Stayed for one night to visit family, rooms were lovely and clean, great location 5 mins walk to seaside and a short drive to the city. Staff were all friendly, made us feel welcome. We stayed for breakfast, the food was great, and topped up regularly and all areas were spotless Patricia was always around cleaning tables and areas with a smile. The manager Dora was great, really friendly and you can really see she keeps the hotel running smoothly. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when visiting family. Thank you.
We booked for 3 nights but only stayed once. Pre-booked meals and still had to pay when we got there for dinner. Dinner options were burgers or Pizza. As I am on a low protein diet, nothing edible except out if a chocolate machine!. Staff refused us access to breakfast on the Saturday so we left. Now as we were previously booked to go in June and must change our holiday savers give NO REFUNDS so we have lost over £700
Pleasant night stay, rooms are really clean, staff are friendly
I'd give this Travelodge a 9.5 out of 10 as a budget hotel. Good location for Bournemouth close to beaches and travel routes without being in the busy town centre. Car parking was easy to find and free with a disabled blue parking badge. Communal areas clean and modern with a good atmosphere and ALL the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Food from the restaurant was delicious and good value. The room was very well maintained and clean - top marks for housekeeping. The only reason I'm scoring it 9.5 instead of 10 out 10 was the heater made a high pitch noise constantly when on which was annoying but this might only be with the particular room I was in. Other than that tiny thing I had a wonderful stay and would happily book there again. A great Travelodge with great staff. Recommended.
terrible stay the room overlooked the road couldn't sleep the shower room dirty bedding frayed at edge got arrested and placed on house arrest overall it was a terrible stay
Bathroom wasn’t clean Bed was so uncomfortable too Bath tap kept falling off Carpets outside of the bathroom was sticky Wouldn’t recommend A lot of noise outside the hotel too and was very hot in the room
Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice staff and excellent value for money.
This one of the best low budget hotels I have stayed at. Visting my terminally ill father in Bournemouth Royal who was suddenly very poorly, I needed a quick place to stay. Booked on the same day of arrival and a bargain £37! Abbie on reception was great and updated our room as we arrived really late. The room was massive with tripple windows. Felt like a luxury room rather than a basic hotel. All amenities were spot on. Large wardrobe, huge dressing table/desk area, comfy bed, pillows not the best. We only planned to stay the one night but circumstances meant we needed to book 2 more nights. As it was a new booking we sadly couldnt have the same room. Swapnil on reception went above and beyond to help find us a good room. Nothing was too much for the staff even allowing me peppermint tea bags as they are not standard in the room. I paid £100 approx for a 3 night stay which is amaxing value. The bar is even open till 3am but we didn't use it. Well done Travelodge 🙌 🙌 🙌
Thank you to Vineet on reception for being extremely helpful when I had a query. A lovely stay, Thank you :)
The service in the hotel was good, staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was nice:)
The staff here are absolutely amazing!! Have been staying here for about a month due to work... They are always happy to help, always smiling and love to engage with customers. Really enjoy finishing work and coming back to the hotel for happy hour I would like to thank Abby, Juliet, olga, Andrei and everyone else xxx.
I have been here for work the past 3 weeks, the staff are amazing especially Julia, abby and Andrei Anything you need they are happy to go above and beyond and they have made our experience brilliant. We spend 11 months of the year travelling different hotels and they have made it one to remember. Brilliant team!
Had a great stay at Travelodge Bournemouth. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was there. The staff were welcoming and made check-in/out super easy. Location is perfect for getting around Bournemouth. Good value for money.
Me and my work mates, have been staying here now for a good 6 months, and the service has been second to none. Julita on reception is such a credit to the company she always goes above and beyond... Its in a great location and has good vibe about it 5 star rating
Clean and tidy. Underground parking, comfy beds, good selection at breakfast and great location. Everything we needed for a one night stay meeting up with a friend
A wonderful stay, a warm welcome from the moment we entered. Every question was answered. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
I returned to this hotel again, and once again I was not disappointed. The staff was polite and helpful. The meals were delicious and beautifully preseI will come back here again because it's worth itnted. The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. It's close to the beach, with a direct path. I recommend staying there because it's truly a place worth recommending.
