Alles neu und sauber. Nähe zum Bahnhof und somit ist man schnell in Amsterdam oder Haarlem... und man kann sein Auto für 15€ pro Tag hier stehen lassen.

Cleanliness in arrival and location.

Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay. As a stoma wearer I need to have the bathroom bin emptied on a daily basis. Also to me the nice thing about treating yourself to stay in a hotel is to come back in the evening to a nice tidy room with the bed made for you. I was told that had I asked it would have been done. If this is the case then there should be a note in the room.

The location is good.

No body cleans the room.

We had a very good stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed. The towels were not changed automatically, but whenever we asked for fresh towels, the staff responded very quickly and even gave us more than we requested. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was the cleaning frequency, which was once every three days. We would have preferred daily cleaning, or at least every two days.

De voertaal bleef engels ook al praat je nederlands bij de receptie, kreeg je toch in het engels antwoord.

Fijn hotel, grote slaapkamer en top ontbijt. Badkamer was erg netjes.

Friendly and helpful reception service and great staff throughout the Hotel. Rooms were nice and well presented. Bar and restaurant on site. Well located near train station and shops.

Front entrance area leading to Hotel is not maintained at all. The large pathed area may not belong to Hotel but has overgrown circular garden beds, uncut hedges, weeds, litter and is unsightly. Does give a poor impression of the Hotel. Surprised Hotel Management has not attempted to present a nice frontage to combat what may be an unkept “public area”. once inside the Hotel the interior is lovely, modern and spotless. Room great, shower had some mould in corner, lack of coffee/tea supplies bare minimum (2 sugars, 2 milk pods) for 2 people x 5 days. Music piped through hotel too loud especially if rooms are near lifts.

Location, quite a few homeless people around the station and in the main square. I didn’t feel unsafe but wasn’t alone. Something to consider for solo travellers

Ich habe mich in dem Zimmer rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich, und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Besonders angenehm war die Ruhe – ich konnte endlich einmal wieder richtig gut und erholsam schlafen. Auch die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr angenehm. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt wirklich sehr schön, und ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. 🌷

3 days without the tidy up the room. No service, the toom was cold, I asked 3 times to warm up the toom to the reception and they keep the air conditioning switched on at 22C degree. Cold cold cold day and night with 11 cent. Degree outside. The Receptionist had no answer for 3 days to my call from the room. Very bad 4 star hotel

الفندق رائع وهذي 3 زياره لي فيه افضل من السكن في امستردام للي عنده سياره ، محطة القطاره دقيقه مشي تروح وترجع لامستردام وللمطار بس تعرف اسم المحطه وسهالات والسنتر دقيقتين مشي والموظفين مبتسمين ومتعاونين على طول والغرفه حجمها وايد مناسب وكل شي رائع ولله الحمد اللي يحصل فيه يحجز بدون تردد .

La propriété, le confort de la chambre et surtout la gentillesse du personnel!

Il n’a rien que je n’ai pas aimé de cet hôtel mais il n’ai pas au centre-ville. Ceci dit il est à deux stations de train de la Gare Centrale. Approximativement 15-20 minutes qui est acceptable pour moi.

As someone who is working in this industry and as a housekeeping manager, there are a few minor things regarding cleanliness that I would change, but overall, I would recommend the hotel. Good value for money and a very good location.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! We checked in on September 7th and had problems from the very beginning. They gave us the wrong room, our key card did not work, and they later admitted it was their mistake. The next day, I told reception that I wanted to extend my stay. €115 was taken directly from my bank account, yet when I returned to my room, they had deactivated my key card. They then claimed they had found some ash under the radiator and charged me a €250 penalty, despite the fact that I do not smoke and the ash was not mine. They refused to listen to any explanation. Even though I was willing to pay for my stay, they refused to give me access to my room while all of my belongings were still inside. After a long argument, I was eventually allowed to collect my belongings under the supervision of a cleaning employee — and I was left out on the street. The receptionist Collin was exceptionally cold, arrogant and completely lacking in hospitality. His attitude was absolutely unacceptable. Taking money from a guest’s account, cancelling their room access, refusing to properly resolve the situation, and leaving a guest stranded on the street is NOT acceptable hotel service. There are plenty of hotels where guests are actually treated with respect. Spend your money somewhere else. I will be pursuing all legal rights available to me regarding this incident. I would never stay here again.

We rented bikes. Easily the worst bikes I ever rode. Heavy, slow, uncomfortable. It felt like ridding an electric bike… with no battery left. Much harder than a non electric one. And second day ended with a flat tire.

Situation de l'hôtel idéal pour se rendre dans le centre d'Amsterdam (par train) et pour visiter les alentours. Chambre confortable et très bon petit déjeuner.

Les portes de chambres qui claquent pendant la nuit. Le jeune homme à l'accueil du petit déjeuner du samedi matin n'étais pas très sympathique ni souriante contrairement au personnel de la semaine.

