nice hotel very close to walls of old city, great friendly & helpful staff. Worth paying for breakfast, very generous
The staff was super nice and place was clean Patcha was extremely helpful took us to another hotel for a night due to hers being full for that night and then picked up our luggage the next morning for us while we went on a extrusion and had our room ready on our return Thank You Patcha
Due to upgrades being made at My Chiang Mai Boutique lodge, our time was split between that hotel and The Warehouse Chiang Mai. The staff at both locations were exceptionally kind and helpful! I wouldn't call this a hugh e d hotel - none of the hotels in Thailand were, but both of these hotels obviously care about their customers. The Warehouse Chiang Mai had the best shower of any hotel we've stayed in!
Shower broken. Still had leftover empty hair conditioner bottle and used razor in the shower.
An amazing stay within walking distance to the old town and markets...staff really stood out and made us feel so welcome..highly recommended for a stay in Chiang Mai. Thank you
It was all good at our 18 days stay , very helpful and friendly staff , A big thank you to them !
This property is located just outside the old city making it very convenient. The staff is exceptional. Not really any other words for it. From the first person I met all the way until the end, there was not one time when they were not extremely kind and helpful. Great place to stay and I will be back.
The first night the staff had a party just outside our room. This went until 3am. No sleep at all that night.
Amazing service and food. Only complaint was the shower head was fixed in one position.
OK place to stay but noisy at night time. You cannot hear the water system in the adjacent room when people are using the sink or toilet. Staff are very nice and helpful but the hotel needs a renovation. I would stay somewhere else if I visited Chaing Mai again.
Very Nice Hotel.
The family group that run this hotel really make the difference. Take a lot of care looking after their guests . Even surprised me one day with a gift of my favourite sweets after I’d mentioned day before in passing . Breakfast excellent. Free coffee available all day . Aircon and beds good. I would def use again
We had an amazing visit at the Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge and would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff who work there. Our initial welcome when arriving was so wonderful it really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Very friendly, welcoming and informative but not overbearing at all. Our rooms were spotless and the breakfast on all three mornings were delicious. Amendments to the breakfast were made easily. Throughout our stay all the staff were so friendly and smiley and were always available to help and answer queries (even at 3am when a few gin and tonics hindered our ability to open the front door)! We will be recommending the hotel to all our friends who plan to visit Chiang Mai and will most definitely be returning when we come back. Thank you so much for the best stay. Joanne and Louise x
Great Boutique Hotel!
Great Service and fantastic location. Highly recommended!!!!
Great location. Easy to walk to Old Cotu! Staff were awesome, so helpful and super organized!! Patcha is doing a fantastic job😊
Good location just outside city walls with v.friendly & helpful staff. Nice pool area to chill out, comfortable bed & great choice at breakfast provided for a pleasant 3 night stay.
Hotel was clean, shower powerful, bed the standard nails :) staff couldnt do enough for you, they knew our room number so adding to the bill and dropping the keys off was no problem. I am not a lover of cats and they had 3 but they kept themselves well away from me. Breakfast was typical and prices at snackbar were very reasonable.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was in an excellent location, just a stone throw away from the central square. We were given a free upgrade to a suite when we arrived, so the room was much larger, very spacious and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, you could select your breakfast options each morning and they also had toast, cereal and fruit as a buffet style at reception, along with free tea and coffee which was available all day. The staff were absolutely amazing, the best customer service we’ve received during our stay in Thailand. The reception staff gave us a glass of water and a cold towel when we arrived, checked us in and went through the main sights on a map with directions from the hotel. The hotel was well maintained and there were bar snacks available to have by the pool. The swimming pool was slightly smaller than it looked in the picture. But it was clean and there were a few sunbeds which were all in good conditions.
This is a lovely hotel where nothing is to much trouble for the staff the management are so freindly they treat you like freinds and again nothing is to much trouble.. this hotel adds to the enjoyment of staying in Chiang Mai and I look forward to seeing the Staff and Management again on our future trips.
Everything you need, a bit outdated and basic, but good price and nice staff.
Very helpful owners and staff who go out of their way to help and assist you. Still not enough cupboard in the rooms and not enough clothes hangers. Location is okay with a short walk into the central town. A great place for breakfast, The Hideout, is just round the corner and I would highly recommend it for Breakfast, Coffee and their Banana Bread. Chiang Mai is a great place to visit and you wont find a more welcoming place than My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge.
The most amazing staff I have ever met at a hotel! The woman and the young man at the front counter went above and beyond for me and my partner. I left my ring in my room and was about to leave the bus station and the woman from the hotel runs onto the bus after getting a taxi to get my ring.