We found this hotel was walking distance to beach. The cost of the room was good. We were given a change of room last minute due to front of hotel being noisy then moved to back. The room started off being cosy and quiet but became extremely noisy when we tried to sleep.Dogs barking in the next room.Loud conversation and arguments.I can honestly say I will not be staying here again due to this. The base of the bed was covered in what looked like egg yolk.No soap in dispensers. We have stayed in travel lodge many times in many places.I think in my opinion the room and noise should never be the luck of the draw.I will not be staying here again.
Fabulous customer service. Nice clean room . Lovely breakfast. Parking across the street. We enjoyed our stay and manager was very nice and checkedcwe enjoyed our stay.
The staff were incredible! After a busy day in work it was so refreshing to stay at a place with lovely welcoming staff , put a smile on me and my teams face , if anyone is looking for a place to stay with great staff this is the place. A massive thanks to Julia who served us our food and drink , was greeted with a big smile from the very start
Had a lovely stay, checked in by Andrei and Swapnil, both a credit to Travelodge and deserve a pay rise. However, the security guard is a waste of time, hours and money, let any tom dick and harry into the hotel and left these two lovely boys to have to deal with them, after an already hectic shift. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was lovely.
Visited for the weekend as my daughter was attending an interview for the uni, absolutely cant fault anything at all. Check in was easy, was given rooms next door to each other, rooms were spotless and well furnished and looked like they'd recently been refurbished. Breakfast was very good quality and plenty of choice. All the staff we met were fantastic, especially the blonde lady who was working on reception Sunday morning. Will be my go-to place to stay when visiting my daughter.
Stare at the Bournemouth Travel Lodge. The outside was dirty, with cigarette butts and rubbish. Not a great first impression. The amount of cigarette butts on the floor it looks like the outside hasn’t been cleaned for months. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Please sort out the problem outside.
Warm welcome by the hotel manager and receptionist on duty at 3pm 3/1/26! Easy parking and large clean room - was even asked preference of floor numbers! Definitely one of Travelodge’s better hotels and the bar area very welcoming! Parking reasonable at £7 for 24 hours but could park on Derby or Kynverton road opposite for free this time of year! Large clean room will be my go to hotel for Bournemouth trips
The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and nice the food was good but extremely expensive. 😀
I stayed at the Travelodge Bournemouth and I have to say, you guys have seriously upped your game. Since my last stay, they completely refurbished the lounge area. They put up lovely christmas decorations. The bedrooms were lovely and had a great scent. Areas were very well maintained. I have to say, the Bournemouth branch is better than any Travelodge I’ve visited in London, and the Midlands!
The location was convinenient and the shift guys Rahul and vines are great and they have been helpful towards me. I will return back
Heavy traffic outside the room being right next to the lift and people running along the corridor and trolleys going along all night plus a car park right outside the room you can hear talking and car/van doors slamming all night. I could also hear movement from above. Manager denied no one ever reporting this problem yet the asst manager knew which room I was referring to straight away. The manager needs customer service training and not to lie to customers and have some empathy when you've had zero sleep all night from the noise. No refund offered only 25% off stay. I'm reporting to customer service to try to get this resolved.
Great stay and super good time ,Dora is a lovely, professional manager, and Ama in the kitchen is always smiling and super welcoming. The staff really make the place — would happily stay again. The cofeee was extremely pleasant and the place looks great with all the new changes.
Staff very polite and pleasant staff ,the room is very spacious and has a lovely shower and bath ,very comfortable bed as sleeping with out problems
We paid for early check-in at 12 noon. We arrived before 10 a.m. and were able to store our bags at reception. However when noon arrived our room was not ready and we were not able to enter the room until 12:20. We were attending a gathering and needed to change our clothes beforehand so the timing was critical. The hotel was not full and the manager did not inform us of any problem with respect to entering our room at 12 when we arrived earlier that morning before 10am. In the circumstances he could have suggested we change rooms in order to be able to enter at the early check-in time of 12 noon.
Travelodge provided a comfortable and clean room that was both spacious and freshly painted. Everything felt well maintained, and there were no odours in the room. The hotel’s location was ideal, and the staff offered good service overall.
Friendly & welcoming staff. Great location for walking into town. Room was clean and bright. Overall our one night stay was great value
Lovely hotel, very clean and quiet room. With very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed to dinner and took advantage of the happy hour
Divine stay. Thomasz and his team were all incredible. Kapka the maid was lovely. Oxsana amazing. All the staff and apologies to those I mention by name. Hope to return.
