Otel çok hoş tatlıydı tam alaçatı butik oteli. Kahvaltı da iyiydi. Sadece çıkışta biraz acele çıkmamız gerekti temizlik için 12.30 olmadan çıkmamız istendi ben pek acele sevmem o kötüydü.

Gayet temiz konumu alacati merkeze yurume mesafesinde otel calisanlari cana yakindilar.cok memnun kaldik.

Çok misafirperver ve cana yakınlar harika bir tatil geçirdik ilk defa kalmıştık ama bundan sonra alaçatıdaki durağımız olacak. Ekstra olarak kahvaltısı efsane.

Konaklama genel olarak iyiydi. Kahvaltı zahmetsiz olmuş, eksikleri vardı. Bu fiyata tabiki daha iyi bir kahvaltıyı tercih ederdik. Temizlik veya ses sorunu yoktu. Giriş çıkışlar rahat, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve konumu çok iyiydi. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünebiliriz.

Everything was excellent. It is literally in the center and everything is so beautiful in this hotel. Stuff is fabulous, especially Deniz. They are so kind and hospitable and you can see they are doing it out of their hearts.

Excellent stay we enjoyed the room , the fantastic breakfast (one of the best we had on our trip) lovely owner and staff.Very good location although not in town only a few minutes walk . Peaceful location.Highly recommended hopefully can return .

It is an excellent quiet little property with a good location. The hotel is walkable from the main market and very close to the bus stand to Izmir/Cesme. The staff was quite helpful and provided an excellent breakfast in a homely manner.

PALAS ALACATI OTEL! Remember this name, as this is the best Otel in Alacati! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friends for a weekend, and honestly, I am so happy we found this place. We had an issue staying at another Otel just next to Pasal Alacati, which was awful. We had to check out after one night's stay. We were so lucky to get a last-minute room—the staff were very nice, friendly and professional, and the manager with great attendance at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end: beautiful garden and acoustic hall. The room was lovely, super clean, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love the pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. One of the staff, Eren, was a beneficial and lovely person as he gave us very nice advice about directing us to a nice pub and club, so we also had a great night out. So happy with our stay that I was actually sad to leave! Eren, who checked us out, was friendly. Overall I had the best stay ever in PAlas Alacati !!! And definitely will be back there and will recommend this peace of heaven in central Alacati to everyone!!:) Thank you so much!

The private pool was drained because it was out of season The private garden and decorations as well as any boxes/chairs in the room were worn out and basically unusable The jacuzzi which was to be the highlight of the room was dirty and the jets spewed out dirt and small brown particals, and when we mentioned that to the receptionist he exploded that we dont know how to use it and that it has to be filled to the brim before trying to start the jets. This isn't my first time using a jacuzzi so that came as a shock. After listening to him and getting it cleaned up and filled up again to the fullest, we still got dirt and small particals in it without even using the jets. When we first started the water stream into the jacuzzi a smell of the sewers filled the room.

The room was excellent very comfy and clean. The Turkish breakfast in the morning was excellent, the reception was very helpful and it was close to the center so Palas boutique hotel is a great place to stay.

everything was perfect, so we have no things to say that could go better...

Klein aber fein! Das Zimmer ist in echt zwar kleiner als es auf den Bildern erscheint, aber trotzdem ist genug Platz da. Der Whirlpool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und das Wasser vom Außenpool wird jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Frühstück ist total lecker und bietet jeden Tag was anderes „frisch gebackenes“. Das Personal ist sehr nett und an dieser Stelle ein großes DANKESCHÖN an Herrn Deniz bey - er ist sehr zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich direkt total Willkommen und wohl in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Mekan güzel, kahvaltı çok güzeldi AMAA tam yol kenarında ve gürültülü bir yerde. Gece bir kamyon gürültüsüyle korkarak uyanıp hiç dinlenemedim. Onun dışında da yoldan geçen arabaların sesi hiç bitmedi. Sabah ise kahvaltının güzelliğini geceden kalma yorgunluk maskeledi malesef

Turkish breakfast is great, garden is pretty. Bed linens and towels are old and need to be replaced. Nice location, overall cute place. Staff is non-chalant, ok, but not proactive.

