This is a fantastic place with an impressive Onzen inside

We had two different rooms on different sides of the hotel. My own room was functional, but much less charming then the other one which was Japanese style and full of elegance and in a fantastic design.

部屋が広くて過ごしやすかったです。大浴場の脱衣所にはタオルがあり、部屋から持っていく必要はないので、便利です。日本酒BARやみかん蛇口などもあり、楽しめます。道後温泉本館や道後ハイカラ通りに近いロケーションは最高ですね。朝食ビュッフェもおいしかったです。ドーナツがあったのが驚きでした。

The location is superb! Right next to the main dogo onsen building. We love that there was mican juice as a welcome drink for guests, a lovely touch in the hot summer. There was also free flow snacks and sake bar. The room is spacious and comfortable as well, the room has everything you need. Breakfast spread was amazing and very delicious as well, with DIY kaisendon station and again mican juice!

Nothing. If I must say something, the only inconvenient part is having to collect breakfast vouchers from the reception daily. Otherwise, everything was great!

酒店服務人員親切有禮！房內浴衣備有三種size讓住客選擇很有心思！溫泉十分舒適，大堂有美味橙計供應！還有多款清酒及美味零食任君選擇！最令人讚賞是早餐食物十分豐盛，各種各樣的食材新鮮好味，竟然還有香濱奉客，真是意想不到！

従業員の皆さんは物腰柔らかく、連携も行き届いていました。 ジュース飲み放題や能の舞台で記念撮影とかなかなかできない体験をさせていただきました。 またお邪魔したいです。

They planned our arrival quite well, having several people who were able to translate in case we would not understand. The rooms were nice single western rooms for what they were, a bit on the hard side but I slept well. Both onsen were very nice and the free snacks and drinks in front were a nice gesture. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, though a little bit of variety from day to day would have been even nicer.

We were also sadly not able to eat dinner because we should have reserved it months in advance, I wish we would have known sooner. We found plenty of tasty options in the surrounding city tho.

Direkt am Dogo – Onsen gelegen, auch Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Zimmer im klassischen japanischen Stil. Ausgezeichnet sind variantenreiches japanisches Buffet zum Frühstück

Insgesamt aber doch viel zu teuer für das, was geboten ist.

Très bon emplacement et hôtel confortable. Très joli Onsen et massages vraiment au top. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très varié. Gentillesse du personnel.

Dommage que le café foot bath ait été fermé suite golden week.

道後温泉本館へ徒歩1分もかからないくらいの近場で、かつ高級旅館だったので、とても満足しています！ スタッフの方もとても丁寧で、外出するときは「行ってらっしゃいませ」、戻ってきた時は「おかえりなさい」という声かけがとても印象的でした！ あと、蛇口からみかんジュースが出るサービスも無料で飲み放題！めっちゃ良かったです！

Friendly staff and dont need to wait too long for the elevators Great breakfast, beyond expectation on the food quality given that its a buffet. Good valet attendant to park the vehicle for you

저녁식사 미리 예약해서 7명 모두 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 저녁 식사후 디저트로 조리장님의 서프라이즈 말차초코와 녹차는 잊을 수 없는 만큼 맛있었습니다 그리고, 체크인 전, 후 짐을 맡아 주셔서 이동하기 매우 좋았습니다. 한가지 덧붙여 제가 물건을 두고 왔는데, 메일로 친절히 답변주셔서 안심할 수 있었습니다. 너무 감사드립니다. 다음에도 꼭 머물고 싶습니다.

建物、部屋、設備、お風呂、サービス、スタッフの方々の対応全てが良かった

Ultra quiet. Not many to almost none western tourists who can disrupt by being loud. It is pricey but you feel it. Room was nice and I loved the traditional bathhouse vibe in the whole hotel. From simple note music in the corridors to the provision of traditional Japanese attire to walk the city Breakfast was amazing. A lot of options and fresh. The lobby was great too and the bath was done really well. Tattoo friendly as well. Staff members extremely polite. It almost felt you are in a time capsule inside the hotel. Location was great you are hunting for onsen away from the busy city centre. Room was very good sized for one person.

Nothing in particular. Rooms are are a bit thin walled. While I had no issues with other guests on either side of my room, during the first night, the person above was stomping the floor for three to four hours until 2am so my sleep was very rough. The next day they left and slept well. Bathroom is a bit old, could use an update.

Pur essendo un hotel moderno la cosa spettacolare dell'hotel è l'arredamento interno sofisticato ma nello stesso tempo essenziale nel suoi stile ryokan moderno. Il personale come nello standard giapponese è molto gentile. Ottima colazione ed eccellente onsen interno alla struttura . nelle immediate vicinanze c'è quello famoso pubblico della città.

温泉もとてもよく、朝食も豪華で スタッフの皆さんの気配り、心配りも とてもよく、誕生日のサプライズにも 心良くお付き合い頂き、プレゼントまで ご用意してくださり、また次回も宿泊 したいと思います。本当にいい思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました。

房间很大很舒服 榻榻米的床也很舒服 酒店的温泉比隔壁的道后本馆更好，泡好温泉后，还可以喝到酒店提供的冰梅酒，非常写意

The place is really beautiful, and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind - always ready to resolve issues.

Floor carpets are looking a bit old (and it having a bathhouse means there's some issue with water marking) but the place is brilliant otherwise.

蛇口から出てくるみかんジュースが楽しめて良かったです。日本酒と駄菓子の無料コーナーも良かった。 夕食は見た目もお味も良かったです。鯛のお刺身が分厚くてとても美味しかったです。 浴衣ではなく、作務衣なら尚良しでした。

道後温泉本館のすぐそばで、部屋からの眺めもよく、広くてスッキリし、とても清潔でした。 温泉を出たところで、日本酒や駄菓子を用意してくださっていて、大人の私達も喜んで色々選べて楽しかったです。 ロビーではみかんジュースが蛇口からでるようになってて、美味しくよばれました。

忘れ物対応良かったです

大和屋本店ならではの日本酒やみかんジュースの飲み放題、駄菓子の食べ放題などが共有スペースにあり、とても充実していて楽しむことが出来た。 朝食には鯛や鰤などのお刺身が並び、海鮮丼にして食べたが新鮮でとても美味しかった。 室内も広く清潔で、一泊で帰るのがもったいないとおもった。

エレベーターが団体客によりとても混みあっていたため乗るのに時間がかかってしまった。

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で気持ち良かった。ご飯がどれも美味しく、品数も豊富で大満足。 露天風呂も素晴らしかった。

施設、設備が綺麗で、朝食のブュッフェも食材が無くなる前に上手く補充されていた。予約した日の価格が安価で、利用しやすかった。

The staff were so lovely and the hotel had lots of little nice touches that made it a pleasure to stay at. Dogo onsen was next door and the hotel provided towels and yukata to take. The room was quiet and peaceful. I didn’t dine at the hotel but enjoyed the free sake bar and there were lots of options for food nearby.

150年以上の老舗の旅館をExpedia経由で1人でも予約できました。 夕食の和風懐石がすごくよかったです。1品毎に丁寧に説明があり、料理を分かった上でゆっくり味わう、何とも幸せな時間という感じです。 朝食もすごかったです。豪華な刺身が食べ放題でした。 部屋にはマッサージチェアも有りました。

お食事も美味しいかったです。 お部屋も清潔でよかったです。 部屋にマッサージ機があり、のんびりできました。もちろん、ロビーのオレンジジュース、お風呂上がりのお酒、お菓子楽しみました。

Excellent. Right behind Dogo Onsen. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere, best hotel I stayed at. Restaurants a little pricey though.