My boys and I really enjoyed our Breakfast. The boys were very happy about the pancakes and Nutella! I had a full English and as much as you can eat and drink - Coffeee! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Checked on us to see how we were doing. New restaurant layout looks good.
Great stay Andrei went above and beyond was very informative and welcoming never been here before but will definitely be back ! Thanks Andrei
Best Travelodge!! The staff were so welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. We had to stay last minute due to an unfortunate experience at a nearby hotel and this Travelodge was outstanding. The reception and bar area was spotless and very relaxing to chill at if needed. Nothing was too much for the staff with a smile at all times and the breakfast was top notch. Great location, will be returning for sure
Stayed at the hotel the staff are really happy to help go out their way to help with anything especially Andrei and Abby. They are a credit to the company
Really warm and welcoming, lovely friendly staff, and a big shout out to 1 of the managers Tomasz. he was very friendly and welcoming. A Pleasure . Lovely big clean rooms. Breakfast was good with great selection for everyone. And nice short walk into town with great bus connections. Overall 10/10 would happily stay again. Especially with the warm welcome of Tomasz was really nice getting that warm welcoming fell. :)
Very nice Travelodge, the cleanest one I have been too. The receptionist was very lovely and welcoming. We got given a bigger room too. Would definately recommend staying here.
We had an overnight stay in this Travelodge and found the room to be spotless with a comfortable bed,TV and clean bathroom with plenty of hot water.Couldn't find any fault with it.All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and should be congratulated. We had a meal in the evening which was tasty and hot, but the same couldn't be said about the breakfast which was cold apart, from the beans.Having said that there was plenty of choice for both a hot and cold breakfast. The only thing that spoilt it was people in another room who were completely thoughtless and very noisy until at least 5am.We don't blame the hotel staff for this and they were very apologetic.Overall, excellent value and we would have no hesitation in staying again.
Stayed for 2 nights at the weekend. Great location, everything spotless. Stayed at the back on 4th floor, wonderfully quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and genuinely wanted to help. They absolutely make this hotel, thank you all so much. We would not hesitate to stay again!
We stayed here one night amazing experiance lovely staff felt incredibly welcomed and will be staying again for future stays, all needs well catered for highly recommended
Good overall experience on stay and food . Staff were courteous and helpful . I will recommend my friends and family. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent,The breakfast options were extremely good and we had lko enjoyed a lot.
I had a fantastic stay at the Travelodge Bournemouth Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly option near the beach. The hotel is located just a short walk from the town center and the beautiful Bournemouth seafront, making it perfect for a coastal getaway. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. What stood out most was the friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process smooth and were always available for any questions or requests. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus, and the on-site parking was very convenient, especially in such a busy area. The only minor downside was the noise from the street outside, especially on weekends, but the double-glazed windows helped block out much of it. Overall, the Travelodge Bournemouth Hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for anyone looking to explore Bournemouth and its beaches without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for a no-fuss, affordable stay!
Really nice Travelodge. Easy access to the beach, town and other attractions. Room was excellent and staff very helpful.
Amazing hotel especially the night staff Mr. Rahul and Mr. Vineet were really accommodating and make the place worth visiting. Will definitely come back.
We arrived and went up to room. My husband needed some sleep as driving for hrs, the bed was constantly making noise everytime either myself or hubby turned over, also the bed had no matress protector on it and sheet was not big enough for the bed. Tv remote was not working and we had it changed twice. When my husband went down and spoke to reception about moving rooms we were told no rooms available and speak to someone tomorrow. Went down on sat and told nobody available again No fridge in the room. The people above were constantly banging around till early hrs of morning Room appeared clean but found empty drink can under the bed so it obviously wasn’t cleaned properly Breakfast was ok Help urself buffet style which we had to ask to replenish food items no fried eggs and tinned fruit instead of fresh on the whole the breakfast was acceptable. We came away for a weekend to have some down time and relax and what should have been a nice, quiet relaxing time has ended up a nightmare tbh Will say staff were very polite but didn’t seem to be able to help with the problems we had. I look forward to ur response to my review
Very good hotel staff amazing couldn’t fault it. Hotel is very clean and rooms are ever spacious. Location is right in the town not far to walk to anything at all and beach 2 mins away
This was my first experience of staying at a Travelodge hotel. From now on, it will be my first port of call. My room was spacious and quiet and the hotel was ideally situated on a bus route to the town centre and which stretched either side to Soutbourne and beyond in one direction and to Sandbanks and beyond in the other - both places I needed to visit during my stay.