Wonderful hotel with great service. Beautiful pool as well
Great hotel! We walked to everything and felt very safe. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful.
Great location Wonderful staff And yes we were lucky got upgraded
Wonderful boutique hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. Will surely miss staying here but would most definitely recommend this property to one and all. Thank you.
The interior design was very cool and stylish. Location is also perfect cause it’s close to old town but still quiet hidden street.
Absolute gem of hotel. Quiet with easy walk to the old square & night bazaar. Small hotel with great service & breakfast cooked to order. Staff are most obliging & the local cats are very entertaining.
over all a fantastic place to stay quite surprised
Comfortable ,relaxed and friendly. Terrific place
Cosy and lovely room. I like the balcony especially. Friendly staff. Location is okay.
We enjoyed having access to a pool and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The one thing that was odd was there was no full shower door and so water would splatter out and get the bathroom wet, but it was not a major issue.
The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly we had a great holiday
Seriously can't fault the place. It is down a little lane and it's incredibly quiet. The rooms are large and bright and spacious. Beds very comfortable. You pay for breakfast which is very reasonably priced and great value. The pool area is ideal and gets the sun most of the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location, very nice staff, totally recommended!
The people here are always so accommodating and they make the experience so great. The hotel itself is in very good condition, very clean.
Convenient location good service. definitely to recommend to everybody.
It's a very clean & comfortable stay for us. We were there for 5 days. Hotel staffs are very helpful & friendly. Good value for money.
It was a great hotel. Next to the old City. Shopping,. Pool was nice.
Excellent value and outstanding customer service! Very happy to assist in any way. Well located to all the old city has to offer.
This hotel has a great location not far from the North gate where there are some amazing food options. It is also close to the Thapae gate and the Wororat market. The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. They also provide you with a map for orientation. We loved the free tea and coffee in the lobby as well as the room. Drinks at the pool bar were the same price as the city which was nice. They picked us up from the airport and communication via email was very clear. The room was exceptionally clean. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.
We had an amazing stay! The front desk staff were so incredibly nice, especially when my boyfriend injured his shoulder rockclimbing nearby. They drove him to a pharmacy and helped him get a sling and seemed genuinely concerned for the rest of the trip. Additionally, the location is perfect. It is about a 5 minute walk away from the main part of the Old City. This allows for a nice night's sleep with a gorgeous pool.
Delightful Hotel Stayed in the Suite overlooking the pool area Staff were exceptionally competent and helpful Rooms are great and in a quiet area Nice little local market a couple of blocks away each night near the riverside It also a handy short distance away from the Old City which.can.be easily explored on foot
Excellent hotel. Very nice and inexpensive breakfast. They ordered our lunch from an outer place and prepared the table for us. Nice swimming pool.
Fantastic room and staff were very helpful. Location was god for exploring ancient Chiang Mai and lots of economical places to eat nearby.
Hotel was nice staff very friendly and helpful good location
The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location was great. Very clean and quiet.
One of the best place to stay in Chang Mai. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. 15 minutes walk to the night market and restaurants
Everyone treated us as family, loved every part of this hotel, I will be staying here again.
Fantastic little hotel. All the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, good comfortable bed. The pillows were very high and hard though. Nice bathroom and lovely pool to cool down in after a day of site seeing, which was also kept very clean. They also have a little pool bar. Lovely breakfast cooked to order as well as little buffet. Would definitely recommend and go back if staying in Chaing mai.
This small hotel is a fabulous quiet oasis right outside the old city. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was perfect! Everything is super clean. The pool is very nice and it was a great place to relax after a day exploring the area. All the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly - they all went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Chiang Mai
Good location, quiet , friendly staff helped us with our onward journey
Amazing property just outside of the old city gates. The staff greats you with a cold towel land a cool drink. They helped me get acquainted with the area and gave advice on things to do. Room was spacious, clean sheets and towels. They also provide water and tasty rice cake snacks. The lobby is airy and open, loved sitting there and relaxing. Wish I could’ve stayed longer but they were booked.
People who work there speak very good english. People who work work there are very helpful in anything you have problems with. The rooma are very comfortable, balcony and prime location.. I would definatly stay here again!
This Hotel is Perfect the Staff are Amazing and The Management are wonderful. There's no Negatives but plenty of possitives. I cant wait to go back to Chaing Mai because its such a beautiful place. And we will definatley be staying in My Chaing Mai Boutique again. 10 out of 10
Really great base for exploring Chiang Mai, nice quiet area yet a short walk to lots of great restaurants and hostels. Staff were very helpful and some good English.