Δεν άλλαζαν πετσέτες κάθε μέρα παρόλο του το μπάνιο δεν είχε παράθυρο και δεν στέγνωναν οι υπάρχουσες. Η περιοχή έχει πολλούς μετανάστες. Στο πάρκο έξω από το ξενοδοχείο έχει άστεγους και είναι πολύ βρώμικα. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Το πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά ήταν τόσο βρωμικο που κολλούσε. Η ντουζιέρα είχε μούχλα σε κάποια σημεία.

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach deutlich an Qualität verloren, insbesondere im Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen. Vor allem eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich und ich habe mich von ihr als Frau diskriminiert gefühlt. Mir wurden bei der Zimmerwahl/Zimmertausch nicht dieselben Möglichkeiten angeboten wie meinem Partner, obwohl wir gemeinsam gereist sind. Ich empfand diese unterschiedliche Behandlung als sehr enttäuschend und nicht nachvollziehbar. Über die Mängel im Zimmer – wie Schimmel in der Dusche, einen lauten Kühlschrank und deutliche Abnutzungen – könnte man hinwegsehen, wenn der Umgang des Personals freundlich und wertschätzend wäre. Ich war bisher bereits viermal in diesem Hotel, doch dieser Aufenthalt hat meinen bisherigen positiven Eindruck leider stark verändert. Nach dieser Erfahrung wird dies für mich der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gewesen sein.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Den direkt davor liegenden Bahnhof hört man auch bei offenem Fenster nicht. Wir sind, inkl kostenfreier Fähre, mit dem Fahrrad in ca 40 Minuten in der Innenstadt gewesen. Abends bietet sich ein kleiner Spaziergang in die direkt anschließende Einkaufsmeile an. Am Ende nach ca 20 Minuten befinden sich einige nette Restaurants.

Die Lage ist Top um Amsterdam zu entdecken und in wenigen Fußminuten befinden sich nette Restaurants.

La cama estaba muy bien, la limpieza muy bien. No nos dimos cuenta pero en el placard había un espacio que tenía la caja de seguridad y habia una cafetera con cápsulas de cortesía. En el hotel también nos alquilaron bicicletas y fuimos desde el hotel a Zaanse Schans(pueblo de molinos)es un trayecto de 30 minutos en bicicleta muy agradable.También pagando un ticket extra (que es bastante caro) se pueden llevar las bicicletas en tren a Ámsterdam Central. El hotel está enfrente de la estación de tren, y también está enfrente de un supermercado Albert Hejin super completo.

Todo bien, muy buen hotel. No tenemos quejas. Sólo tener en cuenta que si o si hay que tomar el tren a Ámsterdam Central.

الغرفه حجمها مناسب والمرافق ممتازه والموقع دقيقة مشي الى محطة المترو تروح امستردام 11 دقيقه ، ودقيقتين مشي وانت بسنتر زاندام ثاني مره نسكن بالفندق وايد افضل من فنادق امستردام والزحمه هناك يعني اللي معاه سياره ويبي يتنقل سهل يطلع ويدخل المنطقه بعيد عن سنتر امستردام والموظفين متعاونين .

La ubicación perfecta al lado de la estación de tren. Desayuno e instalaciones muy buenas. Personal muy amable.

Tienen política de limpieza de habitaciones cada tres días. Cómo tenía una estancia de cuatro noches, no nos limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento. Si necesitas cambio de toallas o artículos de baño, tienes que pedirlo.

Le tuyau de la douche ne tenait pas et se détachait du pommeau de douche et la clim faisait beaucoup trop de bruit et les lits ne sont pas refait.

Comfortable beds, air con in room, good shower. Right next to station, less than 15min to Amsterdam Centraal and easy to get to Haarlem and the coast. Quirky and colourful building. Staff friendly and helpful. Plaza area in front of hotel was used by locals for smoking, but we didnt feel threatened in any way, and it's unlikely that the hotel has any control over this. Supermarket very close by which stays open until 9pm.

Muy buen tamaño de las habitaciones.

Dimensioni camera. Ristorante interno che però non abbiamo provato. Noleggio biciclette. È vicino alla zona dei mulini e si può andare in bicicletta in meno di mezz'ora di pedalata.

Moquette in camera. Parcheggio solo scoperto. Si trova in una zona dove ci sono solo grandi edifici, hotel e palazzi moderni e la stazione. Il paese non offre nulla e bisogna prendere i mezzi o l'auto per raggiungere posti da vedere.

Very friendly helpful staff was nice experience

This hotel is extremely convenient to fast train transport to Amsterdam Central, just a few mins walk from Zandaam station (approx 12 min journey time or thereabouts). This station also has direct trains (or some with 1 change) to Schipol Airport, so very well connected. Even more importantly the room had relaxed vibes (and was good size) with comfortable bed and absolutely zero noise, so really perfect for a good night’s sleep - the most important things! Would certainly stay here again.

The hotel itself made a generally positive impression. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. The lobby was clean and spacious, and the staff was always polite, friendly, and helpful. Our room was also spacious and clean. Another major advantage is the location: the hotel is in the center of Zaandam and only a two-minute walk from the railway station, making it easy to travel to Amsterdam and other nearby destinations.