I booked the hotel for a trip next year on a fully refundable rate. I ended up cancelling the booking with a view to rebooking later when new dates were sorted. I receied a cancellation invoice on 25/9/25 but as of the date of writing this no refund has been received. It seems impossible to contact travelodge except by message which has gone unanswered. I'm not minded to make any further bookings with them if this is their business practice.
Staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming 🙏. Hotel situated good location from beach 5mins, town 10mins, but stop outside. Rooms are massive, clean and so comfortable. Massive double bed. Room is so bed. Some rooms have baths and showers 🚿. Parking underneath at £7, blue badge is free. Unbeatable price at £37 a night, last Sunday was £26.99 a night.
We use this Travelodge multiple times a year, and keep coming back. Fair prices, very clean, and exceptional staff. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minute bus to Bournemouth town, 5 minute bus to Boscombe high street.
I recently stayed at a Travelodge located just a short walk from the beach, and it turned out to be a great budget-friendly choice for a coastal getaway. The location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points — being so close to the beach made it easy to enjoy early morning walks and sunset views without needing to drive anywhere. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, offering the basic comforts expected from a Travelodge. The room was simple but functional, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and decent Wi-Fi. While there were no luxury touches, everything was tidy and exactly as advertised.
We were greeted by very helpful and friendly receptionist Olga and Julia. Got good advice about their quality breakfast deals and places to see around the town. Our room was clean, bright and spacious (last time we stayed at Bournemouth Seafront, which was more expensive, and were given tiny room for family of 4, with even smaller window which felt like a bunker, with unhelpful staff...) Hotel it's about 15 min walk from town center but its really good. And a Polish lady which worked at breakfast buffet and served breakfast, nothing was too much for her. When any items from buffet finished, she straight away replace them and even brought them to our table with a big smile. And she was making sure all is fresh and warm. Absolutely brilliant service. Definitely will be back.
Whole floor smell of weed, complained to reception, who didn't seem to care, I requested they do something, went for a walk came back 3 hours later and still smelled so went back and they said we have sprayed airfreshner, what more do you want! I have 2 very young kids and had to request a new room on a different floor,
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast is good. Short walk down to the beach.
Good, budget stay with a breakfast, parking and short walk to the beach. Friendly staff, especially Tomasz
Didn’t sleep due being on a main road and very old windows that let cold and noise in. Parts have been updated but the windows desperately need replacement
1st time staying here. Arrived early. Met Thomasz lovely guy. Spoke French to my husband who only knew a small amount but they had fun. He was very welcoming from the start. Breakfast was very nice, although it could have been hotter. Will visit again without doubt. Rooms where brilliant.
This was my first experience of a Travelodge, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. My top-floor room was clean, cosy and quiet. Check-in was super efficient and professional, and the staff members were polite. For my purposes, the location was also excellent. It's a straight, short walk to the beach front and the chine gardens, and the convenience of Boscombe's pedestrianised shopping is also nearby. Heartily recommended, as I aim to return when it's next necessary.
Room was spacious but bathroom needs a bit of updating.Tea/coffee maker was appreciated.Although situated on main road with bus stop nearby we were not disturbed by excess noise.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.Beach was a short walk away.
A newly refurbished and spotlessly clean and well presented property. Very comfortable bed. All staff encountered were friendly and well trained. Tomasz the Hotel Manager was present and working on the Sat morning, very interactive with Guests and helpful. A relaxing experience! Only slight negative was road noise when the windows were open.
If anyone one come to Bournemouth, to settle kids for University… no better place than this to stay… 10 minutes walk to the city
Worst stay in a travelodge ever! From start to finish. Poor service, poor staff, poor cleanliness. I have stayed here previously and it wasn't as bad before. But this time was beyond awful, I would have rather stayed in my work van...... ended uo checking out at 4am to do just that!!
Nice clean hotel. Lovely staff. Walking distance to beach and town. Parking was limited but we didn't experience a problem. Stayed 3 nights room was clean, bed was so comfy. tea, coffee etc had to ask for more but never a problem Wifi was terrible.
