé dans un petit quartier sympa et animé

The room itself was aesthetic and looks good at first glance. The receptionist and cleaning staff were kind and generally helpful.

The main issue was being charged for roses and towel swans that we did not request. We were told a refund would be processed, however over three weeks later there has still been no update or refund received. Several facilities were also not as advertised or not functioning properly. Two out of three hot-tub features did not work, and part of the tub was broken on the side. The toilet was not clean upon arrival, with toilet paper left inside and a mostly used toilet roll on the holder. The TV did not support SharePlay, an issue the hotel is already aware of and that other guests have mentioned in previous reviews. Despite raising this on our first day, we only received a response on our last evening. This rendered the TV useless as the free to air TV was all in Dutch, and my partner and i only speak english. We also went most of the stay without certain amenities listed on Booking.com, such as bathrobes. When they were finally provided, they were poor quality (holes/falling apart) and barely fit. Other, smaller issues include the quality of the room itself - nails sticking out of walls, big dip in the middle of the bed. And despite the room having convenient black out blinds, there was a router right above the bed which was very bright and disturbing when trying to sleep.

The room was absolutely stunning. The location was good. Easy to get into Amsterdam Centraal. One of the receptionists waited for us to arrive past the check in time. We were unaware there was a check in time so that was lovely. The room was set up beautifully for my birthday. We were also given late check out free of charge as we were unaware of the hot tub not working.

The light switches are so confusing to use. We were never told about any maintenance issues but when we stayed there we were unable to use the hot tub as a hot tub. We had to use it as a bath instead.

can't fault this hotel at all staff is super helpful and friendly allowed us to leave luggage at hotel before check in time so wouldnt have to carry every where. also allowed us to check in early.

Le jacuzzi ne marchait pas et lorsque l’on appelle la réception, il ne peuvent rien faire, il faisait assez froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage. La douche était cassé, la femme de ménage qui entre dans la chambre sans notre autorisation.