We stayed six nights. There were two issues on checking in - blood on pillow, and previous occupant's hairs in bathroom. These were resolved. We received two complimentary breakfasts and a free transfer. The location is fine. We didn't the 17 min walk to Thapae Gate. Good location.
Amazing hotel and the staff were amazing too... highly recommend..
Great hotel and very friendly staff. Would for surely book again
Wonderful little hotel tucked away but so close to everything. The staff are very helpful and kind. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends.
Good size room. Breakfast available for 150 thb. Overall nice place to stay.
The best review a patron can give is a return visit. The was a return visit for us & we were accompanied by other members of our family this trip. Great stay, we all loved the spacious, clean rooms, hospitality & delightful service.
Good location. Walking distance to restaurant. Near Tapae Gate. Room is clean & big. The water pressure not so good, other all ok. Recommended.
Booked this hotel for 2 nights initially but extended to a further 3 nights as the staff, hotel and location were all fab. The staff had to move us round for the 3 additional nights to fit us in as they were then full! as an apology they moved us into their beat suite for one night at no additional cost. I cannot fault them or the hotel itself
Nice hotel friendly helpful staff close to sites comfortable stay would rcommmed
The My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge was a great value. The location was within walking distance to most of the old city and walking distance to the Ping River and the night market. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was great. I opted in for the breakfast inclusion which was also good.
Lovely hotel, nice pool, excellent standard of cleanliness, staff so friendly & helpful, nice breakfast & right on the edge of the old city... highly recommend
Made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Given a free welcome juice. Manager took time to explain the hotel and local sites.
A nice hotel for short stay, convenient, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast too.
We had a great stay here! We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was lovely. There was a minor leak in the room which we didn’t even mind. Even still they upgraded us to an even bigger and better room! The staff were lovely and helpful.
Really friendly and helpful staff, and cute clean nice rooms, really enjoyed our stay here.
This hotel is the warmest and most friendly I have experienced. I cannot find fault with anything. The lobby is fresh and inviting, rooms are large and comfortable and the pool refreshing. This was our second stay at My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge and we very much look forward to returning. It is difficult to put into words how incredibly wonderful our stay was.
Very good location and the staffs are very nice. We booked the elephants sanctuary tour with them and it was very happy with it.
Absolutely loved our stay at My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge, the hotel is in a great location, but still nice and peaceful. The room was lovely, and the staff were beyond helpful, right from when we checked in and the lady on reception marked places out on a map for us. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Chiang Mai.
The hotel itself is all the usual things you need from a hotel in this price range: good location, clean+spacious rooms, nice enough amenities. What really stands out here is the service. The staff were, to a person, absolutely fantastic. As soon as we arrived, our host made sure we had all the information we needed about the local area. From there, everyone we met was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. The manager even went out of his way one evening to drive us to our dinner spot, when he found us sat in the lobby deciding where to go! Sometimes, you wish everyone would leave their reviews at 4* just so those extra special places can get that extra prominence they deserve. This is one of those places.
Great place to stay and close enough to walk to the old town. Yet out of the way enough to be quiet. Small pool, but good to relax and cool off. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Really lovely hotel with some fun and super helpful reception staff. Nice, tranquil pool to relax in. Would definitely go back.
OMG what a wonderful stay we had. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff decorated our room to honour that. Our check in was amazing, the ladies behind the front desk, were welcoming, and lovely. The hotel was just what we needed after being in Bangkok. The pool, the room, the service was top notch. The brekkies were made with love. The manager came to us on our first morning there to have a small chat with us, ask how we were doing and how the hotel was. It was a great touch. Anytime we needed something the staff helped and were so gracious. It was extremely hard to leave Chiang Mai, as it is a wonderful place, and being at My Chiangmai played a huge part of that. There is no doubt that when we return to Thailand, we will stay here again.
Very attentive and helpfull staff. Small pool was appreciated. Good breakfast. Ten minute walk to Tae Pae gate.
The downside to this hotel was the walk to the centre in the evenings as roads were busy and no pavements on some of the route and quite dark.
Truly fantastic hotel, wonderful personal service from the owner who really went the extra mile. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
This is a great hotel. A little off the beaten, busy track (but no too far) what that gives you is a nice quiet, peaceful nights sleep & staff that are very concerned that your needs are met & that you enjoy your time with them. When it is time to depart, they do their upmost to assist you in getting to your next destination armed with the information you need to get there.