My wife and I have just returned from a lovely two-night stay at the Travelodge Bournemouth & I felt compelled to write a review. From start to finish, everything was perfectly simple and comfortable. The check-in process was quick and the staff members was very friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for us, right in the heart of Bournemouth. Thank you to the team especially Vineeth & Shakoor for providing us such a great facilities till late night. We will definitely be choosing Travelodge again on our next trip! Highly recommended!
We've just come back from a fabulous stay at this hotel. Tomasz on the front desk so helpful and friendly. Room was once again so clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. We had the 2 course evening meal was very tasty and also opted for the breakfast thd following morning, lots of choice and plenty of options to choose from. Very good location and a stones throw from a walk to the beach, we'll certainly return.
I stayed at the Travelodge for two nights recently and had a really lovely experience. The location is perfect just a short walk to both the beach and the town centre, so it was super easy to get around without needing a car or transport. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and has a nice, welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. My room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable exactly what I needed after full days out and about. It was also really quiet at night, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. What really made my stay stand out, though, was the staff especially Abdul Shokoor and Vineeth Kumar, who were on during the night. They were both so friendly and helpful every time I needed something or had a question. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests were comfortable and looked after. That kind of service makes a big difference, and I really appreciated it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Travelodge to anyone visiting the area. It’s great value for money, in a brilliant location, and the team there especially Abdul and Vineeth really go the extra mile. I’m already looking forward to staying again next time I’m in town.
As a lone traveller from overseas visiting family in Bournemouth the Travelodge proved to be an ideal choice. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, I had an issue with my room that was dealt with swiftly. I have a lot of experience in Hospitality and was pleased to see the staff demonstrate a consistent high standard of customer service. Room was clean, tidy and practical. Very comfortable bed for someone like me with back issues. I was situated at the rear of the building where noise levels were minimal, providing a quiet space to relax after a busy day. Breakfast is excellent, good quality value for money. Check-in/Check-out is as easy as it gets. I used to live in Bournemouth and can say the location is very safe and convenient for an evening stroll to the cliffs 5 minutes around the corner from the hotel, very popular with dog walkers in the area. I would give this Travelodge 10/10 but I have one little 1st world critique – the wifi signal to the upper floors at the back of the building can be weak and lose connectivity, because I rely on that it will need to be 9.5/10. As a stressed-out individual sorting out family business staying at the Bournemouth Travelodge made my trip less stressful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and would highly recommend staying here to anyone. They do the basics really well.
Excellent service and well maintained property, very good interior and excellent hygiene. That too with competitive pricing. Looking forward to visit again
Stayed at Travelodge Bournemouth whilst dropping my nephew off for University start in September. I found the hotel to be very clean & comfortable and the staff to be very polite and friendly. Reception check in offered my a quieter room on the 4th floor of the building where we got a good nights rest. Hotel room facilities were good and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend for a short stay.
The hotel is neat and comfortable. The reception is warm, supportive and welcoming. But the money paid for one night is expensive.
Clean modern room with a comfortable bed. We had the breakfast which was very good value for money. Lovely helpful staff
I was checked in by Gabriella at reception, and she looked after me throughout my entire stay. She is an exceptionally pleasant and professional woman who made my experience truly incredible. Many thanks to her for going above and beyond, it’s a lovely hotel and will definitely be coming back!
Good location and experience. Service was good and we had a lovely stay in Travelodge. Clean rooms and comfortable stay.
Nice hotel. Modern fully refurbish . Welcoming reception staff were helpful. Parking no issue. Our room was a bit humid compared to our other family room booked however a fan was provided. Nice location
Too hot in the room. Bathroom not clean. No AC in the room. Only small fan. Window not opening enough for fresh air. Bathroom not clean properly. Shower water not enough pressure. Shower courts in dirty.
Negative , compared to the price it leaves something to be desired!!! I think the real price is much lower than the one asked by this hotel.
Hotel very poor for amount paid, when you add up all the extras like children's meals parking poor WiFi etc it makes it more expensive than competitors.
Really friendly & helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed. Parking was no issue either!