Her anlamda çok güzel bir oteldi alaçatıda kalacağım tek yer kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft.Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber.Leckeres Frühstück.Wir können dieses Hotel ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

We had a nice stay, the hotel was near the center off Alacati but in a quite street, nice room with pool and jacuzzi, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από όλες τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου. Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο, ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Την επόμενη φορά που θα πάω στη Σμύρνη θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We liked everything about the place it’s great, the stuff where amazing! We wished if there was room service and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

Die Lage war perfekt und sehr Zentral. Zu Fuß nur 3-4 Gehminuten, sowie auch zu den kleinen Büssen. Das Frühstück war wie versprochen super lecker.

Very welcoming guesthouse, deluxe suite was very comfortable and the private garden was a real bonus and worth the higher price than the other rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the offer of free tea and cake is a nice touch. In a quiet neighbourhood but within a few minutes walk of Alacati old town which is very picturesque. The main part of the old town is very busy at night, but walk a few streets either side and you will find small restaurants and cafes and eat with the locals. Great water sports centres at the Alacati port area offer windsurfing and kite surfing in a lagoon, and beach bars with sunbeds.

This property is cute and pretty. It is also very well located. It gives guests a unique feel and experience. I can say the property overall is excellent. Breakfast was decent. Typical Turkish breakfast but nothing really special/extraordinary. Eggs, bread, different cheeses, spreads, coffee/tea and fresh salad. I hope they can add meat selection. I also suggest if they can make their private/dip in pool heated. Communicating with them through email is also not that accessible. Although once there, staff were superb, friendly and accommodating. Overall, I will still give them an excellent rating and would recommend them. Thanks again to the staff for making our stay easy and for the warm welcome. cheers!!!

Maybe because of the price, reviews and pictures we expected much more. I would say we went there with high expectations but it wasn't really. However it's decent place. The breakfast wasn't phenomenal as some people described. It could be better. It's alright in overall.

Alacati is really something from a fairytale, it's cobbled streets and food to die for, please enjoy the finest calamari I have ever sampled at Rasim Usta Restaurant and the Saturday Grand Bazaar, which is heaven for foodies. Palas Alacati is an oasis boutique hotel just minutes away from all the action of the cobbled streets. The mini bus will drop you directly out the front on the road. It is very picturesque to the point that it feels like a doll's house. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the balcony or the most delicious Merlot from the Cesme Alacati region in the evening. Everything was so clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was exquisite, room layout was functional. Hotel reception gave me a wonderful program for my day to see the sights, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you. I would 110% return to Alacati. Whilst this hotel is a bit more expensive, it was an absolute treat to stay here. Only small issue, I couldn't seem to find a phone in my room to contact reception and a few times when I had someone call, whilst I was out, no one answered or was around. This did not take away from my experience, it was just unusual as my experience in Turkey is someone is always around 24hrs.

Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, merkeze yakın, odalar temiz ve yalıtım tatminkar. Kahvaltı gayet güzel. Fakat konumundan dolayı 100 metre yakınında halısaha var ve halısaha kapanana kadar maç sesleri gelebiliyor. Bu tabii ki otel ile ilgili bir durum değil fakat erken uyuyan insanlar için arka odalar tercih edebilirler. İnternet oda da çekmiyor onun düzenlemesi yapılabilir. Onun dışında her şey on numara.

Güler yüzlü ve kalite bir hizmet arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde otel

We were satisfied stayed for 3 Night in this property on Deluxe Suite with Fireplace & Jakuzzi room was perfectly big and so beautiful with beautiful stuff and design private garden was really really perfect and makes you fell really good jacuzzi was really clean and you can control the temperature also breakfast was really delicious . Deniz the manager was really really Helped us about everything like introducing the City and Restaurant and also he buy perfect local wine from winery and served perfect for us on jacuzzi he is very nice kind too us and helped you in everything . For change your Money Hotel is good Rate was even more than Exchange . Great Location with 200 m you can access to Supermarket And with 500 m you can access to Alacati center best place in Alacati for nightlife and also 200 m too Bus staiton to reach Izmir city and airport .

Excellent hotel.. fully recommended to anyone who are travelling as a couple. The staff is very nice and accommodating anything and everything we had asked for. We loved our stay here.

Wir haben Palas Alaçatı zum ersten mal besucht und wurden fasziniert. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer hatte im Außenbereich einen Jakuzzi, welches sehr sauber und für normale Verhältnisse groß ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ansprechbar. Wir werden definitiv nochmal buchen falls wir uns wieder für diesen Stadtteiö entscheiden.

