The staff at the hotel were very helpful the breakfast was nice
The shower was very small in the room and bar didn't have any atmosphere so didn't want to hang around there, unfortunately we didn't realise we needed to put a sign out for the room to be refreshed
Comfortable bed and bedding. Decent sized room. Good value.
Tiny bathroom. I am not a big man but could just squeeze into the shower cubicle. Very old and small lift. Quite a walk to any pubs/restaurants. Had to pay to use their car park (!)
Staff was very attentive and friendly, and the beds are very comfy
Breakfast quality can be improved
The location
The rooms were small and hot. The bar only opened briefly. They didn’t even wine glasses to serve wine in. The bathrooms were tiny. For such an expensive stay, this was a huge disappointment!
The staff were brilliant at reception The cleaners were great. Room was nice n spacious n clean
The bathroom. The shower was too small and shower water was extremely hot. There is no space with toilet at the wall is right infront of you
Only the location
Upon arrival didn’t feel welcomed. Room was in need of a tidy up sloppy workmanship and broken tiles room 324. Dead insects on bathroom windowsill. Window broken. Walls thin and could here all the movements from the neighbours room that leaves nothing to the imagination at 1am. Shenanigans then continued till 3am followed by snoring all audible! Would NEVER stay here again
The whole thing its like west end
Convenient location, room of reasonable size and comfort, good supplies in the tea/coffee making facilities.
Surprise £40 security deposit asked for on check in - never mentioned before even with two emails from Radisson! Dirty towels had been left on the floor in the bathroom (although strangely the bathroom had been cleaned). TV did not work. Hotel had a generally slightly down at heel feel to it. Lift to upper floors was tiny.
Friendly staff
Soleless bar
Rooms were clean on both days of our stay. Staff were really friendly and were so happy to help everyone! Saw them go above and beyond for many guests!
We really liked everything - an even better if would be that there's a mini fridge in the room, but perhaps these are already available depending on which room you book 😊
Clean and comfortable good location and parking
Shower could have been better.
The Big bed
Staff very friendly. Clean. Nice beds.
Clean and simple
Comfortable and good space with good lightning. Cost is aligned with what you’d expect. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good room facilities and a delicious breakfast. Great value for money
Rajat was superb.
Clean perfect location breakfast was good
One guy was having shirt out at reception
I am still waiting for my 40 pounds deposit to be put back into my account
Comfortable bed
Shower nearly had 3 degrees was so hot room was outdated staff no where to be seen very very unhelpful no customer service skills room old fashion bad bad hotel one off the worst I stayed at
Staff was awesome
The room was not even close to the room shown on advert. We had 10 Pound recompensation from manager.
Nice
It was close to the beach a passage across the road was directly to the steps - close to the down center - they had iron kettle hairdryer
The room was tired it was basic we had to pay £40 for breakages which we got back but it concerned me about the type of guests they have staying
Staff were very helpful when we had to change rooms
Showers were to small
Friendly staff good breakfast and convenient location
Just that the hotel does not offer air-conditioning facilities it did get rather hot during the night
The location
The towels was smelling bad, is like they wasn’t washed properly and the shower was poor and the cold water was not working properly, I had to take shower with very hot water. In the pictures when I did the booking it was different than what I get.
Hotel was really great. Rajat was friendly and professional. We recommend this hotel to everyone
Clean room and friendly staff
All was fine
I liked the proximity to the centre The friendliness off the staff The replenishment at breakfast
No beer on draft, The cost of parking not included when booking made The lift is claustrophobic The shower was a farce The quality of the sausages The leaflet stating there was a pool when there wasn't one
The staff members are awesome. Really love the place
Clean , very good staff members
Cheaper price
Car parking charges
Location is fairly 25 min walk to town.
Minute lift, cannot fit in two people with luggage. Very small bathroom. Extremely small shower, never seen anything like it, Very difficult to use. Difficult to walk around bed, so much clutter. Only two pillows available for double bed. External/kitchen noises (extractor fan ?) for second half of night. £10 parking charge. Sullen staff. Will not return.
From the outside the property looked nice. The staff on reception were friendly.
