They don’t know how to clean when I entered the room the bed line was so dirty me the bathroom all wet also is was a razor as someone use just before we enter. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There are others with better conditions at the same price. It’s a DON’T

The level of hygiene is low, especially in the toilet area. lack of facilities in the toilet and the walls and doors are not repaired properly. the cleanliness of the toilet floor is not scrubbed as clean as possible. no place to hang towels and clothes.

The aircon not so cool but I love the environment and the staff is easy going to help...

The price is right. I would love to book this place since i get the riverview (and the balcony!) compared to other places. But they need to step up on the cleanliness. I found a cheese snack on the side of the bed and the comforter got pen stain. I even found some hair from the previous tenant on the bed. The room is spacious this time and i think i will book the same room next time.

Space is suffice for me (solo), love the view (especially the balcony!). Altho need to improve on the sheet cover and pillow cover (got tear). The tv is only 2 channels but i don’t really mind since i’m hooked on laptop. Overall is satisfactory. And i’m grateful the hotel is still open for people like me who is from out of town. I come here to get my first dose vaccine and most probably book the same hotel for my second dose around 8-12 weeks to come.

The room is dirty, got a lot of dust on the beds. The hotel also did not provide room cleaning service as we requested. Towel also cannot change after using about 3 days? Very disappointed with the hotel services

Easy to park the car

it was very dirty roach all over the building no proper pest control. the room is uncomfortable. we had no choice but to check out on that day and find alternative accommodation

stay for two night, never do housekeeping.

bath towel dirty bedsheet have blood dirty no mineral water aircond no cool ask for new towel but staff say need to wait next day until roomservice air condition smoke-smell this is my second time i stay here. very dissapointed

Bedsheets are not changed, toilet super old, rooms not cleaned without request. Cockroaches, ants. Urgh. Location is one of the furthest from central.

the hotel room maintainment is lousy, the toilet water is low pressure hardly to clean the push out. no daily housekeeping unless we request. after housekeeping no towel and no bottle water. a lot of ants in the room. one of the day i go down to the ask for the clean towel.. after the housekeeping they didnt replace the new towel, the counter qas unfriendly.

Friendly staff and one of your staff ( a guy) manage to get my booking room due to my booking did not process if im not mistaken. Fast action taken by them im able to get one room to stay at that time.

1. Floor mat not available and not clean. 2. Comfortable room. 3. 2 bottles of water must be given per day without the need to request and remind by room guest. 4. Quiet room and good for resting. 5. Lightings is adequate for a good night rest. 6. Staffs are new but work hard, especially cleaning staff. When rooms are fully booked, the standard of room cleaning services deteriorate. 7. Exterminates 1 x crocroach during stay. Love the river view and will stay here again during my next visit to Kuching. Please keep up the good work.

The water front river is quiet and by paying a few ringgit more for a home like stay widow room facing river is indeed magnificent.

Room that you get is worth more than what you pay for - spacious, river-facing balcony, nice lighting & decor. Bathroom matt, towel & bed sheet are not that clean to begin with but was not changed when I requested housekeeping (I stayed 4 nights). Bottled drinking water was also not replenished; I had to ask the front desk for it every night. TV in my room was not clear due to busted antenna cable.

Nice hotel close to city center. But still can improve in the room cleanliness and reduce bad smell in toilet.

Location wise-quite seclude Housekeeping-below par, they dont change the linen They dont replace towel-reason washing machine broke down.. Dont provide towel-unless you request Room-tiny room even deluxe. No telephone inside the room to contact reception Fire safety-escape route??

Overall is ok for me. Even though it is not so clean but worth the cheap price.

Budget hotel reasonably clean only stay during Rainforest World Music Festival

I had booked 2 rooms. 1 of teh room is near to lift and another room is at the last of the corner room. wifi at the last corner room is superb weak but wifi near to lift is strong. so better to get a room which is near to lift. The bathroom is very dirty and mossy. 1 of the room's bathroom is smelly. The bedsheets are dirty and stained, seemed like din't change after used by customers before.(forgot to take pic) Towels provided looked dirty. Hair dryer is not enough for customers. Get the turn to use hair dryer at the night before checking out. Should record the borrower of hairdryer before lending. add plugs near to beds. The service to help in keeping luggages is good Although this is a bussiness hotel and not starred hotel, it is still important to maintain the cleanliness (basic service).

There is no proper toiletries and no wardrobe provided.

Great frontline, staff friendly and room was acceptable and bed comfort. Only having problem with Towel, a little bit dirty towel...

I arrived at 2.30pm but im not allow to check in as the room is not ready yet. But in policy the said 2.00pm check in. I have to wait until 3.05pm to check in into my room. And i asked for late check out at 1pm as refund. But the staff said they follow the policy n i have to check out at 12. But i am wondering, if they follow the policy, they should prepare my room at 2pm not 3pm. And the room.is not properly ready for the guess.

my experience at room no 233 need to improve about the cleanness the glass wall of bathroom because so dirty and water outlet drain so slow almost get flooded in the floor. Tv signal also get lost every 2 minutes, i dunno maybe the tv or decoder got problem. Air condition also got blowing the dust.Room service also not collect rubbish in dustbin everyday since im stay 5d4n.

+ve the hotel is cheap, staff are friendly and the location is very convenient. -ve access road from the fish market is difficult, bathroom needed scrubbing, change all old towels to the new one.

poor .... won't go again . staff attitude poor ... always playing with mobile phone ........

It is a very good location and easy access to all the touris attractions. I will come back again to stay.

For muslim traveller, halal food is within walking distance to moms laksa petanak and kings curry. You may walk to waterfront or padungan too. Minus : towels are yelowish and worn out. Unadvidable to walk alone at night esp for women.

Avoid this hotel!!! I booked 1 triple room for my parents (50 yrs old and above). However, the cashier asked my parents to pay for the room even though I already paid the full amount in Hotels.com. After my parents told me this issue, I called to the hotel, the staff answered me rudely, they asked me what I want from them? Of course U want them to refund my money that they charged to my parents. They somehow told me that my parents aren't complain any thing when they paying. How funny is this? The staff already have the booking vouchers but still ask my parents to pay. Until today still no representative from the hotel call me as promised. So I decided to call them again, but the same cashier told me this is already old issue why still bring it on? I was mad, because they are the one who keep ignore my request. All i want is my refund! Now i still have to wait for their manager to call me to tell me when they will refund to me. Will never come back again!!!!