I had a quick stay at this hotel for one night. It’s immaculately clean, spacious and 4 star quality. The service on the other hand seemed a little off as they weird about me leaving my luggage behind while I went to do a tour. As a matter of fact they seemed as though they didn’t even want me to be waiting around for my tour bus to pick me up. This was odd as I never had such an issue my whole time in Thailand, or most anywhere in the world for that matter. A hotel I wasn’t even staying at in Bangkok was happy to store my luggage. Was just a bit uncomfortable and not an ideal service experience but if you want clean it’s a good choice and value. The night time hotel receptionist redeemed the service a bit...was very friendly and helpful when I picked up my luggage. Of course I bought a beverage to be sure they wouldn’t baulk at me waiting for a taxi.
We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a week in Chiang Mai (we had been staying with friends before that). We thought the hotel was very well located, just a short walk to the old town and night markets. The room was a good size and very clean. They staff were all really friendly and helpful. The WiFi could have been a little better as it was quite sketchy in the bedrooms and the pool area didn’t have very many beds (I think only 8) by these are minor things really and didn’t detract from our overall stay. We’d recommend here for a comfortable stay at great value.
nice place not.the best location
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and well kept up, the staff is friendly and proficient in English, the wifi fast and reliable. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and private balcony. The shower got really hot (not always the case in Thailand) which was a pleasure. Hotel is located down a small dead end street away from the main road which makes it quiet. And they serve a delicious breakfast with unlimited coffee and juice. Lastly, it was very well priced! The only downside is that you have to walk a few minutes to get to good restaurants, bars and shops. We had a scooter so that was no problem. Enjoy!
The location was great not far from the old town and close to the night bazaar. The rooms were nice and big and the pool was nice. The only negative part was the noise. We were on the bottom floor where the breakfast was served and the noise echoed. Then at the pool the was construction in the building next door. The only time it was quiet outside our hotel started sanding the furniture right next to the pool and then started painting. Therefore we had the noise and the smell. So I would recommend the place once the construction is over.
A really lovely smallish hotel. Great staff, very friendly helpful and efficient. Stayed in a superior room, big, good bathroom, well equipped, super clean. Breakfast at the hotel is one of the best we've had in Thailand. A special thanks and hello to Jackie at the hotel for her personal service, ready smile and great hosting, a pleasure to meet her.
Hotel staff were so kind and provided great recommendations to markets. Hotel was clean and just a short walk to the old city. Only downside was the hard bed.
I would thoroughly recommend this small family owned hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chiang Mai. The location was good with an easy walk to the river and the old city. The staff were lovely and extremely accommodating, always going out of their way to please - nothing seemed too difficult. Excellent breakfast and no trouble to provide for special dietary requirements with a days notice. Very clean and pleasant rooms.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff are very helpful, friendly and have a great knowledge of the local area, so can give good tips for where to visit, where to eat etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is lovely, very peaceful and perfect for a nice relaxing swim after a day sightseeing. The breakfast is excellent! Loved staying here, definitely want to come back!
The owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming while ensuring a comfortable experience. The visual aesthetics were appealing in addition to a fresh, healthy breakfast offered. If we make it back to Thailand we will certainly stay again and hopefully for a longer duration.
Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Nice pool and relaxation area however it is in the shade by 4pm, but good to cool off and relax. Reception and breakfast area very pleasant with some nice decorations. Rooms are good but lack enough drawer and storage space. Not to far to walk to some very good restaurants (Mexican, Burmese and Thai) 5minutes walk to the old town where you will find all cuisines and more Temples than you could ever imagine.
Overall our stay was great but lobby area needs air conditioning.
Nice hotel with great staff which is close to eateries, 7Eleven, etc. V.nice pool & bfast too. Room was a good size & v.big fridge too. Only negatives.were the v.hard/ uncomfortable bed & the dirty coffee mugs werent removed.
Nice hotel with out being special, friendly staff, breakfast average but ok, 15 min walk to markets, no bar.
Good location, close proximity to the old city, with the many temples, markets, Thai massage and delicious street food. Large room size with delightful decor. All staff efficient , charming and very helpful. Lovely selection for breakfast. The pool, an Oasis of tranquillity. An excellent choice for our 5 nights in Chiang Mai. Would definitely recommend
We truly enjoyed our stay at the My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. When we requested it, the staff had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and interesting places to visit. They took the time to write a note in Thai to assist us in making an unusual purchase.
This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is a bit out of the way and eating places are not easily walking distance. Tuktuks were not always easy to find. The pool was great as was the breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