The hotel does not have a bar that functions beyond 9 pm. When we asked about food, we were told by a member of staff that they weren’t serving food. After questioning the staff member, they told us that they wouldn’t recommend the food as it is microwaved and customers had complained! The bed in the room was uncomfortable. I gave it two nights out of the four we had booked but sadly had to check out. The staff told me that I would not get a discount for checking out early. I am yet to hear from the general manager about a refund for the nights that I didn’t stay. The shower is dangerous. The shower screen is too small to get in and out of the shower properly. This ruins your enjoyment of having a shower. I can see somebody slipping and having an accident trying to get out of the shower. The property is very dated and in need of modernisation I was very disappointed, especially that Radison had put their name to this.
Nothing
Very tired hotel, breakfast was poor, bath towels were tiny, shower was so small it was virtually impossible to get in and out of, no 2nd pillows were provided and tea tray was not replenished for our 2nd day. Car park charge of £10 per day was excessive and £40 refundable deposit was quite insulting.
I really like that Park Inn by Radisson is in such a good location. It’s within walking distance of Bournemouth city centre and the beach, while still being in a peaceful and quiet area. It feels like a great balance between convenience and relaxation.
I would like to express my disappointment with the behaviour and conduct of your Manager, Rajat. The message he sent me after my check-out was quite offensive and, in my opinion, not appropriate for a hospitality manager addressing a regular guest. What I found particularly concerning was that I was accused of an alleged incident that never happened, apparently without first confirming the facts with the staff involved. His tone went far beyond simply reminding me of the hotel’s rules; I found it unnecessarily threatening, confrontational, and very uncomfortable. I am not sure whether Rajat is a new manager, as I have never had the opportunity to meet or speak with him during my previous stays. In contrast, my experiences with the junior staff and reception team have consistently been very positive. They have always been polite, humble, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, in this instance, I felt that the junior staff demonstrated considerably more professionalism and courtesy than the hotel manager himself. I believe Rajat needs to seriously reconsider and neutralise his tone and approach when communicating with guests, particularly regular guests who have repeatedly chosen to stay at your hotel. It also makes me concerned about how he may communicate with his own colleagues and staff. If this is the way he chooses to speak to a guest, particularly a regular guest, I would be worried about the manner in which he conducts himself with members of his own team. A manager in hospitality should set the standard for professionalism, respect, and calm communication. I am raising this because I genuinely value my previous experiences at the hotel and have always found the reception and junior staff to be very welcoming. However, this interaction has left me extremely disappointed.
Quiet.
Car park fee
Room decent size , clean and comfortable
Microwave not provided in the room
Nice place
Location,Clean and as described.
No issues
Good location. room was adequate for what I needed
Poorly trained bar staff, didnt even know how to poor a pint. they left you waiting whilst messing around on their phones. Spoke minimal english. Walls were very thin so you could hear things going on in adjacent rooms you really didn't want to hear. Lots of rowdy drunks in and out of rooms slamming doors etc throughout the night.
Easy access to facilities, pleasant staff & quiet.
Hot and cold water tap but staff will look into it.
Just the location, close to the beach
Wasn’t as presented,a powerful ugly smell on towels and room carpet, toilet seat smaller than the toilet, cabin shower 600/600 struggling to get in,no air conditioning, elevator broken every day, shower tap broken etc etc
There was no hot water at the bathroom for my entire stay of 5 days. I informed the staff about the situation every single day only to be reassured that it would be fixed by the next day. As a result I stayed in a room with cold water for all of my stay. Wrote an e-mail describing the situation to the manager, following my stay, but 6 weeks later, no response whatsoever. If you can, avoid this hotel.
Nothing really attracted in this hotel
As a light sleeper, I requested a room away from the elevators and was given a room right in front of the elevator. Funnily enough, after checking in, I got an email to say, that my request is subject to availability. Is it just someone has woken up or system error!!! In the evening went to the bar, asked for a pint, 2 of the brands were out of stock. Barman was trying to give me free pint, since it could have been the last Stella, he was trying to squeeze out of the barrel. Breakfast was OK, nothing much to explain. What I am really annoyed was the request for a room away from elevators. since I could not sleep the whole night. Having worked as a hotelier in the past, it is about to attention to details and it is just not right. Staff's enthusiasm was a question mark? Will not stay again with Park Inn by Radisson, guaranteed!