I know what I'm getting from a Travelodge, and for a medium budget I was satisfied with the amenities that this hotel offered. Situated on one the main roads feeding into the centre, it's about a 30-minute walk to the pier. Bus stops located very near the hotel. I realised that my room faced overlooked the main road which meant that I found myself sleeping with the window shut at night so that the early morning traffic did not awake me. Took the zig-zag path to Christchurch Beach which was much less busy on a lovely sunny day.
hotel was very good we used the assessible room on the ground floor and close to all areas the room was top class buffet breakfast is fine car parking is a bit hit and miss due to its size overall we had a good time which was spoiled by a rude bar lady we ordered a evening meal deal but this rude lady dicided not to give us the dessert we were entitled to my advice is to thay clear of the meal deals
First and last visit to this hotel, room was clean and tidy nothing wrong with the room at all. Was nice to be able to have a hotel that excepts pets. Hotel looks clean and tidy, car spaces are very limited, luckily for us we was able to park along the road close to the hotel which was free on a weekend. However this is where the Hotel completely let's it self down... I had medication which needed to be put in a fridge but could stay in a room at room temperature however the room we was in was boiling hot so could not be stayed in the room. When I went down to reception I asked the receptionist that I had medication that needed to be put in the fridge and could they do this for me?. The receptionist said no im afraid not we are not allowed to take anything from guests as it maybe an allergy thing? Not a clue what he meant by this to be honest but turned me away. When I spoke to a family member about this we both looked this up and it does say if its medication they can put it in a secure fridge. When a family member rang up and stated this to another member of staff they agreed. Fuming because the fact I was turned away for needing my medication in the fridge, yes they did it in the end but thats not the point! Shall never be staying at this hotel again and I dont recommend it! All staff really need to know facts before telling guests what their actual policies are!
Excellent hotel great customer service had a fantastic stay, great restaurant bar on site , all services clean, staff really friendly, parking on site, have stayed here previously, will stay again, definitely recommend this hotel good value great price
The stay was amazing. Good location. Clean hotel amazing staff. Thanks to Gabriela for being a good host. Thanks to everyone.
Beautiful spot to have a short stay. Friendly and warm staff, clean room, lovely breakfast and the area is very peaceful.
No towels provided. Reception area poorly managed. Very dirty corridor. No housekeeping. Breakfast waste of money.
Clean , friendly , quality. Large rooms , great little bar on site with lovely food available if you don’t fancy going out. Stayed here on a business trip and will return again. Car parking available on site but plenty of off street parking available also and free 5pm - 9am. Can’t fault the hotel after staying here for 4 nights. Great value for money and only a short walk to the beach.
Room was too hot. We were provided with a fan that didn't work and not given a replacement. There were not towels provided and when we enquired at reception we were told, rather rudely, that there were no towels available in the whole hotel, due to a delivery not arriving and a shortage as other guests had taken towels to the beach and not returned them. On accessing our room we noticed there was an overpowering smell of urine in the entrance hallway that filled the room. Again, when my partner spoke to the receptionist about this he was greeted with a rude response and given a can of airfreshener to try. I informed the receptionist that this was not suitable and had to push to be transfered to an alternative room.
The staff were calm and patient with us when we made a mistake on our check out dates. Thank you so much!
Really enjoyable stay at Travellodge Bournemouth, Receptionist and rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also very useful having off road parking
Great for a cheap night away. Room was clean and reasonably cool considering temperatures were 30 degrees. Parking was fine. The bar area was quite warm, with no air coming in and no air con. We had drinks in there and ate breakfast in the morning which was absolutely fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a little bit out from bournemouth pier than I thought, but close to a beach, it's a little in between Boscombe and bournemouth. This was my fault though for not looking into the location. Overall great stay and great price.
Paid £160 for a family room that had no air conditioning and had a blocked toilet. We reported the toilet when we arrived and we were told they will get it looked at but never did. Reported again after few hours same story. Travelling with 2 kids, we needed a working toilet. Poor service! There is a very dirty and dusty fan that we’ve left on throughout the night since there’s no AC.
Manager and other staff are very kind and helpful. Always welcoming with respect and smile. Very neat and clean rooms.
Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, comfortable hotel. Prices vary greatly. From £50-£249 per night! However I paid at the lower end and was very happy with the place indeed.
I enjoyed our stay in Bournemouth during the weekend. It was very enjoyable and I would recommend to others about the stay.Hotel was great distance from the hotel to the beach and we had alot of fun.The hotel room was comfortable and nice and quiet.Would go again.
Very clean and bright hotel. Excellent staff and would recommend it. Good food and reasonable selection of beers and wines. I have to say our room was very warm...
We had a very nice experience. Viviana at reception make our stay, she was so nice and helpful, Next time when we visit Bournemouth gonna stay at the same hotel.
