There is dirty below the bed, i stay for 3d2n The 2nd day i asked for room clean, i went to room the room is clean but the cleaner took my drinks that i keep in the room. Really disappointed with the staff behaviour.

Dirty bed sheet, comforter.Asked to changed.They changed . Next morning when flipped, I noticed a lot of blood stains and some other stains in the comforter.What they have changed is even dirtier. Send pictures to the hotel. Even the floors and bed frame are with so much dust.Totally disappointed.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Bilik i singki tersumbat dan Air aircond menitik macam air hujan. Habis terpercik habis lencun dan basah smpi ke tilam. Kejadian berlaku lagi 3 jam nk checkout. So i pun tkde nk tkr blik, sbb nk kemas kemas and siap utk checkout. so i decide to comment that issue kpd staff masa pulagkan kunci. Respon staff “oh memang banyak bilik macam tu”. I harapakan staff say sorry at first. but nottttt. I said soooo WOWWW then trus gerak ke pintu keluar. Masa tu bru terdgr staff tu say sorry in a slow version. Thank You