Location was good , on arrival friendly face , breakfast was good
Unfortunately I had to ask for an extra pillow 3 times , pool was not able to use , no ice buckets to fill to take to the room , shower was tiny
The location was great for us and at under 100 pounds the price comparitively for the area was good. Very close to the beach for an evening stroll. Beautiful beach and beach bar 10 to 15 min walk away. Clean beds, very comfortable.
The hotel needs to be refurbished. Windows awful, dripping with condensation and only had openings at the top. The TV had to be sorted as had been switched off at the wall, we found out why as it kept coming on in the middle of the night. Bathroom needed to be refurbished. No air con. We had read the reviews therefore we knew what was coming....but for the price and location....
kavya was brilliant
Clean comfortable rooms
Having to pay for car parking, Lacking ventilation in the rooms
The location is very good. Short walk to the beach.
The room was very small. Bathroom was tiny. You couldn’t even turn around in the shower cubicle as it was that small. The tiles in the bathroom were also unclean with some hair and grime. There was a fan in the room which was extremely poor quality. There was also smashed glass on the landing of floor 1. The woman on reception did not seem to know about the parking rules - signage stated parking was until 12pm on day of checkout so we asked further about this. On the first occasion we were informed that parking was until 11am when signage said 12pm. On the second occasion we were informed that we were able to leave our car on the car park 24 hours from the time we entered the car park the previous day. The receptionist seemed unsure about the parking rules.
Great bedroom, good size. Staff were welcoming and polite.
I had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kavya was absolutely amazing and liked her service
The location was good as only a short walk to the nearest beach. It is an approx 20 min walk to the pier and approx 30 to the centre. The parking was charged as £10 each day although this is not guaranteed. The room we had was comfortable and clean. There was a fan available as there was no air conditioning, this is clearly advertised but we slept comfortably. The area is quiet so ideal for a good restful night.
The lift was unavailable at times due to a fault. The reception staff were not always the most helpful or friendly. No warm welcome or basic information about the hotel. A suggestion would be to at least ask guests if they needed any info or had any questions at check in.
The area was quiet but that does come with the price of being far from both bosom and Bournemouth
The staff was rude the facilities was absolutely diabolical looks absolutely nothing like the pictures however they did upgrade me once I complained about the mould on the windows and the fact I there was more space on the bed than the rest of the room The pipes”burst” before we got there leaving us with no hot water for the first 2 nights with not a single hint of any compensation or apology for that matter They would have known about this before we checked in witch would have been ideal to know Going to get a drink at the bar I ordered a guiness witch wasn’t terrible however all the soft drinks seemed to be served room temperature I’d advise anyone to avoid this place I feel it was a complete waste of money couldn’t wait to get out of there
It was a nice comfortable stay. Beds where comfortable. Staff was absolutely nice. It was an easy check in and out. I would stay here again as long as certain things update.
The shower was reasonable small and less pressure coming out. No AC in the room. The fan that we got was not reasonable.
Tout ok sauf air conditionné
Reception
Staff was nice and the room was clean
The shower was broken. Was leaking. As the water to hot. Couldn't make it cold
The communal areas were very well presented, particularly the reception, bar, restaurant and corridors. Breakfast was good quality and the breakfast staff were friendly and provided much better service. The location is also convenient for Bournemouth and the seafront.
The room was tiny and poor quality, with a shower so small we could barely fit in it. The biggest problem was the unbearable heat – we measured 29.6°C in the room. Even with our own fan blowing directly on us it was extremely uncomfortable. A full pint glass of ice melted into water in around 30 minutes and even a chocolate bar completely melted. When we complained and asked to move, we were initially told the hotel was fully booked, despite around 10 rooms showing as available online. When I pointed this out, the explanation changed and we were told there were rooms available but no housekeeping staff to prepare one. The bar service was also very poor. I was offered a cloudy draught Stella which I refused, and there appeared to be problems with the other draught taps. When I asked for cider, the barmaid started looking at the spirits until I suggested checking the fridges. Parking costs £10, but after paying and then going out to the shops, we returned and couldn't get a parking space. The public areas look impressive, but unfortunately the room, extreme heat and poor handling of our complaint completely spoiled the stay.
We had a lovely stay here. Was clean and comfortable. Staff was also polite and helpful, thank you Kavya.
Late check in time.