Me and my wife stayed here for four nights. It was just stunning. Deniz the maneger of the hotel is a very helpful kind and nice person. He gave us some great tips about Alaçatı (where to eat, drink, which beach is better etc...). Room was perfect and breakfast was so delicious.

Das Boutique Hotel ist ein kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadt. Man ist in etwa 3-5 Minuten in der Stadt Alacati, was ich auch sehr gut finde so mit befindet man sich nicht direkt im Getümmel. Die Mitarbeiter Deniz bey und Can bey kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste und erklären alles ausführlich. Man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl und kann sich auf die Empfehlungen verlassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, es wird jeden Tag geputzt. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Frühstück. Das einzige was mich ein wenig gestört hat ist, dass man die Fenster nicht auf Kippe öffnen kann, da ich leider kein Klimafreund bin. Ansonsten war alles tip top! Klare Empfehlung. Ich würde noch mal dieses Hotel buchen.

Ayrica öğleden sonralari bahcede sunulan kek ve cay ikilisi de deniz sonrasi acikanlar icin iyi dusunulmus. Otel merkezi bir konumda. Otopark sıkıntısı bulunmuyor. Alaçatı merkeze yürüyerek 6-7 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Ücretli plajlar yerine Ilica plajini tavsiye ederim. Son olarak otele varisimizdan cikisimiza kadar bizle ilgilenen Deniz beye burdan cok tesekkurler.

Personel çok güler yüzlü. Konum çok güzel. Kahvaltı güzel. Park yeri problemi yoktu. Kış tatili için iyi bir yer. Tek negatif yanı taş evlerin ısı yalıtımı anlamında çok iyi olmaması. Klimaya mahkum hale getiriyor ve kapattığınızda hemen üşüyorsunuz.

This is a place where you can feel home! The garden where you can enjoy the amazing breakfast is very nicely decorated. You simply feel you are home in your own garden. The location is great- it's just 5 mins away from the center which brings the advantage of being away from the noise and have a good sleep. It also has a parking area, which is something you can't easily find in Alacati. Overall, everything was great. The people working there, the atmosphere, the rooms, the location- simply everything you would ask for.

Great location from which you can easily access to alacati carsi and drive to surfing points, very friendly crew who makes you feel home, nice and tasty homemade breakfast, will come back for sure. Absolutely great 👍🏿!

I stayed at Palas Alacati last month, and had a mixed experience there. The hotel is centrally located, and is about a 3-minute walk to the bus station (to Izmir) and supermarkets, and about a 10-minute walk to the busiest streets in Alacati. The hotel is small and nice, and was cutely decorated. The room, albeit on the small side, has a "boutique" feeling, and features a nice balcony. Hotel staff are also quite friendly. However, a incident that happened on the day of checking out made my stay leaving a bit to be desired. My room was located on the 2nd floor, and there was a "main" door that leads to all 3 rooms on the second floor. Normally it would remain open, but when I was ready to leave my room in the morning, I found the door closed. There was a key attached to it, yet despite me trying for ~20 minutes, I was unable to open the door. I began to call the hotel's phone number for at least a couple of times, but shockingly no one responded. Then I went to the balcony and tried to call someone for help, and luckily I finally saw a hotel staff stepping out, so I called him to help me open the door. He opened the door just in time (it seems that the door can be easily opened from the outside) that I did not miss my bus in the end. However, I missed the breakfast and nearly injured my fingers because of this incident. Aside from it, everything else at this hotel was perfectly fine, and I would normally rate it 4 stars if that incident did not happen; I also want to add that it my incident probably won't happen to many of the hotel guests, and it could totally be that I was using the wrong method to open the door. Regardless, this unpleasant incident did negatively affected my overall experience at this hotel. Given the fact that the price at this hotel is a little bit on the expensive side (even in the low season during which I travelled), I would not recommend this hotel to others, but I also do not think that others should especially avoid this hotel.

This very pretty hotel was very nice decorated. The style was also applied to the rooms which also had a wide variety of toilettries. The room had a romantic atmosphere. On top of it all the breakfast was perfect. Thank you to the staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Until next time.

It was my first time Alacati and it was amazing. Especially, i really liked where i stayed. Personnels, breakfast, location, rooms were super. We really enjoyed. I strongly encouraged you for staying at this hotel.
