All Nite and Day Hotel Alam Sutera

The location is in the center of Alam Sutera and very near to pasar 8

Beside my bed there is no night table , I have to take the chair to put beside my bed for my handphone, as I used my handphone alarm.

The location

The AC didn't work well. The bathroom needs to be cleaned properly.

Cleaness and location

Dont have fridge, iron, and hair dryer. Room light is not enough for using computer and reading.

Its great service, for me i often early checkin and there isn't additional charge. I love this hotel

It's pleasure to stay here, for me check in time is manageable eventough i did early check in and no chargeable. Great service.

Pool was green on arrival, but was cleaned soon after. There was construction in the room above at 11pm. Internet was not responding. One night the restaurant next door had loud music till late.

I had a very bad stay, hotel is undergoing big renovation, bug saw noise everywhere till 8PM and loud music till 22.30. Swimming pool is so small can nearly not swim. I think the hotel located next to sawmill and they work till 9PM. I would have requested full reimbursement if i was in my country. Do not book this hotel if you are not deaf. I travel a lot and i never saw an hotel so bad, price is way to high for what it is.

It's one of the best location in Alam Sutera area. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable.

Could be better if there's a small fridge in the room and the WiFi connection is quite unstable...

It is ok for a hotel that people spend the night at. facilities are limited and small so sometimes too crowded. Not many staffs so hard to find someone when need help.

the missed communication between room boy, receptionist and security. At first when we checked in, the receptionist told us that we can smoke at the balcony in front of the elevator. but then when we smoke at the balcony on 2nd floor (we got room # 229 and 230) we got the warning from security to not smooking on that area. that was weird bc the receptionist and the room boy told us its okay to smoking on that area.

It's kind of no frill hotel, but beyond basic. Good location walking distance from shopping mall and restaurants. Friendly staff Room is clean well maintained, comfy clean bedding. Only thing to warn is no fridge provided, no kettle for coffee. Towels are worn out. Apart of that it's decent hotel

Parkir dalam gedung curam dan terbatas, sebaiknya dikhususkan utk tamu menginap. Kualitas bantal kurang nyaman, harus diganti.

A very good place to stay while you're in the area. Across the street from the food Mecca, anything you want!! Has two eatery on site which is very good. Very friendly staffs, clean property, inside the room and also throughout the hallway. Excellent location and just 7mins walk from a very big mall Living World.

Good overall

Except the cleanliness, the property is maintained very very poorly. (At least the room I have stayed in 207). The cot is very noisy, even when we move during the night it makes noise, make loose your sleep. The door and lock were broken. The makeshift lock was also not good. The rooms are not that much noise proof. We will hear lot of noise, when the table / chair or anything else moved in the NEXT rooms. No safe locker was available in the room. No bedside switches are available, you have to switch off the lights and walk to the bed :( . No power sockets available near or at the table for laptop or mobile charging. The bum gun in the toilet was removed. The only good thing I noticed is the room was very clean. Overall, this will not be a value for money.

Check in baik, tdk ada welcome drink, ukuran kamar kecil tapi bersih , kasur nyaman, ac dingin, Wifi jelek, TV program minim, tdk ada tisue kmr, tdk ada sandal kmr, ada teko elektrik, kopi, teh, gula dan air mineral 2 btl, penerangan kmr cukup, kmr mandi dan air bersih berikut perlengkapannya, lantai kmr keramik, ada kolam, renang, sarapan pagi menunya terbatas dan dibuka mulai pk.07.00 pagi, dekat kuliner.

Perfect location! So close means walkable to everything you need, mall, food, shops and market. The only downside is the bedsheet and pillows cover look very old and not white anymore. They look like grey which is very very disturbing. Oh and I think you guys can use new towel. They’re worn down already!