Sehr netter Barceeper, freundliches Personal, Parkplatz vorm Haus, 10£, renoviertes Bad, ruhige Lage, gute Betten Gute Lage zum Strand
Zimmer 111 zu wenig Wasser aus der Dusche.Duschkopf total verkalkt. Grösse der Dusche 40x40 zu gering!
The breakfast was good, the hashbrowns were perfect and the continental breakfast was all around very nice. The fan was very nice to help with the summer heat, however even with the fan blasting it was often cooler in the sun than in the room/hotel.
The location was walkable most places however it was a a distance from most places of interest. The first room I was assigned was very loud, however I was able to move to a much quieter room upon request.
Lovely walk down to the beach. Good parking.
It seemed so quiet. Bar area part of a bigger room which was a little strange. Shower cubicle tiny and some people would struggle to use it at all.
Location
Cleanliness / attitude of staff ( unhospitable company policies) Condition / maintenance of room Poor Place smelt like refugees been smoking in there . Decorator had painted the toilet extraction switch / so sealed off . I managed break the seal and at least saved them the damage . I should have involved them £300 .. Place is a badly managed and a rip off .
Everything i like 👍
Nothing
It was in a good location
The room was very small and very hot despite there being 2 fans in the room. We had to get assistance with the shower as the water was scalding hot. It took 2 members of staff to rectify this and then the water was tepid. Breakfast was poor and the hot food had been sat in hot dishes for too long
Friendly receptionist
The rooms lacked the Radisson standard. Seemed more like a hostel . Couldn’t open the bathroom door which had 3 screws missing.
Location and service. The receptionist Shivani was really kind and helpful till the very end!
Nothin
The location was ideal for walking to the beach or getting on any one of four buses into Bournemouth town centre. The hotel is very clean with a modern feel. The staff, I met Kavla on reception who was very nice and polite and one other male staff member who filled my water bottle for me. The bed was very comfortable with crisp linen and good pillows. A very good sized room.
The noise! There is no sound-proofing. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the building. Even in the middle of the night I could hear talking in the hotel grounds. Was not prepared to bring any ID when asked for at check-in, although my railcard was accepted. Did not expect the £40 deposit to pay in case of any damage, which is just held and then restored to your account on departure. This is not mentioned on the website.
Amazing location . Friendly staff
No 24 hr room service
Room was way too hot
Location was in a quiet road not far from the beach although we were using it for a base not a holiday. The first standard room we were allocated was adequate for our purposes, and the second room (see reasons for move below) was fine, bonus being that the bathroom was larger and therefore the shower was a normal good size. Breakfast was adequate with cereal, five 'heated' cooked breakfast items, a small continental items selections and muffins, toast etc. Drinks were from a machine.
Disappointed that for the 3 nights we were there we had to pay an additional £10 per night for parking on site - if staying factor that into the price that you are paying! Also we had to lodge our card for a £40 'in case of damages' which we have never been asked to do for before! The bathroom in the first room allocated was small and the shower cubicle very small and when we tried the TV it didn't work. The Receptionist couldn't get it working either so they moved us to another room. In the second room although the shower was bigger, the sink had a hairline crack in the basin. Annoyingly also the TV remote stopped working after the first night and we had to have that replaced.
Nice room
No facilities to buy drinks during the day.
Nice spacious rooms it’s really close to beach
I like the location. Room layout was very comfortable to stay in and arrange things. It was quiet and comfy. Receptionist was very nice.
The bathroom ventilation could be improved. There was a lingering damp, musty smell, likely from previous guests, which didn't seem to dissipate during our stay. The room did not have air conditioning, but this was partly compensated for by a fan and an openable balcony door. I'm not sure how comfortable the rooms without balconies would be, particularly during warmer weather. The door dampers also need adjustment. If you're not careful when closing the door, it can slam shut, which is quite loud and could disturb guests in neighbouring rooms, especially at night. The lift was also quite small.
Quiet location near walkway to beach.
Very very small room (was for single person) with not much natural light. Tiny shower, bit good if you very large.
Macy’s was absolutely stunning
The staff, especially Kavya, are super helpful and attentive
Pool delays, I arrived late and assumed would be open in the daytime, contractors fault
Nice kavya we really good
It was very nice clean room very nice
I love this hotel
The bed was very comfortable and clean , the breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and clean.