Our biggest issue was sleep comfort. Both the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep during our three-night stay. The shower tap was also leaking and should have been repaired. The hotel's immediate surroundings were another disappointment. Although the location is extremely convenient, the square in front of the hotel looked neglected and dirty. I saw a rat there on two separate occasions, and groups of people were often drinking and hanging around in the square. This created an unpleasant and somewhat intimidating atmosphere, especially in the evening, and we did not feel entirely comfortable returning to the hotel after dark.

We stayed in the Zaan Hotel for 4 nights. We stayed in one of the Junior suites and loved every second. (The fridge was an added bonus) 😊 The hotel staff were second to none and exceptionally helpful (all of them) The towels and toilet rolls were only replenished every 3 days (green key), but that was fine for us. Location was fantastic and only 5 minutes walk from the train station. We loved it so much, we've already rebooted again for next year

La ubicación era perfecta!!al lado del tren!!la habitación era amplia, tuvimos un percance y nos lo solucionaron al momento...el chico de mantenimiento era genial!!en recepción muy bien!!!

Autour de l'hôtel n'est pas propre,les saletés sur terre et des Rats qui cours à côté de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner et moyenne,il ya de variété mais pas de bonne qualité.ce qui m'a étonné que qu'il ne font pas le ménage des chambres chaque jour, Si ta besoin de Gel douche ou les serviettes il faut appeler la réception, les taxes sont chers.les personnels qui travaillent parlent pas néerlandais ni français ils ne savent pas bcp les informations

Absolute gem of a hotel. Rooms on the smaller side but still big enough, a mini fridge, comfy beds and a lovely shower. Loved the location, just a 4 minute walk to Zaandam station (if that) plus easy to get too. The square outside of the Zaan is a bit overgrown but that's not the hotels responsibility. Staff were super friendly and the hotel nicely furnished. It was also great value compared to other hotels. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, fornita con toiletries e macchina da caffè. La struttura è vicino alla stazione dalla quale si raggiunge Amsterdam in 10 minuti. Il parcheggio è illuminato e videosorvegliato.

It is a lovely hotel. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The only drawbacks are the air conditioning is not controlled in your room. It is controlled by the hotel so if you want to make the room cooler, you can't. I believe you have to go to the front desk and request a lower temperature. Otherwise the hotel is great.

The hotel is very well located, pleasant, elegant. It had rooms with a view and some (mine) which do not. If one is there for one night, the hotel is perfect.

I did not like the view from the room and the fact it was in the second building, which involves a longer walk to the main entrance (the side entrance being locked).

Ottima posizione per visitare questa zona dell'Olanda e anche Amsterdam visto che l'hotel è posizionato di fronte alla stazione da cui partono i treni che in 10 minuti portano in città. Parcheggio privato a pagamento. Molti ristoranti e negozi a breve distanza, aldilà della stazione. Ottima soluzione per chi viaggia in auto.

Personale efficiente, ma impersonale. Il cambio biancheria viene effettuato ogni tre giorni, cosi come il rifacimento letto e la pulizia del bagno. A richiesta viene effettuato prima, gratuitamente. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le design de l’hôtel, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et l’emplacement est idéal.

Bien que l’hôtel soit très beau, il est regrettable que le jardin situé en face soit souvent sale. Le soir, des personnes s’y rassemblent pour boire et nous avons trouvé au sol des déchets liés à la consommation de drogues dures et illégales, ce qui ne nous a pas donné un sentiment de sécurité pour nous promener dans les environs la nuit. Le personnel est très aimable, mais semble manquer de formation et d’expérience. Lors de ma réservation, j’avais demandé deux chambres proches l’une de l’autre car je voyageais avec mon bébé et ma mère, ainsi qu’une disponibilité à l’heure du check-in. Après environ deux heures d’attente, une solution a finalement été trouvée, mais le personnel ne semblait pas savoir quelles options pouvaient être priorisées pour résoudre la situation plus rapidement. Le service du restaurant le soir était également sympathique, mais manquait visiblement de formation professionnelle.

Estacionamento era pago, mesmo tendo vaga não foi permitido estacionar em frente ao hotel. O carro ficou distante do hotel, gerando transtorno, principalmente quando choveu forte. Observei que outros hospedes estacionaram sem problemas.

Very well located. Spacious rooms. Good facilities. The train station is just across the street and it's just a 10 min train ride to Amsterdam Central Station.

We forgot our toothpaste and asked the reception for a dental kit but they told that they do not provide that. It's nothing to complain about but just remember there might be somethings they cannot provide.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made getting around so easy. Whenever we requested anything, the staff brought it to us right away without any delays. The AC worked perfectly as well, which was especially great since we visited during the summer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Not that we didn’t like, but the Reception staff didn’t acknowledge us as we entered the front door. Most Receptions at least raise their head and say hello

Hotel clean.staff nice breakfast was rubbish buffet breakfast food not up to much either .dry as sticks the bacon was. beans look like they had been reheated all wk .not what I would expect from this hotel. Also outside hotel is crawling with rats couldn't sit outside long because of this real not a good look for such a nice hotel

Black coffee machine inside a black wardrobe with no illumination or instructions , impossible to see what you were doing. Instructions to come out of the station and turn right...then go down a flight of steps would have been useful.