Nothing
False advertising and terrible stay. > The hotel promised parking, but upon arrival, we were told to park on the street. To make matters worse, the rooms don't have air conditioning. There was genuinely nothing enjoyable about our stay here. I wouldn't recommend it.
Nothing
The room was disgusting. We were shown 3 rooms. All filthy, stains on the carpet, in a state of disrepair. One being repaired whilst we were expected to use it. Hair in the bed, dirt everywhere, broken tiles in the bathroom... list is endless, no exaggeration. Once i paid the room fee, i was unable to get this back and now facing a lengthy process to try amd get this reveresed. Do not bother, do not book here.
The room was clean and very well kept.
Nothing
Good service nice staff
The location was exactly what I needed, near the venue for the wedding I was attending, and they have a large car park. That's the only positives I have.
This is a 2-star hotel, charging a 4-star price. The carpark costs £10 a day. The lift was broken and no one offered to help me carry my luggage. In the room, part of a floorboard was missing beneath the carpet, which I tripped on when I first got to the room. The mattress was hard and lumpy. The ceiling and walls are paper thin - I could hear every footstep from the room above, and the hallway outside, as well as every clatter of dishes from the kitchens below. The TV is installed at such a weird angle that you can't actually watch it from the bed.
We liked the location of the property - close to beach, and in between Boscombe Square and Bournemouth town centre. In a very nice and quite street.
The property doesn’t have AC, and in our case the room was hotter than the weather outside. There were large windows, but unfortunately they barely open due to regulations. So, the heath was quite unbearable in the night. There was a fan in the room that helped I bit to move some air. We also found a little bit of sand under the blanket. Understandable for a beach location, but still worth mentioning.
It has a bed and they provided a fan as there is no air conditioning.
Small room, toilet and shower were so tiny I could only just get into the shower. They closed the bar at 10 PM on a Saturday night. I was just able to buy a pint of Camden Pale and take it back to my room before they closed the bar, and that didn’t taste good. I paid £10 for parking for 24 hours but you can come and go during that time but no guarantee of having a space when you get back. Came back at 10 PM and only managed to squeeze into a space between a pickup truck and a wall. Couldn’t open the doors so had to climb out through the passenger side. I paid £165 but they were selling the rooms for £50 on the day. Interest and interaction from staff was practically non existent. We wee looking forward to staying in a nice hotel and have really enjoyed Radisson before but guess Park In by Radisson but be a budget chain to complete with Premium Inn. Feel robbed really, very disappointed with the hotel.
Not much
Poor for Radisson High prices
Location
Bed was uncomfortable Stains on furnishings Leak through light bulb in bathroom Reception displayed sign on arrival stating breakfast was 0700-1000 Monday to Friday and 0700-1100 on weekends. I went to get breakfast at 1030 on Saturday, and the sign was removed and I was told it had finished at 10
Location
No hot water two days in a row
Comfortable bed and breakfast was good. Fairly clean room, with kettle and iron etc.
No A/C, provided with two fans but one didn’t work and one was weak. The body wash etc was empty. Bed wasn’t remade by house keeping. When body wash and soap was refilled there must have been a leak because it spilled everywhere. No frosting on the windows and you can see into other rooms so had to keep windows covered. That with no A/C and a terrible fan was not fun. You have to pay £40 holding deposit for damages, but it is refunded.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The accommodation was excellent—my room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay even more pleasant. A special thank you to Jitesh, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. He was incredibly helpful in recommending nearby places to visit, providing useful local tips, and ensuring I made the most of my time in the area. His friendly attitude, local knowledge, and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to my stay.
Absolutely nothing
Everything. Staff. A no show manager I wanted to speak with. Very very poor standard. Moved rooms to another way below standard one. Decor poor. Shower tray didn’t drain and overflowed. Mattress had a huge dip in the one side. Very musty smell. Had no choice but to stay as we checked in late after a very long journey. The pictures on booking.com are nothing like the actual hotel rooms. Very deceiving and misleading. As well as the hotel, booking.com should feel responsible also. Will never ever return here
Very clean and had a great nights sleep!
Nothing everything was what we expected for the price
Great staff
Staff. Clean
Alles in allem furchtbar! Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war gut, das restliche Buffett maximal durchschnittlich, eher eine drei. Zu teuer für diese grauenhafte Performance.
